具体地,环状的阻挡部30在前后方向上靠近蒸汽进口11的一侧形成有缺口31,且环状的阻挡部30的环状区域与蒸汽出口21连通,进而使安装腔a与蒸汽出口21间隔开以达到与上述实施例相同的效果,在这里不在赘述。
当然,缺口31的排布方式并不限于此,例如,在本发明的一些示例中,缺口31为多个,多个缺口31沿蒸汽出口21的周向方向分布在环状的阻挡部30的外周,由此可以将流向蒸汽出口21的蒸汽内的气泡刺破,从而可以防止食物、异物从蒸汽出口21流出,降低食物、异物堵塞蒸汽出口21的概率。
在图3所示的具体的实施例中,阻挡部30与阀盖20为一体形成件。由此,可以简化蒸汽阀100的工艺过程。具体而言,阻挡部30可以形成在阀盖20上,阀盖20上位于蒸汽出口21前方(如图2所示的前方)的部分周壁朝向安装腔a内凸起以形成阻挡部30。这样,不仅使阻挡部30的加工更加简单,而且降低了蒸汽阀100的生产成本。
如图1和图2所示,蒸汽阀100还包括隔板40,隔板40位于安装腔a内,且隔板40将安装腔a分隔为第一腔室a1和第二腔室a2,蒸汽进口11位于第一腔室a1内,蒸汽出口21和阻挡部30位于第二腔室a2内,隔板40上设有多个间隔开的通孔41以使第一腔室a1和第二腔室a2连通。
其中,隔板40安装在阀座10上,并将安装腔a分隔成第一腔室a1和第二腔室a2,且隔板40上设置有多个在前后方向上和左右方向上依次、间隔、均匀分布的通孔41以使第一腔室a1和第二腔室a2之间连通。由此,通过隔板40以及隔板40上的通孔41的设置,一方面使蒸汽由第一腔室a1流向第二腔室a2的过程中,可以被隔板40上的通孔41挤破一部分蒸汽气泡,进而使蒸汽阀100具有更好的破泡效果;另一方面使蒸汽在安装腔a内的分布更加均匀,以使蒸汽阀100具有更高的工作稳定性,且可以降低蒸汽阀100工作过程中的噪音。
在一些实施例中,第一腔室a1的内周壁设有支撑部12(参见图1),支撑部12位于隔板40的一侧以支撑隔板40,阻挡部30位于隔板40的另一侧,且阻挡部30的自由端与隔板40相抵(参见图2)。
具体而言,第一腔室a1内的支撑部12在隔板40的下方对隔板40进行支撑,阻挡部30在隔板40的上方对隔板40进行止抵。这样,不仅支撑部12在下方对隔板40进行支撑,使隔板40与阀座10的底壁之间具有一定的空间以限定出第一腔室a1,而且通过支撑部12的设置,使隔板40与阀座10的连接更加紧密。
此外,阻挡部30的自由端对隔板40进行限位,且止抵在隔板40的上表面。由此,一方面可以对隔板40进行限位,以使隔板40不能够相对支撑部12向上运动,使蒸汽阀100具有更高的工作稳定性;另一方面,设置在隔板40上方的阻挡部30可以对蒸汽进行再次破泡,以进一步提高蒸汽阀100的破泡效果。如图1所示,支撑部12为形成在第一腔室a1内周壁上的凸台,凸台为多个,多个凸台沿隔板40的周向方向间隔开。这样,通过多个凸台的设置,不仅使阀座10的结构强度和结构刚度更高,而且使多个支撑部12的受力更加均匀,支撑部12与隔板40的连接更加紧固、可靠。
当然,本实用新型并不限于此,支撑部12还可以为形成在第一腔室a1内周壁上的台阶,台阶沿隔板40的周向方向延伸。所能到达的效果与上述实施例相同,在这里不在赘述。
进一步地,隔板40与阀座10卡接。由此,不仅隔板40安装在阀座10上时与阀座10 之间的配合更加紧固,而且方便隔板40在蒸汽阀100上的拆装,进而方便隔板40的更换以及清洗,提高了蒸汽阀100的实用性。
当然,本实用新型不限于此,隔板40与阀座10之间还可以通过螺纹连接,隔板40与阀座10之间也可以通过插接连接。也就是说,可以实现隔板40与阀座10相连接,且方便隔板40在阀座10上拆装的连接方式,都是本实用新型中隔板40与阀座10相连接的可选地实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,蒸汽阀100还包括安装在阀座10下方以封堵住阀座10下方出口的回流阀50,回流阀50的设置可以使蒸汽冷凝后形成的水,可以回流到烹饪器具中,以使烹饪器具对食物的蒸煮更加充分,进而提高了烹饪器具的烹饪效果。
如图1所示,蒸汽阀100还包括密封圈60,密封圈60安装在阀座10与阀盖20之间,以使阀座10与阀盖20的连接更加紧密,阀座10与阀盖20之间连接的气密性更好以提高蒸汽阀100的工作稳定性。
根据本实用新型第二方面实施例的烹饪器具包括蒸汽阀100,蒸汽阀100为上述实施例中的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀100。
具体地,蒸汽阀100适用于烹饪器具,且安装在烹饪器具上以排出烹饪器具中的蒸汽,进而使烹饪器具内部的压力维持稳定,以提高烹饪器具的工作稳定性。
此外,蒸汽阀100在使烹饪器具的内部压力维持稳定的前提下,可以使蒸汽气泡不溢出到烹饪器具外,并冷凝成水流后回流到烹饪器具中,进而不仅可以使烹饪器具具有更好的烹饪效果,食物口感更好,还使烹饪器具的表面在使用后仍然洁净,方便烹饪器具的清洗。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个 元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,包括:
    阀座;
    阀盖,所述阀盖和所述阀座之间具有安装腔,所述安装腔具有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口,所述蒸汽进口设于所述阀座,所述蒸汽出口设于所述阀盖和所述阀座的至少一个上;
    阻挡部,所述阻挡部与所述安装腔的内周壁连接,所述阻挡部靠近所述蒸汽进口,至少部分蒸汽绕过所述阻挡部后从所述蒸汽出口流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述阻挡部的自由端具有至少一个缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述阻挡部位于所述蒸汽进口与所述蒸汽出口之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述阻挡部呈环状,所述蒸汽出口位于所述阻挡部的内环内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述阻挡部与所述阀盖为一体形成件。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,还包括:
    隔板,所述隔板位于所述安装腔内,且所述隔板将所述安装腔分隔为第一腔室和第二腔室,所述蒸汽进口位于所述第一腔室内,所述蒸汽出口和所述阻挡部位于所述第二腔室内,所述隔板上设有多个间隔开的通孔以使所述第一腔室和所述第二腔室连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述第一腔室的内周壁设有支撑部,所述支撑部位于所述隔板的一侧以支撑所述隔板,所述阻挡部位于所述隔板的另一侧,且所述阻挡部的自由端与所述隔板相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述支撑部为形成在所述第一腔室内周壁上的凸台。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述凸台为多个,多个所述凸台沿所述隔板的周向方向间隔开。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述支撑部为形成在所述第一腔室内周壁上的台阶,所述台阶沿所述隔板的周向方向延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求6-10中任一项所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀,其特征在于,所述隔板与所述阀座卡接。
  12. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    蒸汽阀,所述蒸汽阀为根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的烹饪器具的蒸汽阀。
