对于内层卷收片可以根据内层伞面的面积大小进行设置,若内层伞面的 面积太小,可以取消内层卷收片的设置,或者可以通过涂布印刷的方式制作内层卷收体。对于外层卷收片可以根据设计的轻量化考量,在伞面的外层伞面上取消外层卷收片的设置,或者可以通过涂布印刷的方式制作外层卷收片,使得外层伞面得到轻量化的处理。若取消外层卷收片的设置,则在卷收伞具时,通过中层卷收片来辅助带动外层伞面的卷收,继而也可以达到对伞面自动收纳,以及快速整理伞面的作用。对于涂布印刷是将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于纸、布、塑料薄膜上制得复合材料(膜)的方法。例如:以PVC糊刮涂于布基上制得人造革的刮涂法,将流延涂布于纸上的流延涂布法,将挤出平膜涂布于基材的挤出涂布法,将涂料均匀地刷在基材上的刷涂法,此外还有辊涂、喷涂、粉沫涂布等,而涂布的方法可以是:干式涂布、刮刀涂布、数码印或热转印等等。而本实施例中,则是通过涂布印刷的方式在伞面上直接制作出卷收体。因为涂布方式可以达到轻量化的处理,同时还可以局部增强伞面的硬度,同时卷收体的弧形结构,使得伞面的收纳时,可以达到伞面齐整,只需通过绳子或伞带捆绑收纳即可。对于卷收体还可以通过PU、TPU、硅膠、塑膠、PET、PE、PP、ABS或PVC等材料进行制做,在完成初期形状后,通过热滚压的方式对卷收体进行定型滚压,进而对卷收体进行固型,而固型的方式可以是:UV光固化、热固化或自然固化等等。最后将成型后的卷收体进行贴附,而贴附的方式可以是:人工贴附、自动贴附、热压合或缝制贴附等等。进而将卷收体贴附到伞面上。达到在收纳伞具时,通过卷收体可以自动进行卷收的效果,同时由于卷收体,使得伞面具有卷收体的位置的强度有所增加,因此在卷收时伞面可以保持平整,进而达到快速整理伞面的效果。
本实施例的卷收体组件为弧形卷收体组件,如图3所示,弧形的卷收体可以使得收缩的伞具的伞面具一个弧形,而且通过弧形卷收体组,使得不同层的伞面之间相互层叠,进而达到在收纳伞具的同时,伞面可以自行的根据 弧形卷收体进行卷收,进而人们只需通过绳子或伞带进行捆绑即可,达到自动收纳的效果。卷收体组件为实心结构卷收体组件或空心结构卷收体组件。所述卷收片组件为PU卷收片组件、TPU卷收片组件、PET卷收片组件、PE卷收片组件、PP卷收片组件、ABS卷收片组件、PVC卷收片组件或硅胶卷收片组件。对于PU(英文名称为:polyurethane)为聚氨酯材料是聚氨基甲酸酯的简称,是一种高分子材料。而TPU(英文名称为:Thermoplastic polyurethanes)名称为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。PET(英文名称为:Polyethylene terephthalate)是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。PE聚乙烯(英文名称为;polyethylene)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。PP(英文名称为;Polypropylene)是聚丙烯,是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂。ABS(英文名称为acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene copolymer)是一种合成树脂。PVC(英文名称为polyvinyl chloride)在化工领域上指化合物聚氯乙烯。因此对于定型固片组件在制作上可以使用不同材料,同时定型固片组件可以使用较为柔软的材料进行制做,进而避免定型固片组件割破伞布,或者导致使用的人们被定型固片组件割伤。而且对于定型固片组件可以贴合或涂布的方式设置到伞布上,对于定型固片组件可以根据伞布的不同位置设置一定的形状,进而使得伞布上的厚度不同,使得其伞布的不同位置的软硬度不同,继而人们在收拢折叠伞具时速度更快。在伞面的外表面或内表面,还可以通过类似PU材质的物体进行全面涂布,进而达到抵抗UV(英文名称为Ultraviolet,即紫外线光。)的目的。
所述伞骨支架组为三折伞骨支架组、双折伞骨支架组、四折伞骨支架组或直杆伞骨支架组。所述伞具为手动伞、自动伞或电动伞。所述伞具为雨伞或太阳伞。如图3所示,还包括伞带14,所述伞带设置在伞面的外侧面上,伞带用于在伞面收拢折叠好后固定伞面。对于中棒还可以设置一个伞柄15,通过伞柄便于人们更好的拿取伞具,而对于自动伞或电动伞,则可以在伞柄 上还可以设置一个按钮开关,通过按钮开关可以控制伞具打开/收拢,便于人们使用该伞具。在收拢折叠好伞具后,通过伞带将伞具捆绑,继而可以将伞具放入伞袋中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:包括伞面、伞骨、中棒和卷收体组件,伞骨包括上巢、下巢和伞骨支架组,伞骨支架组的顶端通过上巢设置在中棒的顶端,伞骨支架组的底端通过下巢套设在中棒上,伞面设置在伞骨上,所述伞面上设置有折痕,卷收体组件设置在折痕一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述折痕为伞面中心点向外延伸并圆周阵列的直线伞面折痕、设置在伞面以其中心点为圆心的环形伞面折痕和/或设置在伞骨支架组的支架上的支架伞面折痕。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述伞具为三折伞,所述环形伞面折痕数量为两个,卷收体组件包括内层卷收片、中层卷收片和外层卷收片,所述内层卷收片设置在最内侧的环形伞面折痕的内侧的伞面上,所述中层卷收片设置两个环形伞面折痕之间的伞面上,外层卷收片设置在最外侧环形伞面折痕的外侧的伞面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述卷收体组件为弧形卷收体组件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:卷收体组件为实心结构卷收体组件或空心结构卷收体组件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述卷收片组件为PU卷收片组件、TPU卷收片组件、PET卷收片组件、PE卷收片组件、PP卷收片组件、ABS卷收片组件、PVC卷收片组件或硅胶卷收片组件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述伞骨支架组为三折伞骨支架组、双折伞骨支架组或四折伞骨支架组。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述伞具为手动伞、自动伞或电动伞。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:所述伞具为雨伞或太阳伞。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷绕收纳的伞具,其特征在于:还包括伞带,所述伞带设置在伞面的外侧面上,伞带用于在伞面收拢折叠好后固定伞面。
