背景技术
产品生产过程中经常需要对产品进行旋转,以及对产品间距进行改变。传统的办法是先对产品进行旋转,然后再对产品间距进行改变,或者先对产品间距进行改变,然后再对产品进行旋转,这样不仅增加了工作时间,而且两个装置会占用较大的设备空间,无法满足快速生产的需要。

使用时,通过弹簧定位销3231、3421将产品固定于定位机构30上。旋转驱动件22驱动减速机23转动进而带动与之相连的联轴器24转动。联轴器24带动旋转轴26转动,从而使与旋转轴26固定连接的定位机构30旋转。与此同时直线驱动件41驱动滑动板43移动,从而使与滑动板43连接的活动托盘34移动。所有连接件42将固定托盘32与活动托盘34连接在一起,因此所有活动托盘34均移动。当连接件42滑动到变距导向槽3221、3411的一端时,活动托盘34停止移动,滑动板43抵持于止挡件44上。此时活动托盘34完成变距。
可理解,在其他实施方式中,所述止挡件44可以省略。
可理解,在其他实施方式中,所述固定板322上的所述变距导向槽3221可以省略。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定位装置,包括支撑架、旋转机构及定位机构,所述旋转机构设置于所述支撑架上,所述旋转机构与所述定位机构固定连接,所述旋转机构能够旋转所述定位机构,其特征在于:所述定位机构包括底板、固定托盘及至少一个活动托盘,所述固定托盘固定设于所述底板上,至少一个所述活动托盘依次滑动地设置于所述底板上并邻近所述固定托盘,所述定位装置还包括变距机构,所述变距机构包括直线驱动件、滑动板及至少一个连接件,所述直线驱动件固定设置于所述底板上且位于与所述固定托盘相对的一端,所述滑动板设置于所述直线驱动件上且与距所述固定托盘最远的所述活动托盘连接,至少一个所述连接件将所述固定托盘及所有所述活动托盘依次滑动地连接,所述直线驱动件驱动所述滑动板移动从而带动多个所述活动托盘沿所述连接件滑动方向活动而变距。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述定位机构还包括至少一个滑轨,所述至少一个所述滑轨设置于所述底板上,至少一个所述活动托盘依次滑动地设置于所述滑轨上并邻近所述固定托盘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的定位装置,其特征在于:每个所述固定托盘和所述活动托盘上还分别设有变距导向槽,每个所述变距导向槽平行于所述滑轨,每个所述连接件的一端滑动地设置于位于所述固定托盘或者所述活动托盘上的所述变距导向槽上,另一端设置于相邻的所述活动托盘上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构包括旋转驱动件及旋转轴,所述旋转驱动件固定于所述支撑架上,所述旋转轴一端与所述旋转驱动件连接,另一端固定 连接所述定位机构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构还包括安装座、减速机、联轴器及旋转轴承,所述安装座固定安装于所述支撑架上,所述安装座上开设有相对设置的连轴开口和旋转开口,所述旋转驱动件与所述减速机一端相连,所述减速机的另一端固定于所述安装座上且通过所述连轴开口与所述联轴器相连,所述联轴器另一端与所述旋转轴连接,所述旋转轴承设置于所述旋转开口中,所述旋转轴一端穿过所述旋转轴承与所述联轴器远离所述减速机的一端连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构还包括固定座、从动轴承及从动轴,所述固定座位于所述定位机构远离所述安装座的一端且固定于所述支撑架上,所述固定座上开有从动开口,所述从动轴承设置于所述从动开口中,所述从动轴一端穿过所述从动轴承连接于所述固定座上,另一端与所述定位机构固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述固定托盘包括固定架、固定板及至少一个定位治具,所述固定架固定设于所述底板上,所述固定板设置于所述固定架上,所述固定板上设有平行于所述滑轨的所述变距导向槽,每个所述定位治具设置于所述固定板上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的定位装置,其特征在于:每个所述定位治具包括弹簧定位销,所述弹簧定位销用于将产品定位于所述定位治具上。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的定位装置,其特征在于:每个所述活动托盘包括活动板及至少一个活动定位治具,所述活动板横跨设置于至少一个所述滑轨上,所述活动板上设有所述变距导向槽,每个所述活动定位治具设置于所述活动板上,每个所述 活动定位治具包括弹簧定位销,所述弹簧定位销用于将产品定位于所述活动定位治具上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的定位装置,其特征在于:所述变距机构还包括止挡件,所述止挡件位于所述滑动板远离所述直线驱动件的一侧且设置于所述底板上。
