其中,所述滚筒3上且邻近所述滚轴第一端21开设有贯穿其侧壁的第一注油孔,所述第一衬套41上开设有贯穿其侧壁的第二注油孔,所述第一注油孔与所述第二注油孔连通,所述第一注油部51安装于所述第一注油孔中并延伸至所述第二注油孔内。优选地,第一注油孔与第二注油孔同轴,使润滑油由第一注油部51的油嘴流至滚轴2的行程最短,以节约使用润滑油。
其中,所述滚轴2上开设有第三注油孔23,所述第三注油孔23包括第一通孔231和第二通孔232,沿所述滚轴2的轴线方向,所述第一通孔231由所述滚轴第二端22朝向所述滚轴2的内部延伸,所述第二通孔232的一端与所述第一通孔231连通,另一端延伸至所述第二衬套42,所述第二注油部52安装于所述第一通孔231中。本实施例中,润滑油由第二注油部52的油嘴依次流经第一通孔231、第二通孔232至滚轴2。当系泊缆绳防磨装置倾斜安装时,可以使系泊缆绳防磨装置安装有第二注油部52的一端朝上,此时通过第二注油部52注油即可使滚筒3顺利转动。
进一步地,所述第一通孔231的长度沿所述滚轴2的长度方向延伸,所述第一通孔231与所述第二通孔232垂直,使润滑油由第二注油部52的油嘴流至 滚轴2的行程最短,以节约使用润滑油。
所述安装座1包括底座11和间隔设置于所述底座11上的第一侧板12和第二侧板13,所述滚轴2分别与所述第一侧板12和所述第二侧板13上的安装孔插接,所述滚轴第一端21位于所述第一侧板12的安装孔内,所述滚轴第二端22位于所述第二侧板13远离所述第一侧板12的一侧,所述滚轴第二端22通过限位组件与所述第二侧板13可拆卸连接,所述限位组件6包括止动板61和固定螺栓62,所述滚轴2上设置有与所述止动板61卡接的卡槽,所述止动板61上设置有与所述固定螺栓62插接配合的通孔,所述第二侧板13上设置有与所述固定螺栓62旋接配合的螺纹孔,所述固定螺栓62穿过所述通孔与所述螺纹孔旋接。本实施例中,滚轴2的滚轴第二端22通过限位组件6与第二侧板13可拆卸连接,以方便滚轴2的拆装与固定。
还包括封板7,所述封板7位于所述第一侧板12远离所述滚筒3的一侧,所述封板7与所述第一侧板12焊接,以避免滚轴2沿其轴向滑动。
所述底座11呈工字型,其包括第一连接部111和位于所述第一连接部111沿其长度方向的两端的第二连接部112,所述第二连接部112上间隔开设有若干用于与外部连接的连接孔,所述第一连接部111和所述第二连接部112之间采用圆弧过渡,所述第一连接部111的宽度小于所述滚筒3的外径,避免第一连接部111与缆绳接触而磨损缆绳。
优选的,所述第一侧板12靠近所述滚筒3的一侧固定设置有保护板,用于保护第一侧板12,保护板为青铜材质,防止第一衬套41磨损第一侧板12。
进一步地,所述衬套的外壁设置有限位凸部,所述滚筒3的内壁开设有与所述限位凸部卡接的限位凹槽(图中未示出);或者,所述衬套的外壁设置有限位凹槽,所述滚筒3的内壁开设有与所述限位凸部卡接的限位凸部,以实现通 过键槽卡接配合的方式进一步防止滚筒3与衬套之间发生相对转动。
以系泊缆绳防磨装置倾斜式安装在船体结构上为例,对本实用新型的系泊缆绳防磨装置的安装方式进行说明。如图5所示,在船体结构100上间隔安装有第一基座200和第二基座300,第一基座200和第二基座300分别具有一个与系泊缆绳防磨装置400的底座11平行的连接基板,底座11通过螺栓与两个基板连接,并通过螺母锁紧,以使系泊缆绳500与滚筒3接触并带动滚筒3转动时,系泊缆绳500的轴线垂直于滚筒3。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,包括安装座、滚轴、滚筒、润滑装置及铜材质的衬套,所述滚轴穿过所述滚筒的轴孔与所述安装座固定连接,所述衬套安装于所述滚轴与所述滚筒之间,且所述衬套与所述滚筒的轴孔过盈配合;所述润滑装置为所述衬套与所述滚轴之间提供润滑油,以使所述衬套绕所述滚轴顺利转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述滚轴沿其轴向具有相对设置的滚轴第一端和滚轴第二端,所述衬套包括邻近所述滚轴第一端设置的第一衬套和邻近所述滚轴第二端设置的第二衬套,所述润滑装置包括对应所述第一衬套设置的第一注油部和对应所述第二衬套设置的第二注油部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述滚筒上且邻近所述滚轴第一端开设有贯穿其侧壁的第一注油孔,所述第一衬套上开设有贯穿其侧壁的第二注油孔,所述第一注油孔与所述第二注油孔连通,所述第一注油部安装于所述第一注油孔中并延伸至所述第二注油孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述滚轴上开设有第三注油孔,所述第三注油孔包括第一通孔和第二通孔,沿所述滚轴的轴线方向,所述第一通孔由所述滚轴第二端朝向所述滚轴的内部延伸,所述第二通孔的一端与所述第一通孔连通,另一端延伸至所述第二衬套,所述第二注油部安装于所述第一通孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述第一通孔与所述滚轴同轴,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述安装座包括底座和间隔设置于所述底座上的第一侧板和第二侧板,所述滚轴分别与所述 第一侧板和所述第二侧板上的安装孔插接,所述滚轴第一端位于所述第一侧板的安装孔内,所述滚轴第二端位于所述第二侧板远离所述第一侧板的一侧,所述滚轴第二端通过限位组件与所述第二侧板可拆卸连接,所述限位组件包括止动板和固定螺栓,所述滚轴上设置有与所述止动板卡接的卡槽,所述止动板上设置有与所述固定螺栓插接配合的通孔,所述第二侧板上设置有与所述固定螺栓旋接配合的螺纹孔,所述固定螺栓穿过所述通孔与所述螺纹孔旋接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,还包括封板,所述封板位于所述第一侧板远离所述滚筒的一侧,所述封板与所述第一侧板焊接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述底座呈工字型,其包括第一连接部和位于所述第一连接部沿其长度方向的两端的第二连接部,所述第二连接部上间隔开设有若干用于与外部连接的连接孔,所述第一连接部的宽度小于所述滚筒的外径。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧板靠近所述滚筒的一侧固定设置有保护板。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的系泊缆绳防磨装置,其特征在于,所述衬套的外壁设置有限位凸部,所述滚筒的内壁开设有与所述限位凸部卡接的限位凹槽。
