技术领域
本申请涉及共享车辆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种车辆共享系统和方法。
背景技术
现有的车辆共享方式中,每个品牌分别运营单独的管理平台;用户需要在移动终端下载多个品牌的应用程序,才能使用各个品牌的共享车辆;另外,每个品牌的共享车辆运营方式相似度较大,且较为单一;通常由用户通过移动终端扫码解锁车辆进行骑行,骑行结束上锁后,使用支付平台或银行卡支付租用费用。
针对上述现有的共享车辆运营方式较为单一的问题,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的在于提供一种车辆共享系统和方法,以提高共享车辆运营方式的灵活性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种车辆共享系统,该系统包括广告发布模块、广告展示模块和共享车辆业务模块;广告发布模块被配置成根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;广告展示模块被配置成根据用户的指令,展示付费广告,向用户支付观看佣金;共享车辆业务模块被配置成根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述广告发布模块包括:广告设置单元和审核投放单元;广告设置单元被配置成根据企业的广告发布请求,设置付费广告的投放参数;其中,投放参数包括广告形式、投放位置范围、投放数量、商品基本信息、商品链接和观看佣金;审核投放单元被配置成审核付费广告的投放参数,审核通过后,投放广告。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述广告展示模块包括:广告展示单元、佣金支付单元和商品分享单元;广告展示单元被配置成根据用户的指令,向用户展示付费广告;佣金支付单元被配置成付费广告展示结束后,在设定时间段内向用户支付佣金;商品分享单元被配置成根据用户的指令,将付费广告内的商品链接转发,记录转发对象。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述商品分享单元还被配置成当转发对象在商品链接上产 生购买行为时,向用户支付提成;其中,需支付提成的用户的认证信息需达到设定的等级。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述共享车辆业务模块包括车辆展示单元、车辆定位单元、解锁单元、导航单元、停车单元、上锁单元和付费单元;车辆展示单元被配置成在地图上展示距离用户的设定范围内车辆的停放位置;其中,车辆包括多个品牌的共享车辆;车辆定位单元被配置成生成用户与指定车辆之间的导航路线,以引导用户至指定车辆的停放位置;解锁单元被配置成根据用户的解锁请求,解锁车辆;导航单元被配置成根据用户输入的目的地址,生成规划路线;停车单元被配置成根据目的地址生成指定的停放位置,以引导用户将车辆停放至停放位置;上锁单元被配置成根据用户的上锁请求,上锁车辆;付费单元被配置成车辆上锁后,从观看佣金中扣除车辆的租用费用。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述停车单元还被配置成监测车辆的实际停放位置,当实际停放位置与指定的停放位置的距离超出预设范围时,从观看佣金中扣除处罚费用。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述车辆定位单元还被配置成根据用户的预约请求,预约车辆,预约成功后,在设定时间段内保留用户的预约信息;车辆定位单元还被配置成根据用户的寻车指令,控制车辆的铃声发声,以使用户定位车辆。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述共享车辆业务模块还包括报损单元;报损单元被配置成接收用户发送的报损信息;其中,报损信息包括车辆标识、位置信息、破损类型和车辆图像;报损单元还被配置成审核报损信息,审核通过后,向用户支付奖励报酬。
在本申请较佳的实施例中,上述系统还包括注册认证模块;注册认证模块被配置成用户和企业进行注册、身份认证和登录。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种车辆共享方法,该方法应用于上述车辆共享系统,该方法包括:广告发布模块根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;广告展示模块根据用户的指令,展示付费广告,向用户支付观看佣金;共享车辆业务模块根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
本申请实施例带来了以下有益效果:

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
考虑到现有的共享车辆运营方式较为单一的问题,本申请实施例提供了一种车辆共享系统和方法;该技术可以应用于共享单车、共享电动车以及共享汽车等管理或运营平台中;该技术可以采用相关的软件或硬件实现,下面通过实施例进行描述。
实施例一
参见图1所示的第一种车辆共享系统的结构示意图,该系统包括广告发布模块10、广告展示模块11和共享车辆业务模块12;
广告发布模块10被配置成根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,该付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;
广告展示模块11被配置成根据用户的指令,展示付费广告,向用户支付观看佣金;
共享车辆业务模块12被配置成根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
例如,企业可以以红包的形式在系统中发布付费广告;用户抢红包,并观看广告,观 看完毕后,获得观看佣金;该观看佣金可以用于用户在该系统中租用共享车辆时,支付共享车辆的租用费用。
本申请实施例提供的一种车辆共享系统,包括广告发布模块、广告展示模块和共享车辆业务模块;企业通过广告发布模块发布付费广告;用户通过广告展示模块观看该付费广告,并获得观看佣金;用户通过共享车辆业务模块享受共享车辆租用业务,并通过该观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。该方式中,一方面可以使企业通过较低的成本扩展商品宣传渠道,另一方面可以使用户通过观看广告赚取到的佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用,降低用户租用共享单车的实际费用;该方式提高了共享车辆运营方式的灵活性。
实施例二
参见图2所示的第二种车辆共享系统的结构示意图,该系统包括广告发布模块10、广告展示模块11和共享车辆业务模块12;
进一步地,上述广告发布模块包括:广告设置单元101和审核投放单元102;
广告设置单元101被配置成根据企业的广告发布请求,设置付费广告的投放参数;其中,该投放参数包括广告形式、投放位置范围、投放数量、商品基本信息、商品链接和观看佣金;
具体地,该广告形式可以为多种,例如,图片形式、视频形式或H5(第5代HTML)形式等;投放的位置范围可以为全国范围,也可以为省市区范围等,具体的投放范围可以精确到米;投放数量包括广告点击的次数或广告的个数;上述投放参数还可以包括当次广告投放的总金额、广告标题、商品缩略图、商品内页展示内容或祝福语等内容。
当上述广告形式为H5形式时,上述投放参数还可以包括商品名称、产地、产品规格、详情图或产品描述等信息。
审核投放单元102被配置成审核付费广告的投放参数,审核通过后,投放广告。
企业可以通过支付宝、微信或银行卡等多种支付方式向系统支付当前广告投放的费用;当支付成功后,系统后台的工作人员即对该企业的付费广告的投放参数进行审核,审核成功后,依据投放参数的具体内容,投放付费广告;该付费广告投放后,即显示在系统中,终端定位在投放位置范围内的用户即可观看广告并赚取佣金。
进一步地,上述广告展示模块包括:广告展示单元111、佣金支付单元112和商品分享单元113;
广告展示单元111被配置成根据用户的指令,向用户展示付费广告;
佣金支付单元112被配置成付费广告展示结束后,在设定时间段内向用户支付佣金;
用户登录系统后,可以以抢红包的形式获取观看付费广告的机会;例如,视频广告, 当广告播放结束后10秒之内,用户可以点击红包获取观看佣金,超出10秒后,系统可以收回该红包。
商品分享单元112被配置成根据用户的指令,将付费广告内的商品链接转发,记录转发对象。
该商品分享单元112还被配置成当转发对象在商品链接上产生购买行为时,向用户支付提成;其中,需支付提成的用户的认证信息需达到设定的等级。
对于带有商品链接的付费广告,用户可以将该商品链接转发至系统内的其他用户,也可以将该商品链接转发至其他应用程序内的通信联系人或通信好友等;当转发对象通过该商品链接产生购买行为时,转发商品链接的用户可以获得提成。
为了保障用户的可靠性,系统可以仅对认证信息达到设定的等级的用户支付提成,对于认证信息没有达到设定的等级用户,即使该用户转发商品链接,且转发对象产生购买行为,系统也不向该用户支付提成。例如,用户可以通过向系统缴纳保证金可以提高认证信息的等级,当用户缴纳保证金后,该用户可以认证为合伙人用户,该用户对于的转发对象产生购买行为后,该用户即可获取交易金额1%的提成。
通过上述方式,一方面使用户增加了收入,提高了用户观看广告和转发商品链接的积极性;另一方面,企业不用支付固定的销售宣传薪酬,按销售结果支付宣传费用,大幅降低企业的支出成本和风险,同时可以无限扩大销售团队,实现业绩的指数级增长。这种人人参与抢红包观看广告并转发商品链接的方式,可以形成一个广告式销售众包商业模式。
进一步地,参见图3所示的第二种车辆共享系统中,共享车辆业务模块的具体结构示意图;该共享车辆业务模块包括车辆展示单元121、车辆定位单元122、解锁单元123、导航单元124、停车单元125、上锁单元126和付费单元127;
车辆展示单元121被配置成在地图上展示距离用户的设定范围内车辆的停放位置;其中,车辆包括多个品牌的共享车辆;
在实际实现时,该系统可以与多个品牌共享车辆的管理平台对接,获取相应品牌共享车辆的数据,包括车辆位置,还可以控制相应的车辆解锁或上锁等。
通过将众多品牌的车辆集合该系统中,用户可以避免分别下载多个品牌共享车辆的应用程序;通过该系统可以获得众多品牌车辆的位置,并直接解锁使用,进一步提高了用户使用共享车辆的便捷性。
车辆定位单元122被配置成生成用户与指定车辆之间的导航路线,以引导用户至指定车辆的停放位置;
车辆定位单元122还被配置成根据用户的预约请求,预约车辆,预约成功后,在设定时间段内保留用户的预约信息;
车辆定位单元122还被配置成根据用户的寻车指令,控制车辆的铃声发声,以使用户定位车辆。
例如,当用户通过系统中地图显示的车辆中选中指定车辆时,可以在到达该指定车辆的具体位置之前,预约该指定车辆,避免其他用户骑走该指定车辆;系统可以设置一个用户每次预约一个车辆,预约后在一定时间段内(例如,15分钟内)不计费,超时后,该预约信息取消,其他用户可以使用该车辆。
已经被用户预约的车辆,通常不再地图上继续显示;如果其他用户试图扫码解锁已被预约的车辆,则扫码后系统告知该用户当前车辆已被预约。
当用户预约的车辆位置处有很多车辆,用户无法定位预约车辆的具体位置时,可以通过终端发出寻车指令,系统则控制预约车辆响铃,用户可以根据铃声定位预约车辆。当然,用户还可以取消预约的车辆,选择其他车辆。
通过上述预约车辆的方式,可以使用户更为便捷地使用共享车辆,进而提高了共享车辆的用户体验度。
解锁单元123被配置成根据用户的解锁请求,解锁车辆;
用户可以使用终端的扫码功能解锁车辆;具体地,用户点击扫码图标,便可打开扫描二维码的界面,将车辆的二维码放入扫描框内,扫描成功后,即可打开自动打开车锁;车锁打开,计费开始。
如果车辆的环境光线较暗,扫码的时候系统可以控制终端自动打开手电筒;如果车辆上的二维码被损坏,用户也可以手动输入车辆编号开锁。
导航单元124被配置成根据用户输入的目的地址,生成规划路线;
该系统可以根据用户当前地址和输入的目的地址,自动生成多个规划路线,以供用户选择;也可以在生成规划路线后,根据用户的指令进行调整,以生成最终的规划路线,对用户进行导航。
停车单元125被配置成根据目的地址生成指定的停放位置,以引导用户将车辆停放至停放位置;
该停车单元125还被配置成监测车辆的实际停放位置,当实际停放位置与指定的停放位置的距离超出预设范围时,从观看佣金中扣除处罚费用。
用户骑行结束后,系统会显示指定的停放位置,用户需按要求停放,避免乱停乱放或妨碍交通等行为。如果该目的地址附近有规划好的停车区域,需停放在区域内;如果该目的地址附近没有规划停放区域的地方,车辆的停放位置应当不能占用正常道路。车辆按要求停放后,手动关锁,确认关锁成功后,可点击“结束行程”,系统自动结账,费用从抢红包的金额中扣除。如果用户未按要求停车,系统可以根据情节严重程度,给予一定金额的 罚款。
通过上述方式,可以规范用户的停车行为,避免共享车辆乱停乱放或妨碍交通的不良影响。
上锁单元126被配置成根据用户的上锁请求,上锁车辆;
付费单元127被配置成车辆上锁后,从观看佣金中扣除车辆的租用费用。
进一步地,上述共享车辆业务模块还包括报损单元128;
报损单元128被配置成接收用户发送的报损信息;其中,报损信息包括车辆标识、位置信息、破损类型和车辆图像;
报损单元128还被配置成审核报损信息,审核通过后,向用户支付奖励报酬。
当用户发现破损车辆,或者不能正常开锁的车辆时,用户可以通过移动终端点击“报修”的功能按钮,为该车辆拍数张照片,在系统中选择破损类型、输入车辆编号、获取当前位置并上传拍摄的照片后,点击“提交”,系统后台管理人员确认车辆回收成功,系统会给予为该车辆报修的用户一定金额的奖励。
当点击“报修”功能按钮的时候,用户可以先输入车辆编号查询该车辆是否已被报损,如果已经其他用户对该车辆提交报修,则无法再次提交,用户不必再进行信息填写和提交操作。
进一步地,上述系统还包括注册认证模块13;
注册认证模块13被配置成用户和企业进行注册、身份认证和登录。
具体地,可以使用多种方式进行注册或登录;例如,使用电话号码注册,通过输入电话号码、获取验证码、填写验证码、输入密码和确认输入流程,即可完成注册;使用第三方登录方式,例如QQ、微信或新浪微博等,选择其中一种授权并确认,输入电话号码,设置密码,即可完成注册;
用户或企业注册完成和登录系统后,需进一步完善信息进行身份认证,才能正常使用平台功能。用户完成身份认证就可以使用平台上所有品牌的单车,无需缴纳押金和无需下载应用程序,直接扫码即可开锁,骑行费用可以通过抢到的红包进行抵扣。
个人用户认证中,需完善的信息包括姓名、电话、邮箱、常用地址、身份证实名认证或银行卡实名认证等。企业认证中,需完善的信息包括公司名称、委托人姓名、电话、邮箱、常用地址、身份实名认证、银行卡实名认证、营业执照认证、生产许可证或产品质检报告等。
为了进一步完善系统的功能,该系统还可以包括意见反馈模块,用户在使用该共享车辆系统时,使用过程中对页面设计、流程设计、平台功能、平台规则或用户体验等方面有意见和建议,均可以通过意见反馈模块向系统进行反馈。
上述系统还可以包括个人中心模块,具体包括个人信息、我的行程、我的钱包、我的消息、意见反馈或客服等;其中,该个人信息包括图像、姓名、电话、邮箱或地址等用户注册和认证时填写的信息,该个人信息可以更改;上述我的行程包括用车日期、行程消费、单车品牌或车牌号等信息,打开查看详情,可查看用车时长或行车路线轨迹等信息;上述我的钱包中包括充值、银行卡、红包收入或优惠券等信息;上述我的消息中包括红包消息、商品消息或订单消息等。
另外,上述系统还包括商城模块,用户查看付费广告附带的商品链接,可以通过商城模块在线直购商品;支付模块,主要被配置成完成用户骑行结束付费、企业发布广告或用户购买商品等付费操作;物流模块,用户在平台产生购买行为后,商家通过物流模块将商品配送至指定地址;结算模块,主要被配置成骑行计费、优惠券使用、支付抵扣、红包提现或销售提成等结算操作;管理模块,主要被配置成企业对企业信息、广告发布、商品或销售订单的管理,以及用户对个人信息、购物订单、卡券或钱包的管理。
实施例三
对应于上述系统实施例,参见图4所示的一种车辆共享方法的流程图;该方法应用于上述车辆共享系统,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S402,广告发布模块根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;
步骤S404,广告展示模块根据用户的指令,展示付费广告,向用户支付观看佣金;
步骤S406,共享车辆业务模块根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
本申请实施例提供的一种车辆共享方法,企业通过广告发布模块发布付费广告;用户通过广告展示模块观看该付费广告,并获得观看佣金;用户通过共享车辆业务模块享受共享车辆租用业务,并通过该观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。该方式中,一方面可以使企业通过较低的成本扩展商品宣传渠道,另一方面可以使用户通过观看广告赚取到的佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用,降低用户租用共享单车的实际费用;该方式提高了共享车辆运营方式的灵活性。
本申请实施例所提供的车辆共享系统和方法的计算机程序产品,包括存储了程序代码的计算机可读存储介质,所述程序代码包括的指令可被配置成执行前面方法实施例中所述的方法,具体实现可参见方法实施例,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种车辆共享系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括广告发布模块、广告展示模块和共享车辆业务模块;
    所述广告发布模块被配置成根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,所述付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;
    所述广告展示模块被配置成根据用户的指令,展示所述付费广告,向所述用户支付所述观看佣金;
    所述共享车辆业务模块被配置成根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过所述用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述广告发布模块包括:广告设置单元和审核投放单元;
    所述广告设置单元被配置成根据所述企业的广告发布请求,设置所述付费广告的投放参数;其中,所述投放参数包括广告形式、投放位置范围、投放数量、商品基本信息、商品链接和观看佣金;
    所述审核投放单元被配置成审核所述付费广告的投放参数,审核通过后,投放所述广告。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述广告展示模块包括:广告展示单元、佣金支付单元和商品分享单元;

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述共享车辆业务模块包括车辆展示单元、车辆定位单元、解锁单元、导航单元、停车单元、上锁单元和付费单元;

    所述车辆定位单元被配置成生成所述用户与指定车辆之间的导航路线,以引导所述 用户至所述指定车辆的停放位置;
    所述解锁单元被配置成根据所述用户的解锁请求,解锁所述车辆;
    所述导航单元被配置成根据所述用户输入的目的地址,生成规划路线;
    所述停车单元被配置成根据所述目的地址生成指定的停放位置,以引导所述用户将所述车辆停放至所述停放位置;
    所述上锁单元被配置成根据所述用户的上锁请求,上锁所述车辆;
    所述付费单元被配置成所述车辆上锁后,从所述观看佣金中扣除所述车辆的租用费用。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述停车单元还被配置成监测所述车辆的实际停放位置,当所述实际停放位置与所述指定的停放位置的距离超出预设范围时,从所述观看佣金中扣除处罚费用。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述车辆定位单元还被配置成根据所述用户的预约请求,预约所述车辆,预约成功后,在设定时间段内保留所述用户的预约信息;
    所述车辆定位单元还被配置成根据所述用户的寻车指令,控制所述车辆的铃声发声,以使所述用户定位所述车辆。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述共享车辆业务模块还包括报损单元;
    所述报损单元被配置成接收所述用户发送的报损信息;其中,所述报损信息包括车辆标识、位置信息、破损类型和车辆图像;
    所述报损单元还被配置成审核所述报损信息,审核通过后,向所述用户支付奖励报酬。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括注册认证模块;
    所述注册认证模块被配置成所述用户和所述企业进行注册、身份认证和登录。
  10. 一种车辆共享方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的系统,所述方法包括:
    广告发布模块根据企业的广告发布请求,在设定的地理范围内发布付费广告;其中,所述付费广告至少包括商品信息和观看佣金;
    广告展示模块根据用户的指令,展示所述付费广告,向所述用户支付所述观看佣金;
    共享车辆业务模块根据用户的租用需求,提供共享车辆租用业务,通过所述用户的观看佣金支付共享车辆的租用费用。
