Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tooth attaching patch, and more particularly to a tooth attaching patch which improves durability of a brush-off tooth attaching patch which is removed by brushing.
- the patch for dental attachment generally includes a drug layer containing a drug for the purpose of use such as a tooth whitening drug, a drug for preventing or ameliorating sickness, and a support layer for allowing the drug component to be selectively transferred to the teeth .
- a drug layer containing a drug for the purpose of use such as a tooth whitening drug, a drug for preventing or ameliorating sickness, and a support layer for allowing the drug component to be selectively transferred to the teeth .
- Korean Patent No. 10-0458337 proposes to make the support layer water-insoluble such that the drug component contained in the patch can be selectively transferred to only the teeth.
- patches containing such a water-insoluble support layer are troublesome to remove the remaining support layer after use of the product.
- the patches are broken during removal due to the tensile strength of the patches.
- the product was developed to dissolve in the oral cavity after the patch was attached, the drug component was not selectively transferred to the teeth and mixed with the saliva, resulting in the problem that the intended drug efficacy was not expressed.
- the inventors developed a brush-off type patch which can not be degraded by saliva or water during use but can be removed through brushing after use.
- the applicant has studied the structure of a brush-off type tooth attaching patch, and developed an optimal structure of a brush-off type tooth attaching patch.
- the present invention seeks to solve the problem of causing a foreign body sensation in use, which was a problem in a brush-off type patch for tooth attachment.
- the present invention provides a tooth attaching patch that improves the shape retention of a brush-off type tooth attaching patch having a weak physical strength, particularly a tooth attaching patch.
