Description

充气膜及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及气膜建筑的技术领域,特别是涉及一种充气膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
气膜建筑因具有成本较低和轻便等特点而广泛应用于各行各业。传统的气膜建筑上需要设置通风结构与外部的输风装置的风口连通,如空调,以对气膜建筑内的空气的温度、湿度、纯净度和气流速度进行调节。
传统的气膜建筑的通风结构的零件较多,使通风结构较复杂且成本较高;此外,气膜建筑的通风结构的使用方便性较差且容易漏气。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种使用方便性较好的充气膜。
一种充气膜,包括:
膜体,所述膜体开设有通孔;
粘贴带,所述粘贴带设于所述膜体上,所述粘贴带环绕所述通孔;
第一堵片,所述第一堵片上开设有与所述通孔连通的安装孔,所述第一堵片连接于所述粘贴带上;以及
通风管,所述通风管穿设于所述通孔和所述安装孔内。

如图1所示,一实施例的充气膜10包括膜体100、粘贴带200、第一堵片300以及通风管400。同时参见图2,所述膜体100开设有通孔110。所述粘贴带200设于所述膜体100上。所述粘贴带200环绕所述通孔110,即通孔110的外围设有粘贴带200。所述第一堵片300上开设有与所述通孔110连通的安装孔310。所述第一堵片300连接于所述粘贴带200上。所述通风管400穿设于所述通孔110和所述安装孔310内,使膜体100的内腔与膜体100的外围连通,通风管400可以与膜体100的外围的通风设备连接,如空调,这样,通风设备通过通风管400与膜体100通风。又由于膜体100上设有粘贴带200,粘贴带200环绕通孔110,即通孔110的外围设有粘贴带200,且第一堵片300连接于粘贴带200上,以对通风管400和膜体100的连接处进行封堵,避免通风管400与膜体100之间容易漏气的问题。
组装时,先将通风管400插入通孔110内;然后将通风管400穿设于第一堵片300的安装孔310内;然后将第一堵片300连接于粘贴带200上,以免充气膜10漏气;最后将通风管400接入膜体100外围的通风设备上,最终完成充气膜10的组装,因此,充气膜10的组装过程较简单且可靠性较好,从而使通风结构的使用方便性较好。例如,第一堵片300粘贴于粘贴带200上,使第一堵片连接于粘贴带上,可以实现充气膜10的快速组装,同时实现第一堵片300与膜体100之间可拆卸连接,缩短了充气膜10的组装时间;当第一堵片300存在破损且粘贴性能较差时,可以随时更换新的第一堵片300,降低了充气膜10的使用成本。例如,第一堵片300的形状与粘贴带200的形状相适应。当然,第一堵片300也可以扣接于粘贴带200上,例如,第一堵片300为硬质的封堵片。又如,第一堵片300的材料为木材或硬胶或其他材质。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一堵片300套接于所述通风管400上,使通风管400穿设于第一堵片300的安装孔310内。所述第一堵片粘贴于所述粘贴带上,可以实现充气膜10的快速组装,同时实现第一堵片300与膜体100之间可拆卸连接,缩短了充气膜10的组装时间;当第一堵片300存在破损且粘贴性能较差时,可以随时更换新的第一堵片300,降低了充气膜10的使用成本。例如,通风管400的横截面呈圆形状。通孔110和安装孔310均为圆孔。在其他实施例中,通风管400的横截面也可以呈方形状或椭圆形状,通孔110和安装孔310的形状与通风管400的横截面的形状相适应。又如,通风管400为弹性管道,使通风管400具有弹性。例如,粘贴带200的延伸轨迹呈方形状。可以理解,在其他实施例中,粘接带的延伸轨迹也可以呈圆形状或椭圆形状。
为了使通风管400与第一堵片300之间紧密接触结合,在其中一个实施例中,所述通风管400弹性抵接于所述安装孔310的内壁上,使通风管400与第一堵片300之间紧密接触结合,保证通风管400与第一堵片300之间连接的密封性,可以更好地解决通风结构容易漏气的问题。
在其中一个实施例中,所述膜体100包括膜主体100a和加强片100b,所述加强片100b连接于所述膜主体100a上。所述通孔110包括相连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔开设于所述膜主体100a上,所述第二通孔开设于所述加强片100b上。所述粘贴带200设于所述加强片100b上背离所述膜主体100a的侧面,所述粘贴带200环绕所述第一通孔;例如,膜主体100a为膜材材料,如醋酸纤维素或芳香聚酰胺。由于膜主体100a为膜材材料,在膜主体100a上设置加强片100b,可以提高膜主体100a与通风管400连接处的连接强度,使膜主体100a不易开裂,保证膜体100与通风管400之间可靠连接。例如,所述粘贴带200还缝接于所述加强片100b上,使粘贴带200更牢固连接于加强片100b上。
在本实施例中,加强片100b与粘贴带200的形状相同。在其他实施例中,加强片100b与粘贴带200的形状也可以不同。例如,加强片100b呈圆环形 状,粘贴带200呈方形状,且加强片100b的外直径大于粘贴带200的边长,加强片100b的内直径小于粘贴带200的边长。又如,加强片100b与粘贴带200的形状相同且面积相同。例如,加强片100b通过焊接固定于膜主体100a上,使加强片100b连接于膜主体100a上。在其他实施例中,加强片100b也可以通过胶接固定于膜主体100a上。
在其中一个实施例中,充气膜10还包括第二堵片500,所述第二堵片500粘贴于所述粘贴带200上,所述第二堵片500用于封堵所述通孔110。当需通过通孔110对充气膜10进行通风时,卸下第二堵片500,将通风设备的通风管400穿设于通孔110和安装孔310内,并将第一堵片300粘贴于粘贴带200上,以对膜体100进行通风。当无需通过通孔110对充气膜10进行通风时,卸下第一堵片300和通风管400,将第二堵片500粘贴于粘贴带200上,以封堵通孔110,避免充气膜10漏气。因此,第二堵片500和第一堵片300可以切换使用。当膜体100无需通风时,可以拔出通风管400,并将第一堵片300替换为第二堵片500,以将安装孔310进行封堵。例如,第二堵片500呈方形状,第二堵片500封堵通孔110。又如,第二堵片500的边长等于粘接带的边长,使第二堵片500完全贴附于粘接带上。例如,第二堵片500的材料和第一堵片300的材料均与膜体100的材料相同,使充气膜10容易制造且成本较低。
在其中一个实施例中,充气膜10还包括配重袋600,所述配重袋600与所述膜体100连接,将膜体100连接于配重袋600上,以免膜体100任意移动。在其中一个实施例中,所述配重袋600包括袋本体610和填充物620,所述袋本体610上开设有收容腔612,所述填充物620位于所述收容腔612内。在其中一个实施例中,所述填充物620为沙袋或水袋或金属块。在本实施例中,所述填充物620为沙袋。在其中一个实施例中,所述粘贴带200为魔术贴。
如图3所示,例如,充气膜10还包括连接板700和紧固件800,所述膜主体100a上开设有第一固定位置110。如图4所示,所述袋本体610上还开 设有第二固定位置614和开口616,所述收容腔612和所述第二固定位置614均与所述开口616连通。所述填充物620位于所述收容腔612内。所述连接板700上开设有安装孔710。所述连接板700抵接于所述膜主体100a与所述袋本体610其中之一上。所述紧固件800顺序穿设所述安装孔710、所述第一固定位置110和所述第二固定位置614,用于使所述膜主体100a、所述袋本体610和所述连接板700连接于一起,从而使袋本体610上开口616被夹紧,避免填充物620与袋本体610之间相互分离。
组装固定时,首先将填充物620通过袋本体610的开口616放置于收容腔内,使填充物620将袋本体610定位于目标位置;然后将紧固件800穿设于安装孔710、第一固定位置110、第二固定位置614和开口616内,使膜主体100a与袋本体610连接。拆卸移动时,首先卸下紧固件800和连接板700,将配重带和膜主体100a分开;然后分别对膜主体100a和袋本体610打包移动,而袋本体610和填充物620可以一起打包移动。当到达新的目的地时,使用者可以重新组装充气膜10,并将膜主体100a和袋本体610再次进行组装连接。由于充气膜10在组装时,无需与混凝土基础连接,使充气膜10的拆装移动较容易,解决了移动式气膜的拆装移动困难的问题,同时降低了充气膜10的拆装成本。
为了使膜主体100a和袋本体610之间的连接更牢固,连接板700的数目为两个,其中一个所述连接板700抵接于所述膜主体100a上背离所述袋本体610的一侧,另外一个所述连接板700抵接于所述袋本体610上背离所述膜主体100a的一侧。所述螺栓顺序穿设其中一个所述连接板的安装孔、所述第一固定位置、所述第二固定位置和另外一个所述连接板的安装孔,所述螺栓与所述螺母螺纹连接,所述螺栓远离所述螺母的端部抵接于其中一个所述连接板上,所述螺母抵接于另外一个所述连接板上,使膜主体100a和袋本体610被夹紧于两个连接板700之间。可以理解,在其他实施例中,连接板700的数目还可以为多个,膜主体100a和袋本体610被夹紧于其中两个连接板700之间。
在其中一个实施例中,第一固定位置110和第二固定位置614均为通孔。如图5所示,第二固定位置614包括第一部分614a和第二部分614b,第一部分614a和第二部分614b均与开口230连通。安装孔的数目为两个,紧固件500顺序穿设第一个所述安装孔710、所述第一固定位置110、所述第一部分614a、所述第二部分614b和第二个所述安装孔710。
为了使膜主体100a与袋本体610之间更好地抵接,进一步地,膜主体100a上邻近袋本体610的侧面设有多个第一凸起,相邻两个第一凸起之间存在第一空隙。袋本体610邻近膜主体100a的侧面设有多个第二凸起,相邻两个第二凸起之间存在第二间隙。第一凸起位于第二间隙内,第二凸起位于第一间隙内,使膜主体100a与袋本体610之间更好地抵接。进一步地,多个第一凸起均匀分布于膜主体100a上,多个第二凸起均匀分布于袋本体610上。为了提高袋本体610的耐磨性,进一步地,袋本体610的底部设有耐磨层。
需要说明的是,配重袋的结构需考虑充气膜10组装及运输时的便利性。例如,配重袋的开口呈收缩状,可以避免填充物620容易从配重袋的开口处分离,使填充物620始终位于配重袋的收容腔内。为了提高配重袋的应力强度,例如,配重袋的开口处设有加强筋条,以免配重袋反复打开导致出现裂纹。又如,填充物620通过缝接或胶接连接于配重袋上,使填充物620更牢固的连接于配重袋上。又如,配重袋的开口的内壁上设有搭扣或封口带或拉链,以密封开口。例如,配重袋包括配重袋本体、第一连接部和第二连接部,所述配重袋本体分别与所述第一连接部和第二连接部连接,所述收容腔开设于所述配重袋本体上,所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间形成所述开口。第二固定位置614分别开设于第一连接部和第二连接部上。又如,第一连接部和第二连接部均活动连接于配重袋本体。具体地,第一连接部和第二连接部均转动连接于配重袋本体上。例如,第一连接部与配重袋本体之间的连接处设有第一合页,使第一连接部与配重袋本体转动连接。又如,第二连接部与配重袋本体之间的连接处设有第二合页,使第二连接部与配重袋本体转动连接。
为了起到防松效果,在其中一个实施例中,所述紧固件800包括螺栓810和螺母820。所述连接板的数目为两个,所述螺栓顺序穿设其中一个所述连接板的安装孔、所述第一固定位置、所述第二固定位置和另外一个所述连接板的安装孔,所述螺栓与所述螺母螺纹连接,所述螺栓远离所述螺母的端部抵接于其中一个所述连接板上,所述螺母抵接于另外一个所述连接板上,使两个连接板、膜主体100a和配重袋紧固连接。螺栓与螺母螺纹连接,起到防松效果,使两个连接板、膜主体100a和配重袋的连接较可靠。
例如,螺栓包括螺栓本体和螺栓头部,螺栓头部连接于螺栓本体的端部。螺栓本体远离螺栓头部的端部设有螺纹,以与螺母螺纹连接。螺栓头部的直径大于螺栓本体的直径。螺栓本体顺序穿设其中一个所述连接板的安装孔、所述第一固定位置、所述第二固定位置和另外一个所述连接板的安装孔。螺栓头部与其中一个连接板背离膜主体100a的侧面抵接,螺母与另外一个连接板背离配重袋的侧面抵接。
进一步地,为了使紧固件800与连接板700的连接更加牢固,充气膜10还包括垫圈,垫圈套设于螺栓上,且垫圈的两侧分别与紧固件800和连接板700抵接,可以较好地防止螺栓从连接板700上松脱,从而使紧固件800与连接板700的连接更加牢固。例如,连接板700上开设有与安装孔710连通的凹槽,垫圈位于凹槽内与连接板700抵接,可以使垫圈更好地抵接于连接板700上。此外,垫圈收容于凹槽内,可以节省垫圈占用的空间,使充气膜10的结构更加紧凑。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,紧固件800不仅限于螺栓,安装孔710也不仅限于螺纹孔。例如,紧固件800还可以为连接柱。紧固件800的侧壁上开设有凸起。安装孔710开设于连接板700的边缘处。安装时,可以先将紧固件800插入第一固定位置110、第二固定位置614和螺纹孔内;然后转动紧固件800至预定角度,使凸起抵接于其中一个连接板700上,紧固件800的头部抵接于另外一个连接板700上。
在其中一个实施例中,充气膜10还包括第一加强绳900,所述第一加强 绳900设于所述膜主体100a上邻近所述袋本体610的边缘处。当膜主体100a充气时,膜主体100a与袋本体610之间相对运动,在所述膜主体100a上邻近所述袋本体610的边缘处增设第一加强绳900,可以避免因连接板700、袋本体610和膜主体100a三者之间的摩擦力较小而导致第一固定位置110容易被拉脱,使袋本体610与膜主体100a之间可靠连接。例如,第一加强绳900包裹于膜主体100a上邻近袋本体610的边缘处,以防第一加强绳900与膜主体100a分离,使第一加强绳900与膜主体100a的连接较牢固。可以理解,第一加强绳900不仅限于通过包裹的方式设于膜主体100a上。在其他实施例中,第一加强绳900也可以通过缝接或胶接连接于膜主体100a上。在本实施例中,第一加强绳900通过胶接连接于膜主体100a上。

如图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,充气膜10还包括地锚预留件1200,所述地锚预留件1200设于所述袋本体610上。组装固定时,使用者可以将地锚穿过地锚预留件1200上,并插入地面,使袋本体610固定于地面上,以免配重袋相对于地面移动。在本实施例中,地锚预留件1200为金属环,在其他实施例中,地锚预留件1200也可以为绳索环。例如,配重袋包括袋体和连接带。连接带穿设于地锚预留件,且连接带的两端均焊接于袋体上。又如,连接带和袋体的材料均为膜材。又如,连接带对折并焊接于袋体的同一位置处,即连接带的两端和袋体三者焊接于一起。当然,在其他实施例中,连接带两端还可以分别焊接于袋体的不同位置处。又如,地锚预留件1200通过缝接固定于袋本体610上。为了提高地锚预留件1200与袋本体610之间的连接强度,进一步地,袋本体610上与地锚预留件1200的连接处设有加强层,提高了地锚预留件1200与袋本体610之间的连接强度。例如,地锚预留件1200为D型环或一周包绳三角片。
例如,充气膜10包括膜体100、粘贴带200、第一堵片300、通风管400以及第二堵片500。所述膜体100开设有通孔110。所述膜体100包括膜主体100a和加强片100b,所述加强片100b连接于所述膜主体100a上。所述通孔 110包括相连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔开设于所述膜主体100a上,所述第二通孔开设于所述加强片100b上。所述粘贴带200设于所述加强片100b上背离所述膜主体100a的侧面,所述粘贴带200环绕所述第一通孔。由于膜主体100a为膜材材料,在膜主体100a上设置加强片100b,可以提高膜主体100a与通风管400连接处的连接强度,使膜主体100a不易开裂,保证膜体100与通风管400之间可靠连接。
所述第一堵片300上开设有与所述第二通孔连通的安装孔310。所述第一堵片300粘贴于所述粘贴带200上。所述通风管400穿设于所述第一通孔、第二通孔和所述安装孔310内,使膜体100的内腔与膜体100的外围连通,通风管400可以与膜体的外围的通风设备连接,如空调,这样,通风设备通过通风管400与膜体通风。又由于加强片100b上设有粘贴带200,粘贴带200环绕第二通孔,即第二通孔的外围设有粘贴带200,且第一堵片300粘贴于粘贴带200上,以对通风管400和膜体的连接处进行封堵,避免通风管400与膜体之间容易漏气的问题。
所述第二堵片500粘贴于所述粘贴带200上,所述第二堵片500用于封堵所述通孔110。当需通过通孔110对充气膜10进行通风时,卸下第二堵片500,将通风设备的通风管400穿设于通孔110和安装孔310内,并将第一堵片300粘贴于粘贴带200上,以对膜体进行通风。当无需通过通孔110对充气膜10进行通风时,卸下第一堵片300和通风管400,将第二堵片500粘贴于粘贴带200上,以封堵通孔110,避免充气膜10漏气。因此,第二堵片500和第一堵片300可以切换使用。
如图7所示,一种充气膜10的制造方法,所述制造方法包括:
S101,提供一膜体和通风管400。
S103,将粘贴带200固定于所述膜体上。
S105,在所述膜体上开设通孔110。
例如,步骤S105包括:首先将膜体的加强片100b焊接于膜主体100a上;然后从加强片100背离膜主体100a的侧面上开设通孔110。其中,膜体包括 膜主体100a和加强片100b,所述加强片100b连接于所述膜主体100a上。所述通孔110包括相连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔开设于所述膜主体100a上,所述第二通孔开设于所述加强片100b上。所述粘贴带200设于所述加强片100b上背离所述膜主体100a的侧面,所述粘贴带200环绕所述第一通孔。从加强片100背离膜主体100a的侧面上开设通孔110的步骤具体为:从加强片100背离膜主体100a的侧面上中心处开设通孔110,使通风管插入通孔内与膜主体连接时,加强片所受应力较为均匀,避免加强片局部受力较大而影响加强片的使用寿命。
S107,提供一第一堵片300。其中,所述第一堵片300上开设有安装孔310。例如,制作第一堵片300。
S109,将所述通风管400顺序穿设所述通孔110和所述安装孔310。
S111,将所述第一堵片300连接于所述粘贴带200上。例如,将所述第一堵片300粘贴于所述粘贴带200上。
如图8所示,例如,在步骤S107的步骤之后还包括:S108,提供一第二堵片500,第二堵片500用于封堵安装孔310。例如,制作第二堵片。当充气膜10无需通风时,卸下第一堵片300和通风管400,将第二堵片500粘贴于粘贴带200上,以封堵通孔110,避免充气膜10漏气。当充气膜10需通风时,卸下第二堵片500,将通风管400穿设于通孔110和安装孔310内,并将第二堵片500粘贴于粘贴带200上,以对膜体进行通风。因此,第二堵片500和第一堵片300可以切换使用。当膜体无需通风时,可以拔出通风管400,并将第一堵片300替换为第二堵片500,以将安装孔310进行封堵。在步骤S111之后还包括:S112,卸下通风管400和第一堵片300,并将第二堵片500连接于粘贴带200上,使第二堵片500封堵于安装孔310内。例如,将第二堵片粘贴于粘贴带上。
上述的充气膜10及其制造方法,膜体上开设有通孔110,由于第一堵片300上开设有安装孔310,且通风管400穿设于通孔110和安装孔310内,使膜体内腔与膜体外围连通;通风管400可以与膜体的外围的通风设备连接, 如空调,使通风设备对膜体进行通风;又由于膜体上设有粘贴带200,粘贴带200环绕通孔110,即通孔110的外围设有粘贴带200,且第一堵片300连接于粘贴带200上,以对通风管400和膜体的连接处进行封堵,避免通风管400与膜体之间容易漏气的问题;组装时,先将通风管400插入通孔110内;然后将通风管400穿设于第一堵片300的安装孔310内;然后将第一堵片300连接于粘贴带200上,以免充气膜10漏气;最后将通风管400接入膜体外围的通风设备上,最终完成充气膜10的组装,因此,充气膜10的组装过程较简单且可靠性较好,从而使通风结构的使用方便性较好;此外,上述的充气膜10的通风结构简单且成本较低。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种充气膜,包括:
    膜体,所述膜体开设有通孔;
    粘贴带,所述粘贴带设于所述膜体上,所述粘贴带环绕所述通孔;
    第一堵片,所述第一堵片上开设有与所述通孔连通的安装孔,所述第一堵片连接于所述粘贴带上;以及
    通风管,所述通风管穿设于所述通孔和所述安装孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述第一堵片套接于所述通风管上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述第一堵片粘贴于所述粘贴带上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述通风管弹性抵接于所述安装孔的内壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述膜体包括膜主体和加强片,所述加强片连接于所述膜主体上;所述通孔包括相连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔开设于所述膜主体上,所述第二通孔开设于所述加强片上;所述粘贴带设于所述加强片上背离所述膜主体的侧面,所述粘贴带环绕所述第一通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,还包括第二堵片,所述第二堵片粘贴于所述粘贴带上,所述第二堵片用于封堵所述通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,还包括配重袋,所述配重袋与所述膜体连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述配重袋包括袋本体和填充物,所述袋本体上开设有容纳腔,所述填充物位于所述容纳腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述填充物为沙袋或水袋或金属块。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的充气膜,其特征在于,还包括连接板和紧固 件,所述膜主体上开设有第一固定位置,所述袋本体上还开设有第二固定位置和开口,所述收容腔和所述第二固定位置均与所述开口连通;所述填充物位于所述收容腔内;所述连接板上开设有安装孔;所述连接板抵接于所述膜主体与所述袋本体其中之一上;所述紧固件顺序穿设所述安装孔、所述第一固定位置和所述第二固定位置,用于使所述膜主体、所述袋本体和所述连接板连接于一起。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括螺栓和螺母;所述连接板的数目为两个;所述螺栓顺序穿设其中一个所述连接板的安装孔、所述第一固定位置、所述第二固定位置和另外一个所述连接板的安装孔,所述螺栓与所述螺母螺纹连接,所述螺栓远离所述螺母的端部抵接于其中一个所述连接板上,所述螺母抵接于另外一个所述连接板上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的充气膜,其特征在于,所述粘贴带为魔术贴。
  13. 一种充气膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括:
    提供一膜体和通风管;
    将粘贴带固定于所述膜体上;
    在所述膜体上开设通孔;
    提供一第一堵片,其中,所述第一堵片上开设有安装孔;
    将所述通风管顺序穿设所述通孔和所述安装孔;以及
    将所述第一堵片连接于所述粘贴带上。
