本实用新型的目的在于提出一种夹口人孔护栏,其通用性强,且便于从舱室内取出,有利于重复使用,减少浪费,降低成本。

其中,所述连接件一为槽钢结构,所述槽钢结构的两个底板通过焊接连接所述护栏A段的一端,所述槽钢结构的隔板开设有第一连接孔,所述护栏B段的一端开设有护栏连接孔,紧固件穿过所述第一连接孔、所述护栏连接孔,以实现所述连接件一与所述护栏B段的连接。

其中,连接件一7为槽钢结构,槽钢结构的两个底板通过焊接连接护栏A段3的一端,槽钢结构的隔板开设有第一连接孔71,护栏B段4的一端开设有护栏连接孔41,紧固件穿过第一连接孔71、护栏连接孔41,以实现连接件一7与护栏B段4的连接。

在上述结构的基础上,护栏A段3连接立柱1。为了使护栏与立柱1之 间的支撑稳定可靠,立柱1与护栏A段3之间连接有至少两个斜撑5,任两个斜撑5的倾斜方向不同,斜撑5相对于立柱1的倾斜角度为30°~75°。该倾斜角度可以为30°、35°、40°、45°、50°、55°、60°、65°、70°,在本实施例中,倾斜角度为45°。
具体地,夹具2包括开口朝向与护栏的开口朝向垂直设置的U槽21,立柱1连接于U槽21的一侧板的表面,U槽21的该侧板开设有连接孔211,其中,连接孔211为两个,且间隔设置。U槽21的该侧板的外侧对应于连接孔211处焊接连接有螺母23。使用时,夹口人孔的侧壁卡入U槽21中,螺钉穿过螺母23、连接孔211后能够抵压于夹口人孔的侧壁上。需要取出时,只需松掉螺栓即可拆开护栏。
优选的,立柱1与U槽21的侧板之间通过焊接垂直连接,且焊接的焊角6范围为7~9mm,如7mm、7.5mm、8mm、8.5mm、9mm,在本实施例中,焊角为8mm。
进一步地,U槽21的外周套设有开口方向与U槽21的开口方向一致的加强材22,加强材22与U槽21通过焊接连接。
另外,为了使得护栏更加显眼,护栏与立柱1的外表面均涂有黄黑相间面漆层。
相对于现有的人孔护栏,本实用新型的结构采用将护栏拆分成A、B两段,从而实现护栏的拆卸以改变其尺寸,方便人孔护栏从舱室内取出,避免了破坏性解体导致无法重复使用造成浪费的缺陷。该夹口人孔护栏,所有船型通用,在取出后,可以安装于其他人孔中,实现重复使用,减少浪费,降低成本。
该夹口人孔护栏,具有如下优势:
1、适用于各型船舶上的面积在0.5平方米以下的工艺孔,方便拆装,特别适合在内底、舱室中使用。
2、护栏有斜撑,稳定性好,安全可靠。
3、护栏可以重复利用,减少浪费、节约成本。
4、按普通5万吨原油轮来算,每艘船有12个边舱,平均每个边舱需使用4个人孔护栏,每艘船至少能节约48个人孔护栏的费用。
5、传统护栏在船舶建造完成后需要两名切割人员连续工作8天才能拆除完成,而新型护栏拆装方便,无需切割人员介入,有效节约人工成本。
6、以南沙厂区2016年建造船舶计算,全年大约能够节约材料成本384000元和人工成本96000元,共计480000元。
