Abstract

Description
本发明涉及液晶面板技术领域,尤其涉及一种温控配向装置。
随着人们生活水平的提高,大尺寸液晶电视愈来愈受到消费者的喜爱,液晶电视由小换大已成为一种趋势,所以大尺寸面板生产具有良好的市场和发展态势。但由于世代线的限制,单纯生产单一尺寸的大尺寸面板,会造成大板利用率低,生产成本偏高等经济效益问题,限制其市场发展。
目前采用套切技术(Mutil Moudel Group,MMG
)来改善这一缺陷,即将大小不同的两支液晶面板混合设计在同一玻璃基板上,这样大大提高了玻璃基板的利用率。例如G8
.5代线,纯切43寸液晶面板切割利用率仅有75%,而将43寸液晶面板与22寸液晶面板混切则切割利用率达97%。
但是,在套切技术下,由于两支液晶面板的像素密度,晶体管侧开口率不同,采用传统的液晶配向固化技术,会存在两支产品配向不兼容的问题,如一支过配向出现预倾角偏大暗态偏亮,对比度偏小;一支配向不足预倾角偏小按压液晶扩散恢复不良,出现残像。
故,有必要提供一种温控配向装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种温控配向装置,以解决现有的采用套切技术生产液晶面板的基板上不同尺寸的液晶面板配向不兼容的问题。
针对上述目的,本发明提供一种温控配向装置,其包括:
机台,所述机台被划分成至少两个区域;以及,
对应每个所述区域的加热模块和移动模块;其中,
当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块连接在一起,通过任一所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有相同温度;
当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块分开,通过相应所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有不同温度;
每个所述加热模块提供的温度均介于20摄氏度-50摄氏度之间;每个所述加热模块均包括设置在所述机台底部并与对应所述区域形状大小匹配的导热片、与所述导热片相接触的液体管道和与所述液体管道中的液体相接触的电加热器,所述电加热器用于加热液体。
在本发明的温控配向装置中,当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,相邻所述加热模块提供的温度的差值介于10摄氏度-20摄氏度之间。

由于现有的机台均是单一控温,即同一机台只有一个温度,而反应型单体的反应速率与机台温度是强相关的,通过把机台设置成多点控温,使用温度来补偿反应型单体的反应速率(温度越高,反应速率越快),即同一机台上可以有不同的温度区域,每个温度区域各自对应不同的产品,这样,通过温度的帮助,使不同特性参数的液晶面板中的反应型单体的反应速率达到一致,从而形成一致的预倾角。
另外,本发明优选实施例提供的温控配向装置在对应每个区域上不仅设置加热模块103,还在对应每个区域上设置移动模块104;其中,该加热模块103用于为相应区域上的液晶面板提供特定温度,而移动模块104则用于将相邻加热模块103连接在一起或分隔开。具体的,当该温控配向装置的机台10上的相邻区域放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,通过移动模块103将各个加热模块104连接在一起,通过任一加热模块103使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有相同温度;当该温控配向装置的机台10上的相邻区域放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,通过移动模块104将各个加热模块103分开,通过相应加热模块103使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有不同温度。
参阅图2,图2为本发明优选实施例提供的温控配向装置的加热模块示意图之一。如图2所示,作为本发明的一优选实施例,将对该温控配向装置中的加热模块103和移动模块104做详细介绍。该温控配向装置的每个区域上对应的加热模块103均包括:设置在机台10底部并与对应区域形状大小匹配的导热片1031、与导热片1031相接触的液体管道1032和与液体管道1032中的液体相接触的电加热器1033,加热器1033用于加热液体。
进一步的,该温控配向装置的每个区域上对应还设置一移动模块104,每一移动模块104均与相应加热模块103的导热片1031连接。当该温控配向装置的机台10上的相邻区域放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,移动模块104将相邻导热片1031组合在一起,以使得每一导热片1031均具有相同温度,进而将温度传送给液晶面板,各个液晶面板中的反应型单体在同一温度的作用下的反应速率均一致;当该温控配向装置的机台10上的相邻区域放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,通过移动模块104将相邻导热片1031分离,以使得每一导热片1031具有不同温度,进而将各个温度传送给相应液晶面板,各个液晶面板中的反应型单体在不同温度的作用下的反应速率均一致。
本发明的温控配向装置可以适应不同形式的产品生产需求,具体地,可以用于生产相同特性参数的液晶面板,也可以用于生产不同特性参数的液晶面板,更加灵活方便。
优选的,该导热片1031为铜片或铝片,具有良好的导热性能。
本优选实施例提供的温控配向装置,通过将机台划分成至少两个区域的机台,并且为每个区域设置一加热模块和一移动模块,通过加热模块为不同的区域加热,以使不同区域的液晶面板中的反应型单体的反应速率达到一致,从而形成一致的预倾角,达到在同一基板上生成不同特性参数的产品时,各产品的性能能同时达标。
优选地,本优选实施例提供的温控配向装置的加热模块103提供的温度介于20摄氏度-50摄氏度之间;且当相邻区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,相邻加热模块103提供的温度的差值介于10摄氏度-20摄氏度之间。
参阅图3,图3为本发明优选实施例提供的温控配向装置的加热模块示意图之二。如图3所示,优选地,本优选实施例提供的温控配向装置的加热模块103还包括一控制器1034、及一设置在液体管道1032中的温度传感器1035;其中,该控制器1034与电加热器1033连接,用于控制电加热器1033的温度。具体的,通过设置在液体管道1032中的温度传感器1035,将液体管道1032中的温度传送至控制器1034,控制器1034进而控制电加热器1033加热液体。
本发明的温控配向装置通过将机台划分成至少两个区域;以及,对应每个区域设置加热模块和移动模块,当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有不同温度,从而使不同区域上的液晶面板形成一致的预倾角,达到在同一基板上生成不同尺寸的产品时,各产品性能能同时达标;当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有相同配向温度,其也能适应单一尺寸的大尺寸面板的生产,灵活方便。
综上,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (19)
- 一种温控配向装置,其包括:机台,所述机台被划分成至少两个区域;以及,对应每个所述区域的加热模块和移动模块;其中,当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块连接在一起,通过任一所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有相同温度;当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块分开,通过相应所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有不同温度;每个所述加热模块提供的温度均介于20摄氏度-50摄氏度之间;每个所述加热模块均包括设置在所述机台底部并与对应所述区域形状大小匹配的导热片、与所述导热片相接触的液体管道和与所述液体管道中的液体相接触的电加热器,所述电加热器用于加热液体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,相邻所述加热模块提供的温度的差值介于10摄氏度-20摄氏度之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述移动模块均与相应所述加热模块的导热片连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,所述移动模块将相邻所述导热片组合在一起,以使得每一所述导热片均具有相同温度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,所述移动模块将相邻所述导热片分离,以使得每一所述导热片具有不同温度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的温控配向装置,其中所述导热片为铜片或铝片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的温控配向装置,其中每一所述加热模块还包括一控制器,所述控制器与所述电加热器连接,用于控制所述电加热器的温度。
- 根据权利要求7所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述加热模块还包括一设置在所述液体管道中的温度传感器,所述温度传感器与所述控制器连接。
- 一种温控配向装置,其包括:机台,所述机台被划分成至少两个区域;以及,对应每个所述区域的加热模块和移动模块;其中,当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块连接在一起,通过任一所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有相同温度;当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,在所述移动模块的控制下,将相邻所述加热模块分开,通过相应所述加热模块使得不同区域上的液晶面板具有不同温度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述加热模块提供的温度均介于20摄氏度-50摄氏度之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,相邻所述加热模块提供的温度的差值介于10摄氏度-20摄氏度之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,相邻所述加热模块提供的温度的差值介于10摄氏度-20摄氏度之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述加热模块均包括设置在所述机台底部并与对应所述区域形状大小匹配的导热片、与所述导热片相接触的液体管道和与所述液体管道中的液体相接触的电加热器,所述电加热器用于加热液体。
- 根据权利要求13所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述移动模块均与相应所述加热模块的导热片连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置相同特性参数的液晶面板时,所述移动模块将相邻所述导热片组合在一起,以使得每一所述导热片均具有相同温度。
- 根据权利要求14所述的温控配向装置,其中当相邻所述区域上放置不同特性参数的液晶面板时,所述移动模块将相邻所述导热片分离,以使得每一所述导热片具有不同温度。
- 根据权利要求14所述的温控配向装置,其中所述导热片为铜片或铝片。
- 根据权利要求13所述的温控配向装置,其中每一所述加热模块还包括一控制器,所述控制器与所述电加热器连接,用于控制所述电加热器的温度。
- 根据权利要求18所述的温控配向装置,其中每个所述加热模块还包括一设置在所述液体管道中的温度传感器,所述温度传感器与所述控制器连接。
