Description

化粧品の詰め替え用キット
　本発明は、液状化粧料含浸コンパクト化粧品のための詰め替え用キットに関するものである。
　従来、例えば特許文献１に示されているように、液状化粧料が含浸された含浸体と、この含浸体を収容した容器とを備えてなるコンパクト化粧品が知られている。この種のコンパクト化粧品に対しては、液状化粧料が全て使い切られたならば、新しい液状化粧料を詰め替えて、外容器であるコンパクトは捨てることなく継続使用したいという要望がある。
　そこで従来、上記特許文献１にも示されているように、液状化粧料が含浸された含浸体を包装体に収容してなる詰め替え用の化粧品が提案されている。

　しかし上述した従来の詰め替え用の化粧品には、製造するに当たり、含浸体に液状化粧料を含浸させる工程が必要になることや、化粧料を含浸させた含浸体を格納する密閉性の容器（シーリング部材を有する中皿など）が必要なことから、コストが高くなりがちであり、また、密閉性の容器部分は使用後廃棄されることから、廃棄部分が多く環境への配慮に対する問題が認められる。
　本発明は上記の事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、低コストで形成可能な、コンパクト化粧品のための詰め替え用キットを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明による化粧品の詰め替え用キットは、
　液状化粧料が含浸された含浸体と、この含浸体を収容する容器とを備えてなるコンパクト化粧品のための詰め替え用キットであって、
　詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容された包装体と、
　詰め替え用の液状化粧料を含浸するために上記容器に収容される未含浸の含浸体と、
を備えてなるものである。
　なお、上記構成を有する化粧品の詰め替え用キットは、上記容器に収容された未含浸の含浸体を押圧して、この未含浸の含浸体に詰め替え用の液状化粧料を含浸させるための押圧体をさらに備えていることが望ましい。そのような押圧体としては、含浸体に含浸された液体化粧料をユーザーの肌に塗布するためのパフを適用することが望ましい。
　また、本発明の化粧品の詰め替え用キットにおいては、上記包装体と未含浸の含浸体と押圧体とが、１つのキット用包装体（セット）として収容されていてもよく、またそれぞれ別のキット用包装体に収容されていてもよい。
　また、上記包装体としては、例えばアルミニウム製のパウチ体や、あるいはチューブ容器が好適に用いられ得る。
　本発明の化粧品の詰め替え用キットにおいて、含浸体の密度は０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．１ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲、より好ましくは０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．０５ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲にあり、他方、液体化粧料の粘度は５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～３００００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲、より好ましくは５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～１５０００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲にあることが望ましい。
　本発明による化粧品の詰め替え用キットは、詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容された包装体と、未含浸の含浸体とを含んで構成されているので、製造に当たって、液状化粧料を含浸体に含浸させる工程が不要になり、その点から低コストで形成可能となる。また従来の詰め替え用化粧料（レフィル）と異なり、詰め替え化粧料として化粧料を含浸させた含浸体（スポンジ等）を入れた密閉容器（中皿、シーリング部材）を必須としないため、廃棄される容器部材が少なく、環境に優しい。

　以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態について説明する。図１は、本発明の第１実施形態による化粧品の詰め替え用キット（以下、単に詰め替え用キットということもある）１を、一部破断して示す斜視図である。図示のようにこの詰め替え用キット１は、一部を破断して示すキット用包装体２の中に、未含浸の含浸体３と、押圧体としてのパフ４と、詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容された包装体５とが収容されてなるものである。
　キット用包装体２は、例えば紙や合成樹脂フィルム等を用いて、箱状あるいは袋状に形成されている。含浸体３は多孔性材料を用いて、例えば薄い円筒状や薄い直方体状に形成されている。上述の多孔性材料としては、ブタジエンゴム（ＢＲ：Ｂｕｔａｄｉｅｎｅ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム（ＳＢＲ：Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ Ｂｕｔａｄｉｅｎｅ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）、天然ゴム（ＮＲ：Ｎａｔｕｒａｌ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）、湿式ウレタン、乾式ウレタン、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン、エチレン・ビニル・アセテート（ＥＶＡ：Ｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅ Ｖｉｎｙｌ Ａｃｅｔａｔｅ）、ラテックス、シリコン、スチレン・イソプレン・スチレン（ＳＩＳ：Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ Ｉｓｏｐｒｅｎｅ Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ）、スチレン・エチレン・ブチレン・スチレン（ＳＥＢＳ：Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ Ｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅ Ｂｕｔｙｌｅｎｅ Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ）、ポリビニルアルコール（ＰＶＡ：Ｐｏｌｙ Ｖｉｎｙｌ Ａｌｃｏｈｏｌ）、シリコン剤エラストマー、ニトルリゴム、ブチルゴム及びネオプレンよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上の材質を含んでいてもよい。中でも、例えばＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタレート）、ウレタン、セルロース、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴム（ＮＢＲ：ＡｃｒｙｌｏＮｉｔｒｉｌｅ－Ｂｕｔａｄｉｅｎｅ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ ）、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム（ＳＢＲ：Ｓｔｙｒｅｎｅ Ｂｕｔａｄｉｅｎｅ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）及び天然ゴム（ＮＲ：Ｎａｔｕｒａｌ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ）等からなるスポンジが好適に用いられる。
　押圧体としては、未含浸の含浸体（スポンジなどの多孔体）への液状化粧料の含浸のために含浸体を押圧できるものであればどのようなものでもよいが、例えば円盤状、板状、先端に押圧部のついた棒状のものなど、どのようなものでもよい。中でも、塗布に用いることができる、パフと（略）同形状であることが好適である。
　パフ４としては、一般的なコンパクトに用いられるパフ、つまり含浸体３に含浸された液体化粧料をユーザーの肌に塗布するためのパフが適用され得る。パフ４の素材としては限定されるものではないが、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、例えばジエン系（ブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム）、オレフィン系（エチレン・プロピレンコポリマー、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエン・ターポリマー、塩素化ポリエチレン）、有機ケイ素化合物系（シリコーンゴム）、フッ素化合物系、ポリウレタン系（ポリエーテルタイプ、ポリエステルタイプなど）、ビニル系（アクリルゴム）あるいは合成樹脂、例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレンコポリマー、ポリビニルクロライドなどがあげられるが、これらの中でも、ポリウレタン系発泡体が化粧用具として要求される柔軟性やボリューム感および肌へのフィット感など感触と機能とを併存させることができ適している。
　包装体５は、一例としてパウチ体からなる。このパウチ体とは、基本的にはアルミニウムシートや合成樹脂フィルム等からなる２枚のシート材の周縁部を融着等により貼り合わせて積層加工したものを指す。パウチ体を形成する際には、２枚のシート材の間に詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容され、その状態で２枚のシート材が貼り合わされる。
　次に図２を参照して、本実施形態の詰め替え用キット１の使用方法について説明する。図２は、この詰め替え用キット１を用いて化粧料が詰め替えられるコンパクト１０を示す。このコンパクト１０は例えば合成樹脂を用いて形成されたものであり、容器１１と、ヒンジ１３を介して揺動自在に容器１１に連結された蓋体１２とを有している。容器１１には、例えば一端が開放した円筒状の空間である化粧料収容部１１ａが形成されている。蓋体１２には、同様に一端が開放した円筒状の空間であるパフ収容部１２ａが形成されている。また、パフ収容部１２ａの底面上には鏡１４が配されている。
　コンパクト１０において化粧料を詰め替える際には、図１に示したキット用包装体２が開封され、そこから未含浸の含浸体３、パフ４および包装体５が取り出される。その後、まず包装体５が開封され、その中から液体化粧料Ｃが抽出され、容器１１の化粧料収容部１１ａ内に配される。そのとき液体化粧料Ｃは、化粧料収容部１１ａの底面上に万遍なく行き渡るように配される。
　次いで、液体化粧料Ｃの上を覆うようにして、未含浸の含浸体３が化粧料収容部１１ａ内に収容される。それにより、液体化粧料Ｃの一部は含浸体３内に含浸されるが、さらに押圧体であるパフ４を用いてこの含浸が促進される。すなわち含浸体３は、上からパフ４によって何回か押される。こうして含浸体３が液体化粧料Ｃを十分に含浸すると、コンパクト１０は液体化粧料Ｃが詰め替えられた状態となる。そこで、通常のコンパクト１０を用いる場合と同様に、パフ４を用いて液体化粧料Ｃをユーザーの肌に塗布することができる。
　図３は、液体化粧料Ｃの詰め替えが完了したコンパクト１０を示している。ここに示されるように、含浸体３は化粧料収容部１１ａ内に収容され、蓋体１２により密閉される。
　以上説明した通り本実施形態による詰め替え用キット１は、詰め替え用の液状化粧料Ｃが収容された包装体５と、未含浸の含浸体３とを含んで構成されているので、製造に当たって、液状化粧料Ｃを含浸体３に含浸させる工程が不要になり、その点から低コストで形成可能となる。また、従来の詰め替え用化粧料（レフィル）のように、液状化粧料を含浸した含浸体を密閉する中皿も含めて交換するものではないため、廃棄する部分が少なく、環境に優しい。
　次に図４を参照して、本発明の第２実施形態による化粧品の詰め替え用キット２１について説明する。本実施形態の詰め替え用キット２１は、第１実施形態の詰め替え用キット１と比べると、液状化粧料を収容する包装体が異なるものである。すなわち本実施形態の詰め替え用キット２１においては、例えば軟質の合成樹脂等からなるチューブ容器からなる包装体２５が用いられている。この包装体２５は、一例として切り取り可能な栓体２５ａを有している。液状化粧料の詰め替えに際しては、この栓体２５が切り取られ、その中から液状化粧料が抽出される。抽出された液状化粧料は、先に図２を参照して説明したのと同様にして、化粧料収容部１１ａ内に収容された未含浸の含浸体３に含浸される。
　次に図５を参照して、本発明の第３実施形態による化粧品の詰め替え用キット３１について説明する。本実施形態の詰め替え用キット３１は、第１実施形態の詰め替え用キット１と比べると、液状化粧料を含浸体に含浸させるための押圧体が異なるものである。すなわち本実施形態の詰め替え用キット３１においては、前述したパフ４に代えて、例えば合成樹脂等からなる円板３４が用いられている。この円板３４は、未含浸の含浸体３と共にキット用包装体２の中に収容されている。
　液状化粧料の詰め替えに際しては、第１実施形態におけるのと同様に、パウチ体からなる包装体５から液体化粧料Ｃが抽出され、容器１１の化粧料収容部１１ａ（図２参照）内に配される。その後、化粧料収容部１１ａ内に未含浸の含浸体３が配置され、この含浸体３が円板３４によって上から押され、液体化粧料Ｃが含浸体３に含浸される。
　液状化粧料を含浸体に含浸させるための押圧体としては、以上説明したパフ４や円板３４に限らず、その他のものが用いられてもよい。例えば、図１、４および５に示すキット用包装体２の隅部のいくつかを、ある程度厚い板状に形成しておき、その板状の部分を押圧体として利用することも可能である。
　以下、本発明による化粧品の詰め替え用キットにおける含浸体の密度、および液体化粧料の粘度の望ましい範囲について説明する。本発明者等は、ＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタレート）製スポンジからなる含浸体（以下、含浸体Ｐという）と、ウレタン製スポンジからなる含浸体（以下、含浸体Ｕという）とを作製し、それらの含浸体について、粘度が互いに異なる複数の液体化粧料を含浸させ、各場合における含浸のし易さ等を実験により調べた。ここで、上記２種の含浸体の性状をまとめて下の表１に示す。

　実験では、図２に示す容器１１の化粧料収容部１１ａに、粘度がそれぞれ５００、５０００、１００００、１５０００、３００００、５００００ｍＰａ・ｓである液体化粧料を１０ｇ、１５ｇ、２０ｇ入れ、それを平滑にした後に、含浸体を液体化粧料上に載せて含浸させた。この含浸は毎回、平らな用具により含浸体を上から、含浸体の高さに対して２０％の高さ押し込むことによって行った。その際、用具に液体化粧料が付着するまでの押し回数をＡ～Ｄで評価した。また、何回押し込んでも用具に液体化粧料が付着しない場合は、評価Ｅとした。なお、これらの評価Ａ～Ｅの意味を、まとめて表４に示す。また、上記の含浸を行った際に、液体化粧料が含浸されずに化粧料収容部１１ａの外枠からはみ出すか否かも確認した。具体的に、はみ出さない場合を○、はみ出す場合を×として評価した。さらに、上記の含浸を行った際に、含浸された液体化粧料が自重で含浸体から垂れ落ちないかどうかも確認した。具体的に、垂れ落ちない場合を○、垂れ落ちる場合を×として評価した。
　以上説明した評価の結果を、含浸体Ｐに関しては図２に、含浸体Ｕに関しては図３に示す。これらの表において、評価結果は例えば「Ａ/○/×」のように記してあるが、これは、上に述べた３種の評価を、記載順と同じ順で示すものである。例えば評価結果「Ａ/○/×」は、用具に液体化粧料が付着するまでの押し回数が１～５回の範囲にあり、液体化粧料のはみ出しは無い、液体化粧料の垂れ落ちが有る、ということを表している。

　なお、以上の実験では、含浸体の上表面に対して７５％の面積を持つ用具を用いて含浸体を押し込んだ。これより小さい面積の用具を用いる場合は、以上述べた評価よりも良い評価が得られる。
　さらに本発明者等は以上の実験に加えて、直径５ｃｍ、厚さ１ｃｍで、密度が０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．１ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲にある含浸体Ｐを作製し、それらの含浸体Ｐについて、表２、３に示す「Ａ/○/○」の評価が得られることを実験により確認した。
　以上の実験および評価より、本発明による化粧品の詰め替え用キットにおいて、未含浸の含浸体の密度は０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．１ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲、より好ましくは０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．０５ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲にあり、他方、液体化粧料の粘度は５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～３００００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲、より好ましくは５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～１５０００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲にあることが望ましいと言える。

Claims (8)

  1. 　液状化粧料が含浸された含浸体と、この含浸体を収容する容器とを備えてなるコンパクト化粧品のための詰め替え用キットであって、
    　詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容された包装体と、
    　前記詰め替え用の液状化粧料を含浸するために前記容器に収容される未含浸の含浸体と、
    を備えてなる化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  2. 　液状化粧料が含浸された含浸体と、この含浸体を収容する容器とを備えてなるコンパクト化粧品のための詰め替え用キットであって、
    　詰め替え用の液状化粧料が収容された包装体と、
    　前記詰め替え用の液状化粧料を含浸するために前記容器に収容される未含浸の含浸体と、
    　前記容器に収容された未含浸の含浸体を押圧して、この未含浸の含浸体に前記詰め替え用の液状化粧料を含浸させるための押圧体と、
    を備えてなる化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  3. 　前記押圧体が、前記含浸体に含浸された液体化粧料をユーザーの肌に塗布するためのパフである請求項２に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  4. 　前記包装体と前記未含浸の含浸体と前記押圧体とが、別のキット用包装体の中に収容されてなる請求項２または３に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  5. 　前記包装体が、アルミニウム製のパウチ体である請求項１から４のいずれか１項に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  6. 　前記包装体が、チューブ容器である請求項１から４のいずれか１項に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  7. 　前記含浸体の密度が０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．１ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲にあり、前記液体化粧料の粘度が５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～３００００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲にある請求項１から６のいずれか１項に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
  8. 　前記含浸体の密度が０．００６ｇ/ｃｍ３～０．０５ｇ/ｃｍ３の範囲にあり、前記液体化粧料の粘度が５０００ｍＰａ・ｓ～１５０００ｍＰａ・ｓの範囲にある請求項７に記載の化粧品の詰め替え用キット。
