本发明托瓶盘杆套内开设有轨道槽,托瓶盘杆下设有升降杆并与其相适配,升降杆外缘套设有弹簧,升降杆、弹簧设于升降杆滑套内,升降杆滑套两侧设有轨道,升降杆滑套在托瓶盘杆套内作上下垂直运动,托瓶盘杆套内的轨道槽与升降杆滑套两侧的轨道配套使用,能 够使得升降杆滑套与托瓶盘杆套上升时起到固定限位的作用;销轴与滚轮连接处装设有导向块,所述滚轮下装设有升降凸轮并与其相适配,导向块能够起导向作用,防止升降杆带动托瓶盘杆在升降时发生偏转影响装置的运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1-图5所示,一种牛奶常压灌装机,包括储液箱1、灌装阀2、主轴3、托瓶盘5、进瓶拔轮6、出瓶拔轮7、升降装置9和传动装置10;所述储液箱1底端固定装设有灌装阀2并与其相适配,所述储液箱1固定安装于主轴3上,所述主轴3四周设有托瓶盘5并与其相适配,所述托瓶盘5底部装设有导向板8,所述导向板8上对称设有进瓶拔轮6和出瓶拔轮7,所述进瓶拔轮6和出瓶拔轮7相适配,所述导向板7下装设有机架4,所述机架4内装设有升降装置9和传动装置10,所述托瓶盘5套设于升降装置9上并与其相适配,所述主轴3贯穿于机架4内并与传动装置10相连接。
储液箱1上设有液体入口管道1-1和温湿度检测仪1-5,所述温湿度检测仪1-5上设有温湿度检测棒1-6,所述温湿度检测棒1-6设于储液箱1内,所述储液箱1底部设有储液箱底1-2,灌装阀2顶端设有液体灌装管道2-1,所述液体灌装管道2-1上套设有分装管座2-2,所述分装管座2-2通过第一紧固螺栓1-4固定于储液箱底1-2,所述储储液箱托盘1-3底部装设有导柱2-3并与其相适配,所述液体灌装管道2-1贯穿于储液箱托盘1-3并与乳胶密封管2-4相连接,所述液体灌装管道2-1与乳胶密封管2-4连接处设有定位螺母2-5,所述乳 胶密封管2-4与进液管2-10相连接,所述进液管2-10俩侧对称设有浮簧支架2-6,所述浮簧支架2-6上装设有弹簧2-7,所述弹簧2-7通过第二紧固螺栓2-8固定于储液箱托盘1-3底部,所述进液管2-5外表面套设有导瓶罩2-9,所述导瓶罩2-9与浮簧支架2-6相连接并与其相适配。
升降装置9上设有托瓶盘杆9-1,所述托瓶盘杆9-1顶端设有于固定盘9-6内所述托瓶盘杆9-1外表面套设有托瓶盘杆套9-2,所述托瓶盘杆套9-2内开设有轨道槽9-13,所述托瓶盘杆9-1下设有升降杆9-3并与其相适配,所述升降杆9-3外缘套设有弹簧9-4,所述升降杆9-3、弹簧9-4设于升降杆滑套9-5内,所述升降杆滑套9-5两侧设有轨道9-12,所述升降杆滑套9-5在托瓶盘杆套9-2内作上下垂直运动,所述升降杆9-3下设有销轴9-7,所述销轴9-7一端套设有螺母9-8并与其相适配,所述销轴9-7另一端套设于滚轮9-9内,所述销轴9-7与滚轮9-9连接处装设有导向块9-11,所述滚轮9-9下装设有升降凸轮9-10并与其相适配。
传动装置10上设有电机10-1,所述电机10-1上设有传动轴10-2,所述传动轴10-2一侧与传送带10-3相连接,所述传送带10-3另一端与圆锥齿轮10-4相连接,所述圆锥齿轮10-4套设于主轴3上并与其相适配。
工作过程:空瓶由进拨瓶轮6送入到托瓶盘5上,托瓶盘5和储液箱1固定在主轴3上,传动装置10带动主轴3转动,使托瓶盘5和储液箱1绕主轴3回转,空瓶由托瓶盘5送入,当瓶口顶住导瓶罩2-9继续上升时,从储液箱1流入液体灌装管道2-1内的牛奶流入乳胶密封管2-4内,再流入进液管2-10内,再通过导瓶罩2-9流入瓶内,升降装置9的滚轮9-9沿升降凸轮9-10运动,带动升降杆9-3做升降运劲,升降杆9-3带动托瓶盘杆9-1运动,托瓶盘杆9-1带动托瓶盘5以及瓶子升降。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:包括储液箱(1)、灌装阀(2)、主轴(3)、托瓶盘(5)、进瓶拔轮(6)、出瓶拔轮(7)、升降装置(9)和传动装置(10);所述储液箱(1)底端固定装设有灌装阀(2)并与其相适配,所述储液箱(1)固定安装于主轴(3)上,所述主轴(3)四周设有托瓶盘(5)并与其相适配,所述托瓶盘(5)底部装设有导向板(8),所述导向板(8)上对称设有进瓶拔轮(6)和出瓶拔轮(7),所述进瓶拔轮(6)和出瓶拔轮(7)相适配,所述导向板(7)下装设有机架(4),所述机架(4)内装设有升降装置(9)和传动装置(10),所述托瓶盘(5)套设于升降装置(9)上并与其相适配,所述主轴(3)贯穿于机架(4)内并与传动装置(10)相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:所述储液箱(1)上设有液体入口管道(1-1)和温湿度检测仪(1-5),所述温湿度检测仪(1-5)上设有温湿度检测棒(1-6),所述温湿度检测棒(1-6)设于储液箱(1)内,所述储液箱(1)底部设有储液箱底(1-2),所述储液箱底(1-2)下装设有储液箱托盘(1-3)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:所述灌装阀(2)顶端设有液体灌装管道(2-1),所述液体灌装管道(2-1)上套设有分装管座(2-2),所述分装管座(2-2)通过第一紧固螺栓(1-4)固定于储液箱底(1-2),所述储储液箱托盘(1-3)底部装设有导柱(2-3)并与其相适配,所述液体灌装管道(2-1)贯穿于储液箱托盘(1-3)并与乳胶密封管(2-4)相连接,所述液体灌装管道(2-1)与乳胶密封管(2-4)连接处设有定位螺母(2-5),所述乳胶密封管(2-4)与进液管(2-10)相连接,所述进液管(2-10)俩侧对称设有浮簧支架(2-6),所述浮簧支架(2-6)上装设有弹簧(2-7),所述弹簧(2-7)通过第二紧固螺栓(2-8)固定于储液箱托盘(1-3)底部,所述进液管(2-5)外表面套设有导瓶罩(2-9),所述导瓶罩(2-9)与浮簧支架(2-6)相连接并与其相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:所述升降装置(9)上设有托瓶盘杆(9-1),所述托瓶盘杆(9-1)顶端设有于固定盘(9-6)内所述托瓶盘杆(9-1)外表面套设有托瓶盘杆套(9-2),所述托瓶盘杆套(9-2)内开设有轨道槽(9-13),所述托瓶盘杆(9-1)下设有升降杆(9-3)并与其相适配,所述升降杆(9-3)外缘套设有弹簧(9-4),所述升降杆(9-3)、弹簧(9-4)设 于升降杆滑套(9-5)内,所述升降杆滑套(9-5)两侧设有轨道(9-12),所述升降杆滑套(9-5)在托瓶盘杆套(9-2)内作上下垂直运动,所述升降杆(9-3)下设有销轴(9-7),所述销轴(9-7)一端套设有螺母(9-8)并与其相适配,所述销轴(9-7)另一端套设于滚轮(9-9)内,所述销轴(9-7)与滚轮(9-9)连接处装设有导向块(9-11),所述滚轮(9-9)下装设有升降凸轮(9-10)并与其相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:所述传动装置(10)上设有电机(10-1),所述电机(10-1)上设有传动轴(10-2),所述传动轴(10-2)一侧与传送带(10-3)相连接,所述传送带(10-3)另一端与圆锥齿轮(10-4)相连接,所述圆锥齿轮(10-4)套设于主轴(3)上并与其相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的牛奶常压灌装机,其特征在于:所述储液箱(1)由不锈钢铸造为一体呈型结构。
