其中,减速箱34采用2mm厚的钢板制作为方便滑轮组的安装于拆卸,减速箱34的一侧还设置有箱门(图中未示出)。
本实施例中,所述滑轮组还包括设置在所述车架10下方的若干辅助滑轮,所述驱动滑轮311和所述辅助滑轮位于同一平面,所述辅助滑轮的设置可以节省手控摇臂机构332的用力。
在本实施例中,滑轮组包括两个第一辅助滑轮312和两个第二辅助滑轮313,所述第一辅助滑轮312位于所述减速箱34的下方,且沿竖直方向,两个所述第一辅助滑轮312位于所述驱动滑轮311的两侧;两个所述第二辅助滑轮313分别位于所述车架10沿所述管隧的长度方向的两端。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述减速箱34内设置有限位部,所述限位部具有限制所述牵引部件32脱离所述驱动滑轮311的第一位置以及使所述牵引部件32脱离所述驱动滑轮311的第二位置;当所述限位部位于所述第一位置时,所述限位部将所述牵引部件32限制在所述驱动滑轮311上;当所述限位部位于所述第二位置时,所述牵引部件32可脱离所述驱动滑轮311。
本实施例中的滑轮组中的每个滑轮沿其径向均具有与牵引部件32相配合的环形凹槽,所述限位部包括限位本体和连接件,对于驱动滑轮311,当限位部位于所述第一位置时,限位部的限位本体可遮蔽牵引部件32与驱动滑轮311的凹 槽相配合的部分,该限位本体可以是一个弧形板,也可以是间隔设置的两个限位杆,能够使牵引部件32位于驱动滑轮311的凹槽与限位本体之间,即可避免牵引部件32掉落;当限位部位于所述第二位置时,限位本体位于所述驱动滑轮311与所述牵引部件32之间,可以方便拆除牵引部件32。
具体地,所述减速箱34和与所述驱动滑轮311的轴线垂直的一个侧壁上设置有与所述限位部的连接件相配合的长孔,所述连接件一端穿过所述长孔并通过螺母锁紧,相对的另一端与所述限位本体固定连接;所述长孔沿其长度方向具有第一端和第二端,所述连接件位于所述第一端时,所述限位部位于所述第一位置;所述连接件位于所述第二端时,所述限位部位于所述第二位置(图中未示出)。当限位部的起始位置为第二位置,即连接件位于第二端时;首先控制连接件带动限位本体移动至第一端,锁紧后即可实现对牵引部件32的限位作用;需要拆卸牵引部件32时,首先控制连接件带动限位本体移动至第二段,以敞开驱动滑轮311的环形凹槽,方便拆除牵引部件32。
本实施中,所述行走部件包括四个行走轮21,四个所述行走轮21分别邻近所述车架10的四角设置。
所述管隧内设置有与所述行走部件相配合的轨道,所述行走部件还包括与所述轨道配合的万向滚珠22,沿所述车架10的行走方向在所述车架10的两侧均设置有所述万向滚珠22。在本实施例中,所述行走部件包括四个万向滚珠22,四个所述万向滚珠22分别设置在所述车架10的四角,管隧内的轨道为平行设置的两个角钢,四个所述万向滚珠22分别与轨道的侧壁接触,用于限制管隧小车在管隧的轨道内行走,保证行走轮不会卡死在导轨内。
所述管隧内设置有与所述行走部件相配合的轨道,所述轨道的两端设置有固定座40,所述牵引部件32的两端分别通过螺旋扣35与所述固定座40连接。 其中,牵引部件为钢丝绳,也可以为传动链条,本实施例中的牵引部件32为直径为7.2mm的钢丝绳,牵引部件32的两端分别通过螺旋扣35固定在管隧两端的固定座40上,螺旋扣35用于调节钢丝绳的松紧度,保证钢丝绳张紧在滑轮组上。
本实施例的管隧小车还包括坐垫50和靠背60,所述靠背60设置在所述车架10沿其行走方向的一端,所述坐垫50邻近所述靠背60设置。工作人员坐在坐垫50上并倚靠在靠背60上,方便操作摇臂机构331和刹车机构332。
本发明的管隧小车的操作简单易行,与现有技术相比,其驱动省力,能可靠地停靠在管隧内的任意位置,有效地降低了管隧巡查、检修的工作强度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种管隧小车,其特征在于,包括:
    车架;
    行走部件,设置于所述车架的下方;
    驱动装置,设置于所述车架的上方,所述驱动装置包括传动部件、与所述传动部件相配合的牵引部件,以及控制所述传动部件运行或停止的控制部件,所述牵引部件的两端分别与管隧的两端固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述驱动装置还包括减速箱,所述传动部件包括与所述牵引部件相配合的滑轮组,所述滑轮组包括设置在所述减速箱内的驱动滑轮;
    所述控制部件包括摇臂机构和刹车机构,所述摇臂机构和所述刹车机构分别设置在所述减速箱外,所述摇臂机构与所述驱动滑轮连接,以驱动所述驱动滑轮转动,所述刹车机构选择性与所述驱动滑轮连接,以通过所述刹车机构驱动所述驱动滑轮停止。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述滑轮组还包括设置在所述车架下方的若干辅助滑轮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述滑轮组还包括两个第一辅助滑轮和两个第二辅助滑轮,所述第一辅助滑轮位于所述减速箱的下方,且沿竖直方向,两个所述第一辅助滑轮位于所述驱动滑轮的两侧;两个所述第二辅助滑轮分别位于所述车架沿所述管隧的长度方向的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述减速箱内设置有限位部,所述限位部具有限制所述牵引部件脱离所述驱动滑轮的第一位置以及使所述牵引部件脱离所述驱动滑轮的第二位置;
    当所述限位部位于所述第一位置时,所述限位部将所述牵引部件限制在所 述驱动滑轮上;当所述限位部位于所述第二位置时,所述牵引部件可脱离所述驱动滑轮。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述限位部包括限位本体和连接件,所述减速箱和与所述驱动滑轮的轴线垂直的一个侧壁上设置有与所述连接件相配合的长孔,所述连接件一端穿过所述长孔并通过螺母锁紧,相对的另一端与所述限位本体固定连接;
    所述长孔沿其长度方向具有第一端和第二端,所述连接件位于所述第一端时,所述限位部位于所述第一位置;所述连接件位于所述第二端时,所述限位部位于所述第二位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述行走部件包括四个行走轮,四个所述行走轮分别邻近所述车架的四角设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述管隧内设置有与所述行走部件相配合的轨道,所述行走部件还包括与所述轨道配合的万向滚珠,沿所述车架的行走方向在所述车架的两侧均设置有所述万向滚珠。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,所述管隧内设置有与所述行走部件相配合的轨道,所述轨道的两端设置有固定座,所述牵引部件的两端分别通过螺旋扣与所述固定座连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的管隧小车,其特征在于,还包括坐垫和靠背,所述靠背设置在所述车架沿其行走方向的一端,所述坐垫邻近所述靠背设置。
