本发明涉及烹饪器具制造技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种锅盖组件和具有其的烹饪器具。
背景技术
相关技术中诸如椭圆形压力锅的烹饪器具,锅盖整体刚性较弱,受锅内压力作用,锅盖顶部上拱变形较严重,且很难避免。锅盖变形后会与设置于锅盖顶部的锁扣传动及控制机构产生干涉,影响锁扣的活动顺畅,影响用户的使用,甚至导致相关机构弯曲变形,造成传动机构卡死,导致烹饪器具无法使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种锅盖组件,所述锅盖组件具有可靠性高、使用舒适等优点。
本发明还提出一种具有所述锅盖组件的烹饪器具。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的实施例提出一种锅盖组件,所述锅盖组件包括:锅盖本体;用于对关闭状态的所述锅盖本体进行锁紧的锅盖锁紧组件,所述锅盖锁紧组件安装在所述锅盖本体上且包括:导轨,所述导轨设在所述锅盖本体上且所述导轨的两端与所述锅盖本体相连,所述导轨至少中部与所述锅盖本体之间具有避让间隙;在所述锅盖本体的周向上相对设置的第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上。

下面参考图1-图38描述根据本发明实施例的锅盖组件40和烹饪器具1。这里的烹饪器具1可以是压力锅。
如图1-图38所示,根据本发明实施例的锅盖组件40包括:锅盖本体100和锅盖锁紧组件。
所述锅盖锁紧组件用于对关闭状态的锅盖本体100进行锁紧,所述锅盖锁紧组件安装在锅盖本体100上且包括导轨210、第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32。导轨210设在锅盖本体100上且导轨210的两端与锅盖本体100相连,导轨210至少中部与锅盖本体100之间具有避让间隙。第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32在锅盖本体100的周向上相对设置,第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在导轨210上。
根据本发明实施例的锅盖组件40,通过设置安装在锅盖本体100上的所 述锅盖锁紧组件,可以对关闭状态的锅盖本体100进行锁紧,这样不仅可以在烹饪时保证烹饪器具1的烹饪效果,而且可以保证锅盖本体100关闭状态的可靠锁紧,使烹饪器具1能够可靠工作。
并且,由于导轨210的两端与锅盖本体100相连,导轨210至少中部与锅盖本体100之间具有避让间隙。这样可以利用所述避让间隙避让由于压力而变形的锅盖本体100,避免锅盖本体100变形后与导轨210接触,这样可以减少锅盖本体100的变形对所述锅盖锁紧组件的影响,避免锅盖本体100顶部受压变形后与导轨210产生干涉,影响锅盖本体100的打开和关闭性能。

进一步地,由于锅盖本体100的中部更易发生变形,导致锅盖本体100中部变形量较大,在导轨210的中部与锅盖本体100之间设置避让间隙,能够针对锅盖本体100中部变形较大的位置进行避让,为锅盖本体100的变形留出足够的余量,减小锅盖本体100变形所产生的影响,保证锅盖本体100受压变形后不会与所述锅盖锁紧组件产生干涉,即锅盖本体100在受压向上变形后,其不会向上不易与导轨210接触,从而不会不易将锅内压力传递至导轨210上,确保便于导轨210仍然保持其初始的直线延伸状态,不会不易发生弯曲,从而也就确保了拉杆能够顺延导轨210顺畅的滑动,。或者说,在锅盖本体100受 压变形后,即使锅盖本体100与导轨210接触,由于锅内压力必须首先使锅盖本体100变形,即使锅盖本体在形变后与导轨接触,其传递至导轨210上的压力也不足以能够使导轨210发生较大形变。
因此,根据本发明实施例的锅盖组件40具有可靠性高、使用舒适等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的锅盖组件40。
可选地,导轨210与锅盖本体100之间的最大间隙大于2毫米。这样可以为锅盖本体100的变形留出足够的余量,进一步可以避免锅盖本体100受压变形后对导轨210产生干涉,从而影响锅盖本体100的打开和关闭性能。
具体地,在导轨210的长度方向上,所述避让间隙的宽度由中部至两端逐渐减小。锅盖本体100在受锅内压力时,其边缘通过卡扣与烹饪器具1的内锅或外锅紧固,导致锅盖本体100中部变形量与边缘变形量存在不同,即是说,在受锅内压力时,锅盖本体100中部位置由于形变产生的向上位移大于锅盖本体100边缘产生的向上位移,并且这种位移量的大小是渐变的,针对该问题,本实施方式中将上述间隙设置为相应的渐变构造,在确保能够有足够的空间来避让锅盖本体100形变的同时,降低了锅盖本体100整体的高度。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图7-图10所示,锅盖本体100的上表面设有沉槽110,所述避让间隙由沉槽110的底壁和导轨210的下表面共同限定出。这样便于所述避让间隙的形成,便于降低锅盖本体100变形对导轨210的影响,而且可以便于控制锅盖组件40的整体厚度。
具体地,如图10所示,沉槽110的中部低于沉槽110的两端,导轨210的两端分别连接在沉槽110的两端。这样不仅可以便于所述避让间隙的形成,而且可以便于导轨210的安装。此外,由于锅盖本体100中部较边沿更容易发生变形,设置中部较低的沉槽110可以进一步避免锅盖本体100的变形影响导 轨210。
在本发明的另一个具体实施例中,导轨210的两端均连接在锅盖本体100的周壁上且与锅盖本体100的连接处在锅盖本体100的周向上相对设置。这样同样可以实现导轨210的安装。
可选地,如图9所示,导轨210的两端设有向外且向锅盖本体100倾斜延伸的折弯段211。这样可以增大导轨210与锅盖本体100的接触面积,便于导轨210与锅盖本体100的连接,而且可以便于所述避让间隙的形成,在避免导轨210两端过高的情况下便于增大所述避让间隙的尺寸,便于对锅盖本体100的变形进行缓冲,进一步防止导轨210发生变形。同时由于便于控制导轨210两端的高度,可以避免导轨210对卡扣产生干涉,便于卡扣与锅盖本体100相互扣合。
具体地,锅盖本体100的横截面具有彼此正交的长轴和短轴。具体而言,锅盖本体100大体为椭圆形。这样便于对大块状的长方形食材进行烹饪,便于提高用户的使用体验。
进一步地,导轨210沿所述短轴定向。这样便于提高所述锅盖锁紧组件的结构强度,便于提高所述锅盖锁紧组件的稳定性,而且由于锅盖本体100的短轴方向较长轴方向上更不容易发生变形,可以进一步避免锅盖本体100的变形影响所述卡扣的滑动。
图7-图10示出了根据本发明的锅盖组件40。如图2所示,第一卡扣31包括可滑动地设在导轨210上的第一拉杆221和连接在第一拉杆221上的第一卡扣本体222,第二卡扣32包括可滑动地设在导轨210上的第二拉杆231和连接在第二拉杆231上的第二卡扣本体232。这样可以通过第一拉杆221和第二拉杆231分别驱动第一卡扣本体222和第二卡扣本体232,实现利用第一卡 扣本体222和第二卡扣本体232对锅盖本体100进行锁紧。
具体而言,锅盖组件40还包括开盖把手,所述开盖把手分别与第一拉杆221和第二拉杆231传动连接。
具体地,锅盖本体100上至少设有第一加强筋310和第二加强筋320,第一加强筋310设在所述短轴的中部,且第一加强筋310的延伸方向与所述长轴的延伸方向一致,第二加强筋320邻近所述长轴的两端设置,且第二加强筋320的延伸方向与所述短轴的延伸方向一致。
相比单独设置位于长轴两端的加强筋或单独设置短轴中部的加强筋,这样可以同时加强锅盖本体100的所述短轴的中部和所述长轴两端的强度和刚性,避免锅盖本体100出现受压薄弱点,提高锅盖本体100的强度和刚性。这样在满足承压要求的情况下可以减小锅盖本体100的材料厚度,便于降低锅盖本体100的制造成本,从而减小烹饪器具1的整体成本。

在一些可选的示例中,锅盖组件40扣合在锅体组件上时,第一卡扣31的一端外侧和第二卡扣32的一端外侧在短轴n方向上的距离L1等于外锅10的缺口12在短轴n方向上的宽度L,由此,所述锅盖锁紧组件可以与外锅10的除了缺口12的顶部外缘卡接,保证锅盖组件40与锅体组件扣合可靠。

由此,通过在外锅本体11的位于长轴m处的侧壁上设置向下凹陷的缺口12,可以用来避让内锅20把手21,这样内锅20放置到外锅10内时,把手21可放到缺口12内,不会影响内锅20的放置,保证烹饪器具1的正常使用,便于用户取放内锅20,还可以降低外锅10与内锅20组装后的整体高度。
根据本发明一个实施例,外锅本体11的横截面形状可以形成椭圆形,外锅本体11的侧壁上周缘设有两个沿外锅本体11的轴向向下内凹的缺口12,两个缺口12在椭圆的长轴m方向上相对设置。缺口12的宽度由下至上逐渐增 大,缺口12顶端处的宽度为L。
对应地,内锅20的横截面形状形成与外锅本体11的横截面形状对应的椭圆形,内锅20的外周壁设有两个相对布置的把手21,两个把手21分别与外锅10的两个缺口12位置一一对应。
如图4和图5所示,根据本发明一个实施例,缺口12在短轴n方向上的宽度L可以取40mm到120mm之间的任意值。进一步,缺口12在外锅本体11高度方向上的深度H可以取2mm到30mm之间的任意值。
在一个具体地示例中,外锅本体11上的两个缺口12的宽度L均为70mm,缺口12深度H为15mm。该缺口12的设置,在满足容纳内锅20的把手21的同时,有利于外锅10的成型,且不会削弱外锅10的强度。
当然,缺口12的宽度L的取值并不限于上述的40mm~120mm,深度H的取值也并不限于上述的2~30mm,具体可根据实际需要进行设定。
根据本发明的一个实施例,外锅10顶部开口处的边缘设置有向外延伸的翻边,该翻边在缺口12底边的位置处连续延伸。通过在外锅10上设置翻边,可以增加外锅10侧壁的强度,降低了缺口12对外锅本体强度的影响,避免发生承力状态不稳定现象,并可以更好地与内锅20配合。

在一些示例中,锅体组件的内锅20的外侧壁与外锅本体11的内侧壁留有间隙,即内锅20的上端凸出外锅11的锅沿,内锅20的把手21放置在外锅本体11的凹形缺口12处,使得把手21的手握部低于锅盖的下端面,确保把手21的设置不会干涉锅盖与外锅10的盖合。

第一卡扣31形成沿外锅10侧周壁的周向延伸且与对应位置的侧周壁轮廓线形状对应的弧形,第二卡扣32形成沿外锅10侧周壁的周向延伸且与对应位置的侧周壁轮廓线形状对应的弧形。第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32分别沿外锅10的短轴n方向间隔设置,且在所述夹持位置时,第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32分别与外锅10短轴n方向上的侧壁顶部边缘对应,从而将椭圆形烹饪器具1锁紧,使得烹饪器具1的外锅10与锅盖组件40扣合稳定。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1,通过将所述锅盖锁紧组件与外锅10之间的配合满足上述关系,可以提高所述锅盖锁紧组件与外锅10扣合强度,减小因结构强度不均,导致承力状态出现不稳定现象。
可选地,第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32上设有配合平台420和安装平台410,安装平台410突出于卡扣的上表面,这样可以便于在安装平台410上连接其他零部件(例如导向板470等),配合平台420位于卡扣的侧壁,并且安装平台410与配合平台420之间彼此临靠,且安装平台410位于配合平台420的内侧,也就是说,配合平台420位于卡扣的侧壁上沿,且在安装平台410的外侧,同时与位于卡扣上表面的安装平台410之间彼此临靠。
这样便于将卡扣与导向板等部件连接,在卡扣上设置配合平台420,并且使得配合平台420与安装平台410彼此临靠且位于安装平台410的外侧,这样,在连接外观塑料件480时,可以将外观塑料件480定位在配合平台420上,从而在遮蔽安装平台410的同时,便于装配、固定,保持装配后整体的外观效果。
如图34所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,至少两个卡扣关于长轴对称布置,从而使得关于长轴对称布置的两个卡扣之间的间距较短,便于与其配合的导向板470与其他零部件之间的连接,并且,每个卡扣关于短轴对称,也就是说,卡扣布置在短轴的两端,这样,在锁紧时,可以减少卡扣以及外锅10与卡扣连接处的受力不均,从而降低由此导致的形变。
如图30所示,在一些示例中,配合平台420的宽度为C可以取0.2mm和5mm之间得任意值,例如,配合平台420的宽度C可以0.2mm,也可以为2mm、5mm或其他值,本领域技术人员可以根据实际设计例如塑料件480的尺寸等进行调整,以保证便于外观塑料件480的定位、连接。优选地,配合平台420的宽度C可以为0.2mm-2mm,这样在便于连接塑料件480的同时,也可以保持 外观效果。
如图29、图34所示,在一些示例中,安装平台410设在卡扣长度方向上且位于卡扣的中部,也就是说,安装平台410可以设在卡扣弧长长度方向中部,这样,在锁紧时,通过与安装平台410相连的导向板470对卡扣施加拉力时,可以使得两个卡扣受力后能够沿相对方向移动,而且可以减少卡扣上的受力不均。
如图30,在一些实施例中,卡扣包括围板430、上夹板441和下夹板442,上夹板441与围板430的上沿相连,配合平台420和安装平台410设于上夹板441,下夹板442连接至围板430的下沿,并且,上夹板441、围板430以及下夹板442共同限定出卡槽450,卡槽450大致形成为弧形且卡槽450的开口方向朝向外锅10的径向内侧,这样,在装配时,可以利用卡槽450将锅盖组件40与外锅10之间锁紧。
如图29和图30,在一些示例中,安装平台410与上夹板441的其余部分之间、配合平台420与上夹板441的其余部分,配合平台420与围板430之间均采用圆滑过渡,这样,既可以避免轮廓棱角可能产生的意外损伤,同时,也能够提高外观效果。
如图31-图33,在一些实施例中,安装平台410设有安装孔460,安装孔460沿安装平台410的厚度方向贯通,安装孔460可以包括两个或者两个以上,这样导向板470通过铆钉铆接在安装平台410上的安装孔460,从而使卡扣可以沿椭圆的短轴方向靠近,进而实现锅盖组件40与外锅10之间锁紧。
如图33,安装孔460的至少一部分形成截锥形孔段461,并且截锥形孔段461的横截面积从上向下逐渐增大。例如,在本示例中,安装孔460包括:截锥形孔段461和连接在截锥形孔段461上端的直孔段462。在铆接过程中,通 过直孔段462的轴向高度保持定位的强度,避免尖角磨损,在挤压铆钉时,截锥形孔段461用于填充变形料,使铆接强度提高,铆接面平整、美观。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种锅盖组件,其特征在于,包括:
    锅盖本体;
    用于对关闭状态的所述锅盖本体进行锁紧的锅盖锁紧组件,所述锅盖锁紧组件安装在所述锅盖本体上且包括:
    导轨,所述导轨设在所述锅盖本体上且所述导轨的两端与所述锅盖本体相连,所述导轨至少中部与所述锅盖本体之间具有避让间隙;
    在所述锅盖本体的周向上相对设置的第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣在所述锅盖本体的周向上相对设置,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,在所述导轨的长度方向上,所述避让间隙的宽度由中部至两端逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述锅盖本体的上表面设有沉槽,所述避让间隙由所述沉槽的底壁和所述导轨的下表面共同限定出,所述沉槽的中部低于所述沉槽的两端,所述导轨的两端分别连接在所述沉槽的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述导轨的两端均连接在所述锅盖本体的周壁上且与所述锅盖本体的连接处在所述锅盖本体的周向上相对设置,所述导轨的两端设有向外且向所述锅盖本体倾斜延伸的折弯段。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述锅盖本体的横截 面具有彼此正交的长轴和短轴,所述导轨沿所述短轴定向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣包括可滑动地设在所述导轨上的第一拉杆和连接在所述第一拉杆上的第一卡扣本体,所述第二卡扣包括可滑动地设在所述导轨上的第二拉杆和连接在所述第二拉杆上的第二卡扣本体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述锅盖本体上至少设有第一加强筋和第二加强筋,所述第一加强筋设在所述短轴的中部,且第一加强筋的延伸方向与所述长轴的延伸方向一致,所述第二加强筋邻近所述长轴的两端设置,且第二加强筋的延伸方向与所述短轴的延伸方向一致。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋由形成在所述锅盖本体上的沉台或凸台构成,所述第二加强筋由形成在所述锅盖本体上的沉台或凸台构成。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第二加强筋为多个且沿所述长轴间隔设置,多个所述第二加强筋以所述短轴为轴对称设置。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋和所述第二加强筋相连。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述锅盖本体上设有至少一个第三加强筋,所述第三加强筋邻近所述长轴的两端设置,所述第三加强筋的延伸方向与所述短轴的延伸方向一致,及/或所述锅盖本体上设有至少一个第四加强筋,所述第四加强筋邻近所述长轴的中部设置,所述第四加强筋的延伸方向与所述短轴的延伸方向一致。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述锅盖组件还包括:
    面盖,所述面盖与所述锅盖本体之间限定出容纳腔,所述导轨设在所述容 纳腔内,所述卡扣至少在夹持位置时配合在所述容纳腔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述面盖包括面盖盖板和与所述面盖盖板的外周沿相连的面盖围板,所述面盖围板的下边沿设有用于避让所述卡扣的卡扣避让槽。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的下边沿与所述面盖围板的下表面平齐,及/或所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣位于所述夹持位置时,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的外周面与所述面盖的外周面平齐。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述面盖围板上设有用于避让所述第一拉杆和所述第二拉杆的拉杆避让槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,每个所述卡扣还包括挡板,所述挡板设在所述拉杆和所述卡扣本体的至少一个上且遮挡所述拉杆和所述卡扣本体的连接处。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述拉杆与所述卡扣本体的上表面相连,所述拉杆避让槽形成在所述卡扣避让槽的底壁上。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣位于所述夹持位置时,所述挡板的外周面与所述面盖围板的外周面平齐。
  20. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-19中任一项所述的锅盖组件。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的锅盖组件,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具还包括锅体组件,所述锅体组件包括外锅和设在所述外锅内的内锅,所述外锅的侧周壁横截面具有彼此正交的长轴和短轴且所述外锅在所述长轴方向上的相对 侧壁分别向下内凹形成缺口;所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的一端外侧在所述短轴方向上的距离为L1,所述缺口在所述短轴方向上的宽度为L,1≤L1/L≤2。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述内锅设有两个相对布置的把手,两个所述把手分别位于所述缺口内,所述面盖上设有把手过孔,所述把手穿过所述把手过孔分别与两个所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣传动连接。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述缺口的宽度由下至上逐渐增大,所述L为所述缺口顶端处的宽度。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述外锅顶部开口处的边缘设置有向外延伸的翻边,该翻边在所述缺口底边的位置处连续延伸。
  25. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣分别形成沿所述外锅侧周壁的周向延伸的弧形,及/或所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣关于所述长轴对称布置。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣中的每一个包括:
    围板;
    上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板连接至所述围板的上沿,所述下夹板连接至所述围板的下沿,所述上夹板、所述下夹板和所述围板共同限定出开口在所述外锅的径向上朝向内侧的卡槽以容纳所述外锅的锅沿,
    其中,所述L1为所述第一卡扣的围板端部和所述第二卡扣的围板端部之间的距离。
  27. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣上设有配合平台和凸出于所述卡扣的上表面的安装平台,所述配合 平台连接于所述卡扣的侧壁,所述安装平台与所述配合平台彼此临靠且位于所述配合平台的内侧。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,每个所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣关于所述短轴对称。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述安装平台在所述卡扣的长度方向上位于所述卡扣的中间处。
  30. 根据权利要求27-29中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述配合平台和所述安装平台设于所述上夹板;所述上夹板、所述下夹板和所述围板共同限定出开口在所述外锅的径向上朝向内侧的卡槽。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述安装平台与所述上夹板的其余部分之间,所述配合平台与所述上夹板的其余部分之间以及所述配合平台与所述围板之间分别圆滑过渡,所述安装平台上设有至少沿其厚度方向贯通的安装孔。
