随着经济的迅速发展,人们经常需要进行大额存取款等金融交易。而目前的金融自助设备的存取款口处的开口部一般较小,且开口部的闸门一般采用单开门结构。针对大容量存取款口,由于开口较大,若采用单开门结构,闸门开合会占用金融自助设备单侧的较大空间。导致在有些情况下,会出现开口部开门空间不够的技术问题。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种用于存取款口的活动门结构,解决了相关技术中存在的针对大容量存取款口,开口部开门空间不够的技术问题。
本公开还提供了一种金融自助设备,采用上述活动门结构。
本公开所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于存取款口的活动门结构,包括:
支撑框架,所述支撑框架开设有用于存取款的开口;
第一轨道和第二轨道,所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道均位于所述支撑框架上,分别设置于所述开口的两侧,所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道形成一组滑轨;

本实施例提供用于存取款口的活动门结构还包括限位机构,用于限制闸门在滑轨上滑动时的极限位置。限位机构包括第一限位挡块51和导滑柱52,限位挡块51设置于滑轨上,导滑柱52分别设置于第一闸门2和第二闸门3上,位于第一闸门2和第二闸门3分别与滑轨连接的连接处。当第一闸门2和第二闸门3同步相向滑动至导滑柱52与第一限位挡块51抵接时,开口11被第一闸门2和第二闸门3完全遮挡。通过导滑柱52和第一限位挡块51配合,限制第一闸门2和第二闸门3在滑轨上相向运动的极限位置,避免第一闸门2和第二闸门3相向运动而彼此抵压,导致压力太大而损坏。具体而言,本实施例提供的用于存取款口的活动门结构,在第一轨道12和第二轨道13上均设置有第一限位挡块51。在第一闸门2分别与第一轨道12和第二轨道13连接的连接处均设置有导滑柱52,导滑柱52可以从第一闸门2的两侧均限制第一闸门2的位置,使得第一闸门2的两侧受力均匀。在第二闸门3分别与第一轨道12和第二轨道13连接的连接处也均设置有导滑柱52,导滑柱52可以从第二闸门3的两侧均限制第二闸门3的位置,使得第二闸门3的两侧受力均匀。其中,第一限位挡块51也可以只是设置在第一轨道12或第二轨道13上,此时,闸门只需要在第一限位挡块51一侧的连接处上设置相应的导滑柱52,和第一限位挡块51配合。另外,第一限位挡块51可以和滑轨一体成型, 结构简单,易于加工,降低加工成本。
为了进一步限制闸门在滑轨上打开时的极限位置,本实施例提供的用于存取款口的活动门结构还可以包括第二限位挡块53,第二限位挡块53设置于滑轨上,位于开口11的外侧,当第一闸门2和第二闸门3同步相背滑动至导滑柱52与第二限位挡块53抵接时,开口11最大化露出。通过设置打开时的限位机构,可以有效避免第一闸门2和第二闸门3相背运动而彼此拉伸受力过大,而导致第一闸门2、第二闸门3和/或驱动装置4受力过大太大而损坏的问题。
本实施例提供的用于存取款口的活动门结构还包括检测系统,用于检测闸门打开或关闭是否到位。检测系统包括检测部62和用于检测检测部62位置的传感器61,检测部62位于第一闸门2和第二闸门3上靠近支撑框架1的一侧,传感器61位于支撑框架1上并位于检测部62的移动路线上。其中,传感器61和检测部62的设置位置也可以对应互换。在闸门打开或关闭的过程中,检测部62经过传感器61时,传感器61检测到检测部62的位置信号,即可获知闸门打开或关闭是否到位。通过设置检测系统,当检测发现闸门打开或关闭不到位等故障时,能够及早发现并修理。
参见图6,驱动装置4位于支撑框架1上远离闸门的一侧,包括一个电机41和由电机41驱动的传动机构。
电机41的输出轴上设置有一电机齿轮42。在本实施例中,为了实现第一闸门2和第二闸门3的沿滑轨同步相向或相背滑动,电机41采为双向电机。
传动机构包括第一齿轮传动部、第二齿轮传动部和带传动部,第一齿轮传动部连接电机41和第二闸门3,带传动部连接第一齿轮传动部和第二齿轮传动部,第二齿轮传动部连接第一闸门2。
第一齿轮传动部包括主轴43、第一传动轴44、设置于主轴43上的主齿轮431和副齿轮432以及设置于第一传动轴44上的第一传动齿轮441,主齿轮431与电机齿轮42啮合,副齿轮432与第一传动齿轮441啮合,第二闸门3上靠近支撑框架1的一侧设置有第一齿条31,第一齿条31与第一传动齿轮441啮合。
第二齿轮传动部包括第二传动轴45和设置于第二传动轴45上的第二传动齿轮451,第一闸门2上靠近支撑框架1的一侧设置有第二齿条21,第二齿条21与第二传动齿轮451啮合。
参见图7,带传动部包括两个带轮46(第一带轮和第二带轮)和套在两个带轮46上的同步带47,其中一个带轮(第一带轮)46位于第一传动轴44上,另一 个带轮(第二带轮)46位于第二传动轴45上的对应位置。
在本实施例中,可选的,第二闸门3上设置有两条平行间隔设置的第一齿条31,可选的,第一闸门2上还设置有两条平行间隔设置的第二齿条21,增加了第一闸门2和第二闸门3运行的精度,进一步保证了第一闸门2和第二闸门3滑动稳定性。
由一个电机41通过传动机构同时驱动第一闸门2和第二闸门3,实现第一闸门2和第二闸门3在滑轨上同步相对或相背滑动,不需要单独分别控制第一闸门2和第二闸门3,能够降低了用于存取款口的活动门结构的结构复杂度,减少占用空间,零部件更换方便,维修成本低。通过采取齿轮齿条结构和带传动部的配合的技术手段,使得驱动装置4的结构比较简单,而且齿条的方向和同步带47的方向均与滑轨平行,整个结构的受力均沿滑轨的延伸方向,第一闸门2和第二闸门3的运行方向与受力方向重合,从而使得在滑轨上的滑动运行更为稳定。
当闸门打开时,电机41通过电机齿轮42带动第一传动轴44转动,第一传动轴44上的第一传动齿轮441通过第一齿条31带动第二闸门3移动,同时,第一传动轴44上的带轮46通过同步带47带动第二传动轴45转动,第二传动轴45上的第二传动齿轮451通过第二齿条21带动第一闸门2相对于第二闸门3方向移动,开口11打开。因电机41为双向电机,闸门关闭时,原理相同,在此不再赘述。
参见图8,本实施例还提供一种金融自助设备71,该金融自助设备71采用上述实施例提供的用于存取款口的活动门结构711,能够合理地利用开口部有限的空间,提高了空间使用率。
工业实用性
本公开提供用于存取款口的活动门结构,通过设置第一闸门和第二闸门,用于打开或关闭存取款开口,结构紧凑,单侧占用空间较小,能够合理地利用开口部有限的空间,提高了空间使用率;同时,第一闸门和第二闸门在驱动装置的作用下,能够同步滑动,结构简单,开关顺畅,稳定性好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于存取款口的活动门结构,包括:
    支撑框架,开设有用于存取款的开口;
    第一轨道和第二轨道,均位于所述支撑框架上,分别设置于所述开口的两侧,所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道形成一组滑轨;
    第一闸门和第二闸门,均位于所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道之间,且均与所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道形成滑动连接;以及
    驱动装置,位于所述支撑框架上,与所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门连接,用于驱动所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门同步相向或相背沿所述滑轨滑动,以遮挡或露出所述开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的活动门结构,其中,所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的活动门结构,还包括:
    导滑柱,分别设置于所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门上,位于所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门分别与所述滑轨连接的连接处;以及
    第一限位挡块,设置于所述滑轨上,当所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门同步相向滑动,直至所述导滑柱与所述第一限位挡块抵接时,所述开口被所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门完全遮挡。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的活动门结构,还包括:
    第二限位挡块,设置于所述滑轨上,位于所述开口的外侧,当所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门同步相背滑动,直至所述导滑柱与所述第二限位挡块抵接时,所述开口最大化露出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的活动门结构,还包括:
    检测部,分别设置于所述第一闸门和所述第二闸门上,位于靠近所述支撑框架的一侧;以及
    传感器,位于所述支撑框架上,用于检测所述检测部的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的活动门结构,其中,所述驱动装置包括:
    一电机,
    电机齿轮,设置于所述电机的输出轴上;以及
    传动机构,所述传动机构包括:
    第一齿轮传动部,与所述电机和所述第二闸门分别连接;
    第二齿轮传动部,与所述第一闸门连接;
    带传动部,与所述第一齿轮传动部和所述第二齿轮传动部分别连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的活动门结构,其中,所述第一齿轮传动部包括:
    主轴;
    主齿轮,设置于所述主轴上,与所述电机齿轮啮合;
    副齿轮,设置于所述主轴上;
    第一传动轴;
    第一传动齿轮,设置于所述第一传动轴,且与所述副齿轮啮合;以及
    第一齿条,设置于所述第二闸门上靠近所述支撑框架的一侧,与所述第一传动齿轮啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的活动门结构,其中,所述第二齿轮传动部包括:
    第二传动轴;
    第二传动齿轮,设置于所述第二传动轴上;以及
    第二齿条,设置于所述第一闸门上靠近所述支撑框架的一侧,与所述第二传动齿轮啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的活动门结构,其中,所述带传动部包括:
    第一带轮,位于所述第一传动轴上;
    第二带轮,位于所述第二传动轴上;以及
    同步带,分别套在所述第一带轮和所述第二带轮上。
  10. 一种金融自助设备,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的活动门结构。
