在该技术方案中,可将第一刀叶上均设置上泄压孔,从而能够对所有的第一刀叶进行泄压,以大幅度提高粉碎刀的整体抗压能力,而一个或多个第一刀叶上的泄压孔的形状大小一致使得每个第一刀叶的泄压能力一样,进而能够使每个第一刀叶对食材的推送效果一致,进而即可使杯体的内的食材平稳地运动,以防止食材波动。当然,也可只在部分第一刀叶上设置泄压孔,而在其余部分的第一刀叶上不设置泄压孔。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述泄压孔包括圆形孔、腰形孔、方形孔锥形孔中的一个或多个。
在该技术方案中,泄压孔的形状和大小可以任意设置,具体地,泄压孔可为圆形孔、腰形孔、方形孔和锥形孔中的一个或多个,因为,这些孔都是比较常见的孔,因而易于加工。
其中,进一步优选地,所述泄压孔为沿着第一刀叶或第三刀叶方向延伸的细长孔,因为第一刀叶和第三刀叶一般因为细长形结构,因而通过将泄压孔设置成细长孔能够使第一刀叶和第三刀叶的结构与泄压孔的形状相适配。

下面参照图1至图4来描述根据本发明的一个实施例提供的粉碎刀及食物处理机。
如图1至图4所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供了一种粉碎刀,用于食物处理机,粉碎刀包括:安装轴1,安装轴1包括安装端和连接端;至少一个第一刀叶2,第一刀叶2安装在安装轴1上,第一刀叶2上设置有第一刀刃22,第一刀叶2的厚度为H,厚度H的值为:1mm≤H≤5mm;至少一个第二刀叶3,第二刀叶3安装在安装轴1上,并位于第一刀叶2靠近安装端的一方,第二刀叶3上设置有第二刀刃32;至少一个第三刀叶4,第三刀叶4安装在安装轴1上,并位于第一刀叶2和第二刀叶3之间,第三刀叶4上设置有第三刀刃42;其中,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶远离安装端的一面上,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶靠近安装端的一面上。
根据本发明的实施例提供的粉碎刀,安装在搅拌器等食物处理机的杯体内,用于对杯体内的食材进行粉碎搅打,具体地,安装轴1的安装端用于安装第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4,安装轴1的连接端用于与驱动装置,比如电机驱动连接,以在驱动装置,比如电机的作用下驱动第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4转动,以对食材、冰块等进行粉碎搅打,当然,安装轴1也可以直接是电机的电机轴。而第二刀叶3安装在安装轴1上,并位于第一刀叶2靠近安装端的一方,即第二刀叶3位于第一刀叶2的上方,也即第一刀叶2和第二刀叶3在安装轴1上下设置,同时,第三刀叶4设置在第一刀叶2和第二刀叶3之间,从而便能够形成三层刀叶,该种设置一方面可利用中层的第三刀叶4来对杯体内的中上部的食材进行粉碎搅打,同时,能够利用最下层的第一刀叶2来对杯体内的中下部的食材进行粉碎搅打,从而能够利用第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4对食材进行分层、梯级搅打,因而能够提高产品对食材的粉碎搅打力度,以将食材搅打的更加细腻,因而能够提高食物的口感。具体地,可在第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4上设置锯齿状的刀刃,以使其能够通过刀刃将蔬菜,水果等普通食材轻易的切碎,另一方面,由于 第二刀叶3设置在第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4的上方,因而还可利用第二刀叶3来打碎冰块等较硬的食材,具体地,比如可在第二刀叶3上设置非锯齿状的钝刃,以使其能够专门用于打碎较硬的冰块,而做成冰沙,而目前的破壁机,均没有设置专门用于打冰的刀叶,从而使得冰打的不细,即使得打碎的冰渣的颗粒较大,因而降低了食物的口感,而本方案通过设置三层刀叶,一方面能够利用下层的第一刀叶2和中层的第三刀叶4来对食材进行分层粉碎搅打,另一方面又能够利用专门的第二刀叶3来将冰块打的更碎,因而能够制作出口感更好地冰沙等食物,进而能够提高由冰块等制作出的食物的口感,以提升用户体验。此外,通过将第一刀叶2的厚度H设置在大于等于1mm小于等于5mm的范围内即能够确保第一刀叶2的强度,又能够防止第一刀叶2的厚度过厚。而第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶远离安装端的一面上,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶靠近安装端的一面上,即是说,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃是开口朝向安装端设置的,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃是开口朝向连续端设置的,也即,第一刀刃22、第二刀刃32和第三刀刃42中至少有一个刀刃是设置在其对应的刀叶的上表面上的,且至少有一个刀刃是设置在其对应的刀叶的下表面上的,该种设置使得三个刀刃中即有朝上的刀刃,又有朝下的刀刃,因而能够对食材进行多向搅拌,从而能够提高产品对食材的处理效果,以提高食材的口感,进而能够提高用户体验。
其中,优选地,第一刀刃22的厚度小于第二刀刃32的厚度,即第一刀刃22相对第二刀刃32为利刃,第二刀刃32相对第一刀刃22为钝刃,和/或第三刀刃42的厚度小于第二刀刃32的厚度,即第三刀刃42相对第二刀刃32为利刃,第二刀刃32相对第三刀刃42为钝刃。该种设置,使得第一刀刃22和第三刀刃42能够比较锋利,因而便于对水果、蔬菜等食材进行切削,同时,该种设置使得第二刀刃32比较钝,因而使得第二刀刃32的强度较好,从而能够用于切碎冰块等较硬的食材。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2远离安装端的一面上,第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4远离安装端的一面上,第二刀刃32设置在第二刀叶3靠近安装端的一面上。
在该实施例中,可将第一刀叶2的第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2远离安装端的一面上,即靠近连接端的一面上,也即第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2的下表面上,也即第一刀刃22的开口朝下,同理可将第三刀叶4的第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4远离安装端的一面上,即靠近连接端的一面上,也即第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4的下表面上,也即第三刀刃42的开口朝下,该种设置第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4在安装轴1的作用下旋转时,便能够边粉碎搅打食材,边将食材向杯体底部及杯体的外侧推送,从而能够使食材从上至下循环运动,而当被推送到的杯体底部的食材越积越多时,先被推送至杯体底部的食材在后被推送至杯体底部的食材的挤压下,便能够顺着杯体的侧壁向上运动,以实现食材从下至上的循环运动,而在食材从下至上运动到杯体的上部时,食材便能够在重力的作用下掉落下来,而后再被第一刀刃22和第三刀刃42粉碎及向下向外推送,至此即可实现食材的一个完整循环。
在另一实施例中,第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2远离安装端的一面上,第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4靠近安装端的一面上第二刀刃32设置在第二刀叶3靠近安装端的一面上。
在该实施例中,可将第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2的下表面上,也即第一刀刃22的开口朝下,同时将第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4的上表面上,也即第三刀刃42的开口朝上。该种设置,食材在第一刀刃22的作用下由上至下及由下至下循环运动时,第一刀刃22向下推送食材的速度,即食材向下推送速度要快于食材从杯体上部掉落下来的速度,即食材的回流速度,从而会导致杯体中部形成空隙进而形成负压,因此当杯体上部的食材再次回流而补充到该空隙时就会导致食材的波动,进而导致食材的循环翻滚运动不合理,进而使得食材不能够按规定的循环路线和理想的粉碎方位进行运动,而第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4靠近安装端的一面上,即第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4的上端面 上,也即第三刀刃42的开口朝上,因此,第三刀叶4在安装轴1的作用下旋转时,便能够边粉碎搅打食材,边将杯体中上部的周边的食材聚集抽取到杯体中上部的中间,然后随着从杯体上部掉落下来的食材一起被第一刀刃22粉碎及向下向外推送,从而通过设置第三刀刃42,第三刀刃42便能够将杯体中上部的周边的食材聚集抽取到杯体中上部的中间,以填补到食材循环过程中形成的空隙内,从而即可消除食材循环过程中形成的缝隙和负压,进而当杯体上部的食材再次回流时,便能够非常平稳地与第三刀刃42抽取的食材混合,进而被第一刀刃22粉碎并向下推送,因而即可避免食材的波动,以使食材能够按规定的循环路线和理想的粉碎方位进行循环运动,进而一方面便能够对食材进行有效粉碎,以确保食材的加工效率和加工效果,另一方面可减小因食材波动而对安装轴1的冲击,进而使得安装轴1能够更为平稳地转动,进而即可减小搅拌器的波动,以使搅拌器平稳地转动,而搅拌器平稳地转动会降低搅拌器的噪音和摩擦生热,进而能够降低搅拌器的温升等。同时,该种设置由于食材循环时没有形成空隙,因而第一刀叶2的第一刀刃22能够始终作用在食材上,从而便能够提高粉碎刀对食材的粉碎效率,确保粉碎刀对食材的粉碎效果,而通过第三刀叶4的第三刀刃42的粉碎作用,能够进一步提高粉碎刀对食材的粉碎效率,进而能够进一步确保粉碎刀对食材的粉碎效果。
其中,优选地,第一刀刃22与第一刀叶2和/或第二刀刃32与第二刀叶3和/或第三刀刃42与第三刀叶4为一体式结构。第一刀刃22与第一刀叶2和/或第二刀刃32与第二刀叶3和/或第三刀刃42与第三刀叶4为一体式结构能够提高第一刀刃22与第一刀叶2和/或第二刀刃32与第二刀叶3和/或第三刀刃42与第三刀叶4的连接强度,进而能够提高第一刀叶2和/或第二刀叶3和/或第三刀叶4的抗挤压强度,以使产品经久耐用。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2的一侧上,第二刀刃32设置在第二刀叶3的一侧上,第三刀刃42设置在第三刀叶4的一侧上。
在该实施例中,可只在第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的单侧 上设置刀刃,因为,搅拌器在搅拌食物时都是沿同一方向搅拌粉碎食物,因此,在第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的单侧上设置刀刃即可满足产品的要求,而只在第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的单侧上设置刀刃能够简化第第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的结构,因而能够简化加工工序,降低加工成本。
在另一实施例中,优选地,至少一个第一刀叶2的两侧上均设置有第一刀刃22,和/或至少一个第二刀叶3的两侧上均设置有第二刀刃32,和/或至少一个第三刀叶4的两侧上均设置有第三刀刃42。
在该实施例中,通过在第一刀叶2的两侧设置第一刀刃22,使得第一刀叶2的两侧均能够用于食材粉碎,因而第一刀叶2无论是顺时针旋转还是逆时针旋转均能够对食材进行粉碎,进而能够实现第一刀叶2的双面粉碎。同理,通过在第二刀叶3的两侧均设置第二刀刃32,使得第二刀叶3的两侧均能够用于打碎冰块,因而第二刀叶3无论是顺时针旋转还是逆时针旋转均能够对食材进行粉碎,进而能够实现第二刀叶3的双面打冰。同理,通过在第三刀叶4的两侧均设置第三刀刃42,使得第三刀叶4的两侧均能够用于食材粉碎,因而第三刀叶4无论是顺时针旋转还是逆时针旋转均能够对食材进行粉碎,进而能够实现第三刀叶4的双面粉碎。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图1所示,第一刀刃22设置在第一刀叶2的第一侧上,第一刀刃22的第一侧与第一刀叶2的第二侧为相对设置的两侧,第一刀叶2的第一侧与第一刀叶2的第二侧之间呈预设角度A设置,其中,20°≤A≤40°,第一刀叶2靠近安装轴1的一端的宽度大于第一刀叶2远离安装轴1的一端的宽度。
在该实施例中,通过将第一刀叶2的第一侧,即设置有第一刀刃22的一侧和第一刀叶2的第二侧即没有设置第一刀刃22的一侧呈预设角度A设置,且A大于等于20°小于等于40°,即是说第一刀叶2的左右两侧不呈平行设置,而是大致呈三角形设置,而该种设置可使得第一刀叶2远离安装轴1的一端比较尖,因而第一刀叶2在粉碎搅打食材时,其端部的面积较小,因而更不易被食材阻挡,进而一方面能够减小食材对第一刀叶2的磨损,另一方面能够使第一刀叶2旋转的更块,因而能 够加大第一刀叶2对食材的粉碎力度,以提升粉碎刀搅打食材的搅打效果,因而能够使食材搅打得更加细腻,因而能够提升食物的口感,以提升用户体验。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图1所示,第二刀刃32设置在第二刀叶3的第一侧上,第二刀刃32的第一侧与第二刀叶3的第二侧为相对设置的两侧,第二刀叶3的第一侧与第二刀叶3的第二侧之间呈预设角度B设置,其中,20°≤B≤50°,第二刀叶3靠近安装轴1的一端的宽度大于第二刀叶3远离安装轴1的一端的宽度。

在该实施例中,可将第一刀叶2倾斜向下安装在安装轴1上,以便第一刀叶2能够延伸到杯体的中下部和底部,以对食材进行粉碎搅打,而通过将第一刀叶2的倾斜角度D设置在大于等于30°小于等于60°的范围内,能够使第一刀叶2能够尽量延伸到杯体的底部,以便能够对杯体底部的食材进行粉碎搅打,进而能够提高产品的搅打力度,以提升产品对食材的搅打效果,以使加工出的食物更加细腻,口感更好,进而便能够提升用户体验。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图4所示,第二刀叶3的一端设置在安装轴1上,第二刀叶3的另一端倾斜向远离连接端的方向延伸,其中,第二刀叶3的倾斜角度为E,其中,50°≤E≤80°。
在该实施例中,可将第二刀叶3倾斜向上安装在安装轴1上,以便第二刀叶3能够延伸到杯体的中上部,以对冰块等较硬的食材进行粉碎搅打,而通过将第二刀叶3的倾斜角度E设置在大于等于50°小于等于80°的范围内,能够使第二刀叶3能够尽量延伸到杯体的上部,以便能够对杯体上部的冰块等较硬的食材进行粉碎搅打,进而能够提高产品的搅打力度,以提升产品对冰块等的搅打效果,以使加工出的冰块等更加细腻。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图2和图3所示,第三刀叶4(包括第三刀叶4a和4b)的一端设置在安装轴1上,第三刀叶4a的另一端垂直于安装轴1和/或第三刀叶4b的另一端倾斜向远离连接端的方向延伸,其中,第三刀叶4b的倾斜角度为F,其中,15°≤F≤50°。
进一步,优选地,第三刀叶4的数量为多个,其中,多个第三刀叶4中的部分第三刀叶4a垂直于安装轴1设置,多个第三刀叶4中的其余 部分第三刀叶4b倾斜向远离连接端的方向设置,其中,多个第三刀叶4中的其余部分第三刀叶4b的倾斜角度F,其中,15°≤F≤50°。
在该实施例中,可利用中层的第三刀叶4对杯体内中上部的食材进行粉碎搅打,其中,具体地,可将部分第三刀叶4a垂直于安装轴1设置,以对杯体内中部的食材进行粉碎搅打,同时,可将部分第三刀叶4b倾斜向上安装在安装轴1上,以对杯体内上部的食材进行粉碎搅打,该种设置使得第三刀叶4能够形成多层设置,因而能够对食材进行分层切割,即能够使多个第三刀叶4形成梯度,因而能够利用多个第三刀叶4对不同高度的食材,比如杯体中部的和杯体上部的食材进行粉碎搅打,以便能够提高产品对食材搅打力度,以提升产品对食材的搅打效果,以使加工出的食物更加细腻,口感更好,进而便能够提升用户体验。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图2和图3所示,第一刀叶2远离安装轴1的一端向靠近安装端的方向弯折并形成弯折部,其中,弯折部与第一刀叶2之间的夹角为G,其中,130°≤G≤160°。
在该实施例中,可将第一刀叶2远离安装轴1的一端向上弯折上翘,其中,弯折上翘的角度优选大于等于20°小于等于50°,即弯折后,弯折部与原来的第一刀叶2形成的夹角G大于等于130°小于等于160°,该种设置可将第一刀叶2延伸到杯体的底部,而将第一刀叶2弯折上翘能够使这第一刀叶2能够延伸到杯体的边缘,因而能够增加第一刀叶2作用在食材上面积,因而能够增大第一刀叶2对食材的搅打力度,因而能够进一步提高产品对食材搅打的整体力度,以提升产品对食材的搅打效果,进而使得加工出的食物更加细腻,口感更好,进而能够提升用户体验。
在上述多个实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,第一刀叶2的数量为两个,和/或第二刀叶3的数量为两个,和/或第三刀叶4的数量为四个。
在该些实施例中,第一刀叶2的数量为两个,第二刀叶3的数量为两个,第三刀叶4的数量为四个,从而可形成三层八叶刀,该种设置使得粉碎刀的结构比较合理,即不会使得刀叶过多,而增加产品的成本,也不会因刀叶过少而降低产品对食材和冰块等的搅打力度,即该种设置即能 够降低产品的成本,又能够确保产品对食材的粉碎搅打力度,以确保产品对食材、冰块等的搅打效果,以使加工出的食材和冰块等更加细腻。
在上述多个实施例中,优选地,第一刀叶2的数量为两个,两个第一刀叶2相互对称,和/或第二刀叶3的数量为两个,两个第二刀叶3相互对称,和/或第三刀叶4的数量为四个,四个第三刀叶4中两两第三刀叶4相互对称。
在该些实施例中,通过使两个第一刀叶2对称设置和使四个第三刀叶4两两对称设置,以及使两个第二刀叶3对称设置能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4对各个方向上的食材或冰块的粉碎搅打的效果一致,因而能够使杯体内的各个方向上的食材流动的更加顺畅、平稳。
在上述多个实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,第一刀刃22为锯齿形刀刃,和/或第三刀刃42为锯齿形刀刃,和/或第二刀刃32为非锯齿形刀刃。
在该实施例中,可优选在第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4上设置锯齿状的刀刃,因为锯齿状的刀刃更容易切碎蔬菜、水果等普通食材,因而在第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4上设置锯齿状的刀刃能够将蔬菜、水果等普通食材搅打的更碎。同时,优选在第二刀刃32上设置非锯齿状的钝刃,因为钝刃相比于锯齿状的刀刃而言,其更容易打碎冰块等比较硬的东西,因而能够将冰块打的更碎。
在上述多个实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,粉碎刀还包括:第一刀根部5,第一刀根部5上设置有第一通孔,第一刀根部5通过第一通孔套设安装在安装轴1上;第二刀根部6,第二刀根部6上设置有第二通孔,第二刀根部6通过第二通孔套设安装在安装轴1上,并位于第一刀根部5靠近安装端的一方;第三刀根部7,第三刀根部7上设置有第三通孔,第三刀根部7通过第三通孔套设安装在安装轴1上,并位于第一刀根部5和第二刀根部6之间;其中,至少一个第一刀叶2设置在第一刀根部5上,至少一个第二刀叶3设置在第二刀根部6上,至少一个第三刀叶4设置在第三刀根部7上,第一刀根部5与至少一个第一刀叶2为一体式结构,和/或第二刀根部6与至少一个第二刀叶3为一体式结构,和/或第三刀根部7与至少一个第三刀叶4为一体式结构。
在该些实施例中,可在安装轴1上对应第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4分别设置一刀根部,即第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7,从而能够将至少一个第一刀叶2和至少一个第二刀叶3和至少一个第三刀叶4通过刀根部安装在安装轴1上。其中,具体地,可在第一刀根部5上设置第一通孔,在第二刀根部6上设置第二通孔,在第三刀根部7上设置第三通孔,从而可将安装轴1的安装端依次穿过第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔,以实现第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的精确安装。同时,该种设置还能够使粉碎刀形成三层结构,因而即能够对食材形成梯级粉碎搅打又能够将冰块打的更碎,因而能够提高粉碎刀对食材和冰块的粉碎搅打效果。此外,可优选将第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4与对应的刀根部,即第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7设置为一体式结构,因为,一体式结构的力学性能好,因而能够确保对应的刀根部和第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4之间的连接强度,其中,优选地,可将刀第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4与对应的刀根部一体制成,批量生产,以提高产品的加工效率,降低产品的加工成本。具体地,可利用同一金属板折弯出第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4及对应的刀根部,以方便、快速且低成本地实现第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的加工。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图1至图4所示,第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,可优选将第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7设置为一体式结构,因为,一体式结构的力学性能好,因而能够确保第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7之间的连接强度,其中,优选地,可将第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7一体制成,批量生产,以提高产品的加工效率,降低产品的加工成本。
当然,在另一实施例中,第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7也可为分体式结构,此时,便于将第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7与对应的刀叶一体制成、批量生产。
当然,还可设置第四刀根部、第五刀根部等,以便能够利用更多层的刀叶来实现对食材的粉碎搅打。
在上述实施例中,优选地,安装轴1的安装端上设置有环形安装槽,第一刀根部5通过第一通孔与环形安装槽的配合套设安装在安装轴1上,第二刀根部6通过第二通孔与环形安装槽的配合套设安装在安装轴1上,第三刀根部7通过第三通孔与环形安装槽的配合套设安装在安装轴1上;其中,安装端的端部上设置有压边,压边压合在第二刀根部6上。
在该实施例中,通过设置环形安装槽能够利用环形安装槽来对第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7进行定位安装,具体地,可将安装轴1的安装端依次穿过第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔,然后将第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7卡在环形安装槽内,以利用环形安装槽实现对第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7的卡扣安装。同时,在第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7套设安装在安装轴1上的环形安装槽上后,可将安装轴1伸出第二刀根部6的部分压平后压合在第二根部上,以便能够简单快速地实现第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7与安装轴1之简的固定及安装。
当然,在另一实施例中,也可利用安装轴1和第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔的过盈配合实现第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7与安装轴1之间的安装。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图2至图4所示,第一刀根部5贴合在第三刀根部7上,第二刀根部6贴合在第三刀根部7上。
在该实施例中,第一刀根部5贴合在第三刀根部7上、第二刀根部6贴合在第三刀根部7上,因此能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4形成一个整体而进行同步旋转,因而能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4对食材进行同步粉碎,进而能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4更好地同步配合,以提高对食材的粉碎效率,同时,第一刀根部5贴合在第三刀根部7上、第二刀根部6贴合在第三刀根部7上还能够使得第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7相互支撑,进而能够提高第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7的强度,此外,该种设置还能够使粉碎刀的结构更为紧凑合理,因而能够减小产品的整体体积。还有该种设置能够防止第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7之间 形成狭窄缝隙,进而更利于用户对粉碎刀进行清洗。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图2至图4所示,第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7的形状大小一致。
在该实施例中,第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7的形状大小一致,一方面能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的强度一致,另一方面能够减少零部件的类型,以利于产品的标准化。当然,在另一实施例中,第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7的形状大小也可不一致。
在上述实施例中,优选地,第一刀根部5和/或第二刀根部6和/或第三刀根部7为方形、圆形,三角形,椭圆形或五边形,具体地,第一刀根部5和/或第二刀根部6和/或第三刀根部7的形状可根据第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4的数量变化而变化。
在该实施例中,第一刀根部5和/或第二刀根部6和/或第三刀根部7优选为方形,因为方形相比于圆形、椭圆形而言更易加工,因而能够降低产品的加工成本,提高产品的加工效率。具体地比如,该种结构使得第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4能够通过金属板快速简单地折弯形成,而圆形则无法通过金属板直接折弯形成。当然,第一刀根部5和/或第二刀根部6和/或第三刀根部7也可为圆形,三角形,椭圆形,五边形或者任意其它形状。
在上述实施例中,优选地,第一刀根部5与安装轴1相互垂直安装,第二刀根部6与安装轴1相互垂直安装,第三刀根部7与安装轴1相互垂直安装。
在该实施例中,第一刀根部5与安装轴1相互垂直安装,第二刀根部6与安装轴1相互垂直,第三刀根部7与安装轴1相互垂直安装能够使第一刀根部5、第二刀根部6和第三刀根部7之间安装的更加牢靠,因而能够使第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4在粉碎搅打食材时不会与安装轴1脱落,从而即可防止第一刀叶2、第二刀叶3和第三刀叶4脱落伤人,进而即可确保用户的使用安全。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图2至图4所示,安装轴1为圆形轴。
在该实施例中,安装轴1优选为圆形轴,因为圆形轴更易与电机等配合,从而能够更利于对安装轴1进行驱动。
在上述实施例中,优选地,第一刀叶2和/或第二刀叶3和/或第三刀叶4由金属材料制成,因为,金属材料的强度高,耐磨性好,因而能够更好地粉碎搅打食材。当然,第一刀叶2和/或第二刀叶3和/或第三刀叶4也可为其它硬度比较高的材料制成。
在上述实施例中,优选地,粉碎刀还包括:泄压孔(图中未示出),设置在第一刀叶2上和/或第三刀叶4上。
在该实施例中,通过设置泄压孔能够在第一刀叶2和/或第三刀叶4推送食材时为第一刀叶2和/或第三刀叶4泄压,以防止第一刀叶2和/或第三刀叶4因压力过大而折断,具体地,比如,在第一刀叶2将食材推送至杯体底部时,若杯体底部的食材聚集的过多,则食材对第一刀叶2的阻力较大,而通过设置泄压孔可利用食材与第一刀叶2之间的挤压,以使食材能够从泄压孔内排出,从而对第一刀叶2起到泄压的作用,进而即可使第一刀叶2经久耐用而不易折断,因而即可延长产品的使用寿命,同理,在第三刀叶4抽取食材时,若抽取的食材过多,则食材对第三刀叶4的阻力较大,而通过设置泄压孔可利用食材与第三刀叶4之间的挤压,以使食材能够从泄压孔内排出,从而对第三刀叶4起到泄压的作用,进而即可使第三刀叶4经久耐用而不易折断,因而也可延长产品的使用寿命。当然,我们也可只在第一刀叶2上设置泄压孔,而不在第三刀叶4上设置泄压孔。
当然,也可在第二刀叶3上设置泄压孔。
在上述实施例中,优选地,至少一个第一刀叶2上均设置有泄压孔,且至少一个第一刀叶2上设置的泄压孔的形状大小一致。
在该实施例中,可将第一刀叶2上均设置上泄压孔,从而能够对所有的第一刀叶2进行泄压,以大幅度提高粉碎刀的整体抗压能力,而一个或多个第一刀叶2上的泄压孔的形状大小一致使得每个第一刀叶2的泄压能力一样,进而能够使每个第一刀叶2对食材的推送效果一致,进而即可使杯体的内的食材平稳地运动,以防止食材波动。当然,也可只在部分第 一刀叶2上设置泄压孔,而在其余部分的第一刀叶2上不设置泄压孔。
在上述实施例中,优选地,泄压孔包括圆形孔、腰形孔、方形孔锥形孔中的一个或多个。
在该实施例中,泄压孔的形状和大小可以任意设置,具体地,泄压孔可为圆形孔、腰形孔、方形孔和锥形孔中的一个或多个,因为,这些孔都是比较常见的孔,因而易于加工。
其中,进一步优选地,泄压孔为沿着第一刀叶2或第三刀叶4方向延伸的细长孔,因为第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4一般因为细长形结构,因而通过将泄压孔设置成细长孔能够使第一刀叶2和第三刀叶4的结构与泄压孔的形状相适配。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种食物处理机(图中未示出),该食物处理机包括:机座;杯体组件,杯体组件包括杯体和第一方面任一项实施例提供的粉碎刀,粉碎刀安装在杯体内。
根据本发明的实施例提供的食物处理机,具有第一方面任一实施例提供的粉碎刀,因此,本发明的实施例提供的食物处理机具有第一方面任一实施例提供的粉碎刀的全部有益效果,在此不一一列举。
在上述实施例中,优选地,食物处理机为豆浆机或破壁机或搅拌机,当然,食物处理机也还可以是除豆浆机、破壁机和搅拌机之外的其它结构。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“连接”、“安装”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个以上实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种粉碎刀,用于食物处理机,其特征在于,包括:
    安装轴,所述安装轴包括安装端和连接端;
    至少一个第一刀叶,所述第一刀叶安装在所述安装轴上,所述第一刀叶上设置有第一刀刃,所述第一刀叶的厚度为H,厚度H的值为:1mm≤H≤5mm;
    至少一个第二刀叶,所述第二刀叶安装在所述安装轴上,并位于所述第一刀叶靠近所述安装端的一方,所述第二刀叶上设置有第二刀刃;
    至少一个第三刀叶,所述第三刀叶安装在所述安装轴上,并位于所述第一刀叶和所述第二刀叶之间,所述第三刀叶上设置有第三刀刃;
    其中,所述第一刀刃、所述第二刀刃和所述第三刀刃中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶远离所述安装端的一面上,所述第一刀刃、所述第二刀刃和所述第三刀刃中至少有一个刀刃设置在其对应的刀叶靠近所述安装端的一面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀刃设置在所述第一刀叶远离所述安装端的一面上,所述第三刀刃设置在所述第三刀叶远离所述安装端的一面上,所述第二刀刃设置在所述第二刀叶靠近所述安装端的一面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀刃设置在所述第一刀叶的第一侧上,所述第一刀刃的第一侧与所述第一刀叶的第二侧为相对设置的两侧,所述第一刀叶的第一侧与所述第一刀叶的第二侧之间呈预设角度A设置,其中,20°≤A≤40°,所述第一刀叶靠近所述安装轴的一端的宽度大于第一刀叶远离所述安装轴的一端的宽度;和/或
    所述第二刀刃设置在所述第二刀叶的第一侧上,所述第二刀刃的第一侧与所述第二刀叶的第二侧为相对设置的两侧,所述第二刀叶的第一侧与所述第二刀叶的第二侧之间呈预设角度B设置,其中,20°≤B≤50°,所述第二刀叶靠近所述安装轴的一端的宽度大于第二刀叶远离所述安 装轴的一端的宽度;和/或
    所述第三刀刃设置在所述第三刀叶的第一侧上,所述第三刀刃的第一侧与所述第三刀叶的第二侧为相对设置的两侧,所述第三刀叶的第一侧与所述第三刀叶的第二侧之间呈预设角度C设置,其中,20°≤C≤40°,所述第三刀叶靠近所述安装轴的一端的宽度大于第三刀叶远离所述安装轴的一端的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀叶的一端设置在所述安装轴上,所述第一刀叶的另一端倾斜向所述连接端的方向延伸,其中,所述第一刀叶的倾斜角度为D,其中,30°≤D≤60°;和/或
    所述第二刀叶的一端设置在所述安装轴上,所述第二刀叶的另一端倾斜向远离所述连接端的方向延伸,其中,所述第二刀叶的倾斜角度为E,其中,50°≤E≤80°;和/或
    所述第三刀叶的一端设置在所述安装轴上,所述第三刀叶的另一端垂直于所述安装轴和/或所述第三刀叶的另一端倾斜向远离所述连接端的方向延伸,其中,所述第三刀叶的倾斜角度为F,其中,15°≤F≤50°。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀叶远离所述安装轴的一端向靠近所述安装端的方向弯折并形成弯折部,其中,所述弯折部与所述第一刀叶之间的夹角为G,其中,130°≤G≤160°。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀叶的数量为两个,和/或所述第二刀叶的数量为两个,和/或所述第三刀叶的数量为四个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀叶的数量为两个,两个所述第一刀叶相互对称,和/或所述第二刀叶的数量为两个,两个所述第二刀叶相互对称;和/或
    所述第三刀叶的数量为四个,四个所述第三刀叶中两两第三刀叶相互对称。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀刃为锯齿形刀刃,和/或所述第三刀刃为锯齿形刀刃,和/或所述第二刀刃为非锯齿形刀刃。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一刀根部,所述第一刀根部上设置有第一通孔,所述第一刀根部通过所述第一通孔套设安装在所述安装轴上;
    第二刀根部,所述第二刀根部上设置有第二通孔,所述第二刀根部通过所述第二通孔套设安装在所述安装轴上,并位于所述第一刀根部靠近所述安装端的一方;
    第三刀根部,所述第三刀根部上设置有第三通孔,所述第三刀根部通过所述第三通孔套设安装在所述安装轴上,并位于所述第一刀根部和所述第二刀根部之间;
    其中,所述至少一个第一刀叶设置在所述第一刀根部上,所述至少一个第二刀叶设置在所述第二刀根部上,所述至少一个第三刀叶设置在所述第三刀根部上,所述第一刀根部与所述至少一个第一刀叶为一体式结构,和/或所述第二刀根部与所述至少一个第二刀叶为一体式结构,和/或所述第三刀根部与所述至少一个第三刀叶为一体式结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀根部、所述第二刀根部和所述第三刀根部为一体式结构。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述安装轴的安装端上设置有环形安装槽,所述第一刀根部通过所述第一通孔与所述环形安装槽的配合套设安装在所述安装轴上,所述第二刀根部通过所述第二通孔与所述环形安装槽的配合套设安装在所述安装轴上,所述第三刀根部通过所述第三通孔与所述环形安装槽的配合套设安装在所述安装轴上;
    其中,所述安装端的端部上设置有压边,所述压边压合在所述第二刀根部上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的粉碎刀,其特征在于,
    所述第一刀根部贴合在所述第三刀根部上,所述第二刀根部贴合在所述第三刀根部上;和/或
    所述第一刀根部与所述安装轴相互垂直安装,所述第二刀根部与所述安装轴相互垂直安装,所述第三刀根部与所述安装轴相互垂直安装;和/或
    所述安装轴为圆形轴。
  13. 一种食物处理机,其特征在于,包括:
    机座;
    杯体组件,所述杯体组件包括杯体和如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的粉碎刀,所述粉碎刀安装在所述杯体内。
