背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,物流运输过程越来越广泛地应用到用户的日常生活中。例如,用户在电子商务平台购买了物品之后,通常需要物流公司利用用户信息,将用户购买的物品通过物流运输过程配送给用户。
物流运输过程也随之带来了越来越多的人力成本。为了减少人力成本,越来越多的物流运输过程中使用了无人机等运输设备。例如,利用无人机进行物品运输就是目前的一种趋势。
然而,即便是使用无人机等运输设备,在接收物品时往往还是需要人工参与。例如,无人机将物品运输到物流公司的中转站后,需要中转站的接收人员接收物品,并将物品进行物流分拣后,分配给对应的配送方进行配送,造成较高的人力成本,导致物流运输效率较低。
发明内容
本申请解决的技术问题在于提供一种物品接收方法及相关装置,以实现能够自动地接收物品,并对接收的物品进行物流分拣和存储,从而减少人力成本,提高物流运输效率。
为此,本申请解决技术问题的技术方案是:
本申请实施例提供了一种物品接收方法,应用于接收设备,所述方法包括:
检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道;
获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息;
根据所述物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间;
将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。
可选的,所述检测到待接收物品,包括:
检测到运输设备进入所述接收设备的接收范围;或者,接收到运输设备发送的物品接收请求;其中,所述运输设备上携带有所述待接收物品。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
通过定位辅助装置,辅助所述运输设备检测所述接收通道的位置。
可选的,所述获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,包括:
对所述待接收物品进行扫描,获取扫描信息;
根据所述扫描信息,获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。
可选的,所述物流分拣信息包括以下任一项或多项信息:
所述待接收物品的配送地址区域、所述待接收物品对应的物流公司标识、以及所述待接收物品对应的取货方标识。
可选的,将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,所述方法还包括:
生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证;
其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
可选的,生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证之后,所述方法还包括:
将所述接收凭证发送至所述接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器。

通过上述技术方案可知,本申请实施例中,当接收设备检测到待接收物品时,会开启接收设备的接收通道,当所述待接收物品进入所述接收通道后,根据所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间,并将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。可见,本申请实施例能够自动接收物品,并对接收的物品进行物流分拣和存储,无需人工参与过程,从而减少人力成本,提高了物流运输效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
在物流运输过程中,不可避免的需要使用人力成本。例如,配送人员将物品运输到自提柜之后,需要从自提柜中手动选择没有被占用的箱柜,将物品放置到该箱柜中并通知取货方从自提柜中取货。
为了减少人力成本,越来越多的物流运输过程中使用了无人机等运输设备。例如,利用无人机进行物品运输就是目前的一种趋势。然而,即便是使用无人机等运输设备,在接收物品时往往还是需要人工参与。例如,无人机将物品运输到物流公司的中转站后,需要中转站的接收人员接收物品,并将物品进行物流分拣后,分配给对应的配送方进行配送。
显然,上述物流运输过程中,需要人工参与对物品的接收和物流分拣过程,造成较高的人力成本,导致物流运输效率较低。此外,每个物流公司的接收人员只能将物品分 配给物流公司内部的配送方,适用范围存在局限性。
本申请解决的技术问题在于提供一种物品接收方法及相关装置,以实现能够自动地接收物品,并对接收的物品进行物流分拣和存储,从而减少人力成本,提高物流运输效率。此外,本申请实施例可以支持不同物流公司的配送方甚至个人用户自动取货,提高了适用范围。
其中,物流分拣指的是在物流运输过程中,根据一定的规则对物品进行分类处理。例如,在物流中转站将物品按照地址信息进行分类处理,使得目的地相同或者相近的物品被统一配送。利用物流分拣能够提高配送效率,优化配送服务。
在介绍本申请的物品接收方法之前,需要先介绍本申请实施例中所涉及的接收系统。本申请实施例中的接收系统包括接收设备和运输设备。
本申请实施例中,接收设备为自动接收设备或者半自动接收设备,可以包括接收通道和多个存储空间。其中,接收通道用于对接收人工投递,或者运输设备投递的物品。在图1所示的可选的实施例中,接收通道包括接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口,其中,所述接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口可以从上至下依次设置,因此可以利用物品的重力从上向下进行投递。其中,为了便于投递,本申请实施例中的接收设备可以包括一个接收通道,人工投递或运输设备投递时,均向该一个接收通道投递物品。存储空间用于对投递的物品进行存储,可以具体为存储箱柜、存储仓等。其中,接收设备中的所述多个存储空间可以设置在所述接收通道的出口的下方,投递的物品可以利用重力及其他辅助力,从接收通道的出口进入其中一个存储空间中。多个存储空间的上方还可以设置有存储空间的入口。在图1中示出的可选的实施例中,接收设备至少包括存储空间01至存储空间07共7个存储空间,可以理解的是,本申请实施例对存储空间的个数和大小并不加以限定。
运输设备包括无人机、运输机器人、运输传送带、或者自动送货车等能够实现自动或者半自动运输功能的设备,例如图1所示,无人机携带用于向接收设备投递的物品。
当接收设备检测到待接收物品时,开启所述接收设备的接收通道,例如图1所示,接收设备开启接收通道的入口。其中,接收设备可以通过多种方式检测到待接收物品。一种实施方式中,接收设备检测到运输设备进入所述接收设备的接收范围,例如,接收设备通过摄像头检测到无人机进入接收设备的接收范围内。另一种实施方式中,接收设备接收到运输设备发送的物品接收请求,例如,当无人机需要进行投递时,会向接收设备发送物品接收请求。又一种实施方式中,当采用人工投递时,可以通过投递人员的手 持终端向接收设备发送物品接收请求,或者也可以在接收设备上设置手动开关,投递人员可以人工触发该手动开关,使得接收设备检测到存在待接收物品。
在接收设备开启接收通道之前,还可以统计所述接收设备的多个存储空间的使用状态,当存在可容纳所述待接收物品的存储空间时,指示运输设备向接收设备进行投递。例如,在无人机起飞之前,可以向接收设备发送物品接收请求,接收设备接收到物品接收请求后,确定是否存在可容纳待接收物品的存储空间,如果存在,例如存在未使用的存储空间,或者存在已使用但是剩余空间大于待接收物品的体积的存储空间,则向无人机返回确认投递消息,如果不存在,则可以向无人机返回拒绝投递消息,无人机可以继续向其他的接收设备发送物品接收请求。
运输设备可以在检测到接收设备的接收通道处于开启状态,并且获取所述接收通道的位置之后,根据接收通道的位置进行物品的投递。其中,运输设备在投递物品之前,还可以检测与接收设备的距离,当该距离小于预设阈值时,才会进行投递。例如图1所示,无人机检测到距离接收设备的高度小于2米时,利用物品的重力,将物品投递到接收通道中。其中,运输设备可以具体利用机器手臂等投递装置进行投递。
为了辅助运输设备检测所述接收通道的位置,在接收设备上可以设置有定位辅助装置。其中。定位辅助装置包括无源辅助装置和有源辅助装置。例如图1所示,无源辅助装置可以包括定位图标,无人机利用视觉定位技术,能够检测到定位图标的位置。有源定位装置可以包括蓝牙定位装置、射频识别(英文:Radio Frequency Identification,简称:RFID)定位装置、无线保真(英文:Wireless Fidelity,简称:WiFi)定位装置、微波定位装置等。其中,运输设备可以具体获取的是接收通道的入口的位置。
接收设备检测到所述待接收物品进入所述接收通道之后,例如图1所示,检测到物品进入接收通道的存放空间后,接收设备可以通过扫描等方式,获取待接收物品的物流分拣信息。例如,当物品为六边形的箱体时,接收设备可以对物品进行六面扫描,获取扫描信息,根据所述扫描信息,获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。其中,所述物流分拣信息包括以下任一项或多项信息:所述待接收物品的配送地址区域、所述待接收物品对应的物流公司标识、以及所述待接收物品对应的取货方标识。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例对接收设备获取物流分拣信息的时机并不加以限定。例如,接收设备也可以在待接收物品进入接收通道之前,通过扫描等方式获取所述物流分拣信息。举例说明,无人机携带所述待接收物品时,接收设备对所述待接收物品进行扫描从而获取所述物流分拣信息。又例如,接收设备可以在待接收物品进入接收通道之 前或者进入接收通道之后,通过与运输设备、投递人员的手持终端或者服务器等设备进行通信等方式,接收到上述设备发送的所述物流分拣信息。
获取待接收物品的物流分拣信息之后,接收设备根据所述物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间,并且将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。例如图1所示,接收设备向物品自动分配了存储空间03,则可以开启所述接收通道的出口以及存储空间的入口,通过传送带、分拨棍、机器手臂等分拣装置,将所述待接收物品放置至所述存储空间03。
将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,接收设备还可以生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证。并且可以将该接收凭证发送至接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器,由管理服务器或者物流服务器进行存储。或者也可以将接收凭证发送至投递人员的手持终端,并且通过打印设备进行打印,投递人员对打印出的纸质凭证进行保存。其中,接收设备的管理服务器指的是对接收设备所产生的数据进行管理的后台服务器。物流服务器指的是对物流运输过程中产生的数据进行管理的服务器,具体可以为物流公司内部使用的服务器,也可以为与各个物流公司内部的服务器进行对接的第三方服务器。其中,所述接收凭证可以包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,接收设备还可以生成所述待接收物品的取货验证信息;向所述待接收物品对应的取货终端发送所述取货验证信息,从而通知取货终端对应的取货方进行取货。在本申请实施例中,取货方可以包括取货人员或者取货设备。例如,接收设备向取货人员的手持终端发送取货验证信息。
本申请实施例中,可以由取货人员进行人工取货,也可以由机器人等取货设备进行自动取货,下面具体说明。
人工取货时,可以在接收设备中提供的输入界面中输入待取出物品对应的取货验证信息,或者也可以在取货人员的手持终端中输入该取货验证信息,通过该手持终端向接收设备发送该取货验证信息。接收设备获取到该取货验证信息之后,对该取货验证信息进行验证,若验证成功,从接收设备的多个存储空间中确定出存储有所述待取出物品的目标存储空间,开启所述目标存储空间。例如,若接收设备对取货验证信息验证成功,并且确定出在存储空间03中存储有取货验证信息对应的待取出物品,则开启存储空间03的仓门,取货人员可以从存储空间03中取出所述待取出物品。在取货之前,接收设 备还可以显示所述目标存储空间的位置。从而使得取货人员根据显示的位置进行取货。
自动取货时,取货设备向接收设备发送与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息,接收设备对该取货验证信息进行验证,若验证成功,从接收设备的多个存储空间中确定出存储有所述待取出物品的目标存储空间,开启所述目标存储空间。取货设备检测出所述接收设备中的目标存储空间处于开启状态,从所述目标存储空间中自动取出所述待取出物品。其中,取货设备包括机器人等自动或者半自动取货设备,取货装置可以具体利用机器手臂等取货装置进行取货。
其中,所述取货验证信息可以包括:所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息,和/或,所述待取出物品对应的取货方的身份验证信息。所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息可以包括生成的密码、验证码等信息,身份验证信息可以包括用于识别取货方的生物特征信息,例如人脸信息、指纹信息、掌纹信息等等。其中,取货方可以在接收设备,或者物流公司的服务器等进行身份注册,录入原始的身份验证信息,接收设备根据原始的身份验证信息,对取货方输入的身份验证信息进行验证。
在取货过程结束之后,接收设备可以生成所述待取出物品的取出凭证。接收设备还可以将取出凭证发送接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器,由管理服务器或者物流服务器进行存储。或者,还可以将取出凭证发送至取货人员的手持终端上,取货人员可以对该取出凭证进行确认、通过打印设备进行打印等操作,由取货人员对打印出的纸质凭证进行保存。其中,所述取出凭证可以包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
在取货过程中,可以通过设置在接收设备上的摄像机、录像机等记录设备,记录取货人员或者取货设备的取货过程。
可见,本申请实施例中,接收设备能够检测到待接收物品,自动接收物品并对接收的物品进行物流分拣和存储,无需人工参与,从而减少人力成本,提高物流运输效率。例如,可以将接收设备作为物流中转站或者自提柜,配送人员或者运输设备将物品运输至接收设备后,接收设备可以自动接收该物品,并对该物品进行物流分拣和存储。之后由配送方或者个人用户,利用取货验证信息取出存储的物品。此外,本申请实施例可以将不同物流公司的配送方、不同用户的物品分拣到不同的存储空间,不仅支持不同物流公司的配送方甚至个人用户自动取货,提高了适用范围,同时提高了安全性。
下面对本申请实施例提供的物品接收方法进行说明。
请参阅图2,本申请实施例提供了物品接收方法的一种方法实施例。本实施例可以用于如图1所示的接收系统中。本实施例的所述方法包括:
S201:接收设备检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道。
例如图1所示,当接收设备通过摄像头检测到无人机进入接收设备的接收范围内,或者接收到无人机发送的物品接收请求时,即确定出检测到待接收物品,因此开启接收通道的入口。
S202:运输设备检测到接收设备的接收通道处于开启状态。
其中,运输设备可以是利用运输设备上设置的摄像头等检测装置,自动检测到所述接收通道处于开启状态;或者,运输设备可以接收到接收设备发送的通道开启消息,从而确定出所述接收通道处于开启状态。
在检测到所述接收通道处于开启状态之前,运输设备还可以向接收设备发送物品接收请求,所述物品接收请求用于请求所述接收设备开启所述接收通道。
S203:运输设备获取所述接收通道的位置。
为了辅助运输设备检测所述接收通道的位置,在接收设备上可以设置有定位辅助装置。其中。定位辅助装置包括无源辅助装置和有源辅助装置。例如图1所示,无源辅助装置可以包括定位图标,无人机利用视觉定位技术,能够检测到定位图标的位置。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例对步骤S202和S203的执行顺序不加以限定,例如可以是先检测到接收通道处于开启状态,再获取接收通道的位置;反之,也可以是先获取接收通道的位置,再检测到接收通道处于开启状态。
S204:运输设备根据所述接收通道的位置,向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品,即所述待接收物品。
其中,运输设备在投递所述物品之前,还可以检测与接收设备的距离,当该距离小于预设阈值时,才会进行投递。例如图1所示,无人机检测到距离接收设备的高度小于2米时,利用物品的重力,将物品投递到接收通道中。
在本申请实施例中,当运输设备向接收通道投递所述物品之后,还可以进一步确定是否完成投递所述物品。例如,当无人机检测到成功投递所述物品(例如检测到所述物品进入接收通道),或者接收到接收设备发送的确认投递消息时,表示无人机确定出完成投递所述物品。
S205:接收设备获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。
在一种实施方式中,接收设备可以通过扫描等方式,获取所述物流分拣信息。例如,接收设备在待接收物品进入接收通道之前,对运输设备上携带的待接收物品进行扫描,获取所述物流分拣信息。或者,接收设备检测到所述待接收物品进入接收通道后,对所述接收物品进行多面扫描,获取所述物流分拣信息。其中,接收设备可以是对待接收物品进行扫描,获取扫描信息,根据所述扫描信息获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。举例说明,当物品为六边形的箱体时,接收设备检测到所述待接收物品进入接收通道的存放空间后,可以对物品进行六面扫描,获取物品的扫描信息。其中,多面扫描能够降低了对投递时的物品方向的要求。
在另一种实施方式中,接收设备也可以接收运输设备、投递人员的手持终端或者服务器等设备发送的所述物流分拣信息。
在本申请实施例中,接收设备可以根据物品的地址信息、分拣码、物流公司标识、取货方标识等信息进行物流分拣。其中,上述信息可以直接通过对物品进行扫描获取,也可以根据扫描得到的面单标识等信息,从物流服务器中获取。例如,对物品进行多面扫描,直接获取物品的分拣码或者地址信息等扫描信息。又例如,对物品进行多面扫描,获取物品的面单标识等扫描信息,与物流服务器进行通信从而获取面单标识对应的分拣码或者地址信息。下面对根据上述信息进行物流分拣的过程进行说明。接收设备获取到物品的地址信息之后,可以将地址信息与地址库进行匹配,或者与地址分类需求进行匹配,从而获取到地址信息所属的配送地址区域,根据该配送地址区域进行物流分拣,例如将属于同一配送地址区域的物品分拣到相同的存储空间中。此外,接收设备还可以根据分拣码、物流公司标识、取货方标识等信息进行物流分拣,例如,将同一取货方标识对应的物品分拣到相同的存储空间中。其中,取货方标识可以为取货人员的标识,也可以为取货设备的标识。
S206:接收设备根据所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间。
其中,接收设备还可以通过扫描等方式获取物品的数量、尺寸等物品属性信息,根据物品属性信息和物流分拣信息,分配对应的目标存储空间。
S207:接收设备将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。
例如图1所示,接收设备向物品自动分配了存储空间03,则可以开启所述接收通道的出口以及存储空间的入口,通过传送带、分拨棍、机器手臂等分拣装置,将所述待接收物品放置至所述存储空间03。
将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,接收设备还可以生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证。并且可以将该接收凭证发送至接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器等服务器进行存储,或者也可以将该接收凭证发送至终端,例如投递人员的手持终端,由终端通过打印设备进行打印。其中,所述接收凭证可以包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,接收设备还可以生成所述待接收物品的取货验证信息;向所述待接收物品对应的取货终端发送所述取货验证信息,从而通知取货终端对应的取货方进行取货。例如,接收设备向取货人员的手持终端发送取货验证信息。
通过上述技术方案可知,本申请实施例中,当接收设备检测到待接收物品时,会开启接收设备的接收通道,当所述待接收物品进入所述接收通道后,根据所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间,并将所述待接收物品自动放置至所述目标存储空间。可见,本申请实施例能够自动接收物品,并对接收的物品进行物流分拣和存储,无需人工参与过程,从而减少人力成本,提高了物流运输效率。
例如,可以将接收设备作为物流中转站或者自提柜,配送人员或者运输设备将待接收物品运输至接收设备后,接收设备可以自动接收该物品,并对该物品进行物流分拣和存储。之后由配送方或者个人用户,利用取货验证信息取出该物品。此外,本申请实施例可以将不同物流公司的配送方、不同用户的物品分拣到不同的存储空间,不仅支持不同物流公司的配送方甚至个人用户自动取货,提高了适用范围,同时提高了安全性。
在本申请实施例中,接收设备还可以统计所述接收设备的多个存储空间的使用状态,根据存储空间的使用状态对存储空间进行管理。例如,接收设备在运输设备投递待接收物品之前,可以根据存储空间的使用状态指示运输设备是否进行投递;又例如,接收设备在存储空间的使用率较高时,通知取货终端对应的取货方进行及时取货。
本申请实施例还提供了存储方法的一种方法实施例,本实施例应用于服务器,例如,本申请实施例可以具体用于接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器,其中,接收设备的管理服务器指的是对接收设备所产生的数据进行管理的后台服务器。物流服务器指的是对物流运输过程中产生的数据进行管理的服务器,具体可以为物流公司内部使用的服务器,也可以为与各个物流公司内部的服务器进行对接的第三方服务器。
本实施例的所述方法包括:
接收到接收设备发送的接收凭证;
存储所述接收凭证;
其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于存储待接收物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
本申请实施例还提供了打印方法的一种方法实施例,本实施例应用于终端,例如,本申请实施例可以具体用于投递人员的手持终端。

S301:接收设备检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道。
步骤S301的相关内容请参见图1或图2所示实施例的相关描述,这里不再赘述。
S302:接收设备确定出接收到所述待接收物品,生成所述待接收物品的确认投递消息。
所述接收设备可以检测到是否接收到所述待接收物品,例如当检测到所述待接收物品进入接收通道后,即表示接收到所述待接收物品。
所述接收设备生成所述确认投递消息之后,可以将所述确认投递消息发送至用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备、也可以将所述确认投递消息发送至接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器等服务器。
S303:接收设备关闭所述接收通道。
接收设备在确定出接收到所述待接收物品之后,关闭所述接收通道,从而避免运输设备或者投递人员对其他物品进行投递。
下面对本申请实施例提供的物品取出方法进行说明。
请参阅图4,本申请实施例提供了物品取出方法的一种方法实施例。本实施例可以 用于如图1所示的接收设备中。本实施例的所述方法包括:
S401:获取与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息。
本申请实施例中,可以由取货人员进行人工取货,也可以由机器人等取货设备进行自动取货。人工取货时,可以在接收设备中提供的输入界面中输入待取出物品对应的取货验证信息,或者也可以在取货人员的手持终端中输入该取货验证信息,通过该手持终端向接收设备发送该取货验证信息。自动取货时,取货设备向接收设备发送与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息。
S402:若所述取货验证信息验证成功,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中确定出存储有所述待取出物品的目标存储空间。
S403:开启所述目标存储空间。
例如,若接收设备对取货验证信息验证成功,确定出在存储空间03中存储有取货验证信息对应的物品,则开启存储空间03的仓门。
其中,所述取货验证信息可以包括:所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息,和/或,所述待取出物品对应的取货方的身份验证信息。所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息可以包括生成的密码、验证码等信息,身份验证信息可以包括用于识别取货方的生物特征信息,例如人脸信息、指纹信息、掌纹信息等等。取货方可以选择取货验证信息的类型,例如,取货方可以选择通过人脸信息还是指纹信息进行验证。
在取货过程结束之后,接收设备可以生成所述待取出物品的取出凭证。可以将该取出凭证发送至接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器等服务器进行存储,或者也可以将该取出凭证发送至终端,例如取货人员的手持终端,由终端进行确认操作,或者通过打印设备进行打印。其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
请参阅图5,本申请实施例提供了物品取出方法的另一种方法实施例。本实施例可以用于机器人等取货设备中。本实施例的所述方法包括:
S501:向接收设备发送与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息。
S502:检测出所述接收设备中的目标存储空间处于开启状态。

  1. 一种物品接收方法,其特征在于,应用于接收设备,所述方法包括:
    检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道;
    获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息;
    根据所述物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间;
    将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测到待接收物品,包括:
    检测到运输设备进入所述接收设备的接收范围;或者,接收到运输设备发送的物品接收请求;其中,所述运输设备上携带有所述待接收物品。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    通过定位辅助装置,辅助所述运输设备检测所述接收通道的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,包括:
    对所述待接收物品进行扫描,获取扫描信息;
    根据所述扫描信息,获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物流分拣信息包括以下任一项或多项信息:
    所述待接收物品的配送地址区域、所述待接收物品对应的物流公司标识、以及所述待接收物品对应的取货方标识。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收物品对应的存储空间之后,所述方法还包括:
    生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述接收凭证发送至所述接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述待接收物品放置至所述待接收 物品对应的存储空间之后,所述方法还包括:
    生成所述待接收物品的取货验证信息;
    向所述待接收物品对应的取货终端发送所述取货验证信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通道包括:接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口;
    开启所述接收设备的接收通道,包括:开启所述接收通道的入口,检测到所述待接收物品进入所述接收通道的存放空间;
    将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间,包括:开启所述接收通道的出口,将所述待接收物品从所述存放空间放置至所述目标存储空间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口从上至下依次设置,所述多个存储空间设置在所述接收通道的出口的下方。
  11. 一种物品投递方法,其特征在于,应用于运输设备,所述方法包括:
    检测到接收设备的接收通道处于开启状态;
    获取所述接收通道的位置;
    根据所述接收通道的位置,向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品之后,所述方法还包括:
    确定出完成投递所述物品。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测到与所述接收设备的距离小于预设阈值。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述接收通道的位置,包括:
    通过所述接收设备上设置的定位辅助装置,获取所述接收通道的位置。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,检测到接收设备的接收通道处于开启状态之前,所述方法还包括:
    向接收设备发送物品接收请求,所述物品接收请求用于请求所述接收设备开启所述接收通道。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述运输设备包括:
    无人机、运输机器人、运输传送带、或者自动送货车。
  17. 一种存储方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收到接收设备发送的接收凭证;
    存储所述接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于存储待接收物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  18. 一种打印方法,其特征在于,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
    接收到接收设备发送的接收凭证;
    通过打印设备打印所述接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于存储待接收物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  19. 一种物品接收方法,其特征在于,应用于接收设备,所述方法包括:
    检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道;
    确定出接收到所述待接收物品,生成所述待接收物品的确认投递消息;
    关闭所述接收通道。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述确认投递消息发送至用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备,或者发送至服务器。
  21. 一种物品取出方法,其特征在于,应用于接收设备,所述方法包括:
    获取与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息;
    若所述取货验证信息验证成功,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中确定出存储有所述待取出物品的目标存储空间;
    开启所述目标存储空间。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    显示所述目标存储空间的位置。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述取货验证信息包括:
    所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息,和/或,所述待取出物品对应的取货方的身份验证信息。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,开启所述目标存储空间的取货通道 之后,所述方法还包括:
    生成所述待取出物品的取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,生成所述物品的取出凭证之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述取出凭证发送至所述接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器。
  26. 一种物品取出方法,其特征在于,应用于取货设备,所述方法包括:
    向接收设备发送与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息;
    检测出所述接收设备中的目标存储空间处于开启状态;
    从所述目标存储空间中取出所述待取出物品。
  27. 一种存储方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收到接收设备发送的取出凭证;
    存储所述取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于取出待取出物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
  28. 一种打印方法,其特征在于,应用于终端,所述方法包括:
    接收到接收设备发送的取出凭证;
    通过打印设备打印所述取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于取出待取出物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
  29. 一种接收设备,其特征在于,包括:控制器、接收通道、分拣装置和多个存储空间;
    所述控制器,用于检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收设备的接收通道,获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息,以及根据所述物流分拣信息,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中向所述待接收物品分配对应的目标存储空间;
    所述分拣装置,用于将所述待接收物品放置至所述目标存储空间。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,检测到待接收物品时,所述控制器具体用于,检测到运输设备进入所述接收设备的接收范围;或者,接收到运输设备发送的物品接收请求;其中,所述运输设备上携带有所述待接收物品。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:定位辅助装置,用于辅助所述运输设备检测所述接收通道的位置。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:扫描装置;
    获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息时,所述控制器具体用于,通过所述扫描装置对所述待接收物品进行扫描,获取扫描信息,根据所述扫描信息,获取所述待接收物品的物流分拣信息。
  33. 根据权利要求29或32所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述物流分拣信息包括以下任一项或多项信息:
    所述待接收物品的配送地址区域、所述待接收物品对应的物流公司标识、以及所述待接收物品对应的取货方标识。
  34. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于,生成所述待接收物品的接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:发送器,用于将所述接收凭证发送至所述接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器。
  36. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:发送器,
    所述控制器还用于,生成所述待接收物品的取货验证信息;
    所述发送器用于,向所述待接收物品对应的取货终端发送所述取货验证信息。
  37. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述接收通道包括:接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口;
    开启所述接收设备的接收通道时,所述控制器具体用于,开启所述接收通道的入口,检测到所述待接收物品进入所述接收通道的存放空间;
    所述控制器还用于,开启所述接收通道的出口;
    所述分拣装置具体用于,所述控制器开启所述接收通道的出口之后,将所述待接收物品从所述存放空间放置至所述目标存储空间。
  38. 根据权利要求29所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述接收通道的入口、接收通道的存放空间和接收通道的出口从上至下依次设置,所述多个存储空间设置在所述接收通道的出口的下方。
  39. 一种运输设备,其特征在于,包括:控制器和投递装置;
    所述控制器,用于检测到接收设备的接收通道处于开启状态,以及获取所述接收通道的位置;
    所述投递装置,用于根据所述接收通道的位置,向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的运输设备,其特征在于,所述控制器,还用于向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品之后,确定出完成投递所述物品。
  41. 根据权利要求39所述的运输设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于,所述投递装置向所述接收通道投递所述运输设备运输的物品之前,检测到与所述接收设备的距离小于预设阈值。
  42. 根据权利要求39所述的运输设备,其特征在于,获取所述接收通道的位置时,所述控制器具体用于,通过所述接收设备上设置的定位辅助装置,获取所述接收通道的位置。
  43. 根据权利要求39所述的运输设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送器,用于向接收设备发送物品接收请求,所述物品接收请求用于请求所述接收设备开启所述接收通道。
  44. 根据权利要求39所述的运输设备,其特征在于,所述运输设备包括:
    无人机、运输机器人、运输传送带、或者自动送货车。
  45. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收到接收设备发送的接收凭证;
    存储器,用于存储所述接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于存储待接收物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  46. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收到接收设备发送的接收凭证;
    控制器,用于通过打印设备打印所述接收凭证;
    其中,所述接收凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于存储待接收物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待接收物品的描述信息、所述待接收物品的接收时间、以及用于投递所述待接收物品的运输设备的标识。
  47. 一种接收设备,其特征在于,包括:控制器和接收通道;
    所述控制器,用于检测到待接收物品,开启所述接收通道,确定出接收到所述待接收物品,生成所述待接收物品的确认投递消息,以及关闭所述接收通道。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送器,用于将所述确认投递消息发送至所述待接收物品的运输设备或者服务器。
  49. 一种接收设备,其特征在于,包括:控制器和多个存储空间;
    所述控制器,用于获取与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息,若所述取货验证信息验证成功,从所述接收设备的多个存储空间中确定出存储有所述待取出物品的目标存储空间,以及开启所述目标存储空间。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示器,用于显示所述目标存储空间的位置。
  51. 根据权利要求49所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述取货验证信息包括:
    所述接收设备存储所述待取出物品时生成的取货验证信息,和/或,所述待取出物品对应的取货方的身份验证信息。
  52. 根据权利要求49所述的接收设备,其特征在于,所述控制器,还用于生成所述待取出物品的取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:所述目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的接收设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送器,用于将所述取出凭证发送至所述接收设备的管理服务器或者物流服务器。
  54. 一种取货设备,其特征在于,包括:发送器、控制器和取货装置;
    所述发送器,用于向接收设备发送与待取出物品对应的取货验证信息;
    所述控制器,用于检测出所述接收设备中的目标存储空间处于开启状态;
    所述取货装置,用于从所述目标存储空间中取出所述待取出物品。
  55. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收到接收设备发送的取出凭证;
    存储器,用于存储所述取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于取出待取出物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
  56. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收到接收设备发送的取出凭证;
    控制器,用于通过打印设备打印所述取出凭证;
    其中,所述取出凭证包括以下任一项或者多项信息:用于取出待取出物品的目标存储空间的标识、所述待取出物品的描述信息、所述待取出物品的取出时间、以及用于取出所述待取出物品的取货设备的标识。
