码头同一泊位同时停两条船,靠码头边的称内档船,远离码头的称外档船,现有工作条件下,施工人员如需登上外档船须通过小船将人员输送到外档船引致江面的登船梯处方可登船作业,或者直接使用码头上的大型门座吊,利用装载斗直接把人员吊至外档船。
采用现有的登船方式,主要存在以下问题:
(1)通过小船来回输送人员,费用高昂且搭设江面的登船梯难题较大;
(2)通过吊机输送人员,效率低且成本高;
(3)以上两种方式安全系数低,风险高;
(4)登船方式不便捷,影响施工进度,延误交船。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种码头双船系泊过梯,其能够解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。

所述防护组件包括分别设置在所述主梯3两侧的第一护栏37以及第二护栏38,所述第一护栏37与所述第二护栏38均与所述主梯3固定连接,且所述第一护栏37与所述第二护栏38在所述主梯3的长度方向延伸至所述主梯3的整个表面。
所述主梯3、所述辅助平台4以及所述落梯5上均设置有用于实现各自吊装的吊码6。通过设置吊码6可以方便主梯3、辅助平台4以及落梯5的安装,提高安装效率。
本发明工作步骤如下:
根据内档船1与外档船2之间的距离选择适当尺寸的双船系泊过梯。
在内外档船2舶外区相对应的甲板面设立过梯安装区域,要求甲板面平整,2米范围内无杂物与设备妨碍;
首先将辅助平台4吊装并安装在外档船2离外板大概1米的位置处,下脚需点焊固定;然后再吊装辅助平台4上落梯5与主梯3,注意主梯3的限位轴39需安装在转盘42上面的卡槽43内。
根据现场的位置安装好辅助平台4上的临时安全栏杆与链条;
安装完毕后,安全员,工艺员与质量员对过梯进行联合检查,确认无误后方可使用。
过梯每次只允许一个人通过,禁止多人同时通过。
为了消除安全隐患,安全员每周需组织工艺员与质量员对过梯进行联合检查一次,确认无误后方可继续使用。
本发明解决了外档船登船的难题,主要效益如下:
取消原来依靠小船输送人员的方式,节省成本;
取消原来依靠吊机输送人员的方式,节省资源,盘活吊机使用率;
过梯安装简单快捷,且安全高效,保证过梯不受内外档船浮动而受破坏;
施工人员便捷自如地从码头到达外档船进行施工作业,提高登船的安全性,缩短施工周期,为船舶建造降本提效发挥作用。
本发明投入使用后,每条船可节约小船输送的成本10万元,节省吊机输送成本3万元,另外通过系泊过梯的使用,外档船的施工进度可加快1个星期,产生经济效益10万元,则一条船的总经济效益=10+3+10=23万元,一年按20条船计算,则可产生经济效益=23×20=460万元。
本发明的使用,改善了外档船登船的环境,提高了通道的安全性,杜绝原来高风险的登船方式,体现了公司持续改进,关爱生命的理念。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,包括:
    主梯,搭设在内档船与外档船之间,所述主梯位于所述内档船上的一端设置有滚动装置,使所述主梯可移动搭设在所述内档船上;
    辅助平台,设置于外档船上,所述辅助平台上设置有转动机构,所述主梯位于所述外档船上的一端搭设在所述转动机构上,使所述主梯与所述外档船实现可转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述辅助平台上设置有落梯,所述落梯与所述辅助平台以及所述外档船均固定连接,所述落梯由所述辅助平台的上表面延伸至所述外档船的船体表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述转动机构包括位于所述辅助平台的上表面的转盘,以及凸出于所述转盘设置的第一卡接件,所述主梯上与第一卡接件对应的设置有第二卡接件,所述转动机构与所述主梯通过第一卡接件与所述第二卡接件相互配合卡接,通过所述转盘所述主梯可相对于所述辅助平台转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为卡槽,所述第二卡接件为与所述卡槽相配合的限位轴,所述限位轴的长度大于所述卡槽的长度,于所述限位轴的两端设置有防止所述限位轴从所述卡槽中脱落的轴向限位件,所述轴向限位件之间的距离大于所述卡槽的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述辅助平台包括用于支撑所述转盘的支撑构件,所述支撑构件具有由若干槽钢组成的支架以及位于所述支架顶部用于安装试试转盘的安装台,所述安装台上设置有转盘安装槽,所述转盘设置在所述转盘安装槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述支撑构件 的底部设置有用于稳固所述辅助平台的压铁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述主梯包括支撑组件以及防护组件;
    所述支撑组件包括沿所述主梯长度方向设置在主梯两侧的主梁,以及若干垂直于所述主梁设置的大横梁、小横梁,所述大横梁以及所述小横梁上铺设有可供行人踩踏网板,所述网板的上表面均匀的设置有若干防滑杆。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述主梯包括主梯第一段以及主梯第二段,所述主梯第一段与所述主梯第二段之间固定连接且呈一定夹角设置,所述主梯第一段与所述主梯第二段之间设置有加强梁。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述防护组件包括分别设置在所述主梯两侧的第一护栏以及第二护栏,所述第一护栏与所述第二护栏均与所述主梯固定连接,且所述第一护栏与所述第二护栏在所述主梯的长度方向延伸至所述主梯的整个表面。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的码头双船系泊过梯,其特征在于,所述主梯、所述辅助平台以及所述落梯上均设置有用于实现各自吊装的吊码。
