本发明属于运动器材领域,提供了一种根据心率调整滚轮速度的方法以及跑步机。
背景技术
跑步是一件锻炼意志力的事情,很多时候的突破在于坚持不住的时候,再坚持一下。
但是,这种坚持如果过火,很容易引发猝死或者对心脏造成伤害。而现实是,一般人很难区分“体力的极限”以及“心脏的极限”。
所以,一般人在没有器械的协助下,很难在安全锻炼与高效锻炼之间取得平衡和保障。
技术问题
本发明实施例针对目前跑步机没有满足用户在安全锻炼与高效锻炼之间取得平衡和保障的保障,特提出一种解决方案,以便于能够让用户增加跑步时的安全系数。

本发明是这样实现的:一种根据心率调整滚轮速度的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录特定滚轮速度对应的心率区间;
检测用户当前所使用的滚轮速度以及用户当前的心率;
当用户当前的心率超出当前滚轮速度对应的心率区间时,降低滚轮速度。
优选地,所述方法还包括:降低滚轮速度时,向用户推送专利信息。
优选地,所述方法还包括:降低滚轮速度时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
优选地,所述方法还包括:当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止降低滚轮速度。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种根据心率调整滚轮速度的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中, 记录特定滚轮速度对应的心率区间。
滚轮速度对应了跑带的滑行速度,同时也对应了用户的跑步速度。
在步骤S102中, 检测用户当前所使用的滚轮速度以及用户当前的心率。
根据现有技术,当前的跑步模式可以根据预设跑步速度的不同,分为漫步模式、竞走模式、小跑模式、马拉松模式等不同的模式。
也可以根据模式来匹配相关的心率区间。
在步骤S103中,当用户当前的心率超出当前滚轮速度对应的心率区间时,降低滚轮速度。
本发明通过在跑步时监测心率,并在心率过大时调整跑步节奏,从而能增加用户跑步时的安全系数。
此外,在实际中,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
针对于上述问题,作为本发明的一个实施例,降低滚轮速度时,向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过实现功能的同时推送相关专利信息,能够有效保护专利(申请)权人的相关权益。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
针对于这个问题,在本发明的一个实施例中,降低滚轮速度时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
从而在实现本发明基本功能的同时,也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
此外,该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的“用户需求”,针对于实际使用情况,尤其针对于特定个体用户,该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
这对该问题,在本发明的一个实施例中,当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止降低滚轮速度。
本实施例中的“该项技术”,特指本步骤之前的几个步骤。
当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,说明该项技术的市场认可度较低,属于有特殊需要的小众技术,所以暂停该项技术的使用,如果特定用户需要,再通过设置自行开启。
从而使得该项技术能够贴合市场需要:在大多数用户停用该项技术时,终止该项技术的应用。
同时,对于个体用户而言,该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
所以,在本发明的一个实施例中,当用户在特定时间内关闭自动降低滚轮速度的次数超过预设的阈值时,停止降低滚轮速度。
这样,就可以根据用户的具体使用情况,自动调整该项技术的应用。
图2是本发明实施例提供的跑步机的结构示意图,所述跑步机包括:
记录单元21,用于记录特定滚轮速度对应的心率区间;
检测单元22,用于检测用户当前所使用的滚轮速度以及用户当前的心率;
调控单元23,其输入端与所述记录单元21以及检测单元22的输出端连接,用于当用户当前的心率超出当前滚轮速度对应的心率区间时,降低滚轮速度。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录特定滚轮速度对应的心率区间;检测单元22检测用户当前所使用的滚轮速度以及用户当前的心率;当用户当前的心率超出当前滚轮速度对应的心率区间时,调控单元23降低滚轮速度。
优选地,本发明实施例还包括信息推送单元,其输入端与所述调控单元23的输出端连接,用于降低滚轮速度时,向用户推送专利信息。
优选地,本发明实施例还包括数据采集单元,其输入端与所述调控单元23的输出端连接,用于降低滚轮速度时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
