本发明属于文具领域,提供了一种定位方法以及文具。
背景技术
儿童、学生失踪的现象在现在愈来愈普遍发生,虽然在某些城市的中心区会设有监控装置可以追溯儿童、学生的活动轨迹,但是当儿童、学生的活动轨迹超过监控覆盖范围外,则无从探索。
而且当前中国许多地方也没有任何的监控装置,存在大量的监控盲点。
此外,为了解决这一问题,出现了许多随身智能携带设备,如可以跟踪和定位运动轨迹的智能手表、手环等,但在实际使用过程中,这些设备太过明显,容易被有意避免监控的儿童、学生或者人贩子察觉并使之与儿童、学生相分离,从而达不到有效定位的目的。
综上,针对当前监控难,且随身设备监控察觉易的问题,特提出一个解决方案,以便于更切实有效的预警儿童、学生的非常规行为。

所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过实现功能的同时推送相关专利信息,能够有效保护专利(申请)权人的相关权益。
