Description

一种匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法以及播放装置 技术领域
本发明属于多媒体终端技术领域,尤其是涉及一种匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法以及播放装置。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种按照视频内容匹配广告的方法》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法,目的在于根据用户点播的视频内容播放与之内容相匹配的广告,并针对该特性提醒用户。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据播放内容的时长调整广告时间的方法,包括以下步骤:
一种按照视频内容匹配广告的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表;
存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表;
根据用户选择的视频,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。
进一步地,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表;
根据用户选择的视频,在相应的广告时间内,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。
本发明还提供了一种播放装置,该装置包括:
第一存储单元,用于存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表;
第二存储单元,用于存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表;
匹配单元,分别与所述的第一存储单元和第二存储单元相连,用于根据用户选择的视频,匹配具有相同标签的广告;
广告播放单元,与匹配单元相连,用于播放广告并推送产品特性提醒。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:
第三存储单元,用于存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表;
第二匹配单元,分别与所述第一存储单元、第二存储单元,第三存储单元的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的视频匹配相应的广告和广告播放时间;
广告播放单元,与匹配单元相连,用于播放广告并推送产品特性提醒。
在本发明中,用户可以将产品特性与专利权/申请人相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的一种匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表。所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述“视频内容与标签匹配表”匹配表,可以表现如下:

大头爸爸小头儿子 适合儿童类
大头娘娘小头皇上 适合中青年
京剧《智取威虎山》 适合老年人
在步骤S102中,存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表。所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述“广告内容与标签匹配表”,可以表现如下:
广告内容 标签
蒙羊酸酸乳 适合儿童类
运动鞋广告 适合中青年
脑黄金广告 适合老年人
在步骤S103中,根据用户选择的视频,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。以上述实施例为例,当用户点击的视频是《大头娘娘小头皇上》时,系统播放与该视频具有相同标签(“适合中青年”)的广告,如运动鞋广告等。由于看《大头娘娘小头皇上》的主要观众是中青年,同时这个群体也是运动鞋的主要购买者,在这种情况下,确保了广告投放的精准度,并同时在使用者得到便利的同时知悉该技术的专利权人、专利申请人、发明人等信息。。
需要说明的是,步骤S101与S102并无绝对的先后关系,二者可以颠倒或同时存储。
此外,所述产品特性提醒包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述产品特性的推送方式,可以采取小框推送、语音推送等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的另一种按照视频内容匹配广告的方法的流程示意图,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S201中存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表。所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述“广告时间与视频时间的匹配表,可以表现如下:
视频时间 广告时间
1小时以上 45秒
30分钟至50分钟 20秒
30分钟以下 10秒
在步骤S202中根据用户选择的视频,在相应的广告时间内,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。在该步骤中,除了将视频内容与广告内容匹配外,还充分考虑了用户的观看感受,将视频的时间与广告时间相互匹配。
需要说明的是,步骤S101、S102、S201并无绝对的先后关系,三者可以任意顺序存储。
图3是本发明实施例提供的播放装置的结构示意图,该装置包括:
第一存储单元301,用于存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表;
第二存储单元302,用于存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表;
匹配单元303,分别与所述的第一存储单元301和第二存储单元302相连,用于根据用户选择的视频,匹配具有相同标签的 广告;
广告播放单元304,与匹配单元303相连,用于播放广告。
其工作原理是:系统用不同的存储单元先后存储了“视频内容与标签的匹配关系”以及“广告内容与标签的匹配关系”。当用户点选某一视频时,匹配单元303将用户点选的视频与具有相同标签的广告相匹配,广告播放单元304则根据匹配关系,播放相应广告并推送产品特性提醒。
图4是本发明实施例提供的另一种播放装置的结构示意图,该装置还包括:
第三存储单元401,用于存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表;
第二匹配单元,分别与所述第一存储单元、第二存储单元,第三存储单元的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的视频匹配相应的广告和广告播放时间;
广告播放单元304,与匹配单元相连,用于播放广告。
其工作原理是:系统用不同的存储单元分别存储了“视频内容与标签的匹配关系”、“广告内容与标签的匹配关系”以及“预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配关系”。当用户点选某一视频时,第二匹配单元402将用户点选的视频与具有相同标签的广告相匹配,并同时匹配相应的广告播放时间,广告播放单元304则根据匹配关系,在相应的时长内,播放相应广告并推送产品特性提醒。
通过该方法,用户可以将产品特性与专利权/申请人的相关信 息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表;
    存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表;
    根据用户选择的视频,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的匹配广告时推送产品特性的方法,其特征在于:
    所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表;
    根据用户选择的视频,在相应的广告时间内,播放与所述视频具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性提醒。
  3. 一种播放装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一存储单元,用于存储预设的视频内容与标签匹配表;
    第二存储单元,用于存储预设的广告内容与标签匹配表;
    匹配单元,分别与所述的第一存储单元和第二存储单元相连,用于根据用户选择的视频,匹配具有相同标签的广告;
    广告播放单元,与匹配单元相连,用于播放广告并推送产品特性提醒。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的播放装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三存储单元,用于存储预设的广告时间与视频时间的匹配表;
    第二匹配单元,分别与所述第一存储单元、第二存储单元,第三存储单元的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的视频匹配相应的广告和广告播放时间;
    广告播放单元,与匹配单元相连,用于播放广告并推送产品特性提醒。
