    向用户推荐较强模式或较弱模式时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的根据心率和跑步模式推荐更适跑步模式的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止向用户推荐跑步模式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的根据心率和跑步模式推荐更适跑步模式的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当用户在特定时间内关闭根据心率推荐较强模式或较弱模式的次数超过预设的阈值时,停止向用户推荐跑步模式。
  6. 一种跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机包括:
    记录单元,用于记录各跑步模式对应的最高心率以及最低心率,记录个跑步模式对应的较强模式和较弱模式;
    检测单元,用于检测用户当前的跑步模式以及所述跑步模式结束后的用户的平均心率;
    对比单元,其输入端与所述记录单元以及检测单元的输出端连接,用于将所述用户的平均心率对比用户当前的跑步模式对应最高心率及最低心率;
    模式推荐单元,与所述对比单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户的平均心率大于当前跑步模式对应的最高心率时,向用户推荐当前跑步模式对应的较弱模式,当所述用户的平均心率小于当前跑步模式对应的最高心率时,向用户推荐当前跑步模式对应的较强模式。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:
    信息推送单元,其输入端与所述模式推荐单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推荐较强模式或较弱模式时,向用户推送专利信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:
    数据采集单元,其输入端与所述模式推荐单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推荐较强模式或较弱模式时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:
    第一技术停用单元,其输入端与所述模式推荐单元的输出端连接,用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止向用户推荐跑步模式。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:
    第二技术停用单元,其输入端与所述模式推荐单元的输出端连接,用于当用户在特定时间内关闭根据心率推荐较强模式或较弱模式的次数超过预设的阈值时,停止向用户推荐跑步模式。
