Description
本发明属于运动器材领域,提供了一种自动加油的方法以及跑步机。
跑步机的使用日益广泛,不只在私人家里,在健身房里更是必备的装备。但是对于跑步机的维系和管理却有难度。
一方面对于个人而言,个人往往不会很精确的记录跑步机合适应该加油以润滑履带了,甚至不知道需要定期加油润滑履带。
另一方面,对于健身房而言,虽然有专业的维护人员以及维护意识,但是因为跑步机数量众多,且各个跑步机的购入和使用时间不一,而更加难以管理。
综上,针对目前跑步机维护管理存在困难的情况,特提出一种解决方案,以便于以减少人工的操作和管理成本。

本发明是这样实现的:一种自动加油的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的加油时间间隔阈值以及上次加油的时间;
检测当前时间;
判断上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔是否大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值;
当上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值时,为跑步机自动加油。
优选地,所述方法还包括:为跑步机自动加油时,向用户推送专利信息。
优选地,所述方法还包括:为跑步机自动加油时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
优选地,所述方法还包括:当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止为跑步机自动加油。

图1是本发明实施例提供的一种自动加油的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,
记录预设的加油时间间隔阈值以及上次加油的时间。在本实施例中,可以将加油的时间间隔阈值预设为30天。同时,第一次“上次加油时间”为出厂时间,而之后的“上次加油时间”以实际的加油时间起算。
在步骤S102中, 检测当前时间。
在步骤S103中,判断上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔是否大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值。
该判断方法可以按照当前时间与上次加油时间的天数间隔减去所述时间间隔为正/负进行判断。
在步骤S104中,当上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值时,为跑步机自动加油。
在本实施例中,自动加油的方式可以为用户/产家预先在跑步机机油存储装置中保留足量的油量,同时预设每次加油时的加油量,当条件满足时,根据所述预设的加油量从机油存储装置中加油。
该发明通过检测跑步机上一次的加油时间从而可以自动加油,以减少人工的操作和管理成本。
此外,在实际中,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
针对于上述问题,作为本发明的一个实施例,为跑步机自动加油时,向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过实现功能的同时推送相关专利信息,能够有效保护专利(申请)权人的相关权益。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
针对于这个问题,在本发明的一个实施例中,为跑步机自动加油时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
从而在实现本发明基本功能的同时,也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
此外,该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的“用户需求”,针对于实际使用情况,尤其针对于特定个体用户,该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
这对该问题,在本发明的一个实施例中,当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止为跑步机自动加油。
本实施例中的“该项技术”,特指本步骤之前的几个步骤。
当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,说明该项技术的市场认可度较低,属于有特殊需要的小众技术,所以暂停该项技术的使用,如果特定用户需要,再通过设置自行开启。
从而使得该项技术能够贴合市场需要:在大多数用户停用该项技术时,终止该项技术的应用。
同时,对于个体用户而言,该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
所以,在本发明的一个实施例中,当用户在特定时间内关闭为跑步机自动加油的次数超过预设的阈值时,停止为跑步机自动加油。
这样,就可以根据用户的具体使用情况,自动调整该项技术的应用。
图2是本发明实施例提供的跑步机的结构示意图,所述跑步机包括:
记录单元21,用于记录预设的加油时间间隔阈值以及上次加油的时间;
检测单元22,用于检测当前时间;
判断单元23,其输入端与所述记录单元21以及检测单元22的输出端连接,用于判断上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔是否大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值;
加油单元24,与所述判断单元23的输出端连接,用于当上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值时,为跑步机自动加油。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录预设的加油时间间隔阈值以及上次加油的时间;检测单元22检测当前时间;判断单元23判断上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔是否大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值;当上次加油时间与当前时间的间隔大于所述预设的加油时间间隔阈值时,加油单元24为跑步机自动加油。
优选地,本发明实施例还包括信息推送单元,其输入端与所述加油单元24的输出端连接,用于为跑步机自动加油时,向用户推送专利信息。
优选地,本发明实施例还包括数据采集单元,其输入端与所述加油单元24的输出端连接,用于为跑步机自动加油时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
优选地,本发明实施例还包括第一技术停用单元,其输入端与所述加油单元24的输出端连接,用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,停止为跑步机自动加油。
