Description
本发明属于安保领域,尤其是涉及 一种根据蓝牙信号报警的技术数据采集方法以及报警器 。
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种根据蓝牙信号报警的方法以及报警器
》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
本发明实施例提供了一种根据蓝牙信号报警的技术数据采集方法 , 目的在于
针对当前在动物园游玩时,可能有散养动物靠近、发生事故的缺陷,提供一种蓝牙信号报警的方法 ,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况 。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据蓝牙信号报警的技术数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录动物所佩戴蓝牙发射器的信号与所述动物的匹配关系;
监测是否接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号;
若否,保持原样;
若是,发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种报警器,包括:
记录单元,监测单元,报警单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录动物所佩戴蓝牙发射器的信号与所述动物的匹配关系;
监测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于监测是否接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号;
报警单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述监测单元的输出端连接,用于发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离;
技术数据采集单元,其输入端与所述报警单元的输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
该发明通过报警器所配置的蓝牙信号接收模块,探测动物园里动物佩戴的蓝牙发射器的信号,当监测到动物佩戴的蓝牙发射器的信号,便向用户发送报警信息,向用户提醒动物种类、相对方向和距离,避免了凶猛动物靠近带来的危险性,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤 S101 中记录动物所佩戴蓝牙发射器的信号与所述动物的匹配关系。
在本实施例中,以动物园的报警器为例,该报警器配置有蓝牙信号接收模块,能够接受并区别不同的蓝牙信号,假设用户携带该报警器,驾车进入该动物园。同时该动物园为园内动物佩戴蓝牙信号发射器,蓝牙信号与各动物一一匹配,比如为园区内散养的孟加拉虎
A 匹配唯一的蓝牙信号,该信号能够在约 15 米外的报警器探测到。
在步骤 S102 中,监测是否接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号。
根据现有技术,该报警器配置有蓝牙信号接收模块,能够接受并区别不同的蓝牙信号,其实时监测是否接收到动物身上的蓝牙发射器信号。
在步骤 S103 中,若未接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号,保持原样。
若未接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号,说明 15 米范围内并没有动物,报警器保持原样。
在步骤 S104
中,若接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号,发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
若接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号,判断该蓝牙信号匹配的动物,并发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离,比如接收到园区内散养的孟加拉虎 A

- 一种根据蓝牙信号报警的技术数据采集方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:记录动物所佩戴蓝牙发射器的信号与所述动物的匹配关系;监测是否接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号;若否,保持原样;若是,发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
- 一种报警器,其特征在于,所述报警器包括:记录单元,监测单元,报警单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:记录单元,用于记录动物所佩戴蓝牙发射器的信号与所述动物的匹配关系;监测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于监测是否接收到所述蓝牙发射器的信号;报警单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述监测单元的输出端连接,用于发出报警信息,向用户汇报动物种类、相对方向和距离;技术数据采集单元,其输入端与所述报警单元的输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
