钥匙提醒技术的数据采集方法和钥匙扣 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种钥匙提醒技术的数据采集方法以及钥匙扣。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示, OPPO公司 在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期 的腾讯公司 的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《一种根据距离钥匙防丢的方法和钥匙扣》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种钥匙提醒技术的数据采集方法,目的在于针对于当前用户丢失钥匙后,找寻困难,费时费力,并且可能会给用户造成很大的经济损失和安全隐患,用户体验不佳,需要提供一种能够方便快捷的帮助用户寻找钥匙的方法,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种钥匙提醒技术的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录钥匙扣与用户手机的匹配关系;
记录预设的所述钥匙扣与所述用户手机之间的距离阈值;
定位用户钥匙扣位置;
检测所述用户钥匙扣与所述用户手机的距离是否大于预设的所述钥匙扣与所述手机之间的距离阈值;
若否,保持原状;
若是,所述用户钥匙扣发出警报,并向所述用户手机推送所述用户钥匙扣位置信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种钥匙扣,包括:

报警单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户钥匙扣与所述用户手机的距离大于预设的所述钥匙扣与所述手机之间的距离阈值时,所述用户钥匙扣发出警报,并向所述用户手机推送所述用户钥匙扣位置信息;
技术数据采集单元,其输入端与所述报警单元的输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
该发明通过检测用户手机与钥匙之间的距离超出预设距离时,钥匙扣会主动向用户推送报警信息,从而避免用户丢失钥匙,提升用户的生活体验,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤S101中,记录钥匙扣与用户手机的匹配关系。
在本实施例中,以用户找寻不到钥匙为例,记录钥匙扣和用户手机的匹配关系,如,在用户没有丢失钥匙之前,可以将挂有钥匙的钥匙扣和用户的手机相连接。
根据现有技术,挂有钥匙的钥匙扣和用户的手机可以通过蓝牙或是WIFI连接。
在步骤S102中,记录预设的所述钥匙扣与所述用户手机之间的距离阈值。
如,预设钥匙扣与手机之间的距离阈值为5m。
在步骤S103中,定位用户钥匙扣位置。
在步骤S104中,检测所述用户钥匙扣与所述用户手机的距离是否大于预设的所述钥匙扣与所述手机之间的距离阈值;若否,则进入步骤S105,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤S106,所述用户钥匙扣发出警报,并向所述用户手机推送所述用户钥匙扣位置信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
定位用户钥匙扣的位置,检测用户钥匙扣与手机之间的距离是否超过了预设的距离阈值5m;如果没有超过,钥匙扣不报警;若两者之间的距离超过5m了,用户的钥匙扣会主动报警,引起用户注意,并向用户的手机推送钥匙扣的位置信息。

    若是,所述用户钥匙扣发出警报,并向所述用户手机推送所述用户钥匙扣位置信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
