Description

一种多余应用程序关闭技术的信息推送方法和手机 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种多余应用程序关闭技术的信息推送方法以及手机。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种关闭应用程序的方法和手机》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种多余应用程序关闭技术的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前手机后台程序会造成手机资源的占用、增加手机用电量和移动数据流量的浪费,用户体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种自动关闭手机后台应用程序的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种多余应用程序关闭技术的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用;
检测已经打开且没有作为当前页面的应用作为后台的时间;
判断所述应用作为后台的时间是否超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
若否,保持原样;
若是,关闭所述应用,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机系统,包括:
记录单元,监测单元,检测单元,判断单元,关闭应用单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
监测单元,用于监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用;
检测单元,其输入端与所述监测单元的输出端连接,用于检测已经打开且没有作为当前页面的应用作为后台的时间;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述应用作为后台的时间是否超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
关闭应用单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述应用作为后台的时间超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值时,关闭所述应用;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述关闭应用单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过自动关闭在后台运行且用户长时间不用的应用程序,从而达到不占用手机资源,使手机运行流畅,同时节省手机电量和移动数据流量的目的,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

在步骤S101中,记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值。
在本实施例中,以手机应用程序'腾讯视频'为例,预设当'腾讯视频'作为后台程序时,达到30分钟,关闭该程序。
在步骤S102中,监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用。
如,当前用户的手机监测到手机打开了'微信'和'腾讯视频'两个应用程序,同时监测到当前的页面为'微信'。
在步骤S103中,检测已经打开且没有作为当前页面的应用作为后台的时间。
在步骤S104中,判断所述应用作为后台的时间是否超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值;若否,则进入步骤S105,保持原样;若是,则进入步骤S106,关闭所述应用,同时向用户推送专利信息。
检测'腾讯视频'不是当前页面的程序,而是后台程序,并检测该程序作为后台程序运行的时间;若检测到'腾讯视频'在后台运行了20分钟,没有达到30分钟的预设,就不关闭该程序;若检测到'腾讯视频'在后台运行超过了30分钟,手机就会自动关闭这个后台程序。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过自动关闭在后台运行且用户长时间不用的应用程序,从而达到不占用手机资源,使手机运行流畅,同时节省手机电量和移动数据流量的目的,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

专利信息推送单元26,其输入端与所述关闭应用单元25的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值;监测单元22监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用;检测单元23检测已经打开且没有作为当前页面的应用作为后台的时间;判断单元24判断所述应用作为后台的时间是否超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值;当所述应用作为后台的时间超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值时,关闭应用单元25关闭所述应用,同时,专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息。

    记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
    监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用;
    检测已经打开且没有作为当前页面的应用作为后台的时间;
    判断所述应用作为后台的时间是否超过所述预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,关闭所述应用,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括:
    记录单元,监测单元,检测单元,判断单元,关闭应用单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录为某个应用预设的关闭应用时间阈值;
    监测单元,用于监测当前的页面以及当前打开的所有应用;
