Description

一种阅读兴趣判断时的信息推送方法和判断系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及 一种阅读兴趣判断时的信息推送方法以及判断系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请 / 权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 / 申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种书籍兴趣判断的方法和判断系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种阅读兴趣判断时的信息推送方法 , 目的在于 针对当前用户兴趣确定办法不准确、资源推荐投放不精确以及用户体验不佳的缺陷,提供一种结合用户观看持续时间判断兴趣的方法 ,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种阅读兴趣判断时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
监测书籍的阅读情况;
判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;
若否,不将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据;
若是,将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种判断系统,包括:
记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,保存单元,专利信息推送单元,其中 :
记录单元,用于记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
监控单元,用于监测书籍的阅读情况;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述监控单元的输出端连接,用于判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;
保存单元,其输入端所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于将该书籍对应的数据保存为用户的兴趣数据;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述保存单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过监控用户在观看电子书籍连续阅读的情况,并以此为依据判断其是否对该书籍感兴趣,从而更加精准的判断用户感兴趣的书籍类型,也可以降低信息噪音,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
在本实施例中,将视书籍连续阅读时间阈值记录为 30 分钟 , 所述持续阅读 / 观看时间可以为用户点开所述书籍的页面并将页面保持在显示屏的前端的时间。
在步骤 S102 中,监测书籍的阅读情况。
本步骤中,用户 A 点击并观看书籍C,系统监控所述用户 C 持续观看该书籍的时间。
在步骤 S103 中,判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值。
本步骤中,用户 A 点击并观看书籍C,根据上一步骤中的监控结果,系统判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值 30 分钟。
在步骤 S104 中,若书籍阅读持续时间不大于所述连续阅读时间阈值,则不将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据。
本步骤中根据上一步骤中的监控结果,用户 C 持续阅读该书籍时间为 20 分钟,系统判断书籍阅读持续时间不大于所述连续阅读时间阈值 30 分钟,不将该书籍 C 对应的数据作为用户 A 的兴趣数据。
在步骤 S105 中,若书籍阅读持续时间大于所述连续阅读时间阈值,将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本步骤中根据上步骤 S102 中的监控结果,若用户 C 持续阅读该书籍时间为 60 分钟,系统判断书籍阅读持续时间大于所述连续阅读时间阈值 30 分钟,则将该书籍 C 对应的数据作为用户 A 的兴趣数据。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。。
该发明通过监控用户在观看电子书籍连续阅读的情况,并以此为依据判断其是否对该书籍感兴趣,从而更加精准的判断用户感兴趣的书籍类型,也可以降低信息噪音,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

记录单元 21 ,监控单元 22 ,判断单元 23 ,保存单元 24 ,专利信息推送单元 25 ,其中 :
记录单元 21 ,用于记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
监控单元 22 ,用于监控所述书籍是否存在断点续播,且其断点续播的出现次数超过预设的阈值;
判断单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述监控单元 22 的输出端连接,用于判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;
保存单元 24 ,其输入端所述判断单元 23 的输出端连接,用于将该书籍对应的数据保存为用户的兴趣数据;
专利信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述保存单元 24 的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;监控单元 22 ,监控所述书籍是否存在断点续播,且其断点续播的出现次数超过预设的阈值;判断单元 23 ,判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;保存单元 24 ,将该书籍对应的数据保存为用户的兴趣数据;专利信息推送单元 25 ,向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种阅读兴趣判断时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
    监测书籍的阅读情况;
    判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;
    若否,不将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据;
    若是,将该书籍对应的数据作为用户的兴趣数据,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种判断系统,其特征在于,所述判断系统包括:
    记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,保存单元,专利信息推送单元,其中 :
    记录单元,用于记录预设的书籍连续阅读时间阈值;
    监控单元,用于监测书籍的阅读情况;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述监控单元的输出端连接,用于判断书籍阅读持续时间是否大于所述连续阅读时间阈值;
    保存单元,其输入端所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于将该书籍对应的数据保存为用户的兴趣数据;
    专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述保存单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
