折叠帘是使屏风式折叠的帘布以折叠的形式伸展、收回的窗帘,因其特有的褶叠,使遮阳和反射太阳光的面积比其他窗帘大,具有较好的遮阳以及隔音效果。折叠帘包括有百叠帘、蜂巢帘等。
目前,授权公告号为CN203925238U,授权公告日为2014年11月5日的中国专利公开了一种百叠帘,包括上轨、活动轨、铆扣、弹簧、帘布、上轨侧封盖、活动轨侧封盖、升降拉绳、固定扣,其中帘布上下端用铆扣分别固定在上轨和活动轨上,在上轨内部中间放置有一根弹簧,弹簧两端分别连接有升降拉绳,升降拉绳另一端分别从上轨中间两侧的贯孔A穿出,然后自上而下逐个穿过帘布上的穿绳孔,最后分别从活动轨中间两侧的贯孔B穿入活动轨内部,并交叉从活动轨两端的活动轨侧封盖上的贯孔C穿出,升降拉绳末端分别系一个固定扣。
虽然这种百叠帘能通过调节升降拉绳从而实现对帘布高度的调节,但是不同户型的窗户的宽度不一定相等,在窗户处安装折叠帘时,需要先对窗户的尺寸进行测量,再定制适配窗户尺寸的折叠帘,使得折叠帘的安装较为繁琐,同时在此过程中需要专业人员进行操作,也 会支出较大的人工费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够调节宽度的折叠帘。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种折叠帘,包括上轨、下轨、位于上轨和下轨之间的帘布、拉绳以及线锁,其特征在于:所述上轨的两端、所述下轨的两端均设置有用于延长所述上轨长度和所述下轨长度的长度补偿件,所述长度补偿件远离所述上轨的一端到所述上轨之间的长度可调节设置,所述长度补偿件远离所述下轨的一端到所述下轨之间的长度可调节设置,所述帘布的上下两侧分别连接在所述上轨以及所述下轨上,所述长度补偿件与所述帘布之间设置有固定件。
通过采用上述方案,在上轨的两端、下轨的两端均设置有长度补偿件,而且长度补偿件远离上轨的一端到上轨之间的长度可调节设置,使得在窗户上安装窗帘前,在测量好窗户宽度时,先选取上轨和两个长度补偿件相配后的最大长度大于窗户宽度的折叠帘,然后通过对长度补偿件的位置进行调节,以及通过裁纸刀对帘布进行切割,再使得长度补偿件和帘布之间通过固定件进行固定,从而对折叠帘的宽度进行调节,能方便的在不同宽度的窗户上进行安装;同时帘布为了能够折叠,一般需要选用较硬的布料或者使得较软的布料经过上浆处理后变硬,所以在对帘布进行裁切时,帘布切割后的端面较为平整。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述长度补偿件为用于固定连接在所述上轨两端、所述下轨两端的泡沫条,所述固定件为粘合在所述泡沫条 与所述帘布之间的第一双面胶带。
通过采用上述方案,在安装折叠帘前,先对窗户的宽度进行测量,选取上轨加两个泡沫条的长度不小于窗户宽度的折叠帘,再通过裁纸刀等工具对位于上轨两端的泡沫条、下轨两端的泡沫条、帘布进行裁切,从而使得折叠帘的宽度能适配于窗户的宽度,方便实现对折叠帘的宽度进行调节,在安装中较为方便。
本发明的进一步设置为:位于所述上轨两端的两个所述泡沫条的同侧侧壁与所述上轨相对应的侧壁之间粘合有第一硬质泡沫板,位于所述下轨两端的两个所述泡沫条的同侧侧壁与所述下轨相对应的侧壁之间粘合有第二硬质泡沫板。
通过采用上述方案,第一硬质泡沫板和第二硬质泡沫板能增加泡沫条的强度,使得泡沫条不易断裂,且第一硬质泡沫板和第二硬质泡沫板的本质还是泡沫材料,在通过裁纸刀对泡沫条进行裁切时,方便对第一硬质泡沫板以及第二硬质泡沫板进行切割。
本发明的进一步设置为:位于所述上轨两端的两个所述泡沫条远离所述第一硬质泡沫板的侧壁与所述上轨相对应的侧壁之间粘合有未拆开的第二双面胶带,位于所述上轨两端的两个所述泡沫条远离所述下轨的端面分别与所述上轨远离所述下轨的端面的两端之间粘合有未拆开的第三双面胶带。
通过采用上述方案,第二双面胶带和第三双面胶带一方面能增加泡沫条和上轨之间的连接强度;另一方面在拆开第二双胶带和第三双面胶带时,能通过第二双面胶带和第三双面胶带直接将上轨粘在窗户 上进行安装,在安装时较为方便。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述拉绳共设置有两个,所述上轨的两端对称设置有带有供拉绳绕过的光轴的导线件,所述拉绳一端连接在所述下轨上且另一端依次经过所述帘布、所述上轨、所述光轴后进入所述线锁,所述线锁设置在所述上轨上且位于所述泡沫条和导线件之间。
通过采用上述方案,光轴能减小拉绳在打动时的摩擦力,从而使得拉绳在拉动过程中更加的顺畅。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述长度补偿件为用于伸缩设置在所述上轨的两端、所述下轨的两端的支撑轨,所述固定件为粘合在所述帘布上且未拆开的第四双面胶带。
通过采用上述方案,在安装折叠帘前,先测量窗户的宽度,选取上轨加两个支撑轨结合的长度不小于窗户宽度的折叠帘,通过裁纸刀进行帘布进行裁剪,再对支撑轨的位置进行调节,使得支撑轨处于合适的位置,再打开在帘布上的第四双面胶带,使得上轨以及帘布通过第四双面胶带粘合在一起进行固定,最终能实现对帘布的宽度进行调节,在安装时较为方便。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述拉绳共设置有两个,所述支撑轨上开设有长度方向平行于所述支撑轨长度方向的连接槽,所述上轨以及所述下轨上均开设有两个供拉绳穿过的通孔,当所述支撑轨伸缩时,所述通孔与所述连接槽相重合,且位于所述上轨上的任一的所述支撑轨远离所述上轨的一端设置有所述线锁。
通过采用上述方案,线锁设置在支撑轨远离上轨的一端,从而使得穿过线锁的拉绳后处于窗帘的一端,从而方便对帘布进行收放;同在支撑轨上开设有连接槽,使得当支撑轨位于上轨的不同地方时,拉绳能通过通孔、连接槽后进入到线锁处。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述线锁包括带有安装腔的安装台、转动连接在所述安装台上且位于所述安装腔靠一端的滚轴、设置在远离所述滚轴一端的所述安装腔内壁上的齿形槽、活动连接在所述安装腔内且与所述齿形槽啮合的齿形轴、固定连接在所述安装台上且穿过所述安装腔下方以防止所述齿形轴脱落的限位件,所述齿形槽上端的开口与所述滚轴之间形成的开口小于所述齿形轴的尺寸,所述齿形槽呈弧状且下端朝向远离滚轴的方向延伸,两个所述的拉绳穿过所述滚轴与所述齿形轴之间形成的间隙后分别从所述限位件的两侧穿过。
通过采用上述方案,当拉绳竖直向下拉动时,拉绳通过摩擦力带动齿形轴沿着齿形槽向下运动,此时因齿形槽下端的延伸方向逐渐远离滚轴,使得齿形轴逐渐和拉绳分离,从而实现对帘布的进行收放;当拉绳呈竖直状态放开时,拉绳直接向上运动,从而帘布下落后处于展开的状态;当拉绳朝向远离滚轴的一侧倾斜后,再松开拉绳时,拉绳对齿形轴具有一个向上的摩擦力,使得齿形轴沿着齿形槽向上运动,此时因安装腔上端的开口较小,齿形轴在上移到极限状态时,拉绳夹紧在齿形轴与滚轴之间,从而实现对拉绳进行固定;同时两个拉绳分别从限位件的两侧穿过,使得两个拉绳在齿形轴与滚轴之间传输时不会相互缠绕在一起,避免两个拉绳缠绕后造成线锁处出现故障的 问题。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述帘布两侧与分别与所述上轨、所述上轨可拆卸连接,所述拉绳靠近所述下轨的一端设置有用于穿过所述下轨的限位杆,所述拉绳与所述限位杆的连接处在所述限位杆的中部,两个所述拉绳穿过所述线锁的一端固定连接在一起且固定连接有拉环。
通过采用上述方案:帘布可拆卸连接在上轨、下轨之间,使得帘布进行更换,从而在使用中能更换不同的帘布;且限位杆能穿过帘布,且拉绳的连接处在限位杆的中部,能方便通过限位杆将拉绳连接在下轨上。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种能够调节光线的双层折叠帘。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种双层折叠帘,包括两个如权利要求1到权利要求9任意一项权利要求所述的折叠帘,两个所述上轨之间设置有用于调节两个所述上轨之间间距的调节件,任一所述的帘布选用经上浆处理且不透明的布料,另一所述的帘布选用经上浆处理的涤纶长纤无纺布,所述调节件包括一端铰接在任一所述上轨上的多个第一调节臂、一端铰接在另一所述上轨上且另一端与第一调节臂铰接的多个第二调节臂,多个所述第一调节臂之间固定连接有调节杆,靠近所述第一调节臂的所述上轨上设置有带有扣合块,所述调节杆的一端转动后扣合在所述扣合块内。
通过采用上述方案,因窗户处的墙壁厚度不一,通过调节件能对两个上轨之间的间距进行调节,从而使得两个上轨能安装在不同厚度 窗户处;同时一个帘布选用不透明的布料,另一个折叠帘采用硬纱或者经上浆处理的涤纶长纤无纺布,在不透明的布料制作的帘布收起时,由硬纱制作的帘布在保证私密性的同时能增加透光度,也能增加空气的流通;由涤纶长纤无纺布制作的帘布也具有一定的透光性,能使得一部分光线进入到室内;上浆处理是为了增加帘布的硬度,从而使得帘布能通过打折机进行加工从而制作出帘布;同时上浆处理过的帘布在切割时端面也较为平整、美观。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:折叠帘能直接对其宽度进行调节,从而适配不同宽度的窗户进行安装,在安装时不需要定制窗帘,能够节省成本以及时间;同时在安装中能直接通过第二双面胶带以及第三双面胶带直接对上轨进行安装,在安装过程中也较为方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:实施例1:一种折叠帘,如图1和图2所示,包括上轨1、下轨2、帘布3、拉绳4以及线锁5(见图2)。帘布3上下两侧分别通过魔术贴(图中未示意)或者双面胶带(图中未示意)可拆卸连接在上轨1和下轨2之间。同时在上轨1的两端和下轨2的两端均设置有长度补偿件6,长度补偿件6处于上轨1或下轨2的外端的长度部分可调节设置,且在帘布3的宽度大于上轨1的长度,在帘布3上下两侧的两端分别通过固定件7连接在长度补偿件6上。
上轨1以及下轨2的相对远离的端面上均形成有横截面呈“凸”字形的轨道槽11,轨道槽11沿着上轨1的长度方向延伸且贯穿上轨1的两端。长度补偿件6为一端用于插接到轨道槽11内的泡沫条61。固定件7为粘合有帘布3上下两侧的两端与泡沫条61之间的第一双 面胶带71。
位于上轨1两端的两个泡沫条61位于上轨1外部的长度相等,同时在两个泡沫条61的同侧侧壁和上轨1相对应的侧壁之间粘合有第一硬质泡沫板611。位于下轨2两端的两个泡沫条61位于下轨2外部的长度相等,同时在两个泡沫条61同侧侧壁和下轨2相对的侧壁之间粘合有第二硬质泡沫板612。第一硬质泡沫板611和第二硬质泡沫板612位于同一侧。
位于上轨1两端的两个泡沫条61的另一个侧壁和上轨1相对应的侧壁之间粘合有未拆开的第二双面胶带613,且在两个泡沫条61远离下轨2的端面上和上轨1远离下轨2的端面之间分别粘合有未拆开的第三双面胶带614。位于下轨2两端的两个泡沫条61的另一侧侧和下轨2相对应的侧壁之间粘合也粘合有未拆开的第二双面胶带613,且在两个泡沫条61远离上轨1的端面和下轨2远离上轨1的端面之间也分别粘合有未拆开的第三双面胶带614。
如图2和图3所示,在上轨1的轨道槽11内安装有两个对称分布的导线件8,导线件8包括扣合在轨道槽11内且由塑料材质制成的导线台81、固定在导线台81上且长度方向垂直于轨道槽11长度方向的光轴82。
如图2到图4所示,在上轨1的轨道槽11内安装有一个处于泡沫条61和靠近该泡沫条61的导线件8之间的线锁5。线锁5包括嵌设在轨道槽11内且带有安装腔511的安装台51、滚轴52、齿形轴54、位于安装腔511内壁处的齿形槽53、限位件55。滚轴52通过销 轴(图中未示意)转动连接在安装台51内且位于安装腔511靠近导线件8的位置;齿形轴54活动连接在安装腔511内,齿形槽53位于远离滚轴52的安装腔511内壁处且供齿形轴54啮合,齿形槽53的呈弧状且其下端朝向远离滚轴52的方向延伸。在安装腔511上端面和滚轴52之间形成的开口小于齿形的尺寸,使得齿形轴54不能从安装腔511的上端穿过。限位件55为一根铁丝,铁丝的两端固定在安装台51上且经过安装腔511的下方以用于防止齿形轴54掉落。
如图3到图5所示,拉绳4共设置两个,两个拉绳4依次经过下轨2、帘布3、上轨1、光轴82后,同时进入到线锁5处。两个拉绳4进入到线锁5处时,两个拉绳4穿过齿形轴54与滚轴52之间的间隙,且两个拉绳4分别从限位件55的两侧穿过线锁5。同时两个拉绳4穿过线锁5的一端固定连接且在连接处固定连接有拉环41;拉绳4靠近所述下轨2的一端包裹后卡接有用于穿过所轨2的限位杆42,拉绳4与限位杆42的连接处在限位杆42的中部。
当拉绳4竖直向下拉动时,拉绳4通过摩擦力带动齿形轴54沿着齿形槽53向下运动,此时因齿形槽53下端的延伸方向逐渐远离滚轴52,使得齿形轴54逐渐和拉绳4分离,从而实现对帘布3的进行收放;当拉绳4呈竖直状态放开时,拉绳4直接向上运动,从而帘布3下落后处于展开的状态;当拉绳4朝向远离滚轴52的一侧倾斜后,再松开拉绳4时,拉绳4对齿形轴54具有一个向上的摩擦力,使得齿形轴54沿着齿形槽53向上运动,此时因安装腔511上端的开口较小,齿形轴54在上移到极限状态时,拉绳4被夹紧在齿形轴54与滚 轴52之间,从而实现对拉绳4进行固定。
如图2所示,在上轨1上还安装有两个连接件9,连接件9包括呈“L”型的连接片91、转动连接在连接片91上的限位片92。连接片91上开设有固定孔911,连接片91的一端抵触在靠近第一硬质泡沫板611的轨道槽11的折角处且另一端的内壁抵触在上轨1远离所述第一硬质泡沫板611的侧壁上,限位片92远离所述连接片91的一端弯折设置且在转动后用于抵紧在第一硬质泡沫板611上。
实施过程:在对折叠帘进行安装前,先选取宽度不小于窗户宽度的型号,然后再测量窗户的宽度,通过裁纸刀对上轨1两端的两个泡沫条61、下轨2两端的两个泡沫条61、帘布3的部分进行裁切,从而使得帘布3的宽度适配于窗户的宽度,从而方便得到适配窗户宽度的折叠帘。
在对折叠帘安装时,能通过在上轨1处的第二双面胶带613和第三双面胶带614直接粘合的方式进行固定;也能通过螺栓螺母等配合连接件9上的固定孔911的方式进行固定。
实施例2:与实施例1的不同之处在于:如图6、图7和图8所示,在上轨1处没有设置导线件8(见图3);同时长度补偿件6为用于伸缩设置在上轨1的轨道槽11两端、下轨2的轨道槽11两端的支撑轨62,固定件7为粘合在帘布3上且未拆开的第四双面胶带72。
在位于上轨1两端的两个支撑轨62上开设有延伸方向平行于支撑轨62延伸方向的连接槽621,在上轨1上开设有两个通孔12,在支撑轨62进行滑移时,支撑轨62上的连接槽621和通孔12相重合。 两个拉绳4的一端连接在下轨2上且另一端依次穿过帘布3、通孔12、连接槽621。且线锁5位于上轨1上一个支撑轨62远离上轨1的一端。
此时位于上轨1处的连接件9固定位置也有所变化,连接片91的一端抵触在轨道槽11的折角处且另一端的内壁抵触在上轨1的侧壁上,限位片92远离连接片91的一端弯折设置且在转动后用于抵紧在上轨1的侧壁上进行固定,限位片92靠近连接件9用于抵触在轨道槽11的折角处的一端,从而实现将连接件9固定在上轨1上。
实施过程:在对折叠帘进行安装前,先选取宽度不小于窗户宽度的型号,然后再测量窗户的宽度,通过裁纸刀对帘布3的进行裁切,从而使得帘布3的宽度适配于窗户的宽度,再使得支撑轨62在轨道槽11内进行滑移,最后打开在帘布3上的第四双面胶带72,从而使得帘布3和支撑轨62固定在一起。
实施例3:一种双层折叠帘,如图9所示,包括两个实施例1中的折叠帘,在两个上轨1之间设置有用于调节两个上轨1之间间距的调节件10。调节件10包括一端通过销轴(图中未标注)铰接在任一上轨1上的多个第一调节臂101、一端通过销轴(图中未标注)铰接在另一上轨1上且另一端通过销轴(图中未标注)与第一调节臂101铰接的多个第二调节臂102。第一调节臂101和第二调节臂102均铰接在上轨1粘合第二双面胶带613的侧壁上。通过调节件10能够对两个上轨1之间的间距进行调节,从而使得两个上轨1能够适配于窗户处的墙壁厚度进行安装。
多个所述第一调节臂101之间固定连接有调节杆103,靠近第一调节臂101的上轨1上固定连接有带有扣合块104,调节杆的一端随着第一调节臂101转动后扣合在扣合块104内实现固定。
与此同时,一个帘布3选用经过上浆处理且不透明的布料,另一个帘布3选用经过上浆处理的涤纶长纤无纺布。通过设置双层的帘布3,当由不透明的布料制成的帘布3收拢,用涤纶长纤无纺布制作的帘布3放开时,因涤纶长纤无纺布具有耐高温、耐老化、抗紫外线的效果,同时涤纶长纤无纺布也具有一定的透光性,能够使得一部分光线进入到室内,且涤纶长纤无纺布是没有孔隙的,能避免灰尘等随着风进入到室内。上浆处理是为了增加帘布3的硬度,从而使得帘布3能通过折布机进行折布。
实施例4:如图10所示,与实施例3的不同之处在于:由实施例2中的两个折叠帘构成。

  1. 一种折叠帘,包括上轨(1)、下轨(2)、位于上轨(1)和下轨(2)之间的帘布(3)、拉绳(4)以及线锁(5),其特征在于:所述上轨(1)的两端、所述下轨(2)的两端均设置有用于延长所述上轨(1)长度和所述下轨(2)长度的长度补偿件(6),所述长度补偿件(6)远离所述上轨(1)的一端到所述上轨(1)之间的长度可调节设置,所述长度补偿件(6)远离所述下轨(2)的一端到所述下轨(2)之间的长度可调节设置,所述帘布(3)的上下两侧分别连接在所述上轨(1)以及所述下轨(2)上,所述长度补偿件(6)与所述帘布(3)之间设置有固定件(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述长度补偿件(6)为用于固定连接在所述上轨(1)两端、所述下轨(2)两端的泡沫条(61),所述固定件(7)为粘合在所述泡沫条(61)与所述帘布(3)之间的第一双面胶带(71)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:位于所述上轨(1)两端的两个所述泡沫条(61)的同侧侧壁与所述上轨(1)相对应的侧壁之间粘合有第一硬质泡沫板(611),位于所述下轨(2)两端的两个所述泡沫条(61)的同侧侧壁与所述下轨(2)相对应的侧壁之间粘合有第二硬质泡沫板(612)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:位于所述上轨(1)两端的两个所述泡沫条(61)远离所述第一硬质泡沫板(611)的侧壁与所述上轨(1)相对应的侧壁之间粘合有未拆开的第二双面 胶带(613),位于所述上轨(1)两端的两个所述泡沫条(61)远离所述下轨(2)的端面分别与所述上轨(1)远离所述下轨(2)的端面的两端之间粘合有未拆开的第三双面胶带(614)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述拉绳(4)共设置有两个,所述上轨(1)的两端对称设置有带有供拉绳(4)绕过的光轴(82)的导线件(8),所述拉绳(4)一端连接在所述下轨(2)上且另一端依次经过所述帘布(3)、所述上轨(1)、所述光轴(82)后进入所述线锁(5),所述线锁(5)设置在所述上轨(1)上且位于所述泡沫条(61)和导线件(8)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述长度补偿件(6)为用于伸缩设置在所述上轨(1)的两端、所述下轨(2)的两端的支撑轨(62),所述固定件(7)为粘合在所述帘布(3)上且未拆开的第四双面胶带(72)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述拉绳(4)共设置有两个,所述支撑轨(62)上开设有长度方向平行于所述支撑轨(62)长度方向的连接槽(621),所述上轨(1)以及所述下轨(2)上均开设有两个供拉绳(4)穿过的通孔(12),当所述支撑轨(62)伸缩时,所述通孔(12)与所述连接槽(621)相重合,且位于所述上轨(1)上的任一的所述支撑轨(62)远离所述上轨(1)的一端设置有所述线锁(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求5或7所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述线锁(5)包括带有安装腔(511)的安装台(51)、转动连接在所述安 装台(51)上且位于所述安装腔(511)一端的滚轴(52)、设置在远离所述滚轴(52)一端的所述安装腔(511)内壁上的齿形槽(53)、活动连接在所述安装腔(511)内且与所述齿形槽(53)啮合的齿形轴(54)、固定连接在所述安装台(51)上且穿过所述安装腔(511)下方以防止所述齿形轴(54)脱落的限位件(55),所述齿形槽(53)上端的开口与所述滚轴(52)之间形成的开口小于所述齿形轴(54)的尺寸,所述齿形槽(53)呈弧状且下端朝向远离滚轴(52)的方向延伸,两个所述的拉绳(4)穿过所述滚轴(52)与所述齿形轴(54)之间形成的间隙后分别从所述限位件(55)的两侧穿过。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种折叠帘,其特征在于:所述帘布(3)两侧与分别与所述上轨(1)、所述上轨(2)可拆卸连接,所述拉绳(4)靠近所述下轨(2)的一端设置有用于穿过所述下轨(2)的限位杆(42),所述拉绳(4)与所述限位杆(42)的连接处在所述限位杆(42)的中部,两个所述拉绳(4)穿过所述线锁(5)的一端固定连接在一起且固定连接有拉环(41)。
  10. 一种双层折叠帘,包括两个如权利要求1到权利要求9任意一项权利要求所述的折叠帘,其特征在于:两个所述上轨(1)之间设置有用于调节两个所述上轨(1)之间间距的调节件(10),任一所述的帘布(3)选用经上浆处理且不透明的布料,另一所述的帘布(3)选用经上浆处理的涤纶长纤无纺布,所述调节件(10)包括一端铰接在任一所述上轨(1)上的多个第一调节臂(101)、一端铰接在另一所述上轨(1)上且另一端与第一调节臂(101)铰接的多个第二调节 臂(102),多个所述第一调节臂(101)之间固定连接有调节杆(103),靠近所述第一调节臂(101)的所述上轨(1)上设置有带有扣合块(104),所述调节杆(103)的一端转动后扣合在所述扣合块(104)内。
