一种船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,包括艉管(1)、轴承(7)、第一连接杆(2)、第二连接杆(3)、支撑装置(5)和驱动机构(4);所述的轴承(7)安装在艉管(1)内;所述的第一连接杆(2)一端设有螺纹槽(21);所述的第二连接杆(3)一端设有螺纹柱(31);所述的第一连接杆(2)的螺纹槽(21)端和第二连接杆(3)的螺纹柱(31)分别从轴承(7)的两端插入;所述的第一连接杆(2)的螺纹槽(21)和第二连接杆(3)的螺纹柱(31)在轴承(7)内螺纹连接;所述的支撑装置(5)安装在第二连接杆(3)外侧端部的下方;所述的驱动机构(4)固定在第一连接杆(2)的外侧下端;所述的第一连接杆(2)和第二连接杆(3)上各设一个限位环(6);所述的限位环(6)抵接在轴承(7)端部外侧。该装置装配快捷方便,作业高效。

Description

一种船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置 技术领域
本发明涉及船用配件领域,特别涉及船舶艉管轴承的拆卸装置。
背景技术
现如今,在大中小船舶建造过程中,在船台阶段,艉管艏艉轴承安装都是重中之重,大多都是采用轴承与孔之间过盈配合,通过专业的压套工装,来保证轴承正确压装到位,同时后期测量轴与轴承的间隙、轴孔清洁度、油的干净度及轴系负荷等,满足工艺要求,船舶才能顺利航行。船舶在建造过程或者长期运行中,轴承的更换也是一大难点,轴承需要专业的装置对轴承进行拆卸。由于各类船舶轴承类型及大小尺寸不一致,并不全具备配套的专业装置。有的工厂采用特殊工装固定磁力钻,通过轴承的垃圾槽进行铣槽,把轴承两侧铣断,再进行拆除。还有的工厂使用气刨的方式对轴承进行破坏性拆除。以上的方法不能保证轴承的完整性,也可能会导致艉轴孔表面磨损。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种便于艉管轴承拆卸的装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,包括艉管、轴承、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、支撑装置、驱动机构;所述的轴承安装在艉管内;所述的第一连接杆一端设有螺 纹槽;所述的第二连接杆一端设有螺纹柱;所述的第一连接杆的螺纹槽端和第二连接杆的螺纹柱分别从轴承的两端插入;所述的第一连接杆的螺纹槽和第二连接杆的螺纹柱在轴承内螺纹连接;所述的支撑装置安装在第二连接杆外侧端部的下方;所述的驱动机构固定在第一连接杆的外侧下端;所述的第一连接杆和第二连接杆上各设一个限位环;所述的限位环抵接在轴承端部外侧。
进一步,所述的第一连接杆和第二连接杆上均设有一个抵压弹簧;所述的抵压弹簧一端抵接在限位环上,另一端抵接在轴承端面上。
进一步,所述的驱动机构为气缸或者油缸。
进一步,所述的限位环通过螺纹连接在第一连接杆和第二连接杆上。
进一步,所述的支撑装置包括下凹的弧形块和支撑底座;所述的弧形块安装在支撑底座上。
进一步,所述的弧形块由聚四氟乙烯制成。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的拆卸装置是通过第一连接杆和第二连接杆分别插入轴承内,然后第一连接杆和第二连接杆在轴承内螺纹端对端实现连接,再通过第一连接杆和第二连接杆外侧的限位环对轴承的外侧端面进行限位,最后通过驱动机构将第一连接杆和第二连接杆以及轴承拉出。本发明的整个结构设计巧妙,装配快捷方便,作业高效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,包括艉管1、轴承7、第一连接杆2、第二连接杆3、支撑装置5、驱动机构4。所述的轴承7安装在艉管1内。所述的第一连接杆2一端设有螺纹槽21。所述的第二连接杆3一端设有螺纹柱31。所述的第一连接杆2的螺纹槽21端和第二连接杆3的螺纹柱31分别从轴承7的两端插入。所述的第一连接杆2的螺纹槽21和第二连接杆3的螺纹柱31在轴承7内螺纹连接。所述的支撑装置5安装在第二连接杆3外侧端部的下方。所述的驱动机构4固定在第一连接杆2的外侧下端。所述的第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3上各设一个限位环6。所述的限位环6抵接在轴承7端部外侧。进一步优选,所述的第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3上均设有一个抵压弹簧8。所述的抵压弹簧8一端抵接在限位环6上,另一端抵接在轴承7端面上。进一步优选,所述的驱动机构4为气缸或者油缸。进一步优选,所述的限位环6通过螺纹连接在第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3上。如图2所示,进一步优选,所述的支撑装置5包括下凹的弧形块52和支撑底座51。所述的弧形块52安装在支撑底座51上。进一步优选,所述的弧形块52由聚四氟乙烯制成。
本发明的拆卸装置是通过第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3分别插入轴承7内,然后第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3在轴承7内螺纹端对端实现连接,再通过第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3外侧的限位环6对轴承7的外侧端面进行限位,最后通过驱动机构4将第一连接杆2和第二连接杆3以及轴承7拉出。本发明的整个结构设计巧妙,装配快捷方便,作业高效。

  1. 一种船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,包括艉管、轴承、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、支撑装置、驱动机构;所述的轴承安装在艉管内;所述的第一连接杆一端设有螺纹槽;所述的第二连接杆一端设有螺纹柱;所述的第一连接杆的螺纹槽端和第二连接杆的螺纹柱分别从轴承的两端插入;所述的第一连接杆的螺纹槽和第二连接杆的螺纹柱在轴承内螺纹连接;所述的支撑装置安装在第二连接杆外侧端部的下方;所述的驱动机构固定在第一连接杆的外侧下端;所述的第一连接杆和第二连接杆上各设一个限位环;所述的限位环抵接在轴承端部外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述的第一连接杆和第二连接杆上均设有一个抵压弹簧;所述的抵压弹簧一端抵接在限位环上,另一端抵接在轴承端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述的驱动机构为气缸或者油缸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述的限位环通过螺纹连接在第一连接杆和第二连接杆上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑装置包括下凹的弧形块和支撑底座;所述的弧形块安装在支撑底座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的船舶艉管轴承拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述的弧形块由聚四氟乙烯制成。
