本专利新型涉及一种简单安全耐用的新型黑蒜头发酵机。
背景技术
现在市面上的黑蒜头发酵机以工业生产为主要,而且结构复杂,体型庞大无法在家里使用。为了让客户可以在家里自制黑蒜,我们研制了这款结构简单和方便使用的新型发酵机,使用户可以自制黑蒜。该机结构简单可以根据客户要求增加发酵盒子和加温盘的数量从而达到家庭、商业或者工业要求。
发明内容
本专利新型的目的在于提供一种新型黑蒜头发酵机,已解决无法在家里制作黑蒜头的问题。用户只要把普通蒜头放在(1)发酵盒内的(5)网状架子上然后盖上(2)盖上盖子放到发酵机(3)托架子上,然后关上门子,根据蒜的大小和你想要的口感调节(8)温度控制器,温度调节范围85-60℃等待10-13天发酵完成即可取出食用。该机结构简单可以根据客户要求增加(1)(2)发酵盒子和(4)加温线或加温盘、(3)托架的数量从而增加每次的发酵数量而达到家庭、商业或者工业的不同要求。为了更加环保及节约能源和使发酵温度稳定,发酵箱内胆与外壳之间以及开关机门夹层里添加上保温材料。
本专利新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种简单而稳定的发酵工艺能有效控制发酵温度与湿度,包括1.发酵盒子、2.发酵盒子盖、3.发酵盒子承托架、4.发热线或者发热盘、5.发酵盒子里的网状托盘架、6.发酵盒盖子上多个排气小孔、7.发酵箱温度显示器、8温度控制器、9.温度感应头、10.发酵盒子边缘上的密封胶条、11.保温材料层。其特征在于(2)盒盖子上方有排气小孔,每层(3)托架下有(4)发热线或发热盘,(1)盒子里有(5)网状托架和盒子上方边缘有(10)密封胶条,机内有(9)高精度温度感应器与(8)温控器链接,从而精确控制发酵温度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本专利新型及其具体实施方式作进一步详细说明:参见图1,本专利新型把新鲜蒜头平均放在(5)托网内然后盖上(2)发酵盒盖子放到发酵机(3)托架子上,然后关上门子,根据蒜的大小和你想要的口感调节(8)温度控制器,温度调节范围60-85℃等待10-13天发酵完成即可取出食用。
本专利新型黑蒜头发酵机的结构简单,使用方便,美观耐用,能有效解决发酵时的温度与湿度控制问题。通过上述的结构和原理的描述,所属技术领域的技术人员应当理解,本实用新型技术不局限于上述的具体实施方式,在本 专利基础上采用本领域公知技术的改进和替代均落在本专利的保护范围,应由各权利要求限定。
