电动置物架 技术领域
本发明涉及一种置物架,尤其涉及一种电动置物架。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,家中的生活用品是越来越多,很多时候我们都很烦恼如何归置这些物品,有时候东西乱放,用的时候找起来就会比较麻烦。于是置物架在家庭生活中的应用越来越广泛,很多家庭生活用品种类也越来越多,所以需要一个可以进行整顿和归置这些生活用品的一个置物架,而置物架的设计非常的简洁和大方同时又具备灵巧,所以对于归置生活物品很有作用,关键是有利于生活物品能够很好的取拿不用很费力的寻找。
市面上的固定式置物架多数为,一般分为立地、挂壁、吊顶等方式,由于固定式的原因,难以同时满足在不占空间与拿取便利的需求。现有技术中,有固定在墙壁上的置物架,置物架安装高度低时方便使用者取放物品,但是占用了人的使用空间,置物架安装高低高时,置物架下方能够允许人通过不占有效空间,但是不便于使用者取放物品,也有通过滑轮与电机的方式实现吊顶式置物架的升降,当使用者需要拿取物品时,可将置物架下降,将置物架上升后,置物架的下方能够允许人通过,不占空间。但是这种升降方式,将置物架的三点或是四点通过绳索固定后的吊式升降,在升降过程中不稳定导致置物架发生晃动,置物架上的物品容易发生碰撞,甚至掉落,并不安全。而且吊顶式的置物架安装困难,使用者一般难以自行安装,故增加了该置物架的安装成本。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构稳定,使用安全,安装便捷的电动置物架。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:电动置物架,包括至少一个安装在墙面上的立柱;设在立柱上并相对于立柱可上下滑动的滑动件;与滑动件连接,并与滑动件同步运动的至少一层置物板组件;线性驱动装置,线性驱动装置连接滑动件与立柱,用于驱动滑动件相对于立柱运动。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:整体结构简单,通过立柱两端的安装板将电动置物架安装在墙面上,通过电机驱动置物板组件在线性驱动装置的带动下在立柱上移动,当使用者需要拿取、存放物品时置物板组件下降,然后将置物板组件上升后,置物板组件底部到地板的距离能够允许人通过,这样的尽可能的避免了置物板组件所占用的使用者的有效空间,而且置物板组件的升降通过电动实现,省时省力提高了用户体验,且置物板组件是在固定的立柱上移动,其行程过程相对于吊挂式的升降方式更加稳定安全。
进一步地,所述立柱上设有用于安装在墙面上的安装板。
进一步地,述安装板设有至少两块,分别设于立柱的上部和下部,安装板的设置,对于立柱起到固定的作用,并且使得立柱与墙体之间形成一定的空隙,能够适用于不同的滑动件与立柱之间的连接方式。
进一步地,所述立柱为固定在墙面上的内管,所述滑动件为套接在内管上的外管。
进一步地,所述立柱为固定在墙面上的外管,所述滑动件为套接在外管内的内管,套管式的滑动方式比较稳定,而且由于置物板组件安装后其板体是水平方向的延伸,置物板组件与线性驱动装置是相对垂直的,那么驱动装置会收 到置物板组件带来的水平上方上的力,该力是线性驱动装置在运动时的摩擦力,将置物板组件与外管连接后,外管直接受力,减少了对于线性驱动装置的水平方向上的摩擦力。
进一步地,所述内管为中空结构,所述线性驱动装置设于内管内,所述内管的一面竖直方向上开有轨道槽,所述线性驱动装置的运动端穿过该轨道槽与外管连接,线性驱动装置发的运动端设于内管内,并在内观赏开槽作为轨道槽的连接方式,使得立柱的整体外管简洁、美观。
进一步地,所述立柱上竖直设有滑轨,所述滑动件为连接在滑轨上,并可沿着滑轨运动的滑块,提供了另一种滑动件与立柱的连接方式。
进一步地,所述置物板组件包括框架和板体,所述框架靠近立柱的一边与滑动件连接,所述置物板组件还包括一与框架平行的加强杆,所述加强杆与滑动件连接,所述加强杆与框架之间设有至少两组连接杆,所述每组连接杆至少包括两个连接杆,所述每个连接杆的一端与加强杆连接,另一端与框架连接,框架、加强杆与连接杆的设置均是为了提高置物板组件的承重能力。
进一步地,所述置物板组件为两层,该两层置物板组件均连有加强杆,所述两层置物板组件之间的距离大于置物板组件的加强杆之间的距离,这样的设计保证了一对置物板组件之间的有效储物空间大,而且设置在框架两边的连接杆起到了挡板的效果。
进一步地,所述置物板组件包括框架和板体,所述置物板组件与外管之间设有框架连接件,所述框架连接件的中部环抱着外管,两端与置物板组件的框架固定连接,这样的连接方式牢固且美观。
进一步地,所述置物板组件还包括一与框架平行的加强杆,所述加强杆与外管之间设有加强杆连接件,所述加强杆连接件的中部环抱着外管,两端与加 强杆固定连接。
进一步地,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、传动组件、丝杆与丝杆螺母幅,所述丝杆螺母幅与滑动件连接,或丝杆螺母幅作为滑动件与置物板组件连接,通过丝杆与丝杆螺母幅作为传动结构,传动效率高。
进一步地,所述立柱为中空结构,所述线性驱动装置的丝杆与丝杆螺母幅设于立柱内,所述立柱的一面竖直方向上开有轨道槽,所述滑动件为套设在轨道槽外的导套,所述丝杆螺母幅穿过该轨道槽与导套连接。
进一步地,所述丝杆的顶部与立柱之间设有限位件,该限位件用于避免丝杆的攒动。
进一步地,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、齿轮与齿条,所述齿轮与齿条啮合,所述电机通过传动装置与齿轮连接带动齿轮在齿条上转动使电机沿齿条方向上下运动,所述电机通过电机连接件与滑动件连接,齿条与立柱平行且与立柱固定连接,采用齿条型线性驱动装置,电机驱动,齿轮带动滑动件在齿条上运动。
进一步地,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、定滑轮、动滑轮与绕绳,所述定滑轮与立柱固定连接,所述动滑轮与滑动件连接,所述绕绳分别连接动滑轮、定滑轮与电机,电机拉动绕绳带动动滑轮上下运动,采用滑轮型线性驱动装置,电机驱动,动滑轮在绕绳的拉动下,定滑轮的导向下,带动滑动件上下运动。
进一步地,所述绕绳连有绕绳收束器。
进一步地,所述线性驱动装置包括可控磁性导轨、磁芯与绝缘性的滑动件,所述可控磁性导轨与立柱平行且与立柱固定连接,所述磁芯与滑动件连接,所述磁芯带动滑动件在可控磁性导轨上移动,采用电磁型线性驱动装置,通电后,通过可控磁性导轨磁性的变化,使得磁芯带动滑动件在可控磁性导轨上运动。
进一步地,所述置物板组件为两片式,分别为靠近立柱的连接部与远离立柱的延长部,所述连接部与延长部为可拆卸连接或转动连接,这样的设计减少了置物板组件的宽度,减少电动置物架的包装大小,降低运输成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,电动置物架,包括至少一个安装在墙面上的立柱1;设在立柱1上并相对于立柱1可上下滑动的滑动件;与滑动件连接,并与滑动件同步运动的至少一层置物板组件2;线性驱动装置7,线性驱动装置7连接滑动件与立柱1,用于驱动滑动件相对于立柱1运动。
所述立柱1可直接安装于墙面上,立柱1上设有用于安装在墙面上的安装板3,述安装板3设有至少两块,分别设于立柱1的上部和下部,安装板3上开 有多个安装孔,立柱1也可以通过安装板3安装在墙面上,安装板3的设置,对于立柱1起到固定的作用,并且使得立柱1与墙体之间形成一定的空隙,能够适用于不同的滑动件与立柱1之间的连接方式。
所述滑动件与立柱1之间的连接方式可为套管式滑动连接,具体的,所述立柱1为固定在墙面上的内管,所述滑动件为套接在内管上的外管;所述立柱1为固定在墙面上的外管,所述滑动件为套接在外管内的内管,套管式的滑动方式比较稳定,而且由于置物板组件2安装后其板体是水平方向的延伸,置物板组件2与线性驱动装置7是相对垂直的,那么驱动装置会收到置物板组件2带来的水平上方上的力,该力是线性驱动装置7在运动时的摩擦力,将置物板组件2与外管连接后,外管直接受力,减少了对于线性驱动装置7的水平方向上的摩擦力,优选的,所述内管为中空结构,所述线性驱动装置7的运动件设于内管内,所述内管的一面竖直方向上开有轨道槽11,所述线性驱动装置7的运动端穿过该轨道槽11与外管连接,线性驱动装置7设于内管内,并在内观赏开槽作为轨道槽11的连接方式,使得立柱1的整体外管简洁、美观。
述滑动件与立柱1之间的连接方式还可为滑轨式滑动连接,所述立柱1上竖直设有滑轨,所述滑动件为连接在滑轨上,并可沿着滑轨运动的滑块。
优选的,电动置物架结构与其各部件之间的连接方式为:电动置物架括包括一个立柱1,还可以为多个立柱1该立柱1的两端连有用于与墙面固定的安装板3,安装板3上开有多个安装孔,安装后立柱1的靠墙面为背面,立柱1远离墙面的一面为正面,立柱1顶端方向为上方,立柱1底端方向为下方,所述立柱1为中空结构,立柱1的背面上开有轨道槽11,立柱1上套有可移动的导套4,在立柱1内设有线性驱动装置7,导套4与线性驱动装置7通过轨道槽11连接,线性驱动装置7连有电机5,在电机5的驱动下,线性驱动装置7带动导套4在 轨道槽11内上下移动发,由于线性驱动装置7是安装在立柱1内部,而且轨道槽11在立柱1的背面,使得电动置物架整体外观简洁、美观,更有市场竞争力,在立柱1的正面设有与其垂直的置物板组件2,置物板组件2通过连接件6与导套4固定连接,由于置物板组件2是相对于立柱1垂直安装,置物板组件2在立柱1上的行程是竖直方向的,置物板组件2对于线性驱动装置7会造成水平上方上的力,该力是线性驱动装置7在运动时的摩擦力,将置物板组件2与导套4连接后导套4直接承受置物板组件2施加的受力,而导套4是套在立柱1上,导套4与立柱1之间距离短即力臂小,大大减少了线性驱动装置7的水平方向上所受到的摩擦力。
其中置物板组件2包括框架21和板体,所述板体可为网板或是平板,所述框架21靠近立柱1的一边与滑动件连接,所述置物板组件2还包括一与框架21平行的加强杆22,所述加强杆22与滑动件连接,所述加强杆22与框架21之间设有至少两组连接杆23,所述每组连接杆23至少包括两个连接杆23,所述每个连接杆23的一端与加强杆22连接,另一端与框架21连接,优选的连接方式为,两个连接杆23的一端共同与加强杆22的端点连接,两个连接杆23的另一端与框架21的一边连接链,形成3个连接点,这三个连接点构成三角形,这样的连接方式较为稳固,置物板组件2的承重能力得到了大的提升,所述置物板组件2与外管之间设有框架连接件6,所述加强杆22与外管之间设有加强杆连接件61,该框架连接件6与加强杆连接件61的中部环抱着外管,两端与框架21以及加强杆22固定连接。
在实际使用中,为了尽可能的增加电动置物架的储物能力,所述置物板组件2为两层,该两层置物板组件2均连有加强杆22,所述两层置物板组件2之间的距离大于置物板组件2的加强杆22之间的距离,这样的设计保证了一对置 物板组件2之间的有效储物空间大,而且设置在框架21两边的连接杆23起到了挡板的效果,能够对于板体上的货物起到档拦作用。
如图3所述,为了减少置物板组件2的宽度,减少电动置物架的包装大小,降低运输成本,所述置物板组件2分为两片式,分别为靠近立柱1的连接部24与远离立柱1的延长部26,所述加强杆22与连接杆23设置在连接部24上,所述连接部24与延长部26为可拆卸连接或转动连接,具体的结构可为,连接部24与延长部26的框架21均为中空,连接部24之间延长部26设有连接架25,该连接架25的两侧分别连有凸块,所述凸块分别插入连接部24与延长部26的框架21中,使得连接部24与延长部26连接,优选的,通过螺钉,分别将凸块与连24接部和延长部26固定,即可加固连接部24与延长部26的连接。
本发明中的线性驱动装置7包含但并不限于以下几种方式:
实施例一
如图4所述,根据上述的电动置物架结构,所述线性驱动装置7包括电机5、丝杆传动组件、丝杆72与丝杆螺母幅71,所述丝杆72与电5传动连接,丝杆螺母幅71通过轨道槽11与导套4固定连接,在导套4与立柱1之间设有摩擦片,立柱1的顶部设有限位件73,具体的限位件为轴承,丝杆72的顶部与轴承连接,轴承起到减震、减噪的作用,在使用时,通过电机5驱动,通过丝杆传动组件将所述电动机5的输出轴5的轴向输出扭矩横向传递至所述丝杆72,从而丝杆螺母幅72带动导套4在立柱1上沿着轨道槽11上下移动。
且电机5连有行程开关,该行程开关通过连杆与丝杆螺母幅71传动连接,当丝杆螺母幅71在丝杆上运动到其行程的端点时,连杆将开启行程开关,行程开关将会使电机5单向断电。
实施例二
如图5、6所述,根据上述的电动置物架结构,所述线性驱动装置7包括电机5、齿条72a与齿轮71a,齿条72a与立柱1平行且固定在立柱1的内壁上,所述电机5的通过电机蜗杆73与蜗轮和齿轮71a传动连接,齿条72a与齿轮71a相啮合,所述电机5上固定连有电机保持架74,该电机保持架74一端与电机5固定,另一端通过轨道槽11与导套4连接,在使用时,通过电机5驱动,通过蜗轮与齿轮71a传动,使得电机5带着导套4在齿条72a上下移动。
实施例三
如图7、8所述,根据上述的电动置物架结构,所述传动装置7包括电机5定滑轮72b、动滑轮71b以及绕绳73b,所述绕绳连有绕绳收束器,所述电机5与绕绳73b传动连接,优选的所述动滑轮的数量可多个组成为动滑轮组,本实施例并不对动滑轮71b数量进行限定,动滑轮组连有固定件,该固定件通过轨道槽11与导套4连接,在使用时,通过电机5驱动,绕绳73b带动动滑轮组使得导套4在轨道槽11内上下移动。
实施例四
如图9、10所述,根据上述的电动置物架结构,所述线性驱动装置7包括可控磁性导轨72c、磁芯71c与绝缘性的导套4,所述可控磁性导轨72c与立柱1平行且与立柱1固定连接,所述磁芯71c与导套连接,所述磁芯71c带动导套在可控磁性导轨72c上移动,采用电磁型线性驱动装置7,通电后,通过可控磁性导轨72c磁性的变化,使得磁芯71c带动导套在可控磁性导轨72c上运动。

  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、传动组件、丝杆与丝杆螺母幅,所述丝杆螺母幅与滑动件连接,或丝杆螺母幅作为滑动件与置物板组件连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述立柱为中空结构,所述线性驱动装置的丝杆与丝杆螺母幅设于立柱内,所述立柱的一面竖直方向上开有轨道槽,所述滑动件为套设在轨道槽外的导套,所述丝杆螺母幅穿过该轨道槽与导套连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述丝杆的顶部与立柱之间设有限位件,该限位件用于避免丝杆的攒动。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、齿轮与齿条,所述齿轮与齿条啮合,所述电机通过传动装置与齿轮连接带动齿轮在齿条上转动使电机沿齿条方向上下运动,所述电机通过电机连 接件与滑动件连接,齿条与立柱平行且与立柱固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述线性驱动装置包括电机、定滑轮、动滑轮与绕绳,所述定滑轮与立柱固定连接,所述动滑轮与滑动件连接,所述绕绳分别连接动滑轮、定滑轮与电机,电机拉动绕绳带动动滑轮上下运动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述绕绳连有绕绳收束器。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述线性驱动装置包括可控磁性导轨、磁芯与绝缘性的滑动件,所述可控磁性导轨与立柱平行且与立柱固定连接,所述磁芯与滑动件连接,所述磁芯带动滑动件在可控磁性导轨上移动。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的电动置物架,其特征在于,所述置物板组件为两片式,分别为靠近立柱的连接部与远离立柱的延长部,所述连接部与延长部为可拆卸连接或转动连接。
