目前,一些高档的冰箱例如法式冰箱其上部为冷藏室,下部为多层直拉抽屉。用户需要弯腰或者蹲下才能从直拉抽屉中取放冷冻食品,尤其是在整理直拉抽屉时因时间较长,极易导致用户腰部出现酸软、僵硬等不适感或者小腿麻木,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种储物柜,不仅可以实现置物件的平稳升降、提高储物柜的容积率,而且还可以实现置物件自动推拉。
根据本申请实施例的储物柜,包括:
柜体,形成有储物空间;
置物组件,设于所述储物空间内;所述置物组件包括基座和置物件,所述置物件可活动地设置所述基座;
进出机构,设于所述基座的至少一侧;所述进出机构分别与所述基座和所述柜体连接,用于驱动所述基座在退回所述储物空间的隐藏位置以及伸出所述储物空间的抽出位置之间切换;
升降机构,设于所述置物件的至少一侧;所述升降机构包括滑轮组件、升降柔索和升降驱动件;所述升降柔索绕设于所述滑轮组件,以在所述升降柔索和/或所述滑轮组件上形成多个同步且同向运动的安装位,所述置物 件安装于所述安装位;所述升降驱动件固定于所述基座,用于驱动所述升降柔索带动所述置物件相对所述基座上下移动。
根据本申请实施例的储物柜,通过在置物组件的至少一侧设置升降机构和进出机构,在拿取或放置物品时通过启动进出机构就可驱动基座伸出或退回柜体也即趋近或远离用户,在此基础上通过启动升降机构就可实现置物件相对基座的升起或降落,从而避免用户弯腰取放物品,改善了用户体验。此外,由于本申请是利用升降机构的升降柔索和滑轮组件吊装置物件,因此不仅可以借助滑轮组件实现置物件单侧的多点吊装,而且还可利用升降柔索自身的柔性吸收升降驱动件产生的振动,避免升降驱动件产生的振动传递至置物件,进而实现置物件的平稳升降。

结合图1至图12所示,本申请实施例提供了一种储物柜,该储物柜包括柜体100、置物组件200、进出机构300和升降机构400;其中,柜体100形成有储物空间,置物组件200设于储物空间内,置物组件200包括基座210和置物件220,置物件220可活动地设置基座210;进出机构300设于基座210的至少一侧,进出机构300分别与基座210和柜体100连接,用于驱动基座210在退回储物空间的隐藏位置以及伸出储物空间的抽出位置之间切换;升降机构400设于置物件220的至少一侧,升降机构400包括滑轮组件、升降柔索410和升降驱动件420;升降柔索410绕设于滑轮组件,以在升降柔索410和/或滑轮组件上形成多个同步且同向运动的安装位401,置物件220安装于安装位401;升降驱动件420固定于基座210,用于驱动升降柔索410带动置物件220相对柜体100上下移动。其中,储物柜可以但不限于是冰箱、零售柜或消毒柜。
例如,如图1所示,基座210为位于法式冰箱下部的抽屉,置物件220为抽屉内的储物盒。当需要从置物件220上拿取或放置物品时,如图2所示,用户可先启动进出机构300,以使基座210相对柜体100朝向用户滑动直至到达抽出位置;接着,如图1所示,启动升降驱动件420,使其驱动升降柔索410带动置物件220平稳升起直至置物件220伸出基座210;在拿完或放置好物品后,再重新启动升降驱动件420,使其驱动升降柔索410带动置物件220平稳下降直至置物件220重新落入基座210内;最后,再次启动进出机构300,以使基座210相对柜体100朝远离用户的方向滑动直至达到隐藏位置。需要说明的是,为了提高美观性、同时降低滑轮组件被异物卡住的风险,如图4所示,基座210的侧壁形成有空腔,升降机构400设置在基座210的空腔内,且基座210的侧壁朝向置物件220的一侧形成有与安装位401一一对应的长条孔,长条孔沿基座210的高度方向延伸。
由上可知,本实施例中的储物柜通过在置物组件200的至少一侧设置升降机构400和进出机构300,在拿取或放置物品时通过启动进出机构300 就可驱动基座210伸出或退回柜体100也即趋近或远离用户,在此基础上通过启动升降机构400就可实现置物件220相对基座210的升起或降落,从而避免用户弯腰取放物品,改善了用户体验。此外,由于本实施例是利用升降机构400的升降柔索410和滑轮组件吊装置物件220,因此不仅可以借助滑轮组件实现置物件220单侧的多点吊装,而且还可利用升降柔索410自身的柔性吸收升降驱动件420产生的振动,避免升降驱动件420产生的振动传递至置物件220,进而实现置物件220的平稳升降。此外,由于滑轮组件的装配占地面积小,因此升降机构400对柜体的容积率几乎没有影响。
如图5至图9所示,滑轮组件包括多个可转动地设置于基座210的定滑轮,升降柔索410在多个定滑轮之间形成多个传动方向相同且平行的柔索段,安装位401设于柔索段。当升降柔索410呈环形时,多个定滑轮包括多个第一定滑轮431、多个第二定滑轮432以及设于相邻两个第二定滑轮432之间的至少一个第三定滑轮433,也即,滑轮组件为定滑轮组,该定滑轮组包括第一定滑轮组、第二定滑轮组和第三定滑轮组,第二定滑轮组设于第一定滑轮组的下方、并通过升降柔索410与第一定滑轮组传动连接;第三定滑轮组设于第一定滑轮组和第二定滑轮组之间;绕设在相邻两个第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410绕经对应的第三定滑轮433,以使升降柔索410在第一定滑轮组与第二定滑轮组件之间形成多个柔索段;升降驱动件420与第一定滑轮431、第二定滑轮432或第三定滑轮433连接。其中,升降驱动件420可以但不限于是电机或转动把手。
下面以两个安装位401即滑轮组件包括两个第一定滑轮431、两个第二定滑轮432和一个第三定滑轮433为例,对本申请实施例中升降机构400的工作原理进行说明:
如图5和图6所示,第一定滑轮431、第三定滑轮433和第二定滑轮432由上至下依次设置,第三定滑轮433临近第一定滑轮431设置,左侧的第一定滑轮431、左侧的第二定滑轮432、第三定滑轮433、右侧的第二定滑轮432和右侧的第一定滑轮431通过升降柔索410依次传动连接。绕设于第三定滑轮433与其中一个第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410、以及绕设于另外一个第二定滑轮432与对应的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔 索410的传动方向相同且平行。
如图6所示,绕设于右侧的第二定滑轮432与右侧的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔索410,与绕设于第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410相互平行且传动方向相同,可作为两个柔索段。由于这两个柔索段沿竖直方向延伸,因此将置物件220的侧壁通过连接件固定在这两个柔索段上以后,置物件220便可实现沿竖直方向的升降。具体地,当升降驱动件420驱动升降柔索410整体逆时针方向转动时,这两个柔索段即绕设于第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410、绕设于右侧的第二定滑轮432与右侧的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔索410均向上移动,进而带动置物件220竖直上移。当升降驱动件420驱动升降柔索410整体顺时针方向移动时,两个柔索段均向下移动,进而带动置物件220竖直下移。
需要说明的是,如图6所示,由于绕设于左侧的第一定滑轮431与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410,与绕设于第三定滑轮433与右侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410相互平行且传动方向相同,因此也可作为两个柔索段。但是,由于这两个柔索段的延伸方向与竖直方向之间具有夹角,因此将置物件220的侧壁通过连接件固定在这两个柔索段上以后,置物件220的运动轨迹倾斜向上或倾斜向下。
当然,实际应用中可根据具体需要确定柔索段的位置,例如,当绕设于右侧的第二定滑轮432与右侧的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔索410,与绕设于第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410均沿竖直方向延伸时,绕设于左侧的第一定滑轮431与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410,与绕设于第三定滑轮433与右侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410也可以不平行,也就是说,不作为柔索段。此时,如5图所示,该升降机构400能够实现置物组件200沿竖直方向的升降,而不能实现沿倾斜方向的升降。
此外,为了减小第三定滑轮433的受力,或者基于实际安装空间的需要,两个第二定滑轮432之间可设置多个第三定滑轮433,例如,如7至图9所示,滑轮组件包括两个第一定滑轮431、两个第二定滑轮432和两个第三定滑轮433。第一定滑轮431、第三定滑轮433和第二定滑轮432 由上至下依次设置,第三定滑轮433临近第一定滑轮431设置,左侧的第一定滑轮431、左侧的第二定滑轮432、左侧的第三定滑轮433、右侧的第三定滑轮433、右侧的第二定滑轮432和右侧的第一定滑轮431通过升降柔索410依次传动连接,升降柔索410形成一个倒置的“凹”字形。此时,绕设于左侧的第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410,与绕设于右侧的第二定滑轮432与右侧的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔索410相互平行且传动方向相同,可作为两个柔索段。当升降驱动件420驱动升降柔索410整体逆时针方向转动时,两个柔索段即绕设于左侧第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410、绕设于右侧的第二定滑轮432与右侧的第一定滑轮431之间的升降柔索410均向上移动,进而带动置物件220竖直上移。当升降驱动件420驱动升降柔索410整体顺时针方向移动时,两个柔索段均向下移动,进而带动置物件220竖直下移。
需要说明的是,安装位401的数量除了可以是两个以外,还可以是两个以上。例如,滑轮组件包括两个第一定滑轮431、三个第二定滑轮432和两个第三定滑轮433。此时,绕设于左侧的第三定滑轮433与左侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410、绕设于右侧第三定滑轮433与中间的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410、以及绕设于右侧的第一定滑轮431与右侧的第二定滑轮432之间的升降柔索410的传动方向相同且平行,可作为三个柔索段。基座210的侧壁两端和中部可通过连接件分别固定在三个柔索段上。
为了保证升降柔索410始终保持张紧,如图5和图7所示,升降柔索410上设置张紧器440。其中,升降柔索410可以但不限于是同步带或链条。当升降柔索410为同步带时,第一定滑轮431、第二定滑轮432和第三定滑轮433均为与同步带啮合的齿轮。当升降柔索410为链条时,第一定滑轮431、第二定滑轮432和第三定滑轮433均为与链条啮合的链轮。此外,为了便于后期更换维修,第一定滑轮431、第二定滑轮432和第三定滑轮433可采用同一规格的定滑轮,也就是说,三者的尺寸和材质均相同。
需要说明的是,为了实现置物件220单侧的多点吊装,升降柔索410 除了可以呈环形以外,还可呈线形。例如,如图10所示,升降柔索410包括均呈线形的第一柔索411和第二柔索412,滑轮组件包括第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435,安装位401设于第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435;第一柔索411和第二柔索412的第一端均固定于基座210,第一柔索411的第二端绕经第一动滑轮434后缠绕在升降驱动件420上,第二柔索412的第二端绕经第二动滑轮435后缠绕在升降驱动件420上。其中,升降驱动件420包括电机以及安装于基座210的主动卷筒421和从动卷筒422,第一柔索411的第二端缠绕在主动卷筒421上,第二柔索412的第二端缠绕在从动卷筒422上,主动卷筒421的端部固定有主动齿轮423,从动卷筒422的端部固定有与主动齿轮423啮合的从动齿轮424;电机与主动卷筒421连接,用于驱动主动卷筒421转动。
以图10所示的方位为基准,当电机驱动主动卷筒421顺时针转动时,主动齿轮423与从动齿轮424不断啮合,进而带动从动卷筒422同步逆时针转动。在此过程中,第一柔索411不断缠绕在主动卷筒421上,与此同时,第二柔索412不断缠绕在从动卷筒422上,进而带动第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435同步向上移动。反之,当电机驱动主动卷筒421逆时针转动时,从动卷筒422随之同步顺时针转动,第一柔索411和第二柔索412分别从主动卷筒421和从动卷筒422上解脱,进而带动第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435同步向下移动。由此,固定有第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435的基座210便可实现上下移动。
需要说明的是,为了实现主动卷筒421和从动卷筒422的同步转动,除了可以设置主动齿轮423和从动齿轮424以外,还可以通过增加电机的数量来实现,也即设置两个电机。两个电机分别与主动卷筒421和从动卷筒422连接,通过精确控制两个电机的启闭时间和转速就可实现主动卷筒421和从动卷筒422的同步转动,进而便可实第一动滑轮434和第二动滑轮435的同步且同向运动。
如图5和图7所示,基座210的两侧均设有升降机构400,两个升降驱动件420集成一体,也就是说,两个升降设备共用一个升降驱动件420。当升降柔索410呈环状、升降驱动件420为电机时,两个升降设备的滑轮组件通过传动杆450连接,电机的输出轴与传动杆450连接,电机通过传 动杆450驱动两个升降柔索410传动。当然,也可以在仅在基座210的一侧设置升降机构400,另一侧设置沿柜体100的高度方向延伸的导轨;置物件220背向升降机构400的一侧与导轨滑动连接。具体地,导轨形成有沿其高度方向延伸的滑槽,置物件220的侧壁形成有与滑槽滑动配合的凸起。当然,导轨上也可形成沿其高度方向延伸的凸棱,置物件220的侧壁形成与凸棱滑动配合的凹槽。相比于仅在基座210的一侧设置升降机构400来说,在基座210的两侧均设置升降机构400不仅可以使置物件220的两侧均实现多点吊装,提高置物件220上下移动过程中的稳定性,而且无需再额外配置导轨、减小了装配占地面积。
为了实现基座210在隐藏位置与抽出位置之间的切换,进出机构300可以采用多种结构形式,例如:
形式一、如图11和图13所示,进出机构300包括第一滑轨310、第二滑轨320、进出柔索350、进出定滑轮341、旋转轮342和进出驱动件;其中,第一滑轨310固定于柜体100,第二滑轨320固定于基座210,第二滑轨320可滑动地安装于第一滑轨310、以适于相对第一滑轨310滑动;进出定滑轮341可转动地安装于第一滑轨310,旋转轮342可转动地设置于柜体100或第一滑轨310,进出柔索350绕设于旋转轮342和进出定滑轮341,进出柔索350的两端连接于第二滑轨320;进出驱动件用于驱动旋转轮342转动。
当需要从置物件220上拿取或放置物品时,启动进出驱动件使其带动旋转轮342转动。由于进出柔索350绕设于旋转轮342和进出定滑轮341,进出柔索350的两端连接于第二滑轨320,而第一滑轨310固定于柜体100,第二滑轨320固定于基座210,因此旋转轮342转动过程中又会通过进出柔索350带动第二滑轨320相对第一滑轨310作直线运动,也就是说,基座210相对柜体100在趋近或远离用户的方向水平滑动也即在隐藏位置与抽出位置之间切换。需要说明的是,上述过程中旋转轮342只会通过进出柔索350带动进出定滑轮341转动,而不会带动进出定滑轮341发生空间位置的变化。其中,进出定滑轮341的数量既可以是一个,也可以是多个。例如,如图14所示,由于旋转轮342与进出定滑轮341的直径相差偏大,因此当第一滑轨310的两端均设有进出定滑轮341时,临近旋转轮342的 进出定滑轮341即图14中位于右侧的进出定滑轮341相当于一个过线轮,该进出定滑轮341的存在可使位于其与另外一个进出定滑轮341之间的进出柔索350保持水平。此外,旋转轮342的转动方向不同,第二滑轨320相对第一滑轨310的移动方向不同。以图11所示的方位为基准,旋转轮342顺时针转动时,进出柔索350带动第二滑轨320相对第一滑轨310向右移动;旋转轮342逆时针转动时,进出柔索350带动第二滑轨320相对第一滑轨310向左移动。可见,本实施例中的进出机构300不仅结构简单、占用空间小,而且因只涉及旋转轮342、进出定滑轮341和进出驱动件的拆装,从而进出机构300的拆装也十分方便。
如图11所示,为了便于进出柔索350在第二滑轨320上的固定,第二滑轨320固定有滑块380,进出柔索350的两端固定于滑块380。滑块380与进出柔索350之间的固定方式不受限制,例如可以是绑定、螺纹连接或焊接。为了保证第二滑轨320相对第一滑轨310的运动行程,滑块380可设置在第二滑轨320临近旋转轮342的一端。当然,除了可以借助滑块380来固定进出柔索350以外,如图14,还可借助固定件390来固定进出柔索350的端部,固定件390通过螺钉将进出柔索350固定于第二滑轨320上。
为了实现进出机构300的多级伸缩、延长其伸缩行程,如图13所示,进出机构300还包括至少一个中间滑轨330,第一滑轨310通过中间滑轨330与第二滑轨320滑动连接,中间滑轨330可转动地安装有至少一个进出动滑轮343,位于进出定滑轮341与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350绕经进出动滑轮343。当中间滑轨330的数量为多个时,相邻的两个中间滑轨330滑动连接,以适于两个中间滑轨330能够彼此相对滑动。
例如,如图11所示,第一滑轨310和第二滑轨320之间设置有一个中间滑轨330,中间滑轨330的上下边沿分别可滑动地安装于第一滑轨310和第二滑轨320,例如第一滑轨310朝向中间滑轨330的一侧形成有沿其长度方向延伸的第一凹槽,第二滑轨320朝向中间滑轨330的一侧形成有沿其长度方向延伸的第二凹槽,中间滑轨330的上下边沿分别嵌入第二凹槽和第一凹槽中。当然,除了上述方式以外,也可以在第一滑轨310朝向中间滑轨330的一侧形成有沿其长度方向延伸的第一凸棱,第二滑轨320 朝向中间滑轨330的一侧形成有沿其长度方向延伸的第二凸棱,中间滑轨330的上下两侧均形成有沿其长度方向延伸的第三凹槽,第一凸棱和第二凸棱分别可滑动地嵌设于对应的第三凹槽中。中间滑轨330的两端均可转动地安装有进出动滑轮343,位于进出定滑轮341与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350先绕经远离柜体100背板即右侧的进出动滑轮343,再绕经临近柜体100背板即左侧的进出动滑轮343。在此情况下,位于进出定滑轮341与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350包括第一柔索段351、第二柔索段352和第三柔索段353,第一柔索段351位于进出定滑轮341与远离柜体100背板的进出动滑轮343之间,第二柔索段352位于两个进出动滑轮343之间,第三柔索段353位于临近柜体100背板的进出动滑轮343与第二滑轨320之间。第一柔索段351、第二柔索段352和第三柔索段353之间具有一定夹角。当然,为了保证进出柔索350能够顺畅的运行,节省进出驱动件的功率,可通过调节旋转轮342、进出定滑轮341、进出动滑轮343的大小和/或位置使第一柔索段351、第二柔索段352和第二柔索段352相互平行。
由于中间滑轨330的上下边沿分别可滑动地安装于第一滑轨310和第二滑轨320,位于进出定滑轮341与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350依次绕经两个进出动滑轮343,因此如图11和图13所示,当旋转轮342逆时针转动时,位于旋转轮342和进出定滑轮341之间的进出柔索350向右运动,进而带动进出定滑轮341逆时针运动;第一柔索段351向左运动,进而带动右侧的进出动滑轮343顺时针转动;第二柔索段352向右运动,进而带动左侧的进出动滑轮343逆时针运动;第三柔索段353向左运动,进而带动第二滑轨320向左运动。在第二滑轨320向左运动的过程中,位于旋转轮342和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350变长,左侧的进出动滑轮343与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350变短。当第二滑轨320向左运动到极限位置后,若旋转轮342继续逆时针转动,因第一柔索段351向左运动,则会带动右侧的进出动滑轮343向左运动,进而使得中间滑轨330向左运动。在中间滑轨330向左运动的过程中,位于进出定滑轮341与右侧的进出动滑轮343之间的进出柔索350变短,位于旋转轮342与第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350继续变长。
同理,当旋转轮342顺时针转动时,位于旋转轮342和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350向右运动,进而带动第二滑轨320向右运动。在第二滑轨320向右运动的过程中,位于旋转轮342和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350变短,位于左侧的进出动滑轮343和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350变长。当第二滑轨320向右运动到极限位置,若旋转轮342继续顺时针转动,因位于旋转轮342和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350继续向右运动,进而第三柔索段353也会向右运动,并带动进出动滑轮343向右运动,以带动中间滑轨330向右运动。在中间滑轨330向右运动的过程汇总,进出定滑轮341和右侧的进出动滑轮343之间的进出柔索350变长,位于旋转轮342和第二滑轨320之间的进出柔索350继续变短。
同理,在第一滑轨310和第二滑轨320之间设置有多个中间滑轨330的情况下,在进出驱动件驱动旋转轮342转动过程中,旋转轮342通过进出柔索350首先带动第二滑轨320作直线运动;当第二滑轨320运动到极限位置后,旋转轮342通过进出柔索350接着带动临近第二滑轨320的中间滑轨330作直线运动;当上述中间滑轨330运动到极限位置后,旋转轮342通过进出柔索350继而带动与其相邻的另外一个中间滑轨330作直线运动,以此类推。
如图14和图15所示,基座210的两侧均设置有进出机构300,为了便于进出机构300的模块化安装、运输和生产,第一滑轨310形成于第一连接板371,旋转轮342通过轮套安装于第一连接板371,两个进出驱动件均安装于第二连接板372,也就是说,第二滑轨320、旋转轮342、进出定滑轮341和进出柔索350直接或间接安装于第一连接板371进而构成第一模块,进出驱动件安装于第二连接板372构成第二模块。安装进出机构300时:首先,组装第一模块,也即将旋转轮342和进出定滑轮341安装在第一连接板371上,将第二滑轨320与第一滑轨310滑动连接,并将进出柔索350绕设于旋转轮342和进出定滑轮341,同时将进出柔索350的两端连接至第二滑轨320;然后,组装第二模块,也即将两个进出驱动件固定在第二连接板372上;接着,将进出驱动件与对应的旋转轮342进行连接;最后,将两个第一模块分别安装在基座210的左右两侧,也即,将第一连接板371固定在柜体100的侧壁,将第二滑轨320固定在基座210 的侧壁;第二连接板372既可以直接固定在基座210的前侧或后侧,也可以直接将其两端固定在左右两侧的第一连接板371上。其中,第一连接板371和第二连接板372可以但不限于是钣金件。第一连接板371与第二连接板372可以通过卡接、螺栓连接、焊接、粘接等方式连接。
为了降低成本、简化安装、同时便于控制两个旋转轮342同步转动,两个进出驱动件可集成为包括同步杆362、进出电机361和齿轮组件的组件,进出电机361固定于第二连接板372,同步杆362可转动地安装于第二连接板372,同步杆362的两端分别与两个旋转轮342固定连接,进出电机361的输出轴通过齿轮组件与同步杆362传动配合。其中,齿轮组件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮固定于所述进出电机的输出轴,第二齿轮套设于同步杆362并与同步杆362固定连接。
方式二、如图16和图17所示,进出机构300包括第一滑轨310、第二滑轨320、中间滑轨330、进出柔索350、第一连接件461和第二连接件462;其中,第一滑轨310固定于柜体100,第二滑轨320固定于基座210,中间滑轨330的上下边沿分别可滑动地安装于第一滑轨310和第二滑轨320;中间滑轨330的两端均可转动地安装有进出动滑轮343;进出柔索350绕设于两个进出动滑轮343,第一连接件461分别与第一滑轨310的前端和进出柔索350固定连接,第二连接件462分别与第二滑轨320的后端和进出柔索350固定连接,进出驱动件用于驱动进出动滑轮343转动。
由于第一滑轨310的前端通过第一连接件461与进出柔索350固定连接,第二滑轨320的后端通过第二连接件462与进出柔索350固定连接,因此当进出驱动件通过旋转轮342驱动进出柔索350传动时,第二滑轨320相对中间滑轨330作直线运动,中间滑轨330相对第一滑轨310作直线运动。其中,进出柔索350可以但不限于是同步带或链条。当进出柔索350为同步带时,进出动滑轮343为与同步带啮合的齿轮。当进出柔索350为链条时,进出动滑轮343为与链条啮合的链轮。
基座210的两侧均设置有进出机构300,为了降低成本、简化安装、同时便于控制两个进出柔索350同步传动,两个进出驱动件可集成为包括同步杆362、进出电机361和齿轮组件的组件,同步杆362的两端分别与两侧的进出动滑轮343连接,进出电机361的输出轴通过齿轮组件与同步 杆362传动配合。同理,为了便于进出机构300的模块化安装、运输和生产,第一滑轨310形成于第一连接板371,第二滑轨320通过中间滑轨330与第一滑轨310滑动连接,也就是说,第二滑轨320、中间滑轨330、进出柔索350、进出动滑轮343直接或间接安装于第一连接板371进而构成第一模块,进出驱动件安装于第二连接板372构成第二模块。
方式三、基座210的底面和/或侧壁固定有沿其退回和伸出方向延伸的齿条,柜体100设置有与齿条啮合的齿轮,进出驱动件例如电机与齿轮连接。由此通过启动进出驱动件使其驱动齿轮转动,就可通过齿轮和齿条的啮合传动来带动基座210相对柜体100移动。
方式四、基座210的底面和/或侧壁固定有移动块,柜体100可转动地安装有丝杠,丝杠的轴向与基座210相对柜体100的退回和伸出方向平行,移动块横向贯穿开设有与丝杠螺纹连接的螺纹孔,进出驱动件与丝杠连接,用于驱动丝杠转动。由此,通过启动进出驱动件使其使其驱动丝杠转动,就可通过丝杠和移动块的螺纹配合来带动基座210相对柜体100移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种储物柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体,形成有储物空间;
    置物组件,设于所述储物空间内;所述置物组件包括基座和置物件,所述置物件可活动地设置所述基座;
    进出机构,设于所述基座的至少一侧;所述进出机构分别与所述基座和所述柜体连接,用于驱动所述基座在退回所述储物空间的隐藏位置以及伸出所述储物空间的抽出位置之间切换;
    升降机构,设于所述置物件的至少一侧;所述升降机构包括滑轮组件、升降柔索和升降驱动件;所述升降柔索绕设于所述滑轮组件,以在所述升降柔索和/或所述滑轮组件上形成多个同步且同向运动的安装位,所述置物件安装于所述安装位;所述升降驱动件用于驱动所述升降柔索带动所述置物件相对所述基座上下移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述滑轮组件包括多个可转动地设置于所述基座的定滑轮,所述升降柔索在多个所述定滑轮之间形成多个传动方向相同且平行的柔索段,所述安装位设于所述柔索段。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述升降柔索呈环形,多个述定滑轮包括:
    第一定滑轮组,包括多个第一定滑轮;
    第二定滑轮组,设于所述第一定滑轮组的下方、并通过所述升降柔索与所述第一定滑轮组传动连接;所述第二定滑轮组包括多个第二定滑轮;
    第三定滑轮组,设于所述第一定滑轮组和所述第二定滑轮组之间;所述第三定滑轮组包括设于相邻两个所述第二定滑轮之间的至少一个第三定滑轮;绕设在相邻两个所述第二定滑轮之间的所述升降柔索绕经对应的所述第三定滑轮,以使所述升降柔索在所述第一定滑轮组与所述第二定滑轮组件之间形成多个所述柔索段;
    所述升降驱动件与所述第一定滑轮、所述第二定滑轮或所述第三定滑轮连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述第一定滑轮和 所述第二定滑轮的数量均为两个,相邻两个所述第二定滑轮之间设有至少一个所述第三定滑轮,绕设于所述第三定滑轮与其中一个所述第二定滑轮之间、以及另外一个所述第二定滑轮与对应的所述第一定滑轮之间的所述升降柔索的传动方向相同且平行。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述升降柔索包括均呈线形的第一柔索和第二柔索,所述滑轮组件包括第一动滑轮和第二动滑轮,所述安装位设于所述第一动滑轮和所述第二动滑轮;所述第一柔索和所述第二柔索的第一端均固定于所述基座,所述第一柔索的第二端绕经所述第一动滑轮后缠绕在所述升降驱动件上,所述第二柔索的第二端绕经所述第二动滑轮后缠绕在所述升降驱动件上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述升降驱动件包括电机以及安装于所述基座的主动卷筒和从动卷筒,所述第一柔索的第二端缠绕在所述主动卷筒上,所述第二柔索的第二端缠绕在从动卷筒上,所述主动卷筒的端部固定有主动齿轮,所述从动卷筒的端部固定有与所述主动齿轮啮合的从动齿轮;所述电机与所述主动卷筒连接,用于驱动所述主动卷筒转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述进出机构包括:
    第一滑轨,固定于所述柜体;
    第二滑轨,固定于所述基座,所述第二滑轨可滑动地安装于所述第一滑轨、以适于相对所述第一滑轨滑动;
    进出定滑轮,可转动地安装于所述第一滑轨;
    旋转轮,可转动地设置于所述柜体或所述第一滑轨;
    进出柔索,绕设于所述旋转轮和所述进出定滑轮;所述进出柔索的两端连接于所述第二滑轨;
    进出驱动件,用于驱动所述旋转轮转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述进出机构还包括至少一个中间滑轨,所述第一滑轨通过所述中间滑轨与所述第二滑轨滑动连接,所述中间滑轨可转动地安装有至少一个进出动滑轮,位于所述进出定滑轮与所述第二滑轨之间的所述进出柔索绕经所述进出动滑轮。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述基座的两侧均设置有所述进出机构,所述第一滑轨形成于第一连接板,所述旋转轮通过轮套安装于所述第一连接板;两个所述进出驱动件均安装于第二连接板,所述第二连接板固定于两个所述第一连接板之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的储物柜,其特征在于,两个所述进出驱动件集成为包括同步杆、进出电机和齿轮组件的组件,所述进出电机固定于所述第二连接板,所述同步杆可转动地安装于所述第二连接板,所述同步杆的两端分别与两个所述旋转轮固定连接,所述进出电机的输出轴通过所述齿轮组件与所述同步杆传动配合。
