如图1所示,根据本发明一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统的一个实施例,首先需要在与智能电视同一个网络的范围内安装至少一个网络摄像机,网络摄像机需要装在合适位置以方便采集有效的视频信息,例如利用其来进行视频通话的网络摄像机更适合被安装在智能电视的旁边,以便观看对方用户视频的同时让对方用户能够观察到用户本身,若是利用其来进行安防监控的网络摄像机则更适合被安装在需要监控的场所。所述智能电视的信号处理单元可为独立的信号处理系统,也可为被安装在智能电视上具有信号处理功能的打包软件,如各种应用程序。若信号处理单元指的是应用程序,则每一个应用程序与至少一个网络摄像机建立连接,但有且只有一个网络摄像机能够被设置为默认启动,其他网络摄像头可以根据应用程序的指令被单独调用或者被同时调用。为了便于描述,下文中均以应用程序来指代信号处理单元,但应明确本文的实施例中的信号处理单元也可以指其他任意具有信号处理功能的软件或硬件。进一步,由用户或控制器发出的控制信号可以激活智能电视的信号处理单元。若信号处理单元指的是应用程序,则用户可以通过所述每一个应用程序分别进行注册,分别获得所述每一个应用程序的唯一的用户名,所述用户名可以是一个字串。并且,应用程序发送或接收指令后可以启动相应的程序,所述指令可以是用户通过电视遥控器打开特定应用程序的信号,也可以是应用程序根据用户的指示进一步调用相应网络摄像机以显示视频的信号,或者可以是用户通过应用程序发送给其他智能电视的请求信号。在智能电视的信号处理单元被激活后,所述智能电视通过网络与至少一个网络摄像机相互触发,也就是说,当智能电视处理待机、休眠、正在使用状态时,网络摄像机可以通过网络触发智能电视并实现相互通信,并且智能电视通过网络触发网络摄像机并实现相互通信也是可以的。进一步,智能电视的信号处理单元接收用户或控制器发出的请求信号,并将该请求信号发送给智能电视的显示单元。然后智能电视的显示单元能够将该请求信号以文字和/或声音的形式在智能电视的屏幕上给出提示。此系统的存储器可用于存储各种信号、指令和视频流。所述存储器可以是独立的存储器,也可以是存储云盘。
值得说明的是,上述实施例只有在智能电视是处于待机、休眠或正在使用状态时才成立。
作为优选的实施方式,智能电视可以通过如下方式和网络摄像机在网络上相互触发:当网络摄像机和智能电视在同一个局域网内时,通过发广播包的形式,网络摄像机和智能电视即可相互应答并发现对方。当网络摄像机和智能电视不在同一个局域网内时,由于网络摄像机和智能电视都可以连接云服务器,因此云服务器可以通知智能电视上的应用程序有网络摄像机和智能电视在一个局域网内,接着由应用程序主动发起连接局域网内网络摄像机的请求,从而发现对方。当网络摄像机和智能电视发现对方后,即可通过网络进行数据通信。作为另一个优选的实施方式,针对具有直接与智能电视连接的串口的网络摄像机,则该网络摄像机可以直接通过串口进行数据通信和触发。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,其包括上述实施例的基本技术特征,并在上述实施例的基础上,所述系统还包括将至少一个智能设备直接或间接连接至云服务器,应用程序通过云服务器关联对应的智能设备,当智能设备发送指令给云服务器时,云服务器将相应指令发送给对应的应用程序,对应的应用程序在智能电视上显示相应的信息。所述智能设备可以包括门铃、智能灯、烟感等且可以通过自己的WIFI模块或者间接通过中继器(HUB)连接到云服务器,所有的信息由云服务器进行保存和调度。所述智能设备也可以是套件,如中继器、门铃和烟感的组合。当然,其他智能设备在本实施例中也是可行的。这些智能设备与智能电视的结合主要是为了及时对生活中的突发情况做出应对,这里讨论的突发情况是指主人虽然在家但是发生一些突发状况却没有及时被通知的场景,例如,通常人们在家时,可能在忙着家务,也可能是正在二楼看电视,又或者是其他原因,导致没有及时查看手机。这时,通过智能设备、智能电视、应用程序以及云服务器的智能互联,如图2所示,及时应答突发情况的步骤可以包括:云服务器获取智能硬件的信息,其中智能硬件可以通过网络直接或者间接(没有网络功能的智能设备可以通过中继器等有WIFI功能的设备间接连接)连接至云服务器;智能电视上安装与智能设备相对应的应用程序,该应用程序可以通过局域网发现功能,即在网络上发广播包,找寻在同一个局域网的智能设备,该应用程序和智能设备相互应答后,应用程序会将智能设备关联起来;当发生突发情况时,智能设备发送请求消息至云服务器,云服务器再将该请求消息发送给智能电视上与该智能设备对应的应用程序,于是该应用程序可以跳出显示窗口并显示相应的提示信息。例如,当主人正在客厅看电视时,若有客人来访按了门铃主人是极有可能没有听见的,此时智能门铃可以发送请求给云服务器,云服务器再将该请求消息发送给用户智能电视上的应用程序,智能电视上便能够跳出信息显示窗口,提示“有客人来访”,这样主人就能够有效的获取信息。又例如,若主人正躺在房间里休息,此时厨房里煲的汤已经烧干并且冒烟,此时烟雾报警器已经开始报警,此时如果能够将信息发送给云服务器,并由云服务器通知智能电视上的应用程序打开电视并且播放指定告警音频,则用户一定能够察觉并且阻止危险发生。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,其包括上述实施例的基本技术特征,并在上述实施例的基础上,所述系统进一步包括,应用程序根据用户指令调配相应的网络摄像机以显示实际画面情况。例如,在上述实施例的基础上,在能够探测到智能设备的视野范围内安装的网络摄像机,可以被与智能设备相对应的应用程序调配,以显示突发情况的实际画面。具体地,例如,有客人来访按了门铃,此时智能门铃可以发送请求给云服务器,云服务器再将该请求消息发送给用户智能电视上的应用程序打开智能电视且可以调用门附近的网络摄像机以在智能电视上显示门铃画面,这样主人能够看到来访者的身份,从而也可以避免坏人或骗子进入室内行凶。
作为本发明上述实施例的可选方案,配置所述应用程序定时向云服务器进行通信,使得云服务器及时更新并保存应用程序的应用状态以及应用程序的外网地址和端口信息。优选地,应用程序定时向云服务器进行通信的时间间隔设置为30s。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,其包括上述实施例的基本技术特征,并在上述实施例的基础上,所述系统还包括将音频识别设备直接或间接连接至云服务器,应用程序或云服务器将识别到的音频文件解析成字符串以供应用程序向云服务器发送指令从而启动相应的程序。所述音频识别设备可以是单独的设备,也可以是与网络摄像机一体的微型麦克风。在这种情况下,只要用户对着音频识别设备呼叫特定字符+特定智能设备即可激活智能电视和/或调用特定的网络摄像机。具体地,当用户呼叫特定字符(可以是任何种类的字符),例如:“大拿看看 厨房”,此时音频识别设备采集到音频后即可切换到工作状态并将后面的关键信息“厨房”音频文件发送给智能电视上用于安防监控的应用程序;该应用程序接收到音频文件后对音频文件进行解析并将音频文件翻译成文字信息,如果应用程序无法成功解析音频文件,则应用程序直接将音频文件发送到云服务器,由云服务器进行解析,云服务器解析成功后,将解析获得的字符串信息返回给应用程序;应用程序通过获取解析的用户需求,向云服务器请求调用相应的网络摄像头;云服务器接收到请求后,将用户的请求下发给用户的智能电视上相应的应用程序并且显示出提示信息和/或视频信息。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,其包括上述实施例的基本技术特征,并在上述实施例的基础上,所述系统还可以建立双方视频/会议通话。如则用户A和用户B可以在各自的智能电视上安装用于视频的应用程序,将各自的应用程序均配对好网络摄像机,并且用户A和用户B分别通过应用程序向云服务器进行账户注册以分别获得唯一的用户名。当用户A在应用程序中搜索到用户B的用户名时就可以向用户B发起视频聊天。作为优选的实施方式,用户A在应用程序中搜索到用户B的用户名后可以绑定用户A与用户B的关系,等到下一次用户A想向用户B发起视频聊天时,只需要用户A使用电视遥控器打开这款应用程序并选择用户B的用户名就可以向云服务器发送与用户B建立视频聊天的请求,这时用户A的智能电视的显示屏显示为图3a所示。当云服务器接收到上述视频聊天请求后通过网络将上述请求发送给用户B的智能电视上的相应用用程序,这时用户B的智能电视不管是处于使用、休眠或者待机状态,都会被激活并且显示出提示信息,示意性地,用户B的智能电视的显示屏显示为图3b所示。同时,用户B的该应用程序会唤醒与该应用程序相配对的网络摄像机。用户B可以通过电视遥控器选择接受或者拒绝视频请求,云服务器会将该接受或拒绝信号发送给用户A的应用程序。若用户B选择接受视频请求,则用户A的应用程序接收到云服务器发来的指令后,用户A与该应用程序相配对的网络摄像机将采集的视频流发送给云服务器并由云服务器转发给用户B的应用程序,同样地,用户B与该应用程序相配对的网络摄像机也将采集的视频流发送给云服务器并由云服务器转发给用户A的应用程序。当任一方用户需要挂断视频时,只需要通过电视遥控器控制关闭该应用程序即可。
进一步,用户A也可以对着摄像头呼叫特定字符+用户B的用户名(例如:“大拿看看 我家儿子”),即可直接呼叫到用户B的智能电视。具体地,当用户A呼叫特定字符(可以是任何种类的字符),例如:“大拿看看”,此时音频识别设备采集到音频后即可切换到工作状态并将后面的关键信息“我家儿子”音频文件发送给智能电视上用于视频通话的应用程序;该用用程序接收到音频文件后对音频文件进行解析并将音频文件翻译成文字信息,如果应用程序无法成功解析音频文件,则应用程序直接将音频文件发送到云服务器,由云服务器进行解析,云服务器解析成功后,将解析获得的字符串信息返回给应用程序;应用程序通过获取解析的用户名B后,向云服务器请求与用户名B发起视频通话连接;云服务器接收到请求后,将用户A的请求下发给用户B的智能电视上的相应应用程序并且显示出提示信息,与此同时,应用程序会唤醒用户B的网络摄像机;用户B可以通过遥控器选择接受视频请求或者直接对着音频识别设备回复“大拿看看 好的”,用户B的应用程序即会把确认信息发送给云服务器,接着云服务器会把确认信息发送给用户A的应用程序;用户A的应用程序接收到云服务器发来的与用户B建立连接的确认信息后,用户A的网络摄像机也将采集的视频流传输给云服务器,并由云服务器转发给用户B,同时用户B的网络摄像机也将采集的视频流发送给云服务器并且将用户B的视频流转发给用户A,到此,双方即可建立正常的视频通话。
作为上述实施例的进一步改进,双方用户的视频传输可以采用节省云服务器流量的方式,即用户A的应用程序通过云服务器获得用户B的该应用程序的外网IP地址和端口号,与此同时,用户B的应用程序也可以通过云服务器获取用户A的该应用程序的外网IP地址和端口号。之后,用户A和用户B即可以相互向对方的外网IP地址和端口号发送数据包,看看是否能够建立连接,如果可以成功建立连接,则可以在应用程序之间建立直接的视频流传输通道,而不需要再通过云服务器来相互上传并转发视频流了。
根据本发明一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的方法的一个实施例,如图4所示,所述方法包括如下步骤:
由用户或控制器发出的控制信号激活智能电视的信号处理单元;
通过网络将所述智能电视与至少一个网络摄像机相互触发;
接收用户或控制器发出的请求信号,并将该请求信号发送给智能电视的显示单元;和
将该请求信号以文字和/或声音的形式在智能电视的屏幕上给出提示,
其中,只有一个网络摄像机为默认网络摄像机,用户对智能电视进行设置能任意指定默认网络摄像机。
上述实施例中各种设备的功能及位置均可参照与该实施例所对应的的系统实施例,因此在此不再累赘陈述。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,包括存储器和信号处理单元,
    智能电视的信号处理单元用于执行如下步骤:
    由用户或控制器发出的控制信号激活智能电视的信号处理单元;
    智能电视的信号处理单元被激活后,所述智能电视通过网络与至少一个网络摄像机相互触发;
    智能电视的信号处理单元接收用户或控制器发出的请求信号,并将该请求信号发送给智能电视的显示单元;和
    智能电视的显示单元将该请求信号以文字和/或声音的形式在智能电视的屏幕上给出提示,
    存储器用于存储信号和视频流,
    其中,只有一个网络摄像机为默认网络摄像机,用户对智能电视进行设置能任意指定默认网络摄像机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视通过网络与所述至少一个网络摄像机相互触发的方式包括通过局域网相互触发,或者通过云服务器相互触发,或者通过所述智能电视的串口与所述至少一个网络摄像机的串口相连接来直接相互触发。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,智能电视的信号处理单元通过云服务器关联直接或间接连接至云服务器的至少一个智能设备,且所述至少一个智能设备中的一个或多个能通过云服务器发送信号给智能电视的信号处理单元并进一步将该信号以文字和/或声音的形式在智能电视的屏幕上给出提示。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3任一项所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,信号处理单元根据接收到的指令控制默认网络摄像机进行视频采集,并将采集的视频流通过网络传输至智能电视的信号处理单元,所述信号处理单元将视频流传输至智能电视的显示单元以用于显示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,智能电视的信号处理单元被设置为定时与云服务器进行通信,使得云服务器及时更新并保存信号处理单元的应用状态以及信号处理单元的外网地址和端口信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,将音频识别设备直接或间接连接至云服务器,智能电视的信号处理单元将音频识别设备所识别到的音频文件解析成字符串从而向云服务器发送请求信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,当智能电视的信号处理单元无法解析音频识别设备所识别到的音频文件时,智能电视的信号处理单元将该音频文件发送到云服务器,云服务器将该音频文件解析成字符串并再次发送给智能电视的信号处理单元。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,所述信号处理单元为另一智能电视的信号处理单元。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的系统,其特征在于,两个或两个以上的智能电视通过云服务器,或者直接通过智能电视的网络地址实现视频互传。
  10. 一种通过智能电视实现视频通话和安防监控的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    由用户或控制器发出的控制信号激活智能电视的信号处理单元;
    通过网络将所述智能电视与至少一个网络摄像机相互触发;
    接收用户或控制器发出的请求信号,并将该请求信号发送给智能电视的显示单元;和
    将该请求信号以文字和/或声音的形式在智能电视的屏幕上给出提示,
    其中,只有一个网络摄像机为默认网络摄像机,用户对智能电视进行设置能任意指定默认网络摄像机。
