- the present invention relates to an indoor unit of an air conditioner provided with a flap that changes the wind direction.
- the indoor unit of the air conditioner is provided with a flap for changing the wind direction after air conditioning in the vertical direction.
- a mechanism is provided which supports the flaps rotatably relative to the body of the indoor unit.
- the flap is rotatably supported by inserting a connecting member fixed to the flap into the body mounting hole.
- the connecting member described in Patent Document 1 supports the flap while maintaining a contact state with the inner peripheral surface of the main body mounting hole by elastically deforming the four elastically deformable pieces.
- the deformation state of the four elastically deformable pieces differs according to the rotation angle by the load due to the weight of the flap being applied to the connecting member. That is, since the load of the flap is loaded below the connection member, the elastically deformable piece located below is most deformed. And if the elastic deformation piece to which the load of a flap is added changes with rotation of a flap, the deformation state of an elastic deformation piece will change, and there is a possibility that it may become a cause of noise or rattling.
- This invention is made in view of such a situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the indoor unit of the air conditioning apparatus which can reduce the noise and rattling which arise when rotating a flap. .
- the indoor unit of the air conditioning apparatus of this invention employs the following means. - the support portion supports the lower flap so as to turn via the connection member.
- the connecting member is fixed to the flap and is inserted into a through hole formed in the support.
- the connecting member has a lower claw portion and an upper claw portion, and the respective claw portions are attached so as to contact the inner periphery of the through hole.
- the lower claw part receives the load by the weight of the flap located below, the upper claw part does not receive the load by the weight of the flap. Therefore, the rigidity of the lower claw portion is made larger than that of the upper claw portion, and the deformation amount of the lower claw portion receiving the load of the flap is made as small as possible.
- the distance from the rotation center of the connection portion to the outer peripheral surface of the upper claw portion is the distance from the rotation center to the outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion. Greater than the distance of
- the distance from the rotation center of the connection member to the outer peripheral surface of the upper claw portion is larger than the distance from the rotation center of the connection portion to the outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion.
- the outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion is a substantially cylindrical surface formed over approximately 180 °.
- the outer circumferential surface of the lower claw portion as a substantially cylindrical surface formed over approximately 180 °, if the neutral position of the rotational range of the flap is set at the center of the lower claw portion, the rotational range of approximately 180 °

- the shaft body 25 has a cylindrical shape centered on the central axis, that is, the axis O. As shown in FIG. 6, the shaft body 25 has an insertion main body 27 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the shaft insertion hole 24 and an enlarged diameter portion 30 having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the shaft insertion hole 24. And.
- the insertion main body portion 27 has a disk shape in which a main surface orthogonal to the central axis (axis O) of the shaft main body 25 is formed on one end 25 a side of the shaft main body 25. That is, the insertion main body portion 27 closes the one end 25 a of the enlarged diameter portion 30.
- the enlarged diameter portion 30 has a cylindrical shape whose diameter increases from the one end 25 a side to the other end 25 b side with the insertion main body portion 27 as a base.
- the enlarged diameter portion 30 is formed with a flange portion 44 that protrudes radially outward at the other end 25 b of the shaft main body 25.
- the flange portion 44 has the largest outer diameter in the shaft body 25. The outer diameter of the flange portion 44 is larger than that of the shaft insertion hole 24 and is used to prevent the connection shaft 21 from coming off.
- slits 28 are formed at two places in the circumferential direction.
- the slit 28 extends from the other end 25 b of the shaft main body 25 toward the one end 25 a to the insertion main body 27 in the central axis (axis O) direction of the shaft main body 25.
- the slit 28 forms an upper upper claw 29a and a lower lower claw 29b in the enlarged diameter portion 30.
- the upper claw portion 29a and the lower claw portion 29b extend from the insertion main body 27 toward the other end 25b. That is, the upper claw portion 29a and the lower claw portion 29b have a cantilever shape with the insertion main body portion 27 as a fixed end and the tip end on the other end 25b side as a free end.
- the lower claw portion 29 b has a semicircular arc outline formed over approximately 180 ° when viewed from the front.
- the outer peripheral surface (except for the flange portion 44) of the lower claw portion 29b is tapered so as to expand in diameter, and the radius of curvature at any position in the axial direction is substantially equal to the radius of curvature of the shaft insertion hole 24. I do. Therefore, when the connecting shaft 21 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24 as shown in FIG. 8, the entire outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion 29 b comes in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shaft insertion hole 24 to be matched.
- the central position in the circumferential direction of the lower claw portion 29b is the axis O Are set so as to be located on a vertical line VL (see FIG. 7) passing through.
- the lower claw portion 29b comes in contact with the inner periphery of the shaft insertion hole 24 over an angle range of ⁇ 90 ° from the central position of the lower claw portion 29b.
- the upper claw portion 29a When viewed from the front, the upper claw portion 29a has an outer contour formed as an arc formed over an angle range smaller than approximately 180 °.
- the outer peripheral surface (except for the flange portion 44) of the upper claw portion 29a is tapered so as to expand in diameter.
- the radius R1 of the upper claw 29a is larger than the radius R2 of the lower claw 29b (R1> R2).
- the lower claw portion 29b has rigidity higher than that of the upper claw portion 29a. Specifically, since the arc length of the outer shape of the lower claw portion 29b is longer than the arc length of the outer shape of the upper claw portion 29a, the rigidity of the lower claw portion 29b is increased.
- the thickness (thickness in the radial direction) of the lower claw portion 29b may be larger than the thickness of the upper claw portion 29a. Therefore, when the connecting shaft 21 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24, the upper claw portion 29a is deformed (bent) toward the axis O, and the lower claw portion 29b hardly bends. As described above, since the lower claw portion 29 b hardly deforms, the entire outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion 29 b comes in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shaft insertion hole 24.
- the lower claw portion 29b hardly deforms due to the rigidity, so the entire outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion 29b is A state in which the inner peripheral surface of the shaft insertion hole 24 is aligned is maintained.
- the lower claw portion 29 b and the upper claw portion 29 a of the connecting shaft 21 are inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24 and attached so as to contact the inner periphery of the shaft insertion hole 24.
- the lower claw portion 29 b receives a load by the weight of the flap 8 located below, while the upper claw portion 29 a does not receive the load by the weight of the flap 8. Therefore, the rigidity of the lower claw portion 29b is made larger than that of the upper claw portion 29a, and the amount of deformation of the lower claw portion 29b which receives the load of the flap 8 is reduced as much as possible.
- the radius R1 from the axis O, which is the rotation center of the connection shaft 21, to the outer peripheral surface of the upper claw portion 29a, is greater than the radius R2 from the axis O, which is the rotation center of the connection shaft 21 to the outer peripheral surface of the lower claw 29b. I made it bigger.
- the upper claw portion 29a is positively deformed (bent) more than the lower claw portion 29b, so that the inner peripheral surface of the shaft insertion hole 24 of the housing side bracket 20 can be suitably contacted.
- the neutral position of the rotation range of the flap 8 is set at the center of the lower claw portion 29b by making the outer peripheral surface of the lower claw portion 29b a substantially cylindrical surface formed over approximately 180 °. As a result, the load of the flap 8 can be received while reducing noise and rattling at the lower claw portion 29 b over a rotation range of approximately 180 °.
Abstract
