曲面显示设备及其组装方法 技术领域
本申请涉及一种曲面显示设备及其组装方法,特别是涉及一种组装壁挂后可使曲面显示设备主体两侧端处的连线与壁挂墙体水平重合的曲面显示设备。
背景技术
目前显示设备一般是采用平面显示设备或是显示面为内凹形的曲面显示设备,为了尽量缩小显示设备占用的空间,显示设备持续在朝着薄型化的方向改良,同时并从置放于电视柜上逐渐改变为利用壁挂架吊挂于建物的墙面上。
但是随着人们对外观质量的要求越来越高,采用现有技术的显示设备悬挂架装设时,显示设备靠近建物墙面的壳体与墙面间会隔出一间隙用以容置壁挂架的深度。
此处说明的一般显示设备多为平板电视装置或曲面电视装置,而电视装置多装设于一个家用空间中用以接待宾客的入口区域,因此,此一间隙存在于一公用的家用空间中显得突兀,不甚美观。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的目的在于,提供一种可壁挂的曲面显示设备,所述曲面显示设备利用外凸的显示面弧度形成内凹的壳体面,形成一容置空间用以容置上述壁挂架的深度。
本申请的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本申请提出的一种曲面显示设备,包括:一曲面显示设备主体,具有一显示面与一壳体面,所述显示面为外凸型态,而所述壳体面背对所述显示面且为内凹型态;一壁挂架,设置于所述壳体面上;以及一壁挂座,设置一墙体上;其中所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体壳体面的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体水平重合。
本申请解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述壁挂架为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口朝下的吊挂结构;所述壁挂座为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口朝上的壁挂结构;以及透过所述吊挂结构置入所述壁挂结构的缺口后,使所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述壁挂座设置有使所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体的固定件,如锁固组件。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述曲面显示设备主体的壳体面的两侧端处分别设置有缓冲饰条,所 述缓冲饰条采用具缓冲效果的弹性材质,如橡胶。

首先请参阅图1A与图1B,图1A与图1B为范例性的平面显示设备1A'壁挂示意图以及范例性的曲面显示设备1B'壁挂示意图。如图所示,平面显示设备1A'是透过设置于平面显示面板11A'面向墙体W的壁挂架12装置于壁挂座13上,此一设置使得平面显示设备1A'与墙体W间具有空隙G;同样于图1B中曲面显示设备1B'是透过设置于内凹式的曲面显示设备主体11B'面向墙体W的壁挂架12装置于壁挂座13上,此一设置使得平面显示设备1B'与墙体W间具有空隙G。
而如本申请于图2A与图2B提出的一种曲面显示设备1A,包括:一曲面显示设备主体11,具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111 且为内凹型态;一壁挂架12A,设置于所述壳体面112上;以及一壁挂座13,设置一墙体W上;其中所述壁挂架12A固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此使所述曲面显示设备主体11与墙体W间形成一容置空间S,并且所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。
所述曲面显示设备1A中,所述壁挂架12A为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧121并以其第一固定侧121设置于所述壳体面112上,所述第一固定侧121的最高点向远离所述壳体面112的方向延伸一缺口123朝下的吊挂结构122;所述壁挂座13为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧131,所述第二固定侧131固定于所述墙体W,所述第二固定侧131的最低点向远离所述墙体W的方向延伸一缺口133朝上的壁挂结构132;以及透过所述吊挂结构122置入所述壁挂结构132的缺口133后,使所述壁挂架12A固定于所述壁挂座13上。
在一实施例中,所述壁挂座13设置有可使所述第二固定侧131固定于所述墙体W的固定件1311,如锁固组件,并且所述壁挂架12A为一个倒U型态块体。
在本申请于图2C另一实施例的曲面显示设备1B中,大体结构与曲面显示设备1A相同,惟所述壁挂架12B为两个以上的倒U形态片体,所述片体间以等水平、等深度的相对应的位置设置于所述壳体面112上。
接下来敬请参阅图3A与图3B,图3A与图3B为本申请采用缓冲饰条113的实施例示意图。
在本申请于图3A一实施例的曲面显示设备1C中,大体结构与曲面显示设备1A相同,所述壁挂架12A为一个倒U型态块体,并且所述曲面显示设备主体11的壳体面112的两侧端处分别设置有缓冲饰条113,所述缓冲饰条113采用具缓冲效果的弹性材质,如橡胶。
在本申请于图3B另一实施例的曲面显示设备1D中,大体结构与曲面显示设备1A相同,所述壁挂架12B为两个以上的倒U形态片体,所述片体间以等水平、等深度的相对应的位置设置,并且所述曲面显示设备主体11的壳体面112的两侧端处分别设置有缓冲饰条113,所述缓冲饰条113采用具缓冲效果的弹性材质,如橡胶。
接下来敬请参阅图4A到图4C,图4A到图4B为本申请提出的一种曲面显示设备1E,包括:一曲面显示设备主体11,具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面111为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111且为内凹型态;一壁挂架12C,设置于所述壳体面112上;以及一壁挂座13,设置一墙体W上;其中所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。其中所述壁挂架12C为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面112上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口123朝下的吊挂结构122;所述壁挂座13为U形, 所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体W,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口133朝上的壁挂结构132;以及透过所述吊挂结构122置入所述壁挂结构132的缺口133后,使所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上。
在上述实施例中,所述吊挂结构122紧临缺口123的边缘124采取一由吊挂结构侧向第一固定侧斜上的斜边设计,且所述壁挂结构132紧邻缺口133的边缘134采取一相对于所述壁挂架的缺口的斜边设计。
而在图4C本申请提出的一种曲面显示设备1F中,包括:一曲面显示设备主体11,具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面111为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111且为内凹型态;一壁挂架12C,设置于所述壳体面112上;以及一壁挂座13,设置一墙体W上;其中所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。其中所述壁挂架12C为倒U形,并如图4A所示,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面112上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口123朝下的吊挂结构122;所述壁挂座13为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体W,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口133朝上的壁挂结构132;以及透过所述吊挂结构122置入所述壁挂结构132的缺口133后,使所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上。
在上述实施例中,所述吊挂结构122紧临缺口123的边缘124采取一由吊挂结构侧向第一固定侧斜上的斜边设计,且所述壁挂结构132紧邻缺口133的边缘134采取一相对于所述壁挂架的缺口的斜边设计(如图4A所示),并且所述曲面显示设备主体11的壳体面112的两侧端处分别设置有缓冲饰条113,所述缓冲饰条113采用具缓冲效果的弹性材质,如橡胶。
最后请参照图5A及图5B,图5A及图5B为本申请中使用扣合结构的实施例示意图。
如图5A所示,本申请提出的一种曲面显示设备1G中,包括:一曲面显示设备主体11,具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面111为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111且为内凹型态;一壁挂架12C,设置于所述壳体面112上;以及一壁挂座13,设置一墙体W上;其中所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。其中所述壁挂架12C为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面112上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口123朝下的吊挂结构122;所述壁挂座13为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体W,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口133朝上的壁挂结构132;以及透过所述吊挂结构122置入所述壁挂结构132的缺口133后,使所 述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上(如图4A所示),其中所述吊挂结构122紧临缺口123的端处与所述壁挂结构132的缺口133的相对位置设置有可相互扣合的扣合结构14A。
如图5B则是本申请提出的一种曲面显示设备1H,包括:一曲面显示设备主体11,具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面111为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111且为内凹型态;一壁挂架12C,设置于所述壳体面112上;以及一壁挂座13,设置一墙体W上;其中所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。其中所述壁挂架12C为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面112上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口123朝下的吊挂结构122;所述壁挂座13为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体W,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口133朝上的壁挂结构132;以及透过所述吊挂结构122置入所述壁挂结构132的缺口133后,使所述壁挂架12C固定于所述壁挂座13上(如图4A所示),其中所述吊挂结构122紧临缺口123的端处与所述壁挂结构132的缺口133的相对位置设置有可相互扣合的扣合结构14B。
本申请还包括一种曲面显示设备的组装方法,如图2B所示,包括:提供一曲面显示设备主体11,其具有一显示面111与一壳体面112,所述显示面111为外凸型态,而所述壳体面112背对所述显示面111且为内凹型态;将一壁挂架12设置于所述壳体面112上;将一壁挂座13设置一墙体W上;以及将所述壁挂架12固定于所述壁挂座13上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体11壳体面112的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体W水平重合。
在各实施例中,曲面显示设备主体11的曲面显示面板可例如为液晶显示面板、OLED显示面板、QLED显示面板、等离子显示面板或其他显示面板。
本申请可美化产品设置后的外观,进而提升产品的附加价值。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种曲面显示设备,包括:
    一曲面显示设备主体,具有一显示面与一壳体面,所述显示面为外凸型态,而所述壳体面背对所述显示面且为内凹型态;
    一壁挂架,设置于所述壳体面上;以及
    一壁挂座,设置一墙体上;
    其中,所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体壳体面的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体水平重合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其中,
    所述壁挂架为倒U形,所述倒U形的一侧为第一固定侧并以其第一固定侧设置于所述壳体面上,所述第一固定侧的最高点向远离所述壳体面的方向延伸一缺口朝下的吊挂结构;
    所述壁挂座为U形,所述U形的一侧为第二固定侧,所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体,所述第二固定侧的最低点向远离所述墙体的方向延伸一缺口朝上的壁挂结构;以及
    透过所述吊挂结构置入所述壁挂结构的缺口后,使所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述壁挂座设置有使所述第二固定侧固定于所述墙体的固定件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述曲面显示设备主体的壳体面的两侧端处分别设置有缓冲饰条。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述缓冲饰条采用弹性材质。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述壁挂架为一个倒U型态块体。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述壁挂架为两个以上的倒U形态片体。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述片体间以等水平的相对应的位置设置。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述片体间以等深度的相对应的位置设置。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述吊挂结构紧临缺口的边缘采取一由吊挂结构侧向第一固定侧斜上的斜边设计。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述壁挂结构紧邻缺口的边缘采取一相对于所述壁挂架的缺口的斜边设计。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的曲面显示设备,其中所述吊挂结构紧临缺口的端处与所述壁挂结构的缺口的相对位置设置有相互扣合的扣合结构。
  13. 一种曲面显示设备的组装方法,包括:
    提供一曲面显示设备主体,其具有一显示面与一壳体面,所述显示面为外凸型态,而所述壳体面背对所述显示面且为内凹型态;
    将一壁挂架设置于所述壳体面上;
    将一壁挂座设置一墙体上;以及
    将所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体壳体面的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体水平重合。
  14. 一种曲面显示设备,包括:
    一曲面显示设备主体,具有一显示面与一壳体面,所述显示面为外凸型态,而所述壳体面背对所述显示面且为内凹型态;
    一壁挂架,设置于所述壳体面上;以及
    一壁挂座,设置一墙体上;
    其中,所述壁挂架固定于所述壁挂座上,藉此所述曲面显示设备主体壳体面的两侧端处的连线与所述墙体水平重合;
    其中,所述曲面显示设备主体为液晶显示面板、有机电致发光显示面板,量子点电致发光显示面板或等离子体显示面板。
