本发明涉及一种显示设备及其边框结构。
背景技术
显示设备(比如交互智能平板和智能电视等)的边框能够为其整体结构稳定提供支撑。现有的显示设备的边框大部分都整体采用铝合金边框,其重量大,且材料成本高,结构上较为复杂;另外,也有些显示设备的边框采用塑胶边框,这样的边框外观质感较差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种显示设备的边框结构,该边框结构能够节省材料成本,且结构上相对简单,并能够确保其外观质感。
基于此,本发明提出了一种显示设备的边框结构,包括外框板和塑料框体,所述外框板与所述塑料框体以共挤的方式相结合,且所述外框板设于所述塑料框体的外侧表面。
可选的,所述外侧表面包括用于朝向显示设备前方的正框面以及用于朝向显示设备侧面的侧框面,所述外框板包括第一板件以及与所述第一板件相连的第二板件,所述第一板件以共挤的方式与所述塑料框体的正框面相结合,所述第二板件以共挤的方式与所述塑料框体的侧框面相结合。
可选的,所述正框面和所述侧框面相垂直;所述第一板件和所述第二板件相垂直。
可选的,所述第一板件上设有凸部或凹槽,所述第二板件上也设有凸部或凹槽。
可选的,所述塑料框体设有用于安装红外电路板的安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口敞开并背向所述正框面。
可选的,所述安装槽包括第一槽壁以及与所述第一槽壁相对的第二槽壁,所述第一槽壁上设有用于卡接所述红外电路板连接有灯珠的一端的卡位,所述第二槽壁上设有用于卡接所述红外电路板另一端的卡槽。

本发明的显示设备的边框结构包括外框板和塑料框体,所述外框板与所述塑料框体以共挤的方式相结合,且所述外框板设于所述塑料框体的外侧表面;由此,由于该边框的主体结构采用的是塑料框体,则其比起传统整体采用铝型材的边框结构来说,材料成本大大降低,且重量较轻;而另一方面,外框板以共挤的方式结合于塑料框体的外侧表面,该结构较为简单,且由于外框板可采用如铝合金等适当材料的板件,这有利于确保该边框结构的外观质感。
进一步的,所述塑料框体设有用于安装红外电路板的安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口敞开并背向所述正框面,则在安装红外电路板时,能够以卡扣方式将红外电路板直接扣入安装槽内,由此能够方便红外电路板的安装;而且由于采用塑料框体,则还有利于避免装配红外电路板时发生撞件。

参见图1,本实施例提出了一种显示设备的边框结构,包括外框板1和塑料框体2,所述外框板1与所述塑料框体2以共挤的方式相结合,且所述外框板1设于所述塑料框体2的外侧表面。基于该结构,则由于该边框的主体结构采用的是塑料框体2,其比起传统整体采用铝型材的边框结构来说,材料成本大大降低,且重量较轻;而另一方面,外框板1以共挤的方式结合于塑料框体2的外侧表面,该结构较为简单,且由于外框板1可采用如铝合金等适当材料的板件,这有利于确保该边框结构的外观质感,另由于只需对外框板1进行表面处理,则还能够降低边框的表面处理成本。此外,该边框结构在装配显示模组(图中未示出)时,由于塑料框体2的导热系数较低,从而塑料框体2能够阻隔由显示模组的灯条等热源所发出的热量传递给外框板1,这能够避免外框板1受热而“烫手”,由此有利于提升用户体验。
其中,本实施例的塑料框体2的外侧表面包括有用于朝向显示设备前方的正框面201以及用于朝向显示设备侧面的侧框面202,本实施例的外框板1的外框板1可为铝合金弯折板件,且其包括有第一板件11以及与第一板件11相连的第二板件12,第一板件11以共挤的方式与塑料框体2的正框面201相结合,第二板件12以共挤的方式 与所述塑料框体2的侧框面202相结合,上述正框面201和侧框面202相垂直,相应的,第一板件11和第二板件12也相垂直;由此,该外框板1能够作为该边框结构的外观面,且其能够通过铝塑共挤的方式与塑料框体2很紧密的结合,有利于确保边框结构的稳定可靠;而且铝合金型材的外框板1能够确保边框结构在外观上的金属质感,能够提升产品的质感。此外,上述第一板件11上设有凸部121,第二板件12上也设有凸部121,则其能够加强外框板1与塑料框体2之间的结合;当然,该第一板件11和/或第二板件12上也可设有凹槽,以此也能够达到加强外框板1与塑料框体2相结合的目的。
进一步的,在本实施例中,塑料框体2设有用于安装红外电路板3的安装槽21,安装槽21的槽口211敞开并背向所述正框面201;具体的,安装槽21包括第一槽壁212以及与第一槽壁212相对的第二槽壁213,第一槽壁212上设有用于卡接所述红外电路板3连接有灯珠31的一端的卡位2121,而第二槽壁213上设有用于卡接红外电路板3另一端的卡槽2131;因而,红外电路板3能够通过上述敞开的槽口211以卡扣的方式直接扣入塑料框体2的安装槽21中,从而对于该红外电路板3的装配非常简单,其安装结构稳定可靠;另一方面,由于采用塑料框体,则在装配红外电路板时,还能够防止撞件。如图1所示,塑料框体2的安装槽21中安装有上述红外电路板3,该红外电路板3的两端分别卡接在上述卡槽2131和卡位2121中,从而能够实现对于红外电路板3良好可靠的固定定位,该边框内装配有红外电路板3的显示设备能够实现红外触摸功能。这里要指出的是,上述第一板件11的一端可设置钩部(图中未示出),该钩部可直接扎入上述第一槽壁212中,以加强对于结构薄弱处的支撑。
另外,本实施例的塑料框体2设有封闭腔室22,封闭腔室22靠近上述侧框面202设置,上述安装槽21设于该封闭腔室22的旁侧,且安装槽21靠近上述正框面201设置,从而该边框的结构布局合理,通过设置封闭腔室22能够实现更加稳定可靠的边框结构,而且该封闭腔室还能够连接转角件,进而能够实现本实施例的边框结构与相邻 的边框之间的连接,由此能够实现整机边框的装配;此外,由于该封闭腔室22内充斥的是空气,而空气的导热系数较低,其隔热效率几乎高于绝大多数的固定材料,从而通过设置该封闭腔室22,还能进一步阻隔由显示模组的热源所发出的热量传递给外框板1,进而能够进一步避免面向受众的外框板1因过热而“烫手”。
综上,本发明实施例的显示设备的边框结构包括外框板和塑料框体,所述外框板与所述塑料框体以共挤的方式相结合,且所述外框板设于所述塑料框体的外侧表面,该边框结构能够节省材料成本和表面处理成本,其结构上相对简单,在外观质感上能够得到保证,而且该边框结构还能够起到隔热作用,有利于提升用户体验。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
