Abstract

本发明涉及一种曲面电视壁挂架，它包括用于安装在墙面上的墙面板，所述墙面板上设有两个用于安装电视机的电视机安装板，它还包括两个设置在墙面板上的支撑架，所述两个电视机安装板的背部分别与两个支撑架铰接。本发明采用这种结构，在安装曲面电视机时，电视机安装板的正面就可以与曲面电视机的背部相贴合，因此在拧紧紧固件时不会出现偏差或者安装不稳、松动的现象，从而可以成功实现曲面电视机的安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及电视机壁挂架，具体讲是一种曲面电视壁挂架。
背景技术
目前的电视机壁挂架一般是用来挂平板电视机的，但是随着人们对观影质量的要求越来越高，显示器表面为曲面的曲面电视机也开始发展开来，曲面电视的整体横向呈弧形，因此采用现有技术的平板电视壁挂架则无法直接安装。如果强制使用现有的平板电视壁挂架，则电视机安装板与曲面电视机的后表面无法贴合，从而安装效果不好，容易松动。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，克服了现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种可以安装曲面电视机的曲面电视壁挂架。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提出一种曲面电视壁挂架，它包括用于安装在墙面上的墙面板，所述墙面板上设有两个用于安装电视机的电视机安装板，它还包括两个设置在墙面板上的支撑架，所述两个电视机安装板的背部分别与两个支撑架铰接。
所述墙面板横向设置，所述支撑架竖向设置，支撑架的上端设有用于挂在墙面板上的挂钩，支撑架的下端设有用于将支撑架紧固在墙面板上的螺栓。采用这种结构，在安装支撑架时，将支撑架挂在墙面板上，然后再拧紧螺栓使螺栓顶住墙面板的下端，用于紧固支撑架。
所述电视机安装板的正面上还设有多个用于安装电视机的安装孔。曲面电视机通过安装孔安装在电视机安装板上。
采用上述结构后，本发明具有以下优点：本发明通过将电视机安装板铰接在支撑架上，而支撑架安装在墙面板上，这样电视机安装板就可以相对于墙面板转动，在安装曲面电视机时，电视机安装板的正面就可以与曲面电视机的背部相贴合，此时就可以使用紧固件将曲面电视机安装到电视机安装板上，而且由于电视机安装板能够与曲面电视机的背部贴合，因此在拧紧紧固件时不会出现偏差或者安装不稳、松动的现象，从而可以成功实现曲面电视机的安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明：
本发明提供一种曲面电视壁挂架，它包括用于安装在墙面上的墙面板1，所述墙面板1上设有两个用于安装电视机的电视机安装板2，它还包括两个设置在墙面板1上的支撑架3，所述两个电视机安装板2的背部分别与两个支撑架3铰接。电视机安装板2的正面为狭长的平板，平板上设有多个安装孔2.1，其背部与支撑架3之间通过合页的连接方式铰接。当然电视机安装板2还可以通过其他方式与支撑架3铰接。但这均在本申请保护范围之内。
本实施例中墙面板1横向设置在墙面上，两个支撑架3均通过支撑架3上端的挂钩挂在墙面板1上，并可以调整两个支撑架3之间的距离来适应不同尺寸的曲面电视机。电视机安装板2为竖直方向设置的长条形板，电视机安装板2铰接在支撑架3上时，铰接轴的方向竖直设置，这样电视机安装板2可在水平方向上转动，两个电视机安装板2均向内转动时，形成一定的夹角，用来和曲面电视机的背面贴合，转动的角度可根据曲面电视机的弧度来进行设置。
由于电视机安装板2是铰接在支撑架3上，因此两个电视机安装板2均可以转动，从而在安装背面是弧形的曲面电视机时，就可以向内转动两个电视机安装板2，使电视机安装板2的正面与曲面电视机的背面相贴合。从而可以通过紧固件安装曲面电视机。
所述墙面板1横向设置，所述支撑架3竖向设置，所述支撑架3的上端设有用于挂在墙面板1上的挂钩，支撑架3的下端设有用于将支撑架3紧固在墙面板1上的螺栓4。采用这种结构，在安装支撑架时，将支撑架挂在墙面板上，然后再拧紧螺栓使螺栓顶住墙面板的下端，用于紧固支撑架。
所述电视机安装板2的正面上还设有多个用于安装电视机的安装孔2.1。所述安装孔2.1有圆形孔，也有长腰型孔。曲面电视机通过安装孔安装在电视机安装板2上。

Claims (3)

1.一种曲面电视壁挂架，它包括用于安装在墙面上的墙面板(1)，所述墙面板(1)上设有两个用于安装电视机的电视机安装板(2)，其特征在于：它还包括两个设置在墙面板(1)上的支撑架(3)，所述两个电视机安装板(2)的背部分别与两个支撑架(3)铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲面电视壁挂架，其特征在于：所述墙面板(1)横向设置，所述支撑架(3)竖向设置，所述支撑架(3)的上端设有用于挂在墙面板(1)上的挂钩，支撑架(3)的下端设有用于将支撑架(3)紧固在墙面板(1)上的螺栓(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的曲面电视壁挂架，其特征在于：所述电视机安装板(2)的正面上还设有多个用于安装电视机的安装孔(2.1)。
