Description

一种显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术发展,人们对显示装置的实用性要求越来越高。
现有技术中的显示装置主要分为座式和壁挂式,且座式的只能是摆放在水平面上,若需要将其挂起来时,需要额外购买壁挂架,壁挂式的只能壁挂放置,若需要其摆放在水平面上,需要额外购置底座,可见,现有技术中的显示装置放置方式具有局限性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种显示装置以及用于显示装置的安装座,使得显示装置既可以壁挂摆放也可以座式摆放,具有较好的实用性。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种显示装置,包括:
显示屏,所述显示屏上设有第一安装工位和第二安装工位;
安装座,所述安装座上设有壁挂工位,其中:
当所述安装座与所述显示屏的第一安装工位通过第一连接件连接时,所述安装座可在水平面上支撑所述显示装置;
当所述安装座与所述显示屏的第二安装工位通过第二连接件连接时,所述安装座可通过所述壁挂工位与壁挂面连接、在壁挂面上支撑所述显示装置。
本发明还提供了一种用于显示装置的安装座,所述安装座上设有壁挂工位,其中:
当所述安装座与所述显示装置的第一安装工位连接时,所述安装座能够在水平面上支撑所述显示装置;
当所述安装座与所述显示装置的第二安装工位连接时,所述安装座能够通过所述壁挂工位与壁挂面连接、在壁挂面上支撑所述显示装置。
本发明提供的显示装置,通过将安装座设置为可拆卸的,可以根据实际需要将安装座固定在显示装置的第一安装工位上或第二安装工位上,通过设置在安装座上的壁挂工位,可以使得安装座既用做底座又可以用作壁挂架,即当安装座与显示屏的第一安装工位通过第一连接件连接时,安装座可在水平面上支撑显示装置;当安装座与显示屏的第二安装工位通过第二连接件连接时,安装座可通过壁挂工位与壁挂面连接、在壁挂面上支撑所述显示装置。
所以,本发明提供的显示装置和安装座,既可以壁挂摆放也可以座式摆放,具有较好的实用性。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述壁挂工位包括至少一个壁挂槽。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述壁挂工位包括一个壁挂槽,所述安装座的内部为中空结构以形成所述壁挂槽。中空的结构有助于减轻安装座的整体重量,也可以节省材料。
在一些可选的实施方式中,每个所述壁挂槽上设有至少一个卡口;
所述显示装置还包括:可拆卸安装于所述壁挂面上的壁挂转接件,所述壁挂转接件上设有与所述安装座设有的卡口一一对应、且可卡合配合的凸起。凸起和卡口的设置,有利于提高显示装置壁挂的稳定性。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述安装座为金属安装座;
和/或所述壁挂转接件为金属壁挂转接件。当然,壁挂转接件和安装座的材料也可以为其它具有较高强度和硬度的材料,这里就不再一一赘述。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述金属壁挂转接件还包括设置在所述金属壁挂转接件的表面上的第一保护层;
和/或所述金属安装座还包括设置于所述金属安装座的表面上的第二保护层。第一保护层和第二保护层的设置可防止金属氧化,同时又可以使得壁挂转接架和安装座美观一些,上述第一保护层和第二保护层可以为采用喷漆工艺形成,也可以为电镀形成。
在一些,所述壁挂槽的一例设有壁挂耳,所述壁挂耳上设有第一螺纹孔,所述安装座可通过螺钉与壁挂面连接。也就是说所述安装座可通过螺钉固定在壁挂面上。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均为螺钉。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述显示屏背离其显示面的一例设有印刷电路板盒,所述第一安装工位为设置于所述印刷电路板盒上的第二螺纹孔。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述第二安装工位为设置于所述显示屏背离其显示面一例的第三螺纹孔。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述安装座的一例设有用于将所述安装座安装于所述第一安装工位或所述二安装工位的固定耳,所述固定耳上设有第四螺纹孔。固定耳的设置更便于安装座的安装。

上述壁挂工位31的具体结构可以有多种:
一种具体的实施方式中,上述壁挂工位31包括至少一个壁挂槽。相应的壁挂面上可以设有挂钩等可与壁挂槽配合的结构。
可选的,如图4所示,图4为本发明实施例提供的显示装置中的安装座的第一种结构示意图;上述壁挂工位31包括一个壁挂槽,安装座3的内部为中空结构以形成壁挂槽。中空的结构有助于减轻安装座3的整体重量,也可以节省材料。
可选的,如图5所示,图5为本发明实施例提供的显示装置中的安装座的第二种结构示意图;安装座3为实体结构,安装座四周设有壁挂槽。
可选的,安装座为实体结构,安装座上设有多个间隔分布的壁挂槽。
一种较佳的实施方式中,如图4和图6所示,其中图6为本发明实施例提供的显示装置中的壁挂转接件结构示意图,为了提高显示装置壁挂的稳定性,每个壁挂槽上设有至少一个卡口311;
显示装置还包括:可拆卸安装于壁挂面上的壁挂转接件4,壁挂转接件4上设有与安装座3设有的卡口311一一对应、且可卡合配合的凸起41。凸起41可以如图6所示方位向上凸出,壁挂槽的内壁上设有与其配合的卡口311,凸起41也可以向显示装置凸出,壁挂槽靠近显示装置与显示装置的显示屏相 对的一面上设有卡口311。
上述壁挂转接件和安装座的材料可以有多种,且壁挂转接件的材料与安装座的材料可以相同也可以不同:
可选的,壁挂转接件为金属壁挂转接件。当然,壁挂转接件的材料也可以为其它具有较高强度和硬度的材料,这里就不再一一赘述。
进一步的,金属壁挂转接件还包括设置在金属壁挂转接件的表面上的第一保护层。第一保护层的设置可防止金属氧化,同时又可以使得壁挂转接架美观一些,上述第一保护层可以为采用喷漆工艺形成在金属安装座上的漆层,也可以为电镀层。
可选的,安装座为金属安装座。当然,安装座的材料也可以为其它具有较高强度和硬度的材料,这里就不再一一赘述。
进一步的,金属安装座还包括设置于金属安装座的表面上的第二保护层。第二保护层的设置可防止金属氧化,同时又可以使得安装座美观一些,上述第二保护层可以为采用喷漆工艺形成在金属安装座上的漆层,也可以为电镀层。
可选的,上述安装座为金属安装座、壁挂转接件也为金属壁架转接件。
另一中较佳的实施方式中,壁挂槽的一例设有壁挂耳32,壁挂耳32上设有第一螺纹孔321,安装座3可通过螺钉与壁挂面连接。也就是说安装座可通过螺钉固定在壁挂面上。安装时,可以先将安装座固定在壁挂面上,再将显示屏固定在安装座上。
上述安装座3可以通过各种方式安装于显示屏的第一安装工位或第二安装工位上,例如:安装座3可以通过卡和结构与显示屏连接。
可选的,上述安装座通过螺钉安装于显示屏,即第一连接件和第二连接件均为螺钉。
第一安装工位和第二安装工位在显示屏上的具体位置可以有多种:
一种可选的实施方式中,显示屏1背离其显示面的一例设有印刷电路板盒2,第一安装工位为设置于印刷电路板盒上的第二螺纹孔。第二螺纹孔可以位于印刷电路板盒的底部,也可以位于印刷电路板盒背离显示屏的显示面的一例。
一种可选的实施方式中,第二安装工位为设置于显示屏1背离其显示面一例的第三螺纹孔11。
一种具体实施方式中,如图4所示,安装座3的一例设有用于将安装座3安装于第一安装工位或第二安装工位的固定耳33。固定耳33上设有第四螺纹 孔331,固定耳33的设置便于安装座3的安装。
上述显示装置可以为液晶电视也可以为电脑等具有显示功能的设备,这里就不再一一赘述。

    当所述安装座与所述显示屏的第一安装工位通过第一连接件连接时,所述安装座能够在水平面上支撑所述显示装置;
    当所述安装座与所述显示屏的第二安装工位通过第二连接件连接时,所述安装座能够通过所述壁挂工位与壁挂面连接、在壁挂面上支撑所述显示装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述壁挂工位包括至少一个壁挂槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述壁挂工位包括一个壁挂槽,所述安装座的内部为中空结构以形成所述壁挂槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每个所述壁挂槽上设有至少一个卡口;
    所述显示装置还包括:可拆卸安装于所述壁挂面上的壁挂转接件,所述壁挂转接件上设有与所述安装座设有的卡口一一对应、且可卡合配合的凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装座为金属安装座;
    和/或所述壁挂转接件为金属壁挂转接件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述金属壁挂转接件还包括设置在所述金属壁挂转接件的表面上的第一保护层;
    和/或所述金属安装座还包括设置在所述金属安装座的表面上的第二保护层。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述壁挂槽的一侧设有壁挂耳,所述壁挂耳上设有第一螺纹孔,所述安装座可通过螺钉与壁挂面连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均为螺钉。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏背离其显 示面的一侧设有印刷电路板盒,所述第一安装工位为设置于所述印刷电路板盒上的第二螺纹孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二安装工位为设置于所述显示屏背离其显示面一侧的第三螺纹孔。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装座的一侧设有用于将所述安装座安装于所述第一安装工位或所述二安装工位的固定耳,所述固定耳上设有第四螺纹孔。
  12. 一种用于显示装置的安装座,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有壁挂工位,并且
    当所述安装座与所述显示装置的第一安装工位连接时,所述安装座能够在水平面上支撑所述显示装置;
    当所述安装座与所述显示装置的第二安装工位连接时,所述安装座能够通过所述壁挂工位与壁挂面连接、在壁挂面上支撑所述显示装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述壁挂工位包括至少一个壁挂槽。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述壁挂工位包括一个壁挂槽,所述安装座的内部为中空结构以形成所述壁挂槽。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的安装座,其特征在于,每个所述壁挂槽上设有至少一个卡口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述安装座为金属安装座。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述金属安装座还包括设置在所述金属安装座的表面上的保护层。
  18. 根据权利要求13或14所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述壁挂槽的一侧设有壁挂耳,所述壁挂耳上设有第一螺纹孔,所述安装座可通过螺钉与壁挂面连接。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的安装座,其特征在于,所述安装座的一侧设有用于将所述安装座安装于所述第一安装工位或所述二安装工位的固定耳,所述固定耳上设有第四螺纹孔。
