具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细描述。
参照图1至图3,一方面,本公开的一个实施例提供一种壁挂件,可用于挂载显示装置8。
本实施例的壁挂件可用于将例如电子画框等显示装置8挂在墙面9上,以起到支撑显示装置8的作用。
所述壁挂件1包括挂载部11,该挂载部11呈板状,并且具有第一长度方向71(即挂载部的延伸方向)。挂载部11上设有挂载孔2, 挂载孔2包括条形孔21,条形孔21具有第二长度方向72(即条形孔21的延伸方向),显示装置8的悬挂件81能穿设在条形孔21中并在条形孔21的始端和终端间滑动。第一长度方向71与第二长度方向72间的夹角(图2中角a)大于0度且小于90度,优选在5度至10间。
具体地说,壁挂件1能被固定在墙面9上。壁挂件1的挂载部11的挂载孔2包括条形孔21。条形孔21的两端分别为始端(图2中条形孔21的左端)和终端(图2中条形孔21的右端),显示装置8上的悬挂件81(如挂载螺丝)能穿过该条形孔21,并在其中滑动。同时,挂载部11具有预定的第一长度方向71,该第一长度方向71相对挂载孔2的第二长度方向72是倾斜的。在将壁挂件以正确的方式固定在安装基础表面9(例如,壁面)上时,第一长度方向71位于水平方向,也就是垂直于重力方向。此时,条形孔21的终端比始端更靠下,或者说,当第一长度方向71水平时,条形孔21从始端到终端是逐渐向下倾斜的。
在挂载显示装置8时,可先将壁挂件以第一长度方向71沿着水平方向(即,与重力方向垂直)固定连接在安装基础表面9上。之后,使显示装置8上的悬挂件81穿入挂载孔2中,并从条形孔21的始端滑动至终端,最后稳定在终端处。这样,可以将显示装置8挂在壁挂件上,也就是将显示装置8挂在墙面9上。由于此时终端位置比始端位置更低,因此显示装置8倾向于从始端滑向终端。若显示装置8沿条形孔21从终端向始端滑动,则需要将显示装置8的位置升高。也就是说,必须克服一定的重力作用才能使显示装置8从终端向始端移动。因此,挂在该壁挂件上的显示装置8不容易横向滑动,稳定性更好。
在一个可选实施例中,挂载部11可以设置至少两个挂载孔2。两个挂载孔2具有相同的形状,且沿第一长度方向71间隔设置。
为更好的稳定显示装置8,其通常需要具有至少两个安装点,即显示装置8上设置至少两个悬挂件81。参照图1、图2,相应地可以 设置至少两个挂载孔2,且这至少两个挂载孔2应沿第一长度方向71间隔设置(且所处高度位置相同),从而显示装置8不会在挂载孔2之间产生相对运动的趋势。
在一个可选实施例中,壁挂件还包括固定部12和第一连接部13;固定部12通过第一连接部13与挂载部11的第一侧边连接。固定部12呈板状且平行于挂载部11,固定部12上设有用于供固定螺栓91穿过的螺栓孔5。
在垂直于挂载部11的方向上,固定部12位于挂载部11的一侧。具体地说,在垂直于挂载部11的方向上,固定部12所在平面与挂载部11所在平面间隔一定距离。参照图1至图3,在挂载部11用于与显示装置8接触的面为第一接触面61。板状的固定部12设置在挂载部11的远离第一接触面61一侧,并且平行于挂载部11。固定部12具有用于接触安装基础表面9(例如,壁面)的第二接触面62。由于固定部12与挂载部11处于不同平面间,故固定部12可通过第一连接部13连接到挂载部11的第一侧边(图2中挂载部11的上侧边)。
在一个可选实施例中,固定部12上设有至少两个螺栓孔5,所述至少两个螺栓孔5中心的连线平行于第一长度方向71。在一个可选实施例中,固定部12上设有两个螺栓孔5,两个螺栓孔5均为腰孔,且两个腰孔的长轴方向相互垂直。
参照图1、图2,连接部上可设有至少两个螺栓孔5。通过将穿过螺栓孔5的固定螺栓91钉在安装基础表面9(例如,壁面)上,可将壁挂件1固定在安装基础表面9上。这里,至少两个螺栓孔5中点间的连线方向即为以上第一长度方向71。在一个可选实施例中,至少两个螺栓孔5为长轴相互垂直的腰孔(如两长轴分别沿竖直和水平方向设置)。这样,在用固定螺栓91固定壁挂件1时,可在很小范围内调整壁挂件1的位置,以保证壁挂件1在水平方向上的稳定性。
在一个可选实施例中,第一连接部13包括:与固定部12连接的第一子板131,第一子板131为板状且垂直于固定部12;以及连接在第一子板131与挂载部11的第一侧边间的第二子板132,第二子 板132为板状且与挂载部11间的夹角在165度至172度。
参照图1、图3,以上第一连接部13可由两个板状部分组成,其中第一子板131与固定部12连接并垂直,而第二子板132与挂载部11连接且夹角(图3中的夹角b)在165度至172度之间。换句话说,第二子板132相对挂载部11向固定部12一侧弯折8度至15度。这样,有利于悬挂件81从滑入孔22滑入。当然,参照图1,此时滑入孔22可一直延伸到第一子板131上,即挂载孔2的开口可有一部分是“朝上”的。
在一个可选实施例中,壁挂件还包括支撑部14和第二连接部15;
支撑部14为板状且与固定部12处于同一平面中;
支撑部14通过第二连接部15与挂载部11的第二侧边连接,第一侧边与第二侧边为挂载部11的两个相对侧边。
在一个可选实施例中,第二连接部15为板状,且垂直于挂载部11。
具体地说,壁挂件1包括板状的支撑部14,其与固定部12处于同一平面中,且具有用于接触安装基础表面9(例如,壁面)的第三接触面63。支撑部14通过第二连接部15连接在挂载部11的第二侧边(图2中为挂载部11的下侧边),且第二连接部15也可为板状,且也垂直于挂载部11。在使用时,参照图3,壁挂件从侧面看整体上近似于“Ω”字形,且支撑部14比固定部12更靠下,如图3所示。在本公开的实施例中,固定部12被固定于安装基础表面9上,显示装置8被设于挂载部11上。支撑部14则在挂载部11下方支撑在墙面9上,分散显示装置8的部分重力,提高结构的强度和稳定性。
在一个可选实施例中,挂载孔还包括滑入孔22,所述滑入孔设置在第一子板131、第二子板132、挂载部11上,且与条形孔21的一端(始端)连通;滑入孔22远离条形孔21的端部的宽度(图2中d1)大于与条形孔21相连的端部的宽度(图2中d2)。
具体地说,参照图1、图2,挂载孔2可包括与条形孔21的始端相连的滑入孔22,该滑入孔22具有扩大的尺寸,且一直连通到第一子板131上。这样,当壁挂件固定在安装基础表面9上时,滑入孔 22位于第一子板131上的部分是向上敞开的,从而显示装置8的悬挂件81不必直接穿入条形孔21中,而是显示装置8的悬挂件81可先进入滑入孔22,再从滑入孔22滑动到条形孔21的始端,方便安装。
在一个可选实施例中,参照图1、图2,固定部12、支撑部14、第一子板上131都设有多个均匀分分布的减重开口3。
也就是说,为减轻壁挂件的重量,在不影响其强度的情况下,可在固定部12、支撑部14、第一子板上131中开设多个减重开口3。应当注意的是,为保证强度,在挂载部11和第二子板132上可没有减重开口。减重开口3在各自所在位置上应均匀分布。当然,减重开口3的数量、尺寸、位置等可根据需要设定。例如,为保证强度,在一些较大尺寸的减重开口3之间,可设置尺寸较小的减重开口3。应当注意的是,为保证强度,在较大尺寸的减重开口3之间设置尺寸较小的减重开口3的情况下,在以上挂载部11和第二子板132上也不设置减重开口。
当然,对于设在支撑部14上的减重开口3,也可在其中穿入固定螺栓,以更好的固定壁挂件。此时,部分减重开口3也可用作螺栓孔。
在一个可选实施例中,第一子板131上还设有用于固定水平仪的水平仪安装开口4。
如前文所述,该壁挂件在使用时,挂载部11的第一长度方向71应垂直于重力方向即,壁挂件应被水平安装。因此,保证壁挂件被水平安装是很重要的。为此,参照图1,可在第一子板131上设置水平仪安装开口4,其中可设置水平仪,以作为安装时设置确定壁挂件方向的参考。
参照图1至图3,本公开的一个实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:
根据以上实施例所述的壁挂件,壁挂件以第一长度方向71垂直于重力方向的方式固定连接在安装基础表面9上;以及
显示装置8,包括显示面板83,所述显示面板83具有相对的显示面和背面,显示面板的背面设有凸出的悬挂件81,悬挂件81穿设在壁挂件的挂载孔2的终端处。
也就是说,参照图3,在将以上壁挂件以水平的方式固定(如通过固定螺栓91固定)在墙面9上时,即可将显示装置8背面的悬挂件81穿入挂载孔2中,并从滑入孔22滑动至条形孔21的始端,再继续滑动至终端处,以组成稳定的显示装置组件。
在一个可选实施例中,悬挂件81包括与显示面板83的背面连接的颈部811和连接在颈部811的远离显示面板一端的帽部812,颈部811穿设在终端处,帽部812位于终端远离显示面板一侧。
参照图3,悬挂件81可包括较细的颈部811和连接颈部811远离显示面板一端的扩大的帽部812。例如,悬挂件81可为拧在显示面板背面的挂载螺丝,帽部812为挂载螺丝的螺帽。这样,可以将壁挂件的挂载部11夹在帽部812与显示面板之间,从而更稳固地定位显示装置8。
参照图4,在一个实施例中,显示装置还可以包括显示装置框架82。该显示装置框架82包围显示装置8的外周并与壁面9紧密接触。按照这种方式,不仅可以防尘,还可以保持显示装置的外观整洁。
在一个具体实施例中,显示装置8为电子画框。
也就是说,以上壁挂件可用于悬挂电子画框。此时,显示装置是电子画框。
当然,以上显示装置8也可为液晶显示面板、有机发光二极管(OLED)显示面板、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    壁挂件,被配置为固定于壁面上并且包括挂载部,所述挂载部呈板状并且具有第一长度方向,所述挂载部上设有挂载孔,所述挂载孔包括条形孔,所述条形孔具有第二长度方向,并且所述第一长度方向与第二长度方向间的夹角大于0度且小于90度;以及
    显示面板,包括显示面、与所述显示面相对设置的背面和围绕所述显示面外周设置的显示框架,所述显示面板的背面设有悬挂件,所述悬挂件穿设在壁挂件的挂载孔的终端处,其中,在所述显示面板通过壁挂件固定在壁面的状态下,所述显示框架与所述壁面紧密接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一长度方向与第二长度方向间的夹角在5度至10度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述壁挂件还包括固定部和第一连接部;
    所述固定部通过第一连接部与挂载部的第一侧边连接;
    所述固定部呈板状且平行于所述挂载部,所述固定部上设有用于供固定螺栓穿过的螺栓孔;
    在垂直于所述挂载部的方向上,所述固定部所在平面与所述挂载部所在平面间隔一定距离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述固定部上设有至少两个螺栓孔,所述至少两个所述螺栓孔中心的连线平行于第一长度方向。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述固定部上设有两个螺栓孔,两个所述螺栓孔均为腰孔,且两个所述腰孔的长轴方向相互垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一连接部包括:
    与所述固定部连接的第一子板,所述第一子板为板状且垂直于固定部;以及
    连接在所述第一子板与挂载部的第一侧边间的第二子板,所述第二子板为板状且与挂载部间的夹角在165度至172度间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂载孔还包括:
    滑入孔,所述滑入孔设置在所述第一子板、第二子板、挂载部上,且与所述条形孔的一端连通;并且
    所述滑入孔远离条形孔的端部的宽度大于与条形孔相连的端部的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述壁挂件还包括支撑部和第二连接部;
    所述支撑部为板状且与所述固定部处于同一平面中;并且
    所述支撑部通过第二连接部与挂载部的第二侧边连接,所述第一侧边与第二侧边为挂载部的两个相对侧边。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二连接部为板状,且垂直于挂载部。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,
    在所述固定部、支撑部、第一子板上设有多个均匀分布的开口。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一子板上还设有用于固定水平仪的水平仪安装开口。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述挂载部设置至少两个所述挂载孔,至少两个所述挂载孔形状相同,且沿第一长度方向间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述壁挂件以第一长度方向垂直于重力方向的方式固定连接在壁面上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置为电子画框。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述悬挂件包括与所述显示面板的背面连接的颈部和连接在颈部的远离显示面一端的帽部,所述颈部穿设在终端处,所述帽部位于终端远离显示面一侧。
