Description

一种壁挂装置及显示设备
本申请要求在2016年04月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610232625.X、发明名称为“一种壁挂装置及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种壁挂装置及显示设备。
背景技术
挂架作为平板电视机挂装于墙面的配件设备,它广泛应用于家庭、办公室、会议厅、展览馆、酒店、机场、火车站、医院、巴士站和购物广场等场所。常见的电视机挂架一般包括:安装到墙面的墙面板以及安装到电视机背面的两个挂板,通过两个挂板上的挂钩可以将电视机挂装在墙面板上。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:采用现有挂架将电视机壁挂安装后,由于电视机与墙面之间的空间比较小,当用户进行插线时,操作非常不便,如果用力过大,还可能导致电视机从挂架上脱落的意外。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种壁挂装置及显示设备,以便于对壁挂安装的显示设备进行插线操作,提高显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性。
本发明提供的壁挂装置,包括底座、墙面板和至少一个挂板,其中:所述底座与墙面固定连接,所述墙面板与底座通过中心转轴铰接,所述中心转轴在墙面上的投影呈竖直设置,所述至少一个挂板与显示设备本体的背侧固定连接并与所述墙面板挂接。
可选的,所述中心转轴竖直设置。
优选的,所述墙面板的背侧在与墙面发生触碰的位置设置有缓冲垫。
优选的,所述中心转轴的表面设置有弹性阻尼套。
较佳的,所述底座包括设置在中心转轴上方的上防尘盖以及设置在中心转轴下方的下防尘盖。
较佳的,所述墙面板的长边水平设置,所述至少一个挂板的长边竖直设置。
可选的,所述中心转轴在所述墙面板上的投影位于所述墙面板的中央位置;或者,所述中心转轴在所述墙面板上的投影偏离所述墙面板的中央位置。
优选的,所述挂板上设置有用于与墙面板的底部抵接的抵紧螺栓。
较佳的,所述挂板具有螺栓安装座,所述螺栓安装座具有竖直设置的螺纹通孔,所述抵紧螺栓从螺栓安装座的底部旋入螺纹通孔。
优选的,所述挂板的数量至少为两个。
采用本发明的壁挂装置对显示设备进行壁挂安装时,首先将底座与墙面固定安装,然后将墙面板与底座通过中心转轴铰装,最后再将与显示设备本体固定后的挂板挂装在墙面板上。安装完毕后,显示设备本体可以绕中心转轴左右调节转动,从而为用户提供较充裕的插线操作空间,操作非常便利,从另一方面也减少了显示设备本体从壁挂装置上脱落的风险,提高了显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性。
本发明还提供了一种显示设备,包括显示设备本体和根据前述任一技术方案所述的壁挂装置。该显示设备在进行壁挂安装后,便于用户进行插线操作,而且壁挂安装的安全可靠性也比较高。
可选的,所述显示设备包括平板电视机或平板显示器。

如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例提供的壁挂装置300,包括底座1、墙面板2和至少一个挂板3,其中:底座1与墙面200固定连接,墙面板2与底座1通过中心转轴4铰接,中心转轴4在墙面200上的投影呈竖直设置,所述至少一个挂板3与显示设备本体100的背侧固定连接并与墙面板2挂接。
在本发明实施例中,挂板3与显示设备本体100可通过螺钉实现固定连接,底座1与墙面200可通过螺钉实现固定连接,为了进一步提高承重,也可以使用膨胀螺钉。
中心转轴在墙面上的投影呈竖直设置包括两种情况:
一、中心转轴竖直设置,显示设备壁挂安装后,无论显示设备本体向左还是向右转动,其屏幕始终竖直,即与地面垂直。这种结构形式适合显示设备安装高度与观看者双眼高度相差不太大的情况,例如家庭、办公室、会议厅等场合。在图1至图4的实施例中,中心转轴4竖直设置。
二、中心转轴位于竖直平面内并且与墙面呈一定夹角,例如,中心转轴与墙面呈开口向上的15度夹角,这样,显示设备壁挂安装后,无论显示设备本体向左还是向右转动,其屏幕始终向下倾斜。这种结构形式适合显示设备安装高度比较高的情况,例如,机场、火车站、医院等公共场所,以为观看者提供较佳的观看角度。
如图2和图3所示,在该优选实施例中,墙面板2的背侧在与墙面发生触碰的位置设置有缓冲垫5。缓冲垫5的具体类型、形状不限,可以采用橡胶垫等。设置缓冲垫5可以防止显示设备本体和墙面板2在左右转动时碰撞墙面,从而损坏显示设备本体或墙面。
如图3所示,在本发明的该实施例中,中心转轴4的表面设置有弹性阻尼套6。弹性阻尼套6的具体材质不限,可以采用橡胶套等。弹性阻尼套6可以为墙面板2与底座1的相对转动提供阻力,从而使显示设备本体可以维持在任意转动角度。当需要进行插线操作时,或者需要调整显示设备屏幕的显示角度时,稍用力推动显示设备本体即可使显示设备本体绕中心转轴4转动。
如图1所示,底座1包括设置在中心转轴4上方的上防尘盖7以及设置在中心转轴4下方的下防尘盖8。上防尘盖7和下防尘盖8不但能够保护中心转轴4,起到防尘效果,便于用户对壁挂安装的显示设备背侧进行清洁,而且较为美观,视觉效果较好。
墙面板2和挂板3的具体结构形式不限。由于电视机等显示设备其长边通常横向设置,为提高壁挂装置的承重,使显示设备本体平衡受力,较佳的,墙面板2的长边水平设置,挂板3的数量至少为两个,并且挂板3的长边竖直设置。挂板3通常采用的数量是两个,也可以根据显示设备的规格尺寸和安装需要选择三个或者更多个。
如图2所示,中心转轴4在墙面板2上的投影可以位于墙面板2的中央位置,即墙面板2相对底座1对称安装。值得一提的是,在本发明的其它实施例中,中心转轴在墙面板上的投影也可以偏离墙面板的中央位置,即墙面板相对底座偏向一侧安装,这样,显示设备壁挂安装后,可以通过转动显示设备本体在距离底座较远的一侧获得更充裕的插线操作空间。
挂板3与墙面板2的具体挂接结构不限,例如,如图1和图4所示,挂板3上具有开口向下的挂钩10,通过挂钩10挂接在墙面板2的上边缘。此外,挂接结构也可以是,墙面板上具有开口向上的挂钩,挂板上具有挂接孔,通 过挂接孔挂接在墙面板的挂钩上。
如图2和图4所示,挂板3上设置有可与墙面板2的底部抵接的抵紧螺栓9。具体的,挂板3具有螺栓安装座11,螺栓安装座11具有竖直设置的螺纹通孔,抵紧螺栓9从螺栓安装座11的底部旋入螺纹通孔。当将与显示设备本体固定后的挂板3挂装在墙面板2上后,将抵紧螺栓9拧紧,此时挂板3的挂钩和抵紧螺栓9与墙面板夹紧,可以防止显示设备本体和挂板3相对墙面板2上下移动及左右移动,从而有效防止显示设备本体和挂板3脱落,增强了显示设备安装的稳定性。
采用本发明实施例的壁挂装置300对显示设备进行壁挂安装时,首先将底座1与墙面200固定安装,然后将墙面板2与底座1通过中心转轴4铰装,再将与显示设备本体100固定后的挂板3挂装在墙面板2上,最后将抵紧螺栓9拧紧,使抵紧螺栓9与墙面板2的底部抵接。此外,也可以先将墙面板2与底座1通过中心转轴4铰装,然后将底座1与墙面200固定安装。
完成上述安装后,显示设备本体100可以绕中心转轴4左右调节转动,从而为用户提供较充裕的插线操作空间,操作非常便利,从另一方面也减少了显示设备本体从壁挂装置上脱落的风险,提高了显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性。
可参考图4所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种显示设备,包括显示设备本体100和根据前述任一技术方案的壁挂装置300。该显示设备在进行壁挂安装后,便于用户进行插线操作,而且壁挂安装的安全可靠性也比较高。可选的,显示设备包括平板电视机或平板显示器。

  1. 一种壁挂装置,其特征在于,包括底座、墙面板和至少一个挂板,其中:所述底座与墙面固定连接,所述墙面板与底座通过中心转轴铰接,所述中心转轴在墙面上的投影竖直设置,所述至少一个挂板与显示设备本体的背侧固定连接并与所述墙面板挂接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂装置,其特征在于,所述中心转轴竖直设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂装置,其特征在于,所述墙面板的背侧在与墙面发生触碰的位置设置有缓冲垫。
