目前常用的滚筒洗衣机都是侧开门式,但是该侧开门式洗衣机在使用时,需要用户弯腰或蹲下从洗衣机的侧门向滚筒内投放衣物或者将滚筒内的衣物取出,影响用户(尤其是对于老人)的使用体验。

如图2所示,在本发明的优选技术方案中,锁舌12是具有片状结构的翘片式锁舌,并且在锁舌12被收入锁体1中时,锁舌12的厚度方向与皮带轮2的轴线平行或接近平行。锁舌12的一端与锁体11枢转连接,锁舌12的另一端能够绕锁舌12和锁体11的枢转连接处旋出锁体11或被旋入锁体11中。进一步,驱动锁舌12转动的驱动装置可以是设置在锁体11内的微型电机。在一种可行的实施例中,该微型电机与锁舌12的枢转端连接,当微型电机旋转时能够通过齿轮或者皮带驱动锁舌12旋转,进而使锁舌12转出锁体11或转入锁体11中。在另一种可行的实施例中,该微型电机的输出轴上固定有凸轮,该微型电机能够通过该凸轮将锁舌12的自由端顶出,在锁舌12的自由端需要被缩回至锁体12内时,微型电机驱动凸轮旋转至原来的位置,并且通过设置在锁体12内的弹簧将锁舌12拉入锁体11中。此外,本领域技术人员还可以通过电磁阀等其他可行的驱动方式使锁舌12的自由端转出锁体11或转入锁体11中。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,上述结构的锁舌12(翘片式锁舌)能够使锁体11也具有较薄的结构。因此在锁定装置1被固定到外筒上且锁舌12被收入锁体1内时,锁定装置1的任何部位都不会与皮 带轮2发生接触。所以,本发明的锁定装置1能够充分利用皮带轮2和外桶之间的空间。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,该卡止位是设置在皮带轮2的轮辐21上凹槽,用以防止锁舌12伸出过长,锁舌12的自由端顶出皮带轮2的轮辐21。或者本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将该卡止位设置为皮带轮2的轮辐21上的通孔。
如图1所示,检测装置用于监测滚筒门的位置,该检测装置主要包括作为信号发送装置的磁铁3和作为信号接收装置的霍尔元件4,优选地,磁铁3设置在皮带轮2上,霍尔元件4设置在外筒上。进一步优选地,磁铁3设置在皮带轮2的轮缘22上,霍尔元件4在外筒上的位置与磁铁3的旋转路径相对应,以便霍尔元件4能够清晰地接收磁铁3的信号。需要说明的是,磁铁3的旋转路径是磁铁3绕皮带轮2轴心旋转一圈的圆形路径,霍尔元件4位于该圆形路径上,因此,在磁铁3旋转一圈的过程中总会到达与霍尔元件4对准的一个位置。并且,磁铁3还可以被其他任何形式磁体替代,例如电磁线圈。
此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将磁铁3设置在皮带轮2上的其它位置,如轮辐21上。或者本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将霍尔元件4设置在皮带轮2上,将磁铁3设置在外筒上,并且使磁铁3与霍尔元件4的旋转路径相对应。类似地,霍尔元件4的旋转路径是霍尔元件4绕皮带轮2轴心旋转一圈的圆形路径,磁铁3位于该圆形路径上,因此,在霍尔元件4旋转一圈的过程中总会到达与磁铁3对准的一个位置。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,检测装置除了磁铁3和霍尔元件4的组合外,还可以是发光件与光敏传感器的组合、设置在皮带轮2上的角度传感器、设置在皮带轮2上或外筒的接近开关等。
此外,虽然附图中并未示出,但是本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机还包括洗衣机控制器和电机控制器,该洗衣机控制器分别与电机控制器、霍尔元件4通信连接。洗衣机控制器能够向电机控制器发送指令,在电机控制器接收到指令后,电机控制器能够控制电机驱动皮带轮2转动。
下面结合图1和图2来对本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机内筒的锁定过程进行详细说明。
当顶开式滚筒洗衣机的内筒静止时,锁定装置1的锁舌12的自由端卡入皮带轮2的轮辐21上的凹槽内,洗衣机门和滚筒门的位置重合或接近重合,以便用户能通过洗衣机门和滚筒门向洗衣机内投放衣物,或从内筒洗衣机将衣物取出。
当顶开式滚筒洗衣机完成脱水程序时,洗衣机控制器向电机控制器发送指令,电机控制器根据该指令使与皮带轮2相连的电机的转速降低并保持低速运行。当霍尔元件4检测到磁铁3时,霍尔元件4发送信号给洗衣机控制器,洗衣机控制器根据该信号向电机控制器下达指令,电机控制器使电机停止转动。在洗衣机控制器向电机控制器下达电机停止转动指令的同时或之后(例如延时0.5S),洗衣机控制器控制锁定装置1使锁舌12的自由端卡入皮带轮2的轮辐21上的凹槽内。内筒被锁定,此时洗衣机门和滚筒门的位置重合或接近重合。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在皮带轮2的轮辐21上设置凹槽,将锁定装置1设置在外筒上与该凹槽的旋转路径相对应的位置处,使得皮带轮2能够对锁定装置1进行遮挡,进而使洗衣机的结构更加紧凑。需要说明的是,凹槽的旋转路径是凹槽绕皮带轮2轴心旋转一圈的圆形路径,锁定装置1位于该圆形路径上,因此,在凹槽旋转一圈的过程中总会到达与锁定装置1对准的一个位置,从而使锁舌12能够插入凹槽中。
进一步,本发明将与锁定装置1的锁舌12对应的凹槽设置在皮带轮2的轮辐21上的技术方案,相对于现有技术将凹槽设置在皮带轮2的轮缘22上的技术方案而言,避免了凹槽的槽口与皮带轮2上的皮带发生接触进而导致皮带被磨损的现象。
更进一步,不同于现有技术中将与锁定装置1对应的卡止位设置在皮带轮2的轮缘22上,本发明将与锁定装置1对应的卡止位设置在皮带轮2的轮辐21上,因此能够通过改变卡止位在轮辐21长度方向上的位置,使固定到外筒上的锁定装置1沿轮辐21的长度方向具有更多的位置选择。并且,由于皮带轮2具有多根轮辐21,所以,只要能使内筒的滚筒门和洗衣机门的位置相对应,锁定装置1能够被设置在每根轮辐21在外筒上的任意投影位置,进一步提高了锁定装置1在外筒上固定位置的可选性。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,所述洗衣机包括外筒、设置于所述外筒内的内筒和与所述内筒相连接的皮带轮,其特征在于,所述定位装置包括:
    设置在所述皮带轮的轮辐上的卡止位;
    设置在所述外筒上的锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括锁体和锁舌;
    所述锁定装置的位置与所述卡止位的旋转路径相对应,以便在所述内筒停止转动时,所述锁舌能够与所述卡止位形成卡锁配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述卡止位是设置在所述轮辐上的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述锁舌是一端与所述锁体相连的翘片式锁舌。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括用于检测内筒转动位置的检测装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括信号发送装置和信号接收装置,所述信号发送装置设置在所述皮带轮上,所述信号接收装置设置在所述外筒或所述洗衣机的机体上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述信号发送装置设置在所述皮带轮的轮缘上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括信号发送装置和信号接收装置,所述信号发送装置设置在所述外筒或所述洗衣机的机体上,所述信号接收装置设置在所述皮带轮上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的用于顶开式滚筒洗衣机的定位装置,其特征在于,所述信号发送装置是磁体,所述信号接收装置是霍尔元件。
  9. 一种顶开式滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述顶开式滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的定位装置。
