背景技术
目前常用的滚筒洗衣机都是侧开门式,但是该侧开门式洗衣机在使用时,需要用户弯腰或蹲下从洗衣机的侧门向滚筒内投放衣物或者将滚筒内的衣物取出,影响用户(尤其是对于老人)的使用体验。
为此,顶开门式滚筒洗衣机(如公开号为CN1244730C的专利申请文件中公开的滚筒洗衣机)应用而生。与洗衣机的顶开门相对应的,滚筒的周向也设置有滚筒门,在洗衣机停止转动且滚筒门与洗衣机的顶开门相对应时,通过滚筒锁定装置对滚筒进行锁定。具体地,通过将滚筒锁定装置的锁舌插进皮带轮的凹槽内,实现滚筒锁定装置对滚筒的锁定
但是,在滚筒锁定装置对滚筒进行锁定之前需要对滚筒进行精确定位,否则滚筒锁定装置将不能够对滚筒进行锁定,甚至会损坏滚筒锁定装置的锁舌。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的滚筒定位装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容

进一步,通过将摩擦件13设置成具有弧形面的结构,能够增加摩擦件13与皮带轮2之间的接触面积,进而在相同压紧力的情况下,摩擦件13与皮带轮2之间能够获得更大的摩擦力。通过在锁体11和锁舌12之间设置弹簧,能够保证摩擦件13与皮带轮2相抵触时摩擦件13始终压紧皮带轮2,防止滚筒发生转动。更进一步,通过在摩擦件13靠近皮带轮的一侧设置摩擦片14,能够有效地提高摩擦件13的使用寿命。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定位装置,所述定位装置用于对洗衣机的滚筒进行定位,其特征在于,所述定位装置包括锁定模块,该锁定模块包括:
    锁体,其固定于所述洗衣机的机体上或者与所述机体一体形成;
    锁舌,其至少一部分位于所述锁体内,并且所述锁舌能够沿其长度方向相对于所述锁体滑动;
    摩擦件,其设置于所述锁舌的一端,并且在所述锁舌从所述锁体内伸出时所述摩擦件能够与所述滚筒摩擦接触并因此将所述滚筒锁定在预定位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述滚筒的一端连接有皮带轮,所述摩擦件通过抵靠并压紧所述皮带轮来锁定所述滚筒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述摩擦件的摩擦面形状设置成与所述皮带轮的形状匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述锁定模块还包括电机,所述电机用于驱动所述锁舌从所述锁体伸出或缩回所述锁体中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述锁定模块还包括设置在所述锁体与所述锁舌之间的弹簧,在所述电机驱动所述锁舌伸出时,所述弹簧能够使所述摩擦件压紧所述皮带轮。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括位置检测模块,所述位置检测模块用于检测所述滚筒的旋转位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括控制模块,所述控制模块用于基于所述位置检测模块检测到的位置信号控制所述锁舌。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述位置检测模块包括设置在所述皮带轮上的磁体和设置在所述机体上的霍尔元件,并且所述霍尔元件与所述磁体的旋转路径相对应。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述磁体设置在所述皮带轮的轮辐上。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的定位装置。
