可选的,所述问题信息处理方法还可以包括:将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
可以理解的,解决方案信息生成api文档,将员工关心的问题进行汇总,并按照频率和分类属性进行排序,以方便获取员工所关心的问题,进行针对性处理。
可选的,在步骤S103之后,所述问题信息处理方法还可以包括:将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值,将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
可以理解的,将各个相关用户终端发回的各条解决方案信息发送给发送第一问题信息的用户终端之前或之后或同时,还可以将各条解决方案信息分别发送给各个相关用户终端,以使得各个相关用户终端的用户评价各条解决方案信息的有效性。
例如,若三个相关用户终端共发回五条解决方案信息,则将五条解决方案信息分别发送给该三个相关用户终端中的各个相关用户终端。三个相关用户终端对五条解决方案信息进行评价后,将评价结果发送给中转节点或服务器。服务器再将评价值较高的解决方案信息与第一问题信息对应存储。
可选的,所述问题信息处理方法还可以包括:将预存的与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。具体的,可以在将各条解决方案信息发送给发送第一问题信息的用户终端时,将预存的与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的解决方案信息同时发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
上述所述问题信息处理方法,接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性,然后根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端,并接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端和各个所述相关用户终端,从而能够为员工存在的业务问题或日常办公问题及时提供解决方案,提高员工工作效率。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
对应于本申请实施例所提供的问题信息处理方法,图4示出了本申请实施例提供的问题信息处理装置的结构框图。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本实施例相关的部分。
参照图4,该装置包括:
分类属性获取模块401,用于接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
处理模块402,用于根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端;其中,所述相关用户终端为与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的用户终端。
信息收发模块403,用于接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,并将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
可选地,分类属性获取模块401可以包括关键词获取单元501和确定单元502。
其中,关键词获取单元501用于通过所述预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的至少一个关键词。
确定单元502,用于根据所述至少一个关键词确定所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
可选地,处理模块可以包括相关用户终端确定单元601和第一信息发送单元602。
其中,相关用户终端确定单元601,用于获取与所述用户终端位于同一局域网内的各个用户终端所解答的历史问题信息的分类属性,将与所述第一问题信息的分类属性相关或相同的历史问题信息对应的用户终端作为所述相关用户终端。
第一信息发送单元602,用于将所述第一问题信息发送至所述相关用户终端。
可选地,该装置还可以包括文档生成模块404。文档生成模块404,用于将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
可选地,所述信息收发模块403还用于将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值。该装置还可以包括信息存储模块405。信息存储模块405,用于将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
图5是本申请一实施例提供的服务器的示意图。如图5所示,该实施例的服务器7包括:处理器70以及存储器71,所述存储器71中存储有可在所述处理器70上运行的计算机可读指令72,例如问题信息处理程序。所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各个问题信息处理方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至103。或者,所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图4所示模块401至403的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令72可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器71中,并由所述处理器70执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令72在所述服务器7中的执行过程。
所述服务器7可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述服务器可包括,但不仅限于处理器70和存储器71。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5仅仅是服务器7的示例,并不构成对服务器7的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述服务器还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器70可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器71可以是所述服务器7的内部存储单元,例如服务器7的硬盘或内存。所述存储器71也可以是所述服务器7的外部存储设备,例如所述服务器7上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器71还可以既包括所述服务器7的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器71用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述服务器所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器71还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种问题信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性;
    根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端;其中,所述相关用户终端为与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的用户终端;
    接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,并将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的问题信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性包括:
    通过所述预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的至少一个关键词;
    根据所述至少一个关键词确定所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的问题信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端包括:
    获取与所述用户终端位于同一局域网内的各个用户终端所解答的历史问题信息的分类属性,将与所述第一问题信息的分类属性相关或相同的历史问题信息对应的用户终端作为所述相关用户终端;
    将所述第一问题信息发送至所述相关用户终端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的问题信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的问题信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值,将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
  6. 一种问题信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    分类属性获取模块,用于接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端;其中,所述相关用户终端为与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的用户终端;
    信息收发模块,用于接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,并将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的问题信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述分类属性获取模块包括:
    关键词获取单元,用于通过所述预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的至少一个关键词;
    确定单元,用于根据所述至少一个关键词确定所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的问题信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    相关用户终端确定单元,用于获取与所述用户终端位于同一局域网内的各个用户终端所解答的历史问题信息的分类属性,将与所述第一问题信息的分类属性相关或相同的历史问题信息对应的用户终端作为所述相关用户终端;
    第一信息发送单元,用于将所述第一问题信息发送至所述相关用户终端。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的问题信息处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    文档生成模块,用于将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的问题信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述信息收发模块还用于将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值;
    所述问题信息处理装置还包括:
    信息存储模块,用于将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
  11. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性;
    根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端;其中,所述相关用户终端为与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的用户终端;
    接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,并将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性包括:
    通过所述预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的至少一个关键词;
    根据所述至少一个关键词确定所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端包括:
    获取与所述用户终端位于同一局域网内的各个用户终端所解答的历史问题信息的分类属性,将与所述第一问题信息的分类属性相关或相同的历史问题信息对应的用户终端作为所述相关用户终端;
    将所述第一问题信息发送至所述相关用户终端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值,将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    接收用户终端发送的第一问题信息,并通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性;
    根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端;其中,所述相关用户终端为与所述第一问题信息的分类属性对应的用户终端;
    接收所述相关用户终端发送回的解决方案信息,并将所述解决方案信息发送给发送所述第一问题信息的用户终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述通过预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的分类属性包括:
    通过所述预设分类器获取所述第一问题信息的至少一个关键词;
    根据所述至少一个关键词确定所述第一问题信息的分类属性。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一问题信息的分类属性将所述第一问题信息发送给相关用户终端包括:
    获取与所述用户终端位于同一局域网内的各个用户终端所解答的历史问题信息的分类属性,将与所述第一问题信息的分类属性相关或相同的历史问题信息对应的用户终端作为所述相关用户终端;
    将所述第一问题信息发送至所述相关用户终端。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    将预设时间段内的问题信息和对应的解决方案信息生成api文档,并根据各个所述问题信息的分类属性统计所述预设时间段内各个分类属性对应的问题信息的频率,将各个所述问题信息按照频率的高低排序。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19任一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    将所述解决方案信息发送给各个所述相关用户终端,并接收各个所述相关用户终端对各条所述解决方案信息的评价值,将评价值满足阈值的解决方案作为优选解决方案进行存储。
