打印机粉盒的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种打印机粉盒的驱动装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,粉盒上的驱动头平时依靠外部扭簧倾斜放置,当安装在打印机内部后,打印机内部轨道将驱动头摆直,使驱动头能够正常驱动显影辊,这种设计在粉盒安装时使驱动头容易卡在打印机内部轨道上,容易损坏粉盒和打印机部件,外部扭簧安装在端盖外部,容易脱落,导致驱动头回弹不良,使粉盒不易安装。
发明内容
为了克服上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种设计合理、不易损坏的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,使打印机粉盒易于安装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
打印机粉盒的驱动装置,所述驱动装置连接在粉盒主体一侧,
所述驱动装置包括齿轮固定块、设置在齿轮固定块上用于连接粉盒主体的搅拌架驱动轴、用于连接打印机的驱动构件的驱动头,
所述驱动头与搅拌架驱动轴之间设置有传动机构,
所述齿轮固定块上设置有齿轮护盖,所述驱动头伸出齿轮护盖与驱动构件连接,
所述驱动头可伸缩设置在驱动装置内,驱动头与齿轮护盖之间设置有使驱动头保持回缩状态的第一弹簧;所述驱动装置上设置有将驱动头向外推顶的压块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述驱动头下部设置有连接杆和齿轮驱动块,所述齿轮驱动块位于齿轮护盖内,第一弹簧套接在连接杆上,第一弹簧两端分别抵接齿轮驱动块上端和齿轮护盖内部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述齿轮驱动块底部设置有锥面,所述压块前端设置有与锥面相配合的倾斜面,所述压块压向齿轮护盖时,压块的倾斜面推动齿轮驱动块底部的锥面,推顶驱动头向外伸出。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述打印机粉盒安装到打印机上时,打印机内部构件将压块压向齿轮护盖内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述压块上设置有伸出齿轮护盖的压块头,所述压块头与齿轮护盖之间设置有第二弹簧,第二弹簧向齿轮护盖的反向推顶压块头。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述齿轮护盖上设置有用于穿装第二弹簧的弹簧定位销。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述压块头上设置有用于定位第二弹簧的凹槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述传动机构为齿轮组。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述齿轮固定块通过螺栓或卡扣结构与粉盒主体固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用上述驱动装置的打印机粉盒,所有驱动部件均安装在粉盒内部,不易脱落,不会导致安装不良,损坏部件;取消了外部扭簧结构,结构设计更加合理,实用性更强;安装更加容易,驱动头不易卡在打印机内部轨道上,方便用户操作。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本发明提供了一种打印机粉盒的驱动装置,所述驱动装置1连接在粉盒主体2一侧。所述驱动装置1包括齿轮固定块11,所述齿轮固定块11通过螺栓或卡扣结构与粉盒主体2固定连接。所述齿轮固定块11上设置有搅拌架驱动轴6、驱动头4和齿轮护盖3,搅拌架驱动轴6连接粉盒主体2的搅拌架,驱动头4用于连接位于打印机内部的驱动构件,驱动头4与搅拌架驱动轴6之间设置有多个互相咬合的齿轮,形成齿轮组10形式的传动机构,所述齿轮护盖3用于保护设置在齿轮固定块11上的驱动部件。
所述驱动头4伸出在齿轮护盖3外,驱动头4下部设置有连接杆8和齿轮驱动块9,所述齿轮驱动块9用于固定驱动头和连接杆,带动驱动头齿轮旋转,从而使传动齿轮带动整个齿轮组旋转,齿轮驱动块9位于齿轮护盖3内。所述驱动头4组件可伸缩设置在驱动装置1内。所述连接杆8上套接有第一弹簧(图中未示出),第一弹簧为压簧,第一弹簧的两端分别抵接齿轮驱动块9上端和齿轮护盖3内部。当打印机粉盒未安装时,第一弹簧为自然状态,在第一弹簧的作用下,驱动头4保持回缩状态,安装时驱动头4与打印机上的驱动构件的连接件位于同一直线上,且保持一定距离,便于安装。所述驱动装置1上还设置有用于将驱动头4向外推顶、使驱动头4连接打印机的驱动构件的压块5,所述压块5活动设置在齿轮固定块11上。
参照图4,具体的,所述齿轮驱动块9底部设置有锥面12,所述压块5前端设置有与锥面12相配合的倾斜面13。进一步,所述压块5上设置有伸出齿轮护盖3的压块头14,所述压块头14与齿轮护盖3之间设置有第二弹簧(图中未示出),所述齿轮护盖3上设置有用于穿装第二弹簧的弹簧定位销7,压块头14上设置有用于定位第二弹簧的凹槽15,所述第二弹簧向齿轮护盖3的反向推顶压块头14。当打印机粉盒未安装到打印机上,第二弹簧处于自然状态,压块头14远离齿轮护盖3,使压块5的倾斜面13离开齿轮驱动块9的锥面12,驱动头4在第一弹簧的作用下保持回缩状态。当打印机粉盒安装到打印机上时,打印机内部构件将压块头14压向齿轮护盖3内,第二弹簧被压缩,压块5前移,压块5的倾斜面13推动齿轮驱动块9底部的锥面12,使驱动头4克服第一弹簧的力向外伸出,从而连接打印机的驱动构件,同时第一弹簧被压缩。当打印机粉盒拆下时,第一弹簧和第二弹簧在自身弹力作用下回复自然状态,使压块5和驱动头4复位。
参照图5和图6,本发明还提供了打印机粉盒的驱动装置的另一实施例,本实施例与第一实施例的结构基本相同,区别在于,本实施例中的压块5上设置有连接臂51,压块5通过连接臂51活动安装在驱动装置1的齿轮固定块上,避免了压块5的掉落遗失;进一步,所述连接臂51上设置有限位块52,可限制压块5的活动范围。
通过上述两个实施例可以清楚了解本发明的驱动装置的结构,采用本发明的驱动装置的打印机粉盒,所有驱动部件均安装在粉盒内部,不易脱落,不会导致安装不良,损坏部件;取消了外部扭簧结构,结构设计更加合理,实用性更强;驱动头直线移动连接驱动构件,安装更加容易,且驱动头不易卡在打印机内部轨道上,方便用户操作。
以上具体结构和尺寸数据是对本发明的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

  1. 打印机粉盒的驱动装置,所述驱动装置(1)连接在粉盒主体(2)一侧,
    所述驱动装置(1)包括齿轮固定块(11)、设置在齿轮固定块(11)上用于连接粉盒主体(2)的搅拌架驱动轴(6)、用于连接打印机的驱动构件的驱动头(4),
    所述驱动头(4)与搅拌架驱动轴(6)之间设置有传动机构,
    所述齿轮固定块(11)上设置有齿轮护盖(3),所述驱动头(4)伸出齿轮护盖(3)与驱动构件连接,其特征在于:
    所述驱动头(4)可伸缩设置在驱动装置(1)内,驱动头(4)与齿轮护盖(3)之间设置有使驱动头(4)保持回缩状态的第一弹簧;所述驱动装置(1)上设置有将驱动头(4)向外推顶的压块(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动头(4)下部设置有连接杆(8)和齿轮驱动块(9),所述齿轮驱动块(9)位于齿轮护盖(3)内,第一弹簧套接在连接杆(8)上,第一弹簧两端分别抵接齿轮驱动块(9)上端和齿轮护盖(3)内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮驱动块(9)底部设置有锥面(12),所述压块(5)前端设置有与锥面(12)相配合的倾斜面(13),所述压块(5)压向齿轮护盖(3)时,压块(5)的倾斜面(13)推动齿轮驱动块(9)底部的锥面(12),推顶驱动头(4)向外伸出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述打印机粉盒安装到打印机上时,打印机内部构件将压块(5)压向齿轮护盖(3)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述压块(5)上设置有伸出齿轮护盖(3)的压块头(14),所述压块头(14)与齿轮护盖(3)之间设置有第二弹簧,第二弹簧向齿轮护盖(3)的反向推顶压块头(14)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮护盖(3)上设置有用于穿装第二弹簧的弹簧定位销(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的打印机粉盒的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述压块头(14)上设置有用于定位第二弹簧的凹槽(15)。
