【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种贴标设备,特别涉及一种标识贴精确粘贴装置及其粘贴机构。
【背景技术】
各种机械设备、电气设备、电子设备上一般都贴有标识贴,例如,电气柜常用的标识包括注意高温、当心触电、开门断电类的警示标识,报警指示、运行指示等指示类的标识、以及设备铭牌等其他类的标识,标识贴大多是由带有背胶的不同厚度的不同材料制作而成。
针对这种类型的标识贴,大多采用纯手工方式将其粘贴在设备上,或者针对某一类标识贴,单独做一种大小相同的工装来粘贴该标识贴,粘贴的过程中首先将标识贴后面背胶去掉,然后将标识放在对应的工装上或者设备粘贴位置处,然后贴上标识贴。
由于手工粘贴时工人粘贴水平不齐,标识贴的效果有很大不同,且往往一次粘贴并不能粘好,需要多次贴、取的过程才能贴好,自然会影响标识贴的粘贴质量,达不到标识贴背胶设计的时效时间,同时也耗费了很多时间。并且,这样的粘贴仍存在着粘贴位置不准、粘贴歪斜等问题。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种标识贴精确粘贴装置及其粘贴机构,以解决现有技术中标识贴粘贴位置不准、粘贴耗时长、粘贴歪斜以及现有粘贴装置不通用的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种标识贴精确粘贴装置,包括:
粘贴机构,用于将标识贴贴附至待贴标设备上;
定位机构,所述粘贴机构滑动性设于所述定位机构上,所述定位机构用于与待贴标设备相定位,通过调节所述粘贴机构在所述定位机构上的位置以进行精确粘贴。

具体而言,请参阅图3示意的水平中心定位机构,定位框架121通过连接件116与滑块111相固定,定位框架121上设有垂直刻度;第一旋转配合块122包括左右两个,设于定位框架121上左右两侧,且大致位于中间位置处;第一定位挡块123呈长条状,设于第一旋转配合块122的上下两侧,第一定位挡块123设有水平刻度;第一调节螺杆124与第一旋转配合块122旋转配合,并与第一旋转配合块122上下两侧的第一定位挡块123螺旋配合,第一调节螺杆124设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转第一调节螺杆124可使得第一旋转配合块122上下两侧的第一定位挡块123同时靠近或远离。
请参阅图4示意的垂直中心定位机构,第二旋转配合块125设于第一定位挡块123上,大致位于第一定位挡块123的中间位置处;第二定位挡块126设于第二旋转配合块125的左右两侧;第二调节螺杆127与第二旋转配合块125旋转配合,并与第二旋转配合块125左右两侧的第二定位挡块126螺旋配合,第二调节螺杆127设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转第二调节螺杆127可使得第二旋转配合块125左右两侧的第二定位挡块126同时靠近或远离,以与第一定位挡块123形成围合挡区容置标识贴20。
通过第一调节螺杆124和第二调节螺杆127调节好围合挡区后,将玻璃背板128插置于围合挡区,并将标识贴20放置于围合挡区内并依靠在玻璃背板上。其中,位于上部的第一定位挡块123设有通槽,位于下部的第一定位挡块123设在开槽,以允许玻璃背板128和标识贴20插置和定位承托。
进行贴标时,利用推动杆112前端的吸盘113吸取标识贴20,此时玻璃背板128起到临时支撑标识贴20的作用,在吸盘113取标识贴20后,将玻璃背板128抽出并撕掉标识贴20的背胶,通过推动杆112将标识贴20粘贴,再通过对吸盘113放气复位进行下一次贴标,吸盘113放气的方式可采用在推动杆112的后端设置吸盘气阀手柄114来实现。
当然,中心定位机构120不限于上述档块的形式,其他为达到限位目的的机构均能够实现此功能;围合挡区的调节也不限于使用设有有正反向螺纹的双向螺杆,同步收缩的齿轮机构、同步收缩的连杆机构等为达到围合挡区的调节目的的机构均能够实现此功能;标识贴推送粘贴机构110也不限于用吸盘的方式,其他如标识专用的夹具等为实现同样目的结构也能实现此功能。
此外,在需要大批量粘贴标识贴的场合,本发明的定位机构200的使用可以保证粘贴位置的准确、粘贴不歪斜;但是在不需要大批量粘贴的场合,该定位机构200可以省略,即直接用手操作粘贴机构100,完成粘贴。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明提供的标识贴精确粘贴装置10使用方便、耗时较短,通过定位机构200对粘贴机构100进行定位,可以保证粘贴位置精准、粘贴不歪斜、通用性较好。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,包括:
    粘贴机构,用于将标识贴贴附至待贴标设备上;
    定位机构,所述粘贴机构滑动性设于所述定位机构上,所述定位机构用于与待贴标设备相定位,通过调节所述粘贴机构在所述定位机构上的位置以进行精确粘贴。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括:
    移动台;
    基准定位机构,与所述移动台连接,所述基准定位机构包括左右基准定位机构和/或前后基准定位机构;
    位置精确调整机构,设于所述移动台上,所述位置精确调整机构包括水平刻度尺和垂直刻度尺,所述粘贴机构滑动性设于所述水平刻度尺上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述定位机构还包括立柱,所述立柱设于所述移动台上并与所述垂直刻度尺平行,所述水平刻度尺设置于所述垂直刻度尺和所述立柱之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述左右基准定位机构和所述前后基准定位机构为与所述移动台或所述立柱连接的板件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述粘贴机构包括:
    标识贴推送粘贴机构,滑动性设于所述水平刻度尺上,所述标识贴推送粘贴机构用于吸附标识贴并进行贴标;
    中心定位机构,与所述标识贴推送粘贴机构连接,用于调整所述标识贴的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述标识贴推送粘贴机构包括:
    滑块,滑动性设于所述水平刻度尺上;
    推动杆,贯穿所述滑块;
    吸盘,设于所述推动杆的前端;
    吸盘气阀手柄,设于所述推动杆的后端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述标识贴推送粘贴机构还包括紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉与所述滑块螺旋配合,用于在所述滑块调节到预定定置时与所述水平刻度尺抵接锁紧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构包括:
    定位框架,与所述滑块相固定,所述定位框架上设有垂直刻度;
    第一旋转配合块,设于所述定位框架上;
    第一定位挡块,设于所述第一旋转配合块的上下两侧,所述第一定位挡块设有水平刻度;
    第一调节螺杆,与所述第一旋转配合块旋转配合,并与所述第一旋转配合块上下两侧的所述第一定位挡块螺旋配合,所述第一调节螺杆设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转所述第一调节螺杆使得所述第一旋转配合块上下两侧的所述第一定位挡块同时靠近或远离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构还包括:
    第二旋转配合块,设于所述第一定位挡块上;
    第二定位挡块,设于所述第二旋转配合块的左右两侧;
    第二调节螺杆,与所述第二旋转配合块旋转配合,并与所述第二旋转配合块左右两侧的所述第二定位挡块螺旋配合,所述第二调节螺杆设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转所述第二调节螺杆使得所述第二旋转配合块左右两侧的所述第二定位挡块同时靠近或远离,以与所述第一定位挡块形成围合挡区容置所述标识贴。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的标识贴精确粘贴装置,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构还包括玻璃背板,所述玻璃背板插置于所述围合挡区,以在所述吸吸盘取所述标识贴时,临时支撑所述标识贴,在所述吸盘取所述标识贴后,将所述玻璃背板抽出并撕掉所述标识贴的背胶,通过所述推动杆将所述标识贴粘贴,再通过对所述吸盘放气复位进行下一次贴标。
  11. 一种粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述粘贴机构用于将标识贴贴附至待贴标设备上,所述粘贴机构包括:
    标识贴推送粘贴机构,用于吸附标识贴并进行贴标;
    中心定位机构,与所述标识贴推送粘贴机构连接,用于调整所述标识贴的位置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述标识贴推送粘贴机构包括:
    滑块;
    推动杆,贯穿所述滑块;
    吸盘,设于所述推动杆的前端;
    吸盘气阀手柄,设于所述推动杆的后端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述标识贴推送粘贴机构还包括紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉与所述滑块螺旋配合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构包括:
    定位框架,与所述滑块相固定,所述定位框架上设有垂直刻度;
    第一旋转配合块,设于所述定位框架上;
    第一定位挡块,设于所述第一旋转配合块的上下两侧,所述第一定位挡块设有水平刻度;
    第一调节螺杆,与所述第一旋转配合块旋转配合,并与所述第一旋转配合块上下两侧的所述第一定位挡块螺旋配合,所述第一调节螺杆设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转所述第一调节螺杆使得所述第一旋转配合块上下两侧的所述第一定位挡块同时靠近或远离。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构还包括:
    第二旋转配合块,设于所述第一定位挡块上;
    第二定位挡块,设于所述第二旋转配合块的左右两侧;
    第二调节螺杆,与所述第二旋转配合块旋转配合,并与所述第二旋转配合块左右两侧的所述第二定位挡块螺旋配合,所述第二调节螺杆设有正反向螺纹,通过旋转所述第二调节螺杆使得所述第二旋转配合块左右两侧的所述第二定位挡块同时靠近或远离,以与所述第一定位挡块形成围合挡区容置所述标识贴。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的粘贴机构,其特征在于,所述中心定位机构还包括玻璃背板,所述玻璃背板插置于所述围合挡区,以在所述吸吸盘取所述标识贴时,临时支撑所述标识贴,在所述吸盘取所述标识贴后,将所述玻璃背板抽出并撕掉所述标识贴的背胶,通过所述推动杆将所述标识贴粘贴,再通过对所述吸盘放气复位进行下一次贴标。
