背景技术
现有技术中,全自动洗衣机的吸水装置由吸水泵、吸水管、管接头组成,管接头与吸水泵通过设置在管接头上的单密封圈密封,密封圈一旦失效,将会产生漏气的现象,导致吸水泵不能有效吸水,影响吸水泵的正常使用,用户使用体验差。
基于上述现状,如何将管接头与吸水泵有效密封,避免产生漏气的现象、提高用户满意度,就成为亟需解决的技术问题。鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有管接头密封效果差,导致吸水泵漏气、用户体验度差的问题,本发明提供了一种管接头和包括该管接头的洗衣机,本发明通过在管接头的主体部分上设置定位筋,与密封圈一起形成双点支撑或双线支撑,实现了对管接头的有效定位,防止管接头相对吸水泵晃动,装配紧密,保证吸水泵能够正常使用,因此改善了用户的使用体验。

为了防止外力作用于开口211处将第一连接头14与吸水泵分开,开口211设置在第一挡圈21朝向卡紧件23的部位,通过卡紧件23对开口211进行防护,避免了外力直接作用在开口211处将第一连接头14与吸水泵分开。如上所述,当需要将第一连接头14与吸水泵拆卸时,按着卡紧件23的下端,使卡紧件23与吸水泵的进水口处于不连接的状态,人手 的大拇指伸入卡紧件23与第一连接头14之间的间隙,并从开口211处抠住吸水泵的进水口,将其从第一连接头14上拔下来,防止了因外力将吸水泵与第一连接头14分离。在附图所示的实施例中,连接管2为L形,但是,本发明显然可以采用任何适当的连接管形状。
除了上述管接头外,本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括上述管接头,通过上述管接头使得进水管能够与吸水泵稳定地密封连接,避免产生漏气的现象,保证吸水泵能够正常使用,提高用户满意度。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种管接头,其特征在于,所述管接头包括主体部分以及设置在所述主体部分上的密封圈和定位筋,所述定位筋的外径小于等于所述密封圈的未压缩状态下的外径并且大于所述主体部分的外径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述主体部分的外壁上设有与所述密封圈相适配的凹槽以固定所述密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述定位筋为环绕所述主体部分的周向凸缘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述定位筋与所述主体部分一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述定位筋与用于固定所述密封圈的凹槽相连。
  6. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的管接头,其特征在于,所述密封圈的数量为至少两个,所述至少两个密封圈沿所述主体部分的轴线方向连续设置或间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的管接头,其特征在于,当所述至少两个密封圈沿所述主体部分的轴线方向间隔设置时,每两个相邻的所述密封圈之间均设有一个所述定位筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的管接头,其特征在于,每两个相邻的所述密封圈之间的定位筋的两侧分别与用于固定所述两个密封圈的凹槽相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的管接头,其特征在于,每两个相邻的所述密封圈之间的定位筋沿所述主体部分的轴线方向形成为弧形或平直的。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的管接头。
