Abstract

L'invention a pour objet d'améliorer la vitesse de réaction d'une composition de cristaux liquides, dans un état tel que Δn et Δε sont maintenus de manière suffisante. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de cristaux liquides qui comprend une ou plusieurs sortes de composé représenté par la formule générale (i), et une ou plusieurs sortes soit de composé choisi dans un groupe constitué de composés représentés par les formules générales (M) et (K), soit de composé choisi dans un groupe constitué de composés représentés par les formules générales (N-1), (N-2) et (N-3). L'invention concerne également un élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides mettant en œuvre cette composition de cristaux liquides, un tel élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides entraînant une matrice active, et un tel élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides destiné à un mode VA, TN, OCB, ECB, FFS ou IPS.
