在一个具体的例子中,开机工作后,温度识别装置对工作区内进行数据采样,得到初始参数;通过控制指令板接受用户输入的命令。通过控制指令板可以选择衣物的材质类型。控制单元接受到控制指令板传过来的命令后,自动生成匹配该类型衣物的最佳工作曲线。包括风机转速,温度范围,蒸汽温度以及蒸汽量,电机运动速度信息。控制单元根据工作曲线控制蒸汽发生部件的喷射量、蒸汽温度、蒸汽压力,控制发热部件的工作,配合风机的不同转速形成不同温度的循环风。运动装置的电机以不同转速进行运转,配合挂衣架使衣物形成不同的拉伸力,在蒸汽的作用下进行熨烫护理。控制单元完成整个工作曲线后,完成衣物的熨烫护理功能。
本实施例的技术方案,通过获取采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据信息参数生成衣物护理方案;将图像信息与衣物护理方案关联保存,根据衣物护理方案对待护理衣物进行护理,能够有针对性的为用户提供衣物护理,极大地改善用户体验。
实施例二
图2为本发明实施例二中的一种衣物护理机的控制方法的流程图,本实施例以上述实施例为基础进行优化,在本实施例中,所述采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案之后,还包括:若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
如图2所示,本实施例的方法具体包括如下步骤:
S210,采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案。
S220,若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
其中,衣物护理机包括:控制指令板,接受用户的操作,进行功能选择;同时将整机当前运行的信息显示出来,供用户了解整机的运行情况。温度识别装置,该装置可以是一个也可以是多个温度传感器组成。风机,可以是交流风机,或是直流电机、无刷电机等,转动带动扇叶在衣物上形成气流。发热部件,可以是热泵、发热丝、红外发热、PTC发热方式,可以加热风机输送的空气。蒸汽发生部件,可以是承压锅炉、无压锅炉、加热管发热方式,产生蒸汽。用于润化、杀菌、浸湿衣物。运动装置,可以是交流风机,或是直流电机、无刷电机等,带动衣架使衣物进行有规律的运动。使衣物在运动过程中形成拉伸力。控制单元,可以控制风机、发热部件、蒸汽发生部件、运动装置的工作。接受视频识别装置的信息,进行运算与分析。供电装置,给各模块、控制单元供电。
可选的,所述衣物护理方案包括:衣物护理机的风机转速、蒸汽温度和蒸 汽量,衣物的运动速度以及衣物护理机工作区的温度范围。
其中,所述衣物的运动速度指的是衣服护理机里面的运动装置的电机的运动速度。
在一个具体的例子中,将待护理的衣物的图像信息与预设的方案数据库的信息进行匹配,获取与之匹配的衣物护理方案,对衣物进行护理,具体的会流程为开机检测温度<30°,加热部件开始工作,风机部件开始工作;工作时间>10s,加热部件停止工作,风机部件停止工作;蒸汽发生部件工作,并进行喷射总喷射量的50%量;以30%额定功率控制加热部件工作,以10%额定转速控制风机部件工作;检测温度上升范围,若是温度变化在±2°范围内,就维持30%额定功率控制加热部件工作,以10%额定转速控制风机部件工作;超过±2°范围,加热部件停止工作,风机部件停止工作;检测工作时间是否超过5分钟,超过5分钟则完成工作。
本实施例的技术方案,通过获取采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案,若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对待护理衣物进行护理,能够有针对性的为用户提供衣物护理,操作简单,极大地改善用户体验。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三提供的一种衣物护理机的控制装置的结构示意图。本实施例可适用于智能平板的控制的情况,该装置可采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可集成在任何提供衣物护理机的控制功能的设备中,如图3所示,所述衣物护理机的控制装置具体包括:信息采集模块310、方案生成模块320 和第一衣物护理模块330。
其中,信息采集模块310,用于采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;
方案生成模块320,用于若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据所述信息参数生成衣物护理方案;
第一衣物护理模块330,用于将所述图像信息与所述衣物护理方案关联保存,根据所述衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理;
可选的,还包括:
第二衣物护理模块,用于所述采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案之后,若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
可选的,所述衣服的图像信息包括:衣物的外形和衣物的属性标签。
可选的,所述信息参数包括:衣物材质、大小和颜色。
可选的,所述衣物护理方案包括:衣物护理机的风机转速、蒸汽温度和蒸汽量,衣物的运动速度以及衣物护理机工作区的温度范围。

实施例四
图4为本发明实施例四提供的一种衣物护理机的结构框图,如图4所示,本实施例提供的一种衣物护理机,包括:控制器41和存储器42。该衣物护理机中的控制器可以是一个或多个,图4中以一个控制器41为例,所述衣物护理机中的控制器41和存储器42可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
本实施例中衣物护理机的控制器41中集成了上述实施例提供的衣物护理机的控制装置。此外,该衣物护理机中的存储器42作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储一个或多个程序,所述程序可以是软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中衣物护理机的控制方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的控制装置中的模块,包括:信息采集模块310、方案生成模块320和第一衣物护理模块330)。控制器41通过运行存储在存储器42中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中衣物护理机的控制方法。
存储器42可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据设备的使用所创建的数据等(如上述实施例中的预设的方案数据库等)。此外,存储器42可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器42可进一步包括相对于控制器41远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至设备。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
并且,当上述衣物护理机所包括一个或者多个程序被所述一个或者多个控 制器41执行时,程序进行如下操作:
采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据所述信息参数生成衣物护理方案;将所述图像信息与所述衣物护理方案关联保存,根据所述衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被控制装置执行时实现本发明实施例一或实施例二提供的衣物护理机的控制方法,该方法包括:采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据所述信息参数生成衣物护理方案;将所述图像信息与所述衣物护理方案关联保存,根据所述衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
当然,对于一个完整的衣物护理机而言,还具备风机、发热装置、蒸汽发生装置、衣架运动装置等多种功能部件,通过控制各种功能部件的配合最终实现对衣物的护理。
通过以上关于实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,本发明可借助软件及必需的通用硬件来实现,当然也可以通过硬件实现,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如计算机的软盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、闪存(FLASH)、硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以 是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种衣物护理机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;
    若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据所述信息参数生成衣物护理方案;
    将所述图像信息与所述衣物护理方案关联保存,根据所述衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案之后,还包括:
    若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述衣服的图像信息包括:衣物的外形和衣物的属性标签。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息参数包括:衣物材质、大小和颜色。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述衣物护理方案包括:衣物护理机的风机转速、蒸汽温度和蒸汽量,衣物的运动速度以及衣物护理机工作区的温度范围。
  6. 一种衣物护理机的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息采集模块,用于采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案;
    方案生成模块,用于若衣物护理方案匹配失败,则获取用户输入的信息参数,根据所述信息参数生成衣物护理方案;
    第一衣物护理模块,用于将所述图像信息与所述衣物护理方案关联保存,根据所述衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理;
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二衣物护理模块,用于所述采集待护理衣物的图像信息,根据所述图像信息从预设的方案数据库中匹配衣物护理方案之后,若衣物护理方案匹配成功,则按照匹配出的衣物护理方案对所述待护理衣物进行护理。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衣服的图像信息包括:衣物的外形和衣物的属性标签。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息参数包括:衣物材质、大小和颜色。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衣物护理方案包括:衣物护理机的风机转速、蒸汽温度和蒸汽量,衣物的运动速度以及衣物护理机工作区的温度范围。
  11. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个控制器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个控制器执行,使得所述一个或多个控制器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的衣物护理机的控制方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的衣物护理机的控制方法。
