Description

导航指令提示方法、提示装置、车辆和导航仪 技术领域
本发明涉及导航,更具体地,涉及导航指令提示方法、设置于车辆之上的导航指令提示装置、车辆和导航仪。
背景技术
现有技术中,导航服务提供装置一般通过在显示屏上显示导航图像的方式向用户提示方向。用户需要同时观察路况和导航图像,分散用户的视觉注意力。例如用户骑车或开车时,一边行驶一边查看导航图像,不利于交通安全。
现有技术中,导航服务提供装置也有语音播报导航指令的实施方式。用户需要同时观察路况和理解语音的导航指令的含义,并且做出与语音指令相应的操作,同样分散用户的注意力。此外,当用户骑车时,周边的噪音可能对语音播报的导航指令产生干扰,不利于用户准确获取并理解导航指令,导致使用障碍,当用户由于导航指令没有被准确执行而导致导航失败时,会对正常行驶产生影响,同样不利于交通安全。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种导航指令提示方法的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种导航指令提示方法,包括:导航服务提供装置与设置于车辆上的导航指令提示装置建立通信连接;导航指令提示装置接收导航服务提供装置发送的导航指令;导航指令提示装置以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。
优选地,所述导航指令提示装置包括体感提示单元或发光提示单元或发声提示单元或其组合。
优选地,所述导航指令提示装置以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向的步骤包括:当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的发光信号向用户提示方向;或者当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号的方式向用户提示方向;或者当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述导航指令提示装置以发声信号或者同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号或者用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号的方式向用户提示方向。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种设置于车辆之上的导航指令提示装置,包括:通信单元,用于与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接;导航指令接收单元,用于接收导航服务提供装置发送的车辆导航指令;方向提示单元,用于以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。
优选地,所述方向提示单元包括体感提示单元或者发光提示单元或者发声提示单元或其组合。
优选地,所述方向提示单元包括体感提示单元,所述体感提示单元分别设置于车辆的方向控制器的左侧和右侧便于用户手握方向控制器时感知体感信号的位置。
优选地,当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述体感提示单元以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述体感提示单元以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述体感提示单元以同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向。
优选地,所述方向提示单元包括发光提示单元,所述发光提示单元设置于便于用户观察发光事件的位置。
优选地,当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右转指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上 的左/右侧第M出口指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的对应的掉头或直行指示符号的方式向用户提示方向。
优选地,所述方向提示单元包括发声提示单元。

根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种设置于车辆之上的导航指令提示装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器进行操作以执行根据前述的方法。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供了一种车辆,其特征在于,包括上述任意之一的导航指令提示装置。
优选地,所述车辆为自行车或三轮车或汽车或电动车或助力车或摩托车。
根据本发明的第五方面,提供了一种导航仪,包括上述任意之一的导航指令提示装置。
本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中,并没有采用体感提示或发光提示的方式提示用户导航指令的技术方案。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。而该技术方案能够尽量少的分散用户的注意力,有利于交通安全。
通过以下参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例的详细描述,本发明的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

图1是本发明实施例1提供的导航指令提示方法的流程图,该方法包括顺序执行的以下步骤:
步骤101、导航服务提供装置与设置于车辆上的导航指令提示装置建立通信连接。
步骤102、导航指令提示装置接收导航服务提供装置发送的导航指令。
步骤103、导航指令提示装置以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。
本发明所述的导航服务提供装置,既可以是作为软件的导航APP,也可以是运行导航APP的载体设备,包括手机、导航仪等,也可以是提供导航服务的云服务器,例如导航APP的云服务器。云服务器可以直接将导航指令发送至导航指令提示装置,也可以将导航指令发送至与导航指令提示装置配合的APP,由该APP将导航指令发送至导航指令提示装置。
导航指令提示装置可以通过近距离通信,例如蓝牙、红外、RFID、 NFC标签、声磁标签等连接方式与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接,也可以通过有线连接方式与导航服务提供装置建立连接,或者通过互联网、广域网与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接。
导航指令提示装置提示给用户的导航指令可以被设置,它可以是导航服务提供装置全部导航指令的一个子集,该子集内的导航指令在导航指令提示装置内有对应的提示方式。或者也可以在导航指令提示装置中设置处理单元,用于仅对接收到的导航指令中有对应提示方式的导航指令进行提示。
方向提示单元可以是硬件形式的体感提示单元、发光提示单元、发声提示单元,例如振动器、微电流贴片、发光二极管、手电筒、喇叭等,当然也可以是体感信号、发光信号和发声信号的指令接口,该接口可用于外接体感装置或者发光装置或者发声装置,以便发出导航指令。
举例而言,当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右转指示符号向用户提示方向。当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右侧第M出口指示符号的方式向用户提示方向。当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述导航指令提示装置以同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号或者用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号或者发声信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的对应的掉头或直行指示符号的方式向用户提示方向。
例如用户的左手感受到体感信号或者用户看到面前左侧的发光信号,便知道前方左转,无需分心查看导航图像,也无需注意聆听和理解导航指令,更加安全。又例如用户听到蜂鸣声或者“叮咚”的发声信号,便知前方掉头,有益的效果同前例。
实施例1列举的利用体感、发光、发声的提示方式仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以对体感、发光、发生信号的提示意义做出不同限定,或者对这些信号做出不同的组合。本领域技术人员同样可以对体感的模式、发光的颜色等做出不同的设计,以提示指令。例如同时施加于用户左手和 右手的短促而连续的体感信号提示前方交通拥堵请减速,或者提示前方为自行车禁行区等。又例如用户面前左右侧同时发出红色的发光信号,用于提示用户掉头;用户面前左右侧同时发出绿色的发光信号,用于提示用户直行。本领域技术人员同样可以将本发明提出的提示方式与传统的提示方式相结合使用。
图2是本发明实施例2提供的导航指令提示装置的框图。导航指令提示装置200设置于车辆之上,其包括通信单元201,用于与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接;导航指令接收单元202,用于接收导航服务提供装置发送的车辆导航指令;方向提示单元203,用于以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。导航指令接收单元202分别与通信单元201和方向提示单元203相连接。与导航指令提示装置200配合的导航服务提供装置图2中未示出。
导航指令提示装置200提示给用户的导航指令可以被设置,它可以是导航服务提供装置全部导航指令的一个子集,该子集内的导航指令在导航指令提示装置200内有对应的提示方式。或者也可以在导航指令提示装置200中设置处理单元(图中未示出),用于仅对接收到的导航指令中有对应提示方式的导航指令进行提示。
例如,可以设置导航指令提示装置200并不提示“前方500米左转”这样的导航指令,则接收到这样的导航指令后,其处理单元控制方向提示单元203不对该导航指令进行提示。可以设置导航指令提示装置200提示“前方路口左转”这样的导航指令,则接收到这样的导航指令后,其处理单元控制方向提示单元203对该导航指令进行提示。
实施例2中的方向提示单元203,可以是体感提示单元或者发光提示单元或者发声提示单元或其组合。方向提示单元203例如可以是硬件形式的振动器、微电流贴片、发光二极管、手电筒、喇叭等,当然也可以是体感信号、发光信号和发声信号的指令接口,该接口可用于外接体感装置或者发光装置或者发声装置,以便发出导航指令。
下面对各种可能的方向提示单元203的设置进行举例说明。
方向提示单元203可以包括体感提示单元,所述体感提示单元分别设置于车辆的方向控制器的左侧和右侧的便于用户手握时感知体感的位置,所述方向控制器可以是车把或者方向盘等。体感提示单元可以设置在左右车把上,或者设置在方向盘的左半侧或者右半侧上。
下面举例说明用户左右感知的体感所代表的导航指令。当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述体感提示单元可以以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向。当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述体感提示单元可以以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号的方式向用户提示方向。当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述体感提示单元可以以同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向。
所述方向提示单元203可以包括发光提示单元,所述发光提示单元设置于便于用户观察发光事件的位置。所述发光提示单元可以是分左右设置的两个独立的发光元件,例如分左右设置的两个LED灯,也可以是能够接受控制分别向用户左右侧方向发光的元件,例如一个旋转装置控制转动灯头方向的手电筒,手电筒朝左发光则代表左转;该发光元件发出的光可以直接投射入用户眼睛,也可以投射至用户前方的地面上,投射到地面上的光线可以只是一个明亮区域,利用其投射于用户左前方还是右前方来提示左右,也可以是接收控制投射一个交通指示符号。
下面举例说明发光事件所代表的导航指令。当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右转指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右侧第M出口指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的对应的掉头或直行指示符号的方式向用户提示方向。本领域技术人员也可以对发光信号的颜色做出有意义的设定,例如提示掉头的发光颜色为红色,提示左转或右转或直行的发光颜色为绿色等。
方向提示单元203可以包括发声提示单元。该发声提示单元发出的非 语音的声音可以是蜂鸣、类似于“叮咚”的铃声、一段愉悦的曲调等,本领域技术人员可以对不同的声音赋予不同的导航指令意义。
下面举例说明发生提示单元发出的发声信号所代表的导航指令。当所述导航指令为掉头时,所述发声提示单元以发声信号的方式向用户提示方向,例如蜂鸣音或者类似于“叮咚”的提示音。当所述导航指令为直行时,本领域的技术人员还可以设计出愉悦的一段曲调,向用户提示直行。
上述方向提示单元203所包括的各种提示单元,同样可以组合在一起使用。例如当所述导航指令为左转时,所述体感提示单元可以以施加于用户左手的体感信号,以及同时,所述发声提示单元以发声信号的组合方式向用户提示方向。
对于本领域技术人员来说,可以通过硬件方式、软件方式或软硬件结合的方式实现前述导航指令提示方法。基于同一发明构思,参考图3介绍本发明实施例的导航指令提示装置,以执行前述导航指令提示方法。
图3是显示可用于实现本发明的实施例的导航指令提示装置的硬件配置的例子的框图,导航指令提示装置300包括处理器3010、存储器3020、体感提示装置3030、发光提示装置3040、发声提示装置3050等等。
存储器3020用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制处理器3010进行操作以执行根据前述任一项所述的导航指令提示方法。
处理器3010例如可以是中央处理器CPU、微处理器MCU等。存储器3020例如包括ROM(只读存储器)、RAM(随机存取存储器)、诸如硬盘的非易失性存储器等。
体感提示装置3030例如设置于用户左、右手两侧用于用户手握时能够感知微电流刺激的的微电流刺激贴片、设置于用户左、右手两侧的用于用户手握时能够感知振动的振动马达等。
发光提示装置3040例如设置于用户前方左右两侧的灯、受处理器3010控制朝用户前方地面左侧或右侧投射光线的灯、受处理器3010控制朝用户前方地面投射交通指示符号的灯。
发声提示装置3050例如是喇叭、蜂鸣器等。
通信装置3060,用于与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接。例如通信装 置3060与导航仪、或者其他具有导航功能的电子设备,例如手机、PAD等,建立有线或无线连接,以便从上述设备获取导航指令;或者例如,通信装置3060与和导航指令提示装置300配合的服务器建立无线通信连接,以便从所述服务器获取导航指令,等等。
图3所示的导航指令提示装置仅是解释性的,并且决不是为了要限制本发明、其应用或用途。本领域技术人员应当理解,尽管在图3中示出了多个装置,但是,本发明可以仅涉及其中的部分装置。本领域技术人员可以根据本发明所公开方案设计指令,指令如何控制处理器进行操作是本领域公知技术,故在此不再详细描述。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括上述的导航指令提示装置。所述车辆可以是自行车、三轮车、汽车、电动车、助力车或摩托车等。
本发明还提供一种导航仪,包括上述的导航指令提示装置。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。但本领域技术人员应当清楚的是,上述各实施例可以根据需要单独使用或者相互结合使用。另外,对于装置实施例而言,由于其是与方法实施例相对应,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的对应部分的说明即可。以上所描述的系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可是不是物理上分开的。

    导航服务提供装置与设置于车辆上的导航指令提示装置建立通信连接;
    导航指令提示装置接收导航服务提供装置发送的导航指令;
    导航指令提示装置以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。

    所述导航指令提示装置包括体感提示单元或发光提示单元或发声提示单元或其组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的提示方法,其特征在于,所述导航指令提示装置以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示方向的步骤包括:
    当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的发光信号向用户提示方向或者投射于用户前方地面上的左/右转符号;或者
    当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述导航指令提示装置以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号或者用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号的方式向用户提示方向或者投射于用户前方地面上的左/右侧第M出口符号;或者
    当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述导航指令提示装置以发声信号或者同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号或者用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号的方式向用户提示方向或者投射于用户前方地面上的对应的掉头或直行的符号。
  4. 一种设置于车辆之上的导航指令提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    通信单元,用于与导航服务提供装置建立通信连接;
    导航指令接收单元,用于接收导航服务提供装置发送的车辆导航指令;
    方向提示单元,用于以与所述导航指令相对应的提示方式向用户提示 方向,所述提示方式包括体感提示和发光提示中的一种或其组合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    所述方向提示单元包括体感提示单元或者发光提示单元或者发声提示单元或其组合。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    所述方向提示单元包括体感提示单元,所述体感提示单元分别设置于车辆的方向控制器的左侧和右侧便于用户手握方向控制器时感知体感信号的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述体感提示单元以施加于用户左/右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或
    当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述体感提示单元以施加于用户左/右手的M次体感信号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或
    当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述体感提示单元以同时施加于用户左右手的体感信号的方式向用户提示方向。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    所述方向提示单元包括发光提示单元,所述发光提示单元设置于便于用户观察发光事件的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8任一项所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    当所述导航指令为左/右转时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右转指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或
    当所述导航指令为左/右侧第M出口时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左/右侧的M次发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的左/右侧第M出口指示符号的方式向用户提示方向;和/或
    当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述发光提示单元以用户面前左右侧同时发出发光信号或者投射在用户前方地面上的对应的掉头或直行指示符号的方式向用户提示方向。
  10. 根据权利要求4-9任一项所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    所述方向提示单元包括发声提示单元。
  11. 根据权利要求4-10任一项所述的提示装置,其特征在于,
    当所述导航指令为掉头或直行时,所述发声提示单元以发声信号的方式向用户提示方向。
  12. 一种设置于车辆之上的导航指令提示装置,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器进行操作以执行根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求4-12任意之一的导航指令提示装置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆为自行车或三轮车或汽车或电动车或助力车或摩托车。
  15. 一种导航仪,其特征在于,包括权利要求4-12任意之一的导航指令提示装置。
