본 발명은 폴리비닐계 수지의 브러쉬에 다양한 기능성 분자를 도입하여, 자가치유 능력을 극대화한 폴리비닐계 화합물 및 이의 제조방법과 이로부터 제조된 고분자 도막에 관한 것이다.
