Description

服务器信息推送方法、终端信息发送方法、装置、系统以及存储介质
本申请要求于2017年04月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710240834.3、名称为“服务器信息推送方法、终端信息发送方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例属于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种服务器信息推送方法、终端信息发送方法、装置、系统以及存储介质。
背景
随着终端的不断普及发展,终端提供的功能也越来越多,用户在日常生活中也越来越依赖终端提供的各项功能。以搜索功能为例,目前,当用户需要获取到某些信息时,需在终端应用界面中的文本框内输入相应文本信息,之后点击发送按钮后,终端将该文本信息发送至服务器,由服务器根据该文本内容匹配相应的推送信息,并将匹配到的推送信息发送至终端,由终端显示给用户。
技术内容
本申请实施例提供了一种服务器信息推送方法,其中包括:
获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息,所述第一用户 情感信息用于表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态;以及
根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
本申请实施例还提供了一种终端信息发送方法,其中包括:
监测用户输入文本信息的过程,并生成输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
将用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器;以及
接收并显示推送信息,其中,所述推送信息由所述服务器根据所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息生成。
本申请实施例还提供了一种服务器信息推送装置,其中包括:存储器、处理器;其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述存储中的计算机可读指令,用于:
获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息,所述第一用户情感信息用于表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态;
根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
本申请实施例还提供了一种终端信息发送装置,其中包括:存储器、处理器;其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述存储中的计算机可读指令,用于:

本申请实施例还提出了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可读指令,可以使至少一个处理器执行以上所述的方法。

实施方式
请参照图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件,本申请实施例的原理是以实施在一适当的运算环境中来举例说明。以下的说明是基于所例示的本申请的具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本申请未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
本文所使用的术语「模块」可看做为在该运算系统上执行的软件对象。本文所述的不同组件、模块、引擎及服务可看做为在该运算系统上的实施对象。而本文所述的装置及方法优选的以软件的方式进行实施,当然也可在硬件上进行实施,均在本申请实施例保护范围之内。
请参阅图1a,图1a为本申请实施例提供的信息推送系统的结构示意图,该信息推送系统包括终端信息发送装置和服务器信息推送装置。其中该终端信息发送装置具体可以集成在终端11中,该终端11譬如为手机、平板电脑等;该服务器信息推送装置可以集成在服务器12中。
在具体实施过程中,用户打开终端11的应用程序后,可以在终端11应用界面中的文本输入框111内输入文本信息,终端11在获取用户输入的文本信息后,将所述文本信息通过网络发送至服务器12。
服务器12则接收终端11发送的文本信息,并同时获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息。在本申请实施例中,服务器12获取对应所述输入过程信息的方式有两种:
一种是被动的接收终端11发送的输入过程信息。即终端11会获取输入过程信息,并将获取到的输入过程信息一并发送至服务器12,服务器12则接收所述输入过程信息;
一种是服务器12主动生成输入过程信息。在该实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中终端应用页面状态信息,并将文本 信息和终端应用页面状态信息发送至服务器12,服务器12则根据终端应用页面状态信息生成输入过程信息。
在获取文本信息以及对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息后,服务器12继续获取与所述输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,之后再根据获取到的所述用户情感信息以及接收到的文本信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端11。
而终端11则接收所述推送信息,并将接收到所述推送信息显示给用户。
由上可知,本申请实施例在获取文本信息时,还一并获取对应文本信息的输入过程信息,并根据输入过程信息匹配用户情感信息,再根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,显然,该推送信息由于关联了用户情感信息,因此可以更加准确的生成用户想要的推送信息,提高了推送信息的准确率。
图1b是本申请实施例提供的一种服务器信息发送方法的流程图,该方法由服务器执行。如图1b所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101b:获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息。
在一些实施例中,所述文本信息为所述用户在终端的应用界面上的文本输入框中输入、并通过点击发送按钮发送的;所述响应时长为进入应用界面至点击文本输入框的时长;所述输入时长为用户点击文本输入框至点击发送按钮的时长;所述焦点切换操作信息包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类、焦点切换时间间隔中的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,所述焦点切换次数为所述文本输入框失去焦点的次数;所述焦点切换种类包括在终端应用的多个界面之间进行切换操作、将所述终端应用退至后台运行、点击所述终端应用的界面中的推送内容中的至少一种;所述焦点切换时间间隔为:相邻两次焦点切换操作的时间间隔。
步骤102b:获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息,所述第一用户情感信息用于表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态。这里,所述第一用户情感信息也可称为用户情感信息。
步骤103b:根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
本申请实施例在获取文本信息时,还一并获取对应文本信息的输入过程信息,并根据输入过程信息匹配用户情感信息,再根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,显然,该推送信息由于关联了用户情感信息,因此可以更加准确的生成用户想要的推送信息,提高了推送信息的准确率,从而可以减少服务器与终端数据交互次数,避免占用服务器较多资源,进而降低服务器的运行负担。
以下结合附图,将对本申请实施例提供的服务器信息推送方法以及终端信息发送方法进行详细说明。在本申请一些实施例中,输入过程信息由终端11生成后发送至服务器12。请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例中终端11与服务器12的信令交互示意图。
S11、终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程,并生成输入过程信息。
在一些实施例中,用户输入文本信息的过程为从用户进入终端应用界面至用户点击发送按钮112的过程。当然,用户输入文本信息的过程也可以为其它过程,例如,用户输入文本信息的过程可以为从点击文本输入框111开始输入文本信息至点击发送按钮112的过程,在此不做具体限制。
当用户进入终端11的应用界面后,终端11监测用户输入所述文本信息的过程,并根据输入文本信息的过程生成输入过程信息,具体包括:
a、监测从进入终端11的应用界面至用户点击文本输入框111所耗第一时长,并根据该第一时长生成响应时长。
b、监测从用户点击文本输入框111至点击发送按钮112所耗第 二时长,并根据该第二时长生成输入时长。
c、监测文本输入框111失去焦点的焦点切换操作信息。其中,焦点切换操作信息可以包括以下一种信息或多种信息的组合:
c1、焦点切换次数;焦点切换次数即文本输入框111失去焦点的次数。比如,用户在输入文本信息的过程中,还在终端应用中的多个界面之间进行切换操作、点击并查看终端应用中历史推送信息,等等操作,以使得文本输入框111失去焦点,此时焦点切换次数将为非零值。若用户一直在输入文本信息,即文本输入框111没有失去焦点,此时,焦点切换次数为0。
c2、焦点切换种类;可以包括以下一种或几种:在终端应用的多个界面之间进行切换操作;将终端应用退至后台运行;点击终端应用界面中的其它历史推送内容等等。
c3、焦点切换时间间隔;若存在焦点切换操作,记录相邻两次焦点切换操作时间间隔。
可以理解的是,焦点切换操作信息还可以包括其它未列举出来的信息,在此不做具体限制。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的输入过程信息包括响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息,而在一些其它实施例中,输入过程信息还可以为上述三种中的任意一种或两种的组合,当然,也可以包括其它未列举出来的信息,在此不做具体限制。
可以理解的是,终端11除了监测用户输入文本信息的过程,还要获取用户输入的文本信息。
S12、终端11将用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器12。
在具体实施过程中,当用户在输入文本信息并点击发送按钮112后,终端11将所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器12。
其中,终端11在获取文本信息和输入过程信息后,还包括将文本信息和输入过程信息进行聚合操作,比如,合成一个文件,再将聚 合后的信息发送至服务器12。当然,终端11也可以将文本信息和输入过程信息依次发送至服务器12,在此不对文本信息和输入过程信息的发送方式进行限制。
S13、服务器12接收终端11发送的文本信息以及对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息。
其中,服务器12接收到的终端11发送的输入过程信息包括步骤S11中所列的响应时长、输入时长以及焦点切换操作信息。
S14、服务器12获取对应所述输入过程信息的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,在服务器预先存储输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系,之后在预先存储的对应关系中获取对应输入过程信息的用户情感信息。
具体地,服务器首先判断对应关系中是否存在对应的用户情感信息,若存在,则获取对应输入过程信息的用户情感信息;若不存在,则发送一情感询问信息至终端11,并接收终端11根据所述情感询问信息发送的当前情感信息,其中所述当前情感信息由用户基于所述情感询问信息而输入。
在一些实施例中,上述对应关系可以是如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和大于等于第一预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息代表的情感状态为第一情感;如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和小于第二预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定不存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息代表的情感状态为第二情感。
为了更好地理解对应关系,以及如何通过对应关系来获取用户的情感信息,下面给出一个例子进行解释说明,对应关系如表1所示。

如表1所示,在对应关系中,存在两种用户情感信息,分别为犹豫情感和开心情感。若用户在输入文本信息时为犹豫情感,用户可能在输入文本信息之前浏览很多历史推送信息,或者在文本输入框111内反复做写入和删除等操作,这样就会导致响应时长和输入时长较长;又或者用户在输入文本信息的过程中,犹豫不决,多次返回查看历史推送信息,此时文本输入框失去焦点,也就是说,存在焦点切换操作。因此,可以利用“响应时长与输入时长之和超过预设值的三倍,且存在焦点切换操作”来描述犹豫情感。
若用户输入文本信息时为开心情感,用户可能会比较果断地输入自己想要的内容,这时响应时长和输入时长就比较短,且有可能不存在焦点切换操作。因此,可以利用“响应时长与输入时长之和小于预设值,且不存在焦点切换操作”来描述开心情感。
可以理解的是,用户情感信息不局限于表1中所示的两种,可以包括更多种情感,在此不一一列举。另外,用户情感信息与输入过程信息的对应关系也不局限于表1中所示的情况,表1所示出的对应关系仅仅起到示范说明作用,在实际应用过程中,可以根据实际需求设定对应关系。
下面将结合表1说明服务器12根据对应关系获取用户情感信息的过程。
服务器12将断输入过程信息是否与犹豫情感相匹配。
譬如,服务器12将判断输入过程信息中的响应时长和输入时长 是否超过预设值的三倍,若响应时长和输入时长之和超过预设值的三倍,将再通过输入过程信息中的焦点切换操作信息判断是否存在焦点切换操作。比如,判断焦点切换操作信息中的焦点切换操作次数是否为零,若焦点切换操作次数不为零,则判定存在焦点切换操作。此时,服务器12将判断出当前获取到的输入过程信息与对应关系中的犹豫情感匹配,从而获得与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息为犹豫情感。
若服务器12判断输入过程信息与犹豫情感不匹配,将继续判断输入过程信息是否与开心情感相匹配,具体判断方法与上述情况类似,在此不再赘述。
可以理解的是,上述服务器12根据对应关系获取用户情感信息的方法仅仅是众多方法中的一种,只要服务器12可以根据对应关系获取到相应的用户情感信息即可。
若服务器12判断出输入过程信息与对应关系中的所有用户情感信息均不匹配,也就是说,对应关系中不存在对应输入过程信息的用户情感信息。服务器12将向终端11发送情感询问信息。终端11接收到情感询问信息后,将根据该情感询问信息获取用户输入的当前情感信息。
在一些实施例中,情感询问信息可以以问卷调查的形式出现。在情感询问信息中,包含有多个情感选项,用户只需要选择一个与当前心情状态符合的选项即完成输入当前情感信息操作。终端11会获取到用户选择的当前情感信息,比如,用户在多个情感选项中选择当前情感信息为生气情感,这样终端11就会获取到用户输入的当前情感信息为生气情感。
在一些实施例中,情感询问信息可以以询问的形式出现,如:“请问您当前的心情是怎样的?”,等等类似语句。用户根据情感询问信息在相应的文本输入框111内输入当前情感信息,比如,在相应文本输入框111内输入“犹豫”、“开心”,这样终端11就会获取到用户输入的当前情感信息。
可以理解的是,询问用户当前情感信息的方式不局限于上述问卷调查、提问题询问的方式,还可以为其它种形式,在此不做具体限制。
当终端11获取到用户输入的当前情感信息后,将该当前情感信息发送至服务器12。服务器12将接收终端11根据情感询问信息发送的用户的当前情感信息,该当前情感信息为与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
S15、服务器12根据文本信息以及用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将推送信息发送至终端11。
在服务器12获取到文本信息后,将对文本信息进行语义识别,以获取用户的意图。比如,识别出用户想要看电影、或用户想要去旅游,等等意图。之后服务器12根据文本信息和在对应关系中获取的用户情感信息,或者根据文本信息和从终端11接收的当前情感信息按照预设处理规则生成推送信息。
在一些实施例中,预设处理规则可以为与用户情感信息和文本信息相关的规则。例如,获取到的用户情感信息为犹豫情感,文本信息为“我想看电影”,那么预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的内容和其它内容,如,推送网络评分较高的几部电影和几个娱乐节目等,这样,用户可以在电影和娱乐节目中进行自由选择。
在一些实例中,当文本信息中携带有第二情感信息时,根据所述文本信息、所述第一用户情感信息以及所述第二用户感情信息按照预设处理规则生成所述推送信息,其中,所述预设处理规则为,设置所述第二用户情感信息的权重值大于所述第一用户情感信息的权重值。这里,第二用户情感信息为文本中携带的用来表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态。
例如,当文本信息中携带有情感类信息时,比如,文本信息为“不开心想看电影”,此时,服务器12可以识别出用户的情感为“不开心”和用户的意图为“想看电影”,此时预设处理规则中可以设置文本信息对应的用户情感的权重值大于与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信 息的权重值,这样就可以获取到更加符合用户心情的推送信息。
当然,预设处理规则也可以不仅仅与用户情感信息和文本信息相关,还可以与用户的喜好、经历等信息相关,比如,用户平时喜欢看搞笑类的娱乐节目,那预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的喜剧类内容和其它喜剧类内容,如,推送网络评分较高的一部喜剧电影和多个搞笑类的娱乐节目,等等。
可以理解的是,预设处理规则可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此不对预设处理规则的具体内容进行限制。同时,为了更准确地向用户推送信息,预设处理规则可以进行不断的更新,以适应社会和时代的变化,从而使得推送信息更符合用户的需求。
在一些实施例中,推送信息可以包括文字信息和与其对应的观看链接。例如,如图3所示,应用程序安装在终端11内,终端11接收到推送信息301后,将推送信息301显示在屏幕上。在图3中,推送信息301包括推送的电影名称、娱乐节目名称以及相对应的观看链接。
当然,在其它实施例中,推送信息也可以不包括对应的观看链接,此时用户可以复制推荐的电影名称、娱乐节目名称等到相应的播放器中进行观看。另外,推送信息还可以包括相应的图片等信息,比如,在推荐某个电影时,可以附带该电影的宣传图片,等等,在此不对推送信息进行具体的限制。
在一些实施例中,当服务器12在根据当前情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息时,还需要将当前情感信息和输入过程信息保存在对应关系中,以便于完善对应关系。当然,服务器12也可不将当前情感信息和输入过程信息保存在对应关系中,在此不做具体限制。
S16、终端11接收并显示推送信息。
终端11接收到服务器12反馈的推送信息后,将显示该推送信息,以使得用户可以浏览推送信息。
在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息,再将文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器12,服务 器12将获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据所述用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并向所述终端11反馈所述推送信息,终端11将该推送信息呈现给用户。该方法通过检测用户输入文本信息的过程,并根据输入过程信息获取用户情感信息,再根据用户情感信息和文本信息提供更加合理的推送信息给用户,可以减少终端11与服务器12数据交互次数,避免占用服务器12较多资源,从而降低服务器12的运行负担。
在本申请的一些实施例中,输入过程信息还可以由服务器12生成,终端11主要是将生成所述输入过程信息需要用到的终端应用页面状态信息发送至服务器12。

S21、终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中终端应用页面状态信息。
在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中的应用页面状态信息,所述应用页面状态信息包括进入应用界面事件及其生成时间、点击文本输入框事件及其生成时间、焦点切换事件及其生成时间、点击发送按钮事件及其生成时间中的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,用户输入文本信息的过程为从用户进入终端应用界面至用户点击发送按钮112的过程。终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中终端应用页面状态信息具体包括:
A1、终端11将监测用户进入终端11的应用界面时生成的进入应用界面事件,并记录该进入应用界面事件的生成时间点。
A2、终端11将监测用户点击文本输入框111时生成的点击文本输入框事件,并记录该点击文本输入框事件的生成时间点。

在一些实施例中,终端应用页面状态信息包括进入应用界面事件、点击文本输入框事件、焦点切换事件、点击发送按钮事件以及对应每个事件的生成时间。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,终端应用页面状态信息可以包括上述几种事件中的一种或多种的组合,也可以包括上述未陈列出的其它事件。
终端11每监测到一个事件及该事件对应的生成时间,终端11将该事件及对应的生成时间点发送至服务器12。或者在终端11监测到所有的事件及对应的生成时间后,再将所有的事件及对应的生成时间点发送至服务器12。又或者终端11将所有事件及对应的生成时间点、文本信息一起发送至服务器12。终端11发送终端应用页面状态信息的方式不局限与上述三种,在此不做具体限制。
S22、终端11将用户输入的文本信息和终端应用页面状态信息发送至服务器12。
在一些实施例中,为了减少终端11与服务器12之间的交互次数,减少终端11对服务器12的资源占用时长,终端11将用户输入的文本信息和终端应用页面状态信息一起发送至服务器12。
S23、服务器12获取终端发送的文本信息和终端应用页面状态信息,并根据终端应用页面状态信息生成对应文本信息的输入过程信息。

需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,输入过程信息包括响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息。在其它实施例中,输入过程信息还可以为上述三种中的任意一种或两种的组合,当然,也可以包括其它未列举出来的信息,在此不做具体限制。
另外,在一些实施例中,对应文本信息的输入过程信息由服务器12根据终端应用页面状态信息生成,不占用终端处理器的资源来生成输入过程信息,提高终端11处理其它数据的速度,不影响用户正常使用终端11。
S24、服务器12获取对应所述输入过程信息的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,在服务器12执行步骤S23之前,还执行预先存储输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系的步骤。服务器12在对应关系中获取对应输入过程信息的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,当对应关系中不存在与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息时,服务器12向终端11发送情感询问信息,以便于终端11根据情感询问信息获取用户输入的当前情感信息,并将当前情感信息发送至服务器12。此时,当前情感信息为与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
S25、服务器12根据所述文本信息以及所述用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端11。
具体的,服务器12根据文本信息和在对应关系中获取的用户情感信息,或者根据文本信息和从终端11接收的当前情感信息生成推送信息,并将推送信息发送至终端11。
其中,上述推送信息可以包括文字信息和与其对应的观看链接。当然,在其它实施例中,推送信息也可以不包括对应的观看链接,此时用户可以复制推荐的电影名称、娱乐节目名称等到相应的播放器中进行观看。另外,推送信息还可以包括相应的图片等信息,比如,在推荐某个电影时,可以附带该电影的宣传图片,等等,在此不对推送信息进行具体的限制。
S26、终端11接收并显示推送信息。
终端11接收服务器12发送的推送信息,并将显示该推送信息,以使得用户可以浏览推送信息。
在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中终端应用页面状态信息,再将文本信息和终端应用页面状态信息发送至服务器12,服务器12将根据终端应用页面状态信息生成对应文本信息的输入过程信息,再获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据所述用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并向所述终端11反馈所述推送信息,终端11将该推送信息呈现给用户。该实施例中,对应文本信息的输入过程信息由服务器12生成,这样可以减少终端11的数据处理量,避免占用终端11较多资源而出现卡顿等现象。同时由于该方法根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,可以减少终端11与服务器12传输推送信息的交互次数,进而降低服务器12的运行负担。
本申请的一些实施例中,输入过程信息由终端11生成后发送至服务器12,其中在发送输入过程信息时,还一并将用户身份标识发送至服务器12。
请参阅图5所示,图5为本申请实施例中终端11与服务器12的又一交互示意图。
S31、终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息。

在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程中,还要获取用户输入的文本信息。
S32、终端11获取用户身份标识,并将所述用户身份标识、文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器。
在此,用户身份标识可以包括终端11的国际移动设备身份码,即IMEI码,用户注册应用程序的账号等等。只要服务器12根据用户身份标识可以识别出用户的身份即可。
终端11将用户身份标识、文本信息和输入过程信息分别发送至服务器12,或者对用户身份标识、文本信息和输入过程信息进行聚合操作,如合成一个文件等操作,再将聚合后的信息发送至服务器12。
S33、服务器12获取终端发送的用户身份标识、文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息。
在一些实施例中,服务器12接收终端11发送的输入过程信息,具体包括:接收终端11发送的响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息。
在其它实施例中,服务器12接收到的输入过程信息也可以是上述三种中的任意一种或两种的组合,当然,也可以包括其它未列举出来的信息,在此不做具体限制。
S34、服务器12根据所述用户身份标识获取输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系。
在一些实施例中,在服务器12执行步骤S33之前,还执行:预先存储输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系,并将所述对应关系与用户身份标识对应关联。
一般来说,每个用户在输入文本时的表现往往存在较大的差异。比如,有些用户在开心情感状态下会果断地输入自己想要的内容,而有些用户在生气情感状态下也会果断地输入自己想要的内容,或者在生气情感状态下输入文本信息的速度比开心情感状态下还要快。
因此,为了提高服务器12推送信息的准确性,实现推送信息个性化设置,服务器12将用户身份标识与对应关系对应关联,这样,该对应关系中存储的用户情感信息和输入过程信息均与该用户身份标识对应的用户有关。
在一些实施例中,当服务器12获取到用户身份标识时,根据用户身份标识获取对应的对应关系。
S35、服务器12在所述对应关系中,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
具体地,服务器12在对应关系中,首先判断所述对应关系中是否存在对应的用户情感信息,若是,则获取对应的用户情感信息;若否,则发送一情感询问信息至终端11,并接收终端11根据所述情感询问信息发送的用户的当前情感信息,显然该当前情感信息为与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,情感询问信息可以以问卷调查的形式出现。在情感询问信息中,包含有多个情感选项,用户只需要选择一个与当前心情状态符合的选项即完成输入当前情感信息操作。终端11会获取 到用户选择的当前情感信息。
在一些实施例中,情感询问信息可以以询问的形式出现,如:“请问您当前的心情是怎样的?”等等类似语句。用户根据情感询问信息在相应的文本输入框111内输入当前情感信息,比如,在相应文本输入框111内输入“犹豫”、“开心”,等等。这样终端11就会获取到用户输入的当前情感信息。
可以理解的是,询问用户当前情感信息的方式不局限于上述问卷调查、提问题询问的方式,还可以为其它种形式,在此不做具体限制。
当终端11获取到用户输入的当前情感信息后,将该当前情感信息发送至服务器12。
服务器12将会获取到终端11发送的当前情感信息,该当前情感信息为与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
S36、服务器12根据所述文本信息以及所述用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至终端11。
在服务器12获取到文本信息后,将通过人工智能识别模块等对文本信息进行语义识别,以获取用户的意图。
服务器12根据文本信息和在对应关系中获取的用户情感信息,或者根据文本信息和从终端11接收的当前情感信息按照预设处理规则生成推送信息。
在一些实施例中,预设处理规则可以为与用户情感信息和文本信息相关的规则。例如,获取到的用户情感信息为犹豫情感,文本信息为“我想看电影”,那么预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的内容和其它内容,如,推送网络评分较高的几部电影和几个娱乐节目等,这样,用户可以在电影和娱乐节目中进行自由选择。
又如,当文本信息中携带有情感类信息时,比如,文本信息为“不开心想看电影”,等等,此时,服务器12通过人工智能识别模块可以识别出用户的情感为“不开心”和用户的意图为“想看电影”,此时预设处理规则中可以设置文本信息对应的用户情感的权重值大于与 输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息的权重值,这样就可以获取到更加符合用户心情的推送信息。
当然,预设处理规则也可以不仅仅与用户情感信息和文本信息相关,还可以与用户的喜好、经历等信息相关,比如,用户平时喜欢看搞笑类的娱乐节目,那预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的喜剧类内容和其它喜剧类内容,如,推送网络评分较高的一部喜剧电影和多个搞笑类的娱乐节目,等等。
可以理解的是,预设处理规则可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此不对预设处理规则的具体内容进行限制。同时,为了更准确地向用户推送信息,预设处理规则可以进行不断的更新,以适应社会和时代的变化,从而使得推送信息更符合用户的需求。
在一些实施例中,推送信息可以包括文字信息和与其对应的观看链接,比如电影名称、娱乐节目名称以及相对应的观看链接。推送信息还可以为其它形式,在此不做具体限制。
在一些实施例中,当服务器12根据当前情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息时,还将当前情感信息和输入过程信息保存在对应关系中,以便于完善与用户身份标识对应关系。
S37、终端11接收并显示推送信息。
终端11接收到服务器12反馈的推送信息后,将显示该推送信息,以使得用户可以浏览推送信息。
由上可知,在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息,再将用户身份标识、文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器12,服务器12根据用户身份标识获取预先存储的输入过程信息与用户情感信息对应的对应关系,并在对应关系中获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,再根据所述用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,向终端11发送该推送信息,终端11将该推送信息呈现给用户。在该实施例中,每个用户的用户身份标识均对应一个对应关系,服务器12根据获取到的用户身份标识获取对应关系, 并在对应关系中获取用户情感,再根据用户情感信息和文本信息提供更加符合用户需求的推送信息给用户,提高推送信息的准确率,减少终端11与服务器12数据交互次数,避免占用服务器12较多资源,降低服务器12的运行负担,同时可以实现推送信息个性化设置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,还可以从终端信息发送装置的角度来描述本申请实施例提供的终端信息发送方法,由终端信息发送装置执行,该终端信息发送装置具体可以集成在终端11中。

在一些实施例中,服务器12还接收终端11发送的用户身份标识,并根据用户身份标识获取预先存储的输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系。在该实施例中,对应关系与用户身份标识一一对应,即每个用户均有一个专属的对应关系。服务器12通过用户身份标识获取到对应关系后,将在对应关系中获取与接收到的输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并发送至终端11。
S43、终端11接收并显示推送信息,其中所述推送信息由所述服务器12根据所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息生成。
在一些实施例中,若服务器12在对应关系中未获取到与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息时,服务器12会向终端11发送情感询问信息。终端11将获取服务器发送的情感询问信息,并根据情感询问信息获取用户输入的当前情感信息,并发送所述当前情感信息至服务器12。服务器12则会根据终端11发送的当前情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并发送该推送信息至终端11,终端11再执行步骤S43。
由上可知,在一些实施例中,终端11监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息,再将文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器12,服务器12获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并向所述终端11发送推送信息,终端11将接收并显示该推送信息。该方法在获取用户输入的 文本信息的同时,还监测输入文本信息的过程以生成输入过程信息,便于服务器12根据输入过程信息和文本信息推送更加合理的推送信息给用户,该方法可以减少终端11与服务器12数据交互次数,进而降低终端11的运行负担。
在本申请的一些实施例中,还可以从服务器信息推送装置的角度来描述本申请实施例提供的服务器信息推送方法,由服务器信息推送装置执行,该服务器信息推送装置具体可以集成在服务器12中。

为了更好地实施以上方法,本申请实施例还提供一种终端信息发送装置,如图8a所示,该终端信息发送装置300可以集成在终端11中。该信息发送装置300可以包括输入过程信息生成模块310、信息发送模块320和信息显示模块330。
输入过程信息生成模块310,用于监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息。
在一些实施例中,用户输入文本信息的过程为从用户进入终端应用界面至用户点击发送按钮112的过程。输入过程信息生成模块310监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成响应时长、输入时长和/或焦点切换操作信息。
其中,响应时长可以为从进入终端应用界面至用户点击文本输入框111所耗时长;输入时长可以为从用户点击文本输入框111至点击发送按钮112所耗时长;焦点切换操作信息可以为文本输入框111失去焦点的焦点切换操作信息,其包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类和/或焦点切换时间间隔等。
当然,在其它实施例中,输入过程信息还可以为上述三种中的任 意一种或两种的组合,当然,也可以包括其它未列举出来的信息,在此不做具体限制。
可以理解的是,输入过程信息生成模块310监测用户输入文本信息的过程中,还要获取用户输入的文本的文字,即文本信息。
信息发送模块320,用于将所述用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器;
在一些实施例中,如图8b所示,所述装置还包括用户身份标识获取模块360,该用户身份标识获取模块360用于获取用户身份标识。用户身份标识获取模块360将用户身份标识传递至信息发送模块320,信息发送模块320用于将所述用户身份标识、文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器12。
在具体实施过程中,服务器12接收信息发送模块320发送的文本信息和输入过程信息,并获取预先存储的输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系,之后在对应关系中获取与接收到的输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,最后服务器12再根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并发送至信息发送装置300。
在一些实施例中,服务器12还接收到信息发送模块320发送的用户身份标识时,之后根据用户身份标识获取预先存储的输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系。在服务器12通过用户身份标识获取到对应关系后,将在对应关系中获取与接收到的输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并发送至终端信息发送装置300。
信息显示模块330,用于接收并显示推送信息,其中所述推送信息由所述服务器根据所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息生成。
在一些实施例中,如图8b所示,终端信息发送装置300还包括情感询问信息接收模块340和当前情感信息处理模块350。
在该实施例中,若在对应关系中未存在与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,服务器12会向终端信息发送装置300发送情感询问信 息。
情感询问信息接收模块340将接收该情感询问信息。当前情感信息处理模块350根据情感询问信息获取用户输入的当前情感信息,并发送所述当前情感信息至服务器12。
这样,服务器12会根据终端11发送的当前情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并发送该推送信息至终端信息发送装置300,由信息显示模块330接收该推送信息并将该推送信息显示出来。
由上可知,在一些实施例中,输入过程信息生成模块310监测用户输入文本信息的过程并生成输入过程信息,信息发送模块320将文本信息和输入过程信息发送至服务器12,服务器12获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,并根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并向所述终端信息发送装置300发送推送信息,信息显示模块330将接收并显示该推送信息。该装置中输入过程信息生成模块310在获取用户输入的文本信息的同时,还监测输入文本信息的过程以生成输入过程信息,便于服务器12根据输入过程信息和文本信息推送更加合理的推送信息给用户,可以减少终端信息发送装置300与服务器12数据交互次数,安装该终端信息发送装置300的终端11的运行负担。
图8c是本申请实施例中用于终端信息发送方法的终端的结构示意图。如图8c所示,该终端11包括处理器31、非易失性计算机可读存储器32、I/O接口33、显示接口34和网络通信接口35。这些组件通过总线36进行通信。在本申请一些实施例中,存储器32中存储有多个程序模块:操作系统37、I/O模块38、通信模块39和应用程序30。处理器31可以读取存储器32中的程序模块来实现本申请实施例提供的方案。
在本申请实施例中,I/O接口33可以与输入/输出设备连接。I/O接口33将从输入设备接收到的输入数据发送给I/O模块38进行处理,并将I/O模块38输出的数据发送给输出设备。
网络通信接口35可以将从通信总线36接收到的数据发送给通信模块39,并将从通信模块39接收到的数据通过通信总线36发送出去。
存储在存储器32中的应用程序30中可以包含实现终端信息发送方法的各种应用程序。如图8a、8b所示的终端信息发送装置300中的部分或全部单元。为了更好地实施以上方法,本申请实施例还提供一种服务器信息推送装置,如图9a所示,该信息推送装置400可以包括信息获取模块410、用户情感信息获取模块420和推送信息处理模块430。
信息获取模块410,用于获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息。
例如,信息获取模块410可以获取终端发送的文本信息、响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息。
其中,响应时长为进入终端界面至用户点击文本输入框111所耗时长。输入时长为用户点击文本输入框111至点击文本输入框112所耗时长。焦点切换操作信息为文本输入框111失去焦点的焦点切换操作信息,其中,焦点切换操作信息包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类和/或焦点切换时间间隔,等等。
在一些实施例中,信息获取模块410还获取终端发送的用户身份标识。在此,用户的终端身份标识可以包括终端11的国际移动设备身份码、用户注册应用程序的账号,等等。
在一些实施例中,信息获取模块410还可以根据终端11发送的终端应用页面状态信息生成对应文本信息的输入过程信息。
在此,终端应用页面状态信息包括进入应用界面事件、点击文本输入框事件、焦点切换事件、点击发送按钮事件以及与每个事件相对应的生成时间点。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,终端应用页面状态信息可以包括上述几种事件中的一种或多种的组合,也可以包括上述未陈列出的其它事件。
信息获取模块410根据终端11发送的终端应用页面状态信息生 成对应文本信息的输入过程信息,具体包括:
(a)信息获取模块410根据进入应用界面事件的生成时间点和点击文本输入框事件的生成时间点生成响应时长。
(b)信息获取模块410根据点击文本输入框事件的生成时间点和点击发送按钮事件的生成时间点生成输入时长。
(c)信息获取模块410根据焦点切换事件及对应的生成时间点生成焦点切换操作信息。
用户情感信息获取模块420,用于获取对应所述输入过程信息的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图9b所示,服务器信息推送装置400还包括存储模块440。存储模块用于预先存储输入过程信息与用户情感信息的对应关系。当信息获取模块410获取到输入过程信息时,用户情感信息获取模块420将读取对应关系,并在对应关系中获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
在一些实施例中,存储模块440还用于将所述对应关系与用户身份标识对应关联。也就是说,每个用户均有一个专属的对应关系。用户情感信息获取模块420根据信息获取模块410获取到的用户身份标识获取对应的对应关系,并根据在对应关系中获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
无论对应关系是否与用户身份标识建立关联,用户情感信息获取模块420具体包括判断模块421、情感询问信息发送模块422和当前情感信息接收模块423。
判断模块421用于判断所述对应关系中是否存在对应的用户情感信息。
若判断模块421判断出对应关系中存在对应的用户情感信息,则当前情感信息接收模块423获取对应的用户情感信息。
若判断模块421判断出对应关系中不存在对应的用户情感信息,则情感询问信息发送模块422发送一情感询问信息至终端11。当前情 感信息接收模块423用于接收终端11根据所述情感询问信息发送的用户的当前情感信息。该当前情感信息即为与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息。
推送信息处理模块430,用于根据所述文本信息以及所述用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
推送信息处理模块430将对文本信息进行语义识别,以获取用户的意图。推送信息处理模块430再根据文本信息和用户情感信息,或者文本信息和该当前情感信息按照预设处理规则生成推送信息,并将该推送信息发送至终端11。
在一些实施例中,预设处理规则可以为与用户情感信息和文本信息相关的规则。例如,获取到的用户情感信息为犹豫情感,文本信息为“我想看电影”,那么预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的内容和其它内容,如,推送网络评分较高的几部电影和几个娱乐节目等,这样,用户可以在电影和娱乐节目中进行自由选择。
又如,当文本信息中携带有情感类信息时,比如,文本信息为“不开心想看电影”,等等,此时,服务器12通过人工智能识别模块可以识别出用户的情感为“不开心”和用户的意图为“想看电影”,此时预设处理规则中可以设置文本信息对应的用户情感的权重值大于与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息的权重值,这样就可以获取到更加符合用户心情的推送信息。
当然,预设处理规则也可以不仅仅与用户情感信息和文本信息相关,还可以与用户的喜好、经历等信息相关,比如,用户平时喜欢看搞笑类的娱乐节目,那预设处理规则可以为:推送文本信息对应的喜剧类内容和其它喜剧类内容,如,推送网络评分较高的一部喜剧电影和多个搞笑类的娱乐节目,等等。
可以理解的是,预设处理规则可以根据实际需要进行设置,在此不对预设处理规则的具体内容进行限制。同时,为了更准确地向用户推送信息,预设处理规则可以进行不断的更新,以适应社会和时代的 变化,从而使得推送信息更符合用户的需求。
在一些实施例中,推送信息可以包括文字信息和与其对应的观看链接。当然,在其它实施例中,推送信息也可以不包括对应的观看链接,此时用户可以复制推荐的电影名称、娱乐节目名称等到相应的播放器中进行观看。另外,推送信息还可以包括相应的图片等信息,比如,在推荐某个电影时,可以附带该电影的宣传图片,等等,在此不对推送信息进行具体的限制。
在一些实施例中,推送信息处理模块430在根据所述文本信息和当前情感信息生成推送信息时,还需要执行将当前情感信息和输入过程信息保存在对应关系中,以便于完善对应关系。
由上可知,在一些实施例中,当服务器信息推送装置400中的信息获取模块410获取到文本信息和输入过程信息时,用户情感信息获取模块420获取与输入过程信息对应的用户情感信息,推送信息处理模块430根据用户情感信息和文本信息生成推送信息,并向终端11发送推送信息,以便于终端11将该推送信息呈现给用户。该装置根据输入过程信息获取到用户情感信息,并根据用户情感信息和文本信息提供更加合理的推送信息给用户,提高推送信息的准确率,减少服务信息推送装置400与终端11数据交互次数,避免占用服务较多资源,降低服务器12的运行负担。
图9c是本申请实施例中用于服务器信息推送方法的服务器的结构示意图。如图9c所示,该服务器12包括处理器41、非易失性计算机可读存储器42、I/O接口43、显示接口44和网络通信接口45。这些组件通过总线46进行通信。在本申请一些实施例中,存储器42中存储有多个程序模块:操作系统47、I/O模块48、通信模块49和应用程序40。处理器41可以读取存储器42中的程序模块来实现本申请实施例提供的方案。
在本申请实施例中,I/O接口43可以与输入/输出设备连接。I/O接口43将从输入设备接收到的输入数据发送给I/O模块48进行处理, 并将I/O模块48输出的数据发送给输出设备。
网络通信接口45可以将从通信总线46接收到的数据发送给通信模块49,并将从通信模块49接收到的数据通过通信总线46发送出去。
存储在存储器42中的应用程序40中可以包含实现服务器信息推送方法的各种应用程序。如图9a、9b所示的服务器信息推送装置400中的部分或全部单元。本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种服务器信息推送方法,由服务器执行,包括:
    获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
    获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息,所述第一用户情感信息用于表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态;以及
    根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器信息推送方法,其中,所述文本信息为所述用户在终端的应用界面上的文本输入框中输入、并通过点击发送按钮发送的;
    所述响应时长为进入应用界面至点击文本输入框的时长;
    所述输入时长为用户点击文本输入框至点击发送按钮的时长;
    所述焦点切换操作信息包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类、焦点切换时间间隔中的至少一个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述焦点切换次数为所述文本输入框失去焦点的次数;
    所述焦点切换种类包括在终端应用的多个界面之间进行切换操作、将所述终端应用退至后台运行、点击所述终端应用的界面中的推送内容中的至少一种;
    所述焦点切换时间间隔为:相邻两次焦点切换操作的时间间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器信息推送方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    预先存储输入过程信息与第一用户情感信息的对应关系;
    其中,所述获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息包括:
    根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的服务器信息推送方法,其中,根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息包括:
    如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和大于等于第一预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息所代表的情感状态为第一情感;
    如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和小于第二预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定不存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息所代表的情感状态为第二情感。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的服务器信息推送方法,其中,所述预先存储输入过程信息与第一用户情感信息的对应关系,进一步包括:将所述对应关系与用户身份标识对应关联;
    其中,所述获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,进一步包括:获取所述用户身份标识;
    其中,所述根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息,包括:
    根据所述用户身份标识获取所述对应关系;以及
    根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或4所述的服务器信息推送方法,其中,所述根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息,包括:
    判断所述对应关系中是否存在对应的第一用户情感信息;
    若所述对应关系中不存在对应的第一用户情感信息,则发送一情感询问信息至所述终端;
    接收所述终端发送的当前情感信息,其中所述当前情感信息是由用户基于所述情感询问信息而输入;
    其中,所述根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,包括:根据所述文本信息以及所述当前情感信息生成推送信 息。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,包括:
    接收所述终端发送的应用页面状态信息,所述应用页面状态信息包括进入应用界面事件及其生成时间、点击文本输入框事件及其生成时间、焦点切换事件及其生成时间、点击发送按钮事件及其生成时间中的至少一个;及
    根据所述应用页面状态信息生成所述输入过程信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述文本信息中包含第二用户情感信息,所述根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,包括:
    根据所述文本信息、所述第一用户情感信息以及所述第二用户感情信息按照预设处理规则生成所述推送信息,其中,所述预设处理规则为,设置所述第二用户情感信息的权重值大于所述第一用户情感信息的权重值。
  10. 一种终端信息发送方法,由终端执行,包括:
    监测用户输入文本信息的过程,并生成输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
    将用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器;以及
    接收并显示推送信息,其中,所述推送信息由所述服务器根据所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息生成。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述文本信息为所述用户在终端的应用界面上的文本输入框中输入、并通过点击发送按钮发送的;
    所述响应时长为进入应用界面至点击文本输入框的时长;
    所述输入时长为用户点击文本输入框至点击发送按钮的时长;
    所述焦点切换操作信息包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类、焦点切换时间间隔中的至少一个。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述焦点切换次数为所述文本输入框失去焦点的次数;
    所述焦点切换种类包括在终端应用的多个界面之间进行切换操作、将所述终端应用退至后台运行、点击所述终端应用的界面中的推送内容中的至少一种。
    所述焦点切换时间间隔为:相邻两次焦点切换操作的时间间隔。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述监测用户输入文本信息的过程,包括:监测用户输入文本信息的过程中的应用页面状态信息,所述应用页面状态信息包括进入应用界面事件及其生成时间、点击文本输入框事件及其生成时间、焦点切换事件及其生成时间、点击发送按钮事件及其生成时间中的至少一个;
    其中,所述将用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器,包括:
    将用户输入的所述文本信息和所述应用页面状态信息发送至所述服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述应用页面状态信息生成与所述文本信息对应的输入过程信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的终端信息发送方法,其中,所述将所述用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器,包括:
    获取用户身份标识;以及
    将所述用户身份标识、所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至所述服务器。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端信息发送方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的情感询问信息;以及
    获取用户基于所述情感询问信息输入的当前情感信息,并发送所述当前情感信息至所述服务器。
  16. 一种服务器信息推送装置,包括:存储器、处理器;其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述存储中的 计算机可读指令,用于:
    获取终端发送的文本信息,并获取对应所述文本信息的输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
    获取对应所述输入过程信息的第一用户情感信息,所述第一用户情感信息用于表征用户输入所述文本信息的过程中的情感状态;
    根据所述文本信息以及所述第一用户情感信息生成推送信息,并将所述推送信息发送至所述终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的服务器信息推送装置,其中,所述文本信息为所述用户在终端的应用界面上的文本输入框中输入、并通过点击发送按钮发送的;
    所述响应时长为进入应用界面至点击文本输入框的时长;
    所述输入时长为用户点击文本输入框至点击发送按钮的时长;
    所述焦点切换操作信息包括焦点切换次数、焦点切换种类、焦点切换时间间隔中的至少一个。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器信息推送装置,其中,所述焦点切换次数为所述文本输入框失去焦点的次数;

    所述焦点切换时间间隔为:相邻两次焦点切换操作的时间间隔。

    预先存储输入过程信息与第一用户情感信息的对应关系;
    根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息。

    如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和大于等于第一预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息所代表的情感状态为第一情感;
    如果所述响应时长与输入时长之和小于第二预设值,且根据所述焦点切换操作信息确定不存在焦点切换操作,则确定第一用户情感信息所代表的情感状态为第二情感。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的服务器信息推送装置,其中,所述处理器进一步执行所述计算机可读指令,用于:将所述对应关系与用户身份标识对应关联;
    获取所述用户身份标识;
    根据所述用户身份标识获取所述对应关系,并根据所述对应关系,获取与所述输入过程信息对应的第一用户情感信息。
  22. 根据权利要求16或19所述的服务器信息推送装置,其中,所述处理器进一步执行所述计算机可读指令,用于:
    判断所述对应关系中是否存在对应的第一用户情感信息;
    当判定所述对应关系中不存在对应的第一用户情感信息时,发送一情感询问信息至所述终端;
    接收所述终端发送的当前情感信息,其中所述当前情感信息是由用户基于所述情感询问信息而输入;
    根据所述文本信息以及所述当前情感信息生成推送信息。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述的服务器信息推送装置,其中,所述处理器进一步执行所述计算机可读指令,用于:
    接收所述终端发送的应用页面状态信息;及
    根据所述应用页面状态信息生成所述输入过程信息;
    其中,所述文本信息中包含第二用户情感信息,所述处理器进一步执行所述计算机可读指令,用于:根据所述文本信息、所述第一用户情感信息以及所述第二用户感情信息按照预设处理规则生成所述推送信息,其中,所述预设处理规则为,设置所述第二用户情感信 息的权重值大于所述第一用户情感信息的权重值。
  24. 一种终端信息发送装置,其中,包括:存储器、处理器;其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述存储中的计算机可读指令,用于:
    监测用户输入文本信息的过程,并生成输入过程信息,所述输入过程信息包括以下至少一个:响应时长、输入时长和焦点切换操作信息;
    将所述用户输入的文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至服务器;以及
    接收并显示推送信息,其中,所述推送信息由所述服务器根据所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息生成。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的终端信息发送装置,其中,所述文本信息为所述用户在终端的应用界面上的文本输入框中输入、并通过点击发送按钮发送的;
    所述响应时长为进入应用界面至点击文本输入框的时长;

  28. 根据权利要求24所述的终端信息发送装置,其中,所述处理器进一步执行所述计算机可读指令,用于:
    获取用户身份标识;
    将所述用户身份标识、所述文本信息和所述输入过程信息发送至所述服务器。

    接收所述服务器发送的情感询问信息;
